Penerapan Automatic Particle Counter untuk Pemantauan Kondisi Oli Hidrolik
High solid particle contamination in hydraulic oil can cause abnormal damage to hydraulic system components. Monitoring the hydraulic oil solid particle contamination level is necessary to ensure it is always within permissible limits. Monitoring of solid particle contamination in hydraulic oil is still done manually by taking an oil sample and then measuring the level of solid particle contamination in the oil sample. This method still relies on human power. Therefore, there is still a possibility that oil conditions are not monitored due to human negligence. This research aims to design a system that automatically samples hydraulic oil and measures solid particle contamination. The level of solid particles in the hydraulic oil is measured by the Automatic Particle Counter (APC) sensor, and then the data is sent to the microcontroller. The microcontroller will process this data and provide information regarding the level of solid particles in the hydraulic oil in real-time. This research produces a system that automatically monitors and produces ISO Cleanliness Code values and a warning system when solid particle levels exceed specified limits. Therefore, this tool can help users monitor hydraulic oil conditions more easily.Kontaminasi partikel padat yang tinggi pada oli hidrolik dapat menyebabkan kerusakan tidak normal pada komponen sistem hidrolik. Sebagai tindakan pencegahan, pemantauan tingkat kontaminasi partikel padat pada oli hidrolik perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan selalu dalam batas yang diizinkan. Pemantauan kontaminasi partikel padat pada oli hidrolik masih dilakukan secara manual dengan cara mengambil sampel oli kemudian mengukur tingkat kontaminasi partikel padat pada sampel oli tersebut. Karena itu masih ada kemungkinan tidak dilakukannya pemantauan kondisi oli karena kelalaian pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang dapat mengambil sampel secara otomatis dan memantau kontaminasi partikel padat pada oli hidrolik. Kadar partikel padat pada oli hidrolik di tangki akan dibaca oleh sensor Automatic Particle Counter (APC) setiap interval waktu tertentu, kemudian datanya akan dikirim ke mikrokontroler. Mikrokontroler akan mengolah data tersebut dan memberikan informasi mengenai kadar partikel padat pada oli hidrolik secara waktu nyata. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat melakukan pemantauan secara waktu nyata dan menghasilkan luaran berupa nilai ISO Cleanliness Code serta sistem peringatan bila kadar partikel padat melebihi batas yang ditentukan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna dalam pemantauan kondisi oli hidrolik dengan lebih mudah
Efektifitas Sprint Interval Training (SIT) dalam Meningkatkan VO2max Pemain Sepak Bola
VO2max is a component that affects the performance of a soccer player on the field. Research was conducted to examine the extent to which SIT can provide significant benefits in increasing VO2max for soccer players. The study used a quasi-experiment with a quantitative approach. The samples involved were Persikab Bandung soccer players in 2023 as many as 18 players who were given treatment in the form of Sprint Interval Training (SIT). The instrument uses the MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) which is used to measure the player's VO2max. The results showed that the average VO2max before treatment was 48,678 ± 7,883, and the average VO2max after training was 51,417 ± 4,944. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that Sprint Interval Training (SIT) can effectively increase the VO2max capacity of soccer players. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of football training programs.VO2max adalah komponen yang mempengaruhi penampilan seorang pemain sepak bola di lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji sejauh mana SIT dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan VO2max bagi pemain sepak bola. Penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang terlibat merupakan pemain sepak bola Persikab Bandung tahun 2023 sebanyak 18 pemain yang diberikan perlakuan berupa Sprint Interval Training (SIT). Instrumen menggunakan MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) yang digunakan untuk mengukur VO2max pemain. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa rata-rata VO2max sebelum diberikan perlakuan sebesar 48,678 ±7,883, dan rata-rata VO2max setelah diberikan latihan sebesar 51,417 ± 4,944. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa Sprint Interval Training (SIT) secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kapasitas VO2max pemain sepak bola. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan program pelatihan sepak bola
ANALISIS PERKEMBANGAN DAN PENGARUH TIPOGRAFI PADA SAMPUL MAJALAH BOBO TERHADAP KETERTARIKAN ANAK
Bobo Magazine has been in production since 1973 and there are thousands of Bobo magazines that have been published. Bobo magazine has a cover design that is unique and different from other magazines. Its unique design has its own charm for readers, especially children. One of the most important design elements in cover design communication is typography. This study aims to analyze the development of typography in Bobo magazine and determine its effect on children's interests. This research refers to the theory of four main typographic principles including legibility, readability, visibility, and clarity. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with data collected from the results of documentation, observation, and literature. From the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a change in the typography design on the cover of Bobo magazine with the application of better typographic principles. The use of correct and appropriate typographic principles makes Bobo magazine successful in attracting children's attention. Typographic design can communicate well to readers and can convey information well, clearly, and precisely.Majalah Bobo telah diproduksi sejak tahun 1973 dan saat ini ada ribuan majalah Bobo yang telah diterbitkan. Majalah Bobo memiliki desain sampul yang unik dan berbeda dari majalah lainnya. Desainnya yang unik memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi para pembaca khususnya anak-anak. Salah satu elemen desain yang berperang penting dalam komunikasi desain sampul adalah tipografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan tipografi pada majalah Bobo dan mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap ketertarikan anak. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori empat prinsip pokok tipografi meliputi legibility, readability, visibility, dan clarity. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari hasil dokumentasi, observasi dan kepustakaan. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa adanya perubahan desain tipografi pada sampul majalah Bobo dengan penerapan prinsip tipografi yang semakin baik. Penggunaan prinsip pokok tipografi yang benar dan tepat menjadikan majalah Bobo berhasil untuk menarik perhatian para anak-anak. Desain tipografi dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik bagi para pembaca dan dapat menyampaikan informasi dengan baik, jelas, dan tepat
Evaluasi Nilai Faktor Performa Struktur Modular Komposit dengan Dinding Internal Pelat Baja Bergelombang
Abstrak
Struktur modular merupakan struktur yang terdiri dari modul-modul penyusun yang diprefabrikasi di pabrik dan dirakit di lokasi konstruksi secara efektif dapat mengurangi durasi konstruksi, meningkatkan kualitas pengerjaan dan optimasi sumber daya. Penggunaan struktur modular komposit dapat menjadi solusi dari keterbatasan terhadap struktur modular baja dan struktur modular beton. Tetapi pemanfaatan struktur modular masih terbatas karena belum tercantum di dalam peraturan desain nasional, dan kurangnya pengetahuan akan karakteristik dan respon struktur modular terhadap beban gempa. Dua konfigurasi struktur modular komposit yaitu struktur modular komposit open frame dan struktur modular komposit infilled wall dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perilaku seismik konfigurasi struktur modular komposit yang telah disebutkan di atas. Faktor performa struktur (daktilitas, faktor kuat lebih, dan faktor modifikasi respon), parameter kinerja seismik struktur dan pola keruntuhan berdasarkan hirarki pembentukan sendi plastis dengan analisis nonlinear statik pushover dikaji dalam penelitian ini untuk meninjau respon struktur secara global.

Abstract
Modular structure is a structure comprising of prefabricated modules manufactured in the factory and assembled on the construction site which can be effectively reducing construction duration, improving workmanship quality and optimizing resources. Composite modular structure may be one of solution to eliminate limitation arise from steel modular and concrete modular structures However, the use of modular structures is limited because no design codes are available, and the lack of knowledge of the characteristics and response of modular structures subjected to earthquake. Two configurations of the composite modular structure, namely the open frame and the infilled wall composite modular structures are studied. This study aims to evaluate the seismic behavior of the above-mentioned composite modular structure configurations. Structural performance factors (ductility, overstrength factor, and response modification factor), structural seismic performance parameters and failure patterns based on the plastic hinge formation hierarchy with nonlinear static pushover analysis were studied in this study to review the structural response globally.

Kajian Aktivitas Neurofarmakologi Tinospora cordifolia
The traditional medication system Ayurveda prescribes herbal remedies, called Medhya Rasayana, to promote brain rejuvenation. Tinospora cordifolia is one of the popular Medhya Rasayana herbs. This review encompasses its potential alongside the underlying mechanisms in the treatment of numerous ailments that affect the nervous system, namely neurodegenerative diseases, brain cancer, depression, substance abuse, as well as touching upon its role in boosting cognitive function.Sistem pengobatan tradisional Ayurveda meresepkan pengobatan herbal, yang disebut Medhya Rasayana, untuk mendorong peremajaan otak. Tinospora cordifolia adalah salah satu herbal Medhya Rasayana yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan. Kajian pustaka ini mencakup potensi T. cordifolia beserta mekanisme yang mendasari dalam pengobatan berbagai penyakit yang berdampak pada sistem saraf, seperti penyakit neurodegeneratif, kanker otak, depresi, penyalahgunaan obat, serta menyinggung perannya dalam meningkatkan fungsi kognitif
Cytotoxic Effect of Benzofuranoid Neolignans from Myristica fragrans Seeds Against Melanoma B16-F10 Cancer Cells
Myristica fragrans is an indigenous plant in Indonesia, characterized by various secondary metabolites with diverse bioactivities. This plant possesses promising anti-melanoma properties capable of addressing prevalent cases of melanoma. Therefore, this study’s objective was to isolate potential compounds from Myristica fragrans seeds and assess their cytotoxic effects on melanoma B16-F10 cells. Ethyl acetate extracts were subjected to separation through various chromatographic methods to obtain three benzofuranoid neolignans, which was conducted using spectroscopic analyses, namely UV-vis, polarimeter, HRTOF-MS, IR, and NMR. Subsequently, comparison with previously reported spectral data confirmed the identities of neolignans as (+)-licarin A (1), (+)-licarin B (2), and (+)-maceneolignan B (3). Cytotoxicity against melanoma B16-F10 cells was assessed using the PrestoBlue method, revealing (+)-licarin A (1) to display the most potent activity with an IC50 value of 94.15 μM
Bioinspired Superhydrophobic Finishing of Cotton Fabric Using Carnauba Wax and Biosilica Nanoparticles with a Layer-by-layer Deposition Method
Hydrophobic surface modification has great potential for applications in everyday life, particularly in textiles such as sportswear, health, protection, and other non-clothing textiles. Improving water repellence and high-level hydrophobicity in textile materials has so far been difficult to achieve with chemicals other than PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) due to environmental and health concerns. In this research, biosilica nanoparticles from rice husk ash (RHA) and carnauba wax were deposited alternately using a layer-by-layer (LBL) method to create a surface with a combination of nanoscale roughness and hydrophobicity resembling the lotus effect. Chitosan was used to cationize the surface of cotton fibre and bridge the negatively charged nanobiosilica particles and carnauba wax. The hydrophobicity increased with the number of layers of nanosilica-chitosan-wax (SNP/CHI/SCW), reaching a contact angle of 140.2° (close to superhydrophobic) with three layers of SNP/CHI/SCW, followed by decreased air permeability from 19.4 cm3/cm2/s for untreated cotton to 13.3 cm3/cm2/s for treated cotton, with a total decrease of 31.44%. Transformation of Malay Manuscript Illumination as Embroidery Motif on Baju Kuruang Basiba
This study proposes creative industry products with decorative motifs inspired by antique illuminated manuscripts collected by the Leiden University Library. Three illuminated Malay manuscripts were taken, namely: the manuscript with the number Or. 1703 entitled Sejarah Melayu; Or. 1768 entitled Collective Volume with Texts in Malay; and Or. 1967 entitled Hikayat Iskandar Zulkarnain. A descriptive qualitative method was used in this research. Field observation was conducted by interviewing an expert in decorative motifs to achieve the harmony of motifs and aesthetics in baju kuruang basiba. The motif was created using the CorelDrawX7 software. This study created embroidery motifs that can be classified as naturalistic ornaments. The design of decorative motifs for baju kuruang basiba can be embroidered with the suji and kapalo samek techniques. Meanwhile, the material used is a material that does not show because the sewing of baju kuruang basiba does not use furring. The decorative patterns that can be used are rasp patterns and fringe patterns. Baju kuruang basiba is a typical Minangkabau shirt that must be preserved as a cultural heritage object. The addition of this embroidery motif can add to the aesthetic appearance of the shirt to make it more attractive and luxurious
Peran Teknikal Objek dalam Membentuk Ruang Pembelajaran Sosial: Kasus Rumah Belajar ERBE
Technology integrates technical aspects with social, economic, political, and cultural aspects of human life, offering three layers of meaning: artifact, process, and knowledge. This research examines Rumah Belajar ERBE, a social learning space for impoverished communities, from a perspective known as social shaping of technology (SST). This research employs moment translation analysis, a technique derived from actor-network theory, to investigate the affordances that the learning space provides to the local community. This article explores the dynamic relationship between ERBE, which is composed of artifacts and activities, to understand the role of social technology in improving the lives of scavenger village residents. The findings reveal that the initiator and his house require proximity to ERBE to optimize the social learning process. Physical and functional affordances identified through the space's character and the use of non-fixed furniture make them multi-functional rooms that accommodate poor communities' social learning.Teknologi mencakup segala sesuatu yang diciptakan manusia: bagaimana objek-objek teknis terintegrasi dengan isu-isu sosial, ekonomi, politik, dan budaya dalam kehidupan manusia, dan dibaca dalam 3 lapisan maknanya: artefak, proses, dan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi Rumah Belajar ERBE sebagai ruang pembelajaran sosial bagi masyarakat miskin dalam perspektif SST (Social Shaping of Technology), dan dianalisis melalui momentum translasi dari ANT, serta keterjangkauan ruang belajar ini bagi masyarakat setempat. Artikel ini mengkaji perkembangan hubungan antara ERBE sebagai bagian dari artefak (ruang belajar) dan aktivitas (pembelajaran sosial), dan bagaimana peran sosioteknologi dalam meningkatkan kehidupan warga kampung pemulung menjadi lebih baik. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa inisiator dan rumahnya memerlukan kedekatan dengan ERBE untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran sosial. Affordances fisik dan fungsional teridentifikasi melalui karakter ruang dan penggunaan furnitur tidak tetap, hingga menjadikannya ruang multifungsi yang dapat mengakomodasi pembelajaran sosial masyarakat miskin
Program Analisis Frekuensi Besaran Rancangan Berbasis Website
Abstract
The design of hydraulic structures involves extensive calculations, one of that is frequency analysis. The advancement of technology should be leveraged to facilitate these calculations. A website serves as an efficient application of technology for frequency analysis, especially when compared to manual calculations. The data used for this analysis consists of daily rainfall data from 11 stations in Sleman Regency from 2004 to 2018. The data analysis was conducted by comparing calculations using Microsoft Excel and the PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor programming language. This research resulted in a web-based frequency analysis tool capable of performing calculations for distribution selection, Chi-Square test, Smirnov-Kolmogorov test, and design magnitude for specific return periods (2, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, and 100 years). The program demonstrates a high degree of accuracy, with an average relative error of 0.049. However, there is a significant relative error in the Log Pearson III distribution, particularly in the Smirnov-Kolmogorov test, where the relative error reaches 4.155. Another limitation of this website is the input format, which requires numerical data with a period (.) as a decimal separator to avoid calculation errors. This website can be generally used with rainfall or discharge data from the study area being planned.

Rancangan bangunan air memiliki perhitungan yang panjang. Analisis frekuensi merupakan salah satu dari perhitungan tersebut. Teknologi yang telah berkembang perlu dimanfaatkan guna mempermudah proses perhitungan tersebut. Sebuah website adalah salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi yang lebih efisien untuk analisis frekuensi, terlebih bila dibandingkan dengan perhitungan manual. Data yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah data hujan harian 11 stasiun kabupaten Sleman dari tahun 2004 hingga 2018. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan perhitungan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP: Hypertext Prepocessor. Penelitian ini menghasilkan web analisis frekuensi besaran rancangan yang mampu melakukan perhitungan pilihan distribusi, uji Chi Kuadrat, uji Smirnov-Kolmogorov, dan besaran rancangan pada periode ulang tertentu (2, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, dan 100 tahun). Program memiliki tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi dengan rata-rata kesalahan relatif senilai 0,049. Namun, ada kesalahan relatif yang cukup signifikan pada distribusi Log Pearson III tepatnya pada uji Smirnov- Kolmogorov dengan nilai kesalahan relatif mencapai 4,155. Keterbatasan lain dari situs ini ialah input data yang berupa angka dan penggunaan titik (.) sebagai penanda desimal guna menghindari kesalahan perhitungan yang terjadi. Situs web ini dapat digunakan secara umum menggunakan data curah hujan atau debit daerah penelitian yang rencanakan.
