Kajian Aktivitas Neurofarmakologi Acorus calamus Linn
ABSTRACT
Jeringau (Acorus calamus Linn) is one of the plants often used in traditional Indian medicine, practiced to treat various disorders, including nervous, digestive, respiratory, metabolic, renal and hepatic. This study provides an overview of Acorus calamus Linn in terms of morphology, active constituents and neuropharmacological activity. A review of related literature from the Google Scholar, Pubmed, Reserch Gate, and Science Direct. databases showed the of neuroprotective, antiamnestic, anticholinesterase, antidepressant and anticonvulsant activities.

ABSTRAKJeringau (Acorus calamus Linn) adalah salah satu tanaman yang sering digunakan dalam ramuan obat tradisional India, yang dipraktekkan untuk mengobati berbagai gangguan kesehatan, termasuk gangguan saraf, pencernaan, pernafasan, metabolisme, ginjal, dan hati. Penelitian ini memberikan tinjauan tentang Acorus calamus Linn dari sisi morfologi dan konstituen aktif serta aktivitas neurofarmakologinya. Kajian terhadap literatur terkait dari database Google Scholar, Pubmed, Reserch Gate, dan Science Direct. menunjukkan adanya aktivitas neuroprotektif, antiamnesia, antikolinesterase, antidepresan, dan antikonvulsan.

Menggali Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Transformasi Digital dalam Pelayanan Publik di Kota Banda Aceh dan Kota Jambi
This research aims to prove the hypothesis regarding the factors that influence digital transformation in public services in of Banda Aceh and Jambi using the TAM framework with the variables usefulness, attitude toward, ease of use, and social influence. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data sources from questionnaires distributed via Google Form with 200 respondents and data processing using SMART PLS3 software. The research results show an R-square value of 0.671. It can be concluded that the interpretation of the level of user satisfaction in Banda Aceh and Jambi regarding digital transformation is 67.1%; the r-square is identified in the strong category. Several TAM variables that have a significant influence are ease of use, social influence variables with P values of 0.004 and 0.000, and variables that do not have asignificant effect are usefulness and attitude towards it with P values of 0.511 and 0.056.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi transformasi digital dalam pelayan public di kota banda aceh dan kota jambi dengan menggunakan framework TAM. Variabel pengukuran kerangka TAM adalah usefulness, attitude toward, ease of use, social influence. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sumber data dari kuisioner melalui google form dengan 100 responden, dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SMART PLS3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai R-square sebesar 0,655. Dapat disimpulkan interpretasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna di kota banda aceh dan kota jambi terhadap transformasi digital sebesar 65,5% yang mana r-square teridentifikasi dalam kategori sedang/lemah. Beberapa variable TAM yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan transformasi digital di kota banda aceh dan kota jambi adalah variable ease of use dan social influence dengan nilai P Values 0,021 dan 0,013. sedangkan variable yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan adalah usefulness dan attitude towards dengan P Values sebesar 0,592
Kelas Daring Sinkronus dan Asinkronus di Sekolah Menengah Pariwisata di Indonesia: Aplikasi Teknologi dan Tantangan
There has been an increasingly dominant use of technology in education institutions, yet limited studies holistically investigate the utilization of technological applications in tourism vocational high schools. This research explored the synchronous and asynchronous technological applications used and the challenges experienced by teachers and students of a tourism vocational high school in Indonesia, mainly in hotel and culinary online classrooms. This research employed a qualitative approach. Data were collected by observing four classes in two vocational schools in Yogyakarta and Bali. Interviews with five teachers and five students were also conducted on a voluntary basis. The findings indicate that teachers and students used various technological applications like Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Team, Cisco WebEx, Discord,and Skype for synchronous online learning. They also utilized more technological applications such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Classroom, Google Form, Telegram, Moodle, Screencast-O-Matic, Facebook, Instagram, Quizzes, Kahoot, and Twitterfor their asynchronous online learning. Both teachers and students faced technical, pedagogical, psychological, and personal challenges such as an unstable internet connection, a lack of technological literacy, incompatible gadgets, limited participation, work overload, demotivation, and a lack of focus on learning. To conclude, a number of technological applications were used to facilitate learning in hotel and culinary departments, even though there were many challenges that came with their usage. The results of this research can be used by relevant stakeholders preparing for future learning, especially in vocational high schools.Penggunaan teknologi semakin dominan di institusi pendidikan, namun penelitian yang menyelidiki pemanfaatan aplikasi teknologi di sekolah menengah kejuruan pariwisata masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi aplikasi teknologi sinkronus dan asinkronus yang digunakan serta tantangan yang dialami oleh guru dan siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Pariwisata di Indonesia, terutama di kelas online perhotelan dan kuliner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengamati 4 kelas di dua SMK di Yogyakarta dan Bali. Wawancara terhadap lima guru dan lima siswa juga dilakukan atas dasar sukarela. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa menggunakan berbagai aplikasi teknologi seperti Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Team, Cisco WebEx, Discord, dan Skype untuk pembelajaran sinkronus. Mereka juga lebih memanfaatkan aplikasi teknologi seperti WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Classroom, Google Form, Telegram, Moodle, Screencast-O-Matic, Facebook, Instagram, Quizzes, Kahoot, dan Twitter untuk pembelajaran asinkronus. Baik guru maupun siswa menghadapi tantangan teknis, pedagogi, psikologis, dan personal seperti koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, kurangnya literasi teknologi, gawai yang tidak sesuai, terbatasnya partisipasi, beban kerja yang berlebihan, demotivasi dan kurangnya fokus dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, sejumlah aplikasi teknologi digunakan untuk membantu memfasilitasi pembelajaran di jurusan perhotelan dan kuliner meskipun banyak tantangan yang muncul dalam penggunaannya. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh pemangku kepentingan dalam membantu mempersiapkan pembelajaran di masa depan, khususnya di sekolah menengah kejuruan
Rancang Bangun Timbangan Digital Berbasis Mikrokontroler dan IoT untuk Peternakan Domba
This study developed an integrated digital scale with a microcontroller and an Internet of Things feature that weighs the sheep and measures its temperature. It is composed of a scale frame, two alternative power supplies, namely a 12 V battery and 24 V PSU, a component box containing a temperature sensor, load cell module, Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller with built-in Wi-Fi ESP8266, equipped with an LCD user interface, RFID reader and thermal gun. The sheep were assigned their respective RFID IDs to enable detection by the RFID reader. When sheep walked into the core frame of the scales, the sheep ID appeared on the LCD. The load cell sensor automatically weighed the sheep. Simultaneously, the temperature data was displayed on the LCD and sent to the server when the user aimed the thermal gun at the sheep rectum. The weight measurement has been tested on live sheep. The accuracy of weight measurement was compared with a conventional standard scale. The system's RFID reader detected the Tag RFID within the 0—75 cm range. Thermal sensor MLX90614 measured the temperature with the lowest accuracy of 99,69% and the highest accuracy of 99,97%. The Flintec load cell PB 3.75–375 measured the sheep's weight with the lowest accuracy of 98,28% and the highest accuracy of 99,92%.Pada penelitian ini dibangun sistem otomasi pengamatan pertumbuhan ternak berupa timbangan digital dengan mikrokontroler dan fitur Internet of Things yang berfungsi sebagai alat penimbangan bobot dan alat ukur suhu ternak. Sistem ini tersusun atas rangka timbangan, dua alternatif catu daya yaitu aki 12 V dan PSU 24 V, box komponen yang berisi sensor suhu, modul load cell, mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 dengan built in Wi-Fi ESP8266, dilengkapi LCD sebagai antarmuka pengguna, RFID reader dan thermal gun. Setiap ternak diberi ID RFID sehingga data varietas ternak mudah di deteksi oleh RFID reader Ketika ternak masuk ke rangka inti timbangan, ID ternak akan muncul pada LCD. Secara otomatis sensor load cell bekerja menimbang bobot ternak. Selanjutnya, ketika user mengarahkan thermal gun ke rectum ternak, data suhu akan tampil pada LCD dan data tersebut terkirim ke server. Pengujian penimbangan bobot ternak dilakukan langsung pada ternak domba dan dianalisis akurasinya terhadap timbangan konvensional standar. RFID reader pada sistem ini mampu mendata ternak pada jarak 0–75 cm. Sensor suhu MLX90614 mampu mengukur suhu dengan persentase akurasi data terendah 99,69% dan akurasi data tertinggi 99,97%. Sensor load cell Flintec PB 3.75–375 mampu menimbang bobot ternak dengan akurasi terendah 98,28% dan akurasi tertinggi 99,92%
Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Karir Sebagai Atlet Pada Siswa Tunanetra
The regeneration of athletes with disabilities is an important point in maintaining sports achievements for people with disabilities, one of which is by depicting the interest of students in special schools to choose careers as athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest of students with visual impairments for a career as athletes. This quantitative descriptive study was conducted using a questionnaire. The researcher assessed blind students (n = 18) who attended in SLBN Citeureup, Cimahi City. The focus of the questionnaire is expressed interest, manifest interest, tested interest, dan inventoried interest. This study shows that blind students are interested in sports (67%) and who want to be an athletes(50%). In general, sports that blind students are interested in are running (33%), swimming (28%), football (22%), while students who did not take part in sports (17%). But all of these students did not take part in special sports training. However 67% of students could show sports techniques and only 56% of students could explain their favorite sport, but 18 students who were interested in running, football and swimming, none of the students took part in matches and had sports achievements. From this study, blind students who enjoy running, football, and swimming do not interested to have a career as an athlete. However, blind students can practice sports belong to what they liked and have an interest in participating in sports activity.
Keywords: interest, paralympics, disability, blindness.Pembibitan atlet disabilitas menjadi poin penting dalam mempertahankan prestasi olahraga bagi disabilitas, salah satunya dengan penggambaran minat siswa di SLB untuk memilih berkarir sebagai atlet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat dari siswa penyandang tunanetra untuk berkarir sebagai atlet. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner, peneliti mengevaluasi siswa tunanetra (n=18) yang bersekolah di SLBN Citeureup, Kota Cimahi. Fokus pertanyaan kuisioner berupa expressed interest, manifest interest, tested interest, dan inventoried interest. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa tunanetra yang tertarik dengan olahraga (67%) dan yang ingin menjadi atlet (50%). Secara umum, olahraga yang diminati oleh siswa tunanetra yaitu lari (33%), renang (28%), sepakbola (22%), sedangkan siswa yang tidak mengikuti olahraga (17%). Tetapi semua siswa tersebut tidak ada yang mengikuti pelatihan olahraga secara khusus. Sedangkan 67% siswa dapat menunjukkan teknik olahraga dan hanya 56% siswa yang dapat menjelaskan mengenai olahraga yang digemari, namun dari 18 siswa yang berminat dalam olahraga lari, sepakbola, dan renang tidak ada siswa yang mengikuti pertandingan dan memiliki prestasi olahraga. Dari penelitian ini siswa tunanetra yang menggemari olahraga lari, sepakbola, dan renang tidak ada yang memiliki keinginan untuk berkarir sebagai atlet. Tetapi para siswa tunanetra dapat mempraktikkan olahraga yang digemari dan mempunyai minat untuk mengikuti olahraga.

Efek Latihan Beban Metode Circuit Training terhadap Peningkatan Ukuran Otot pada Mahasiswa Tidak Terlatih
Increasing muscle mass or hypertrophy is becoming a popular goal in fitness center. The circuit training method has the potential to be an alternative method to increase muscle mass because it can perform various exercises in a short time.
this study aims to determine the effect of circuit training on increasing muscle mass in Sports Science students of the University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon.
This study used an experimental method using a pre-test post-test design control group. Twensty male college students with an average age of 21±1.78 years old and an average body weight of 73.68±17.56 kg were divided into two groups, namely the treatment class and the control class. The treatment class is given a circuit training training method while the control class uses a traditional mothoed (multiset method). Treatment is done for 4 weeks the frequency of exercise 2-3 times per week. Body circumference (arm circumference, chest circumference, thigh circumference) are measured by measuring tape, muscle percentage and body fat percentage are measured by BIA (Bioelectrical Impedence Analysis) brand Omron type HBF-375. Data analysis using paired sample t test and independent sample t test.
Based on the results of using an independent sample t test, it was found that the treatment class experienced significantly better values compared to the control class with a signification value of arm circumference of 0.013 and a thigh circumference value of 0.002 (p < 0.05). In muscle percentage, the treatment class was better than the control class with a significance value is 0.002 (p<0.05)
The circuit training method was significantly better on arm circumference and thigh circumference parameters as well as muscle percentage than the traditional unprogrammed method.Peningkatan massa otot menjadi tujuan latihan yang populer di pusat kebugaran. Metode circuit training berpotensi menjadi metode alternatif yang efektif efisien untuk meningkatkan massa otot karena dapat melakukan berbagai latihan dengan waktu yang relatif singkat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek circuit training terhadap peningkatan massa otot pada mahasiswa tidak terlatih.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan disain pre-test post-test design control grup. Sejumlah 20 mahasiswa laki-laki dengan rata rata usia 21±1,78 tahun dan berat badan 73,68±17,56 kg dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok yang diberikan program latihan metode circuit training (n=10) dan kelompok latihan beban metode multi-set/tradisional (n=10) sebagai kontrol. Treatmen dilakukan selama 4 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 2-3 kali per minggu. Parameter lingkar tubuh (lingkar lengan, lingkar dada, lingkar paha) diukur dengan pita ukur, persentase otot dan persentase lemak tubuh diukur dengan BIA (Bioelectrical Impedence Analysis) merk Omron type HBF-375. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t test dan indepenten sample t test.
Berdasarkan hasil uji uji independen sample t test, didapatkan bahwa kelompok treatmen mengalami nilai yang signifikan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai signifikasi lingkar lengan yaitu 0,013 dan nilai lingkar paha 0,002 (p<0,05) dan parameter persentase otot dengan nial p=0,002 (p<0,05) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol.

Analisis Motivasi Latihan Atlet Rugby 7s Putri di Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Analisis Motivasi Latihan Atlet Rugby 7s Putri di Masa Pandemi Covid-19
This study is designed to determine the level of motivation rugby 7s athletes in Indonesia after the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative descriptive type of research. Participants in this study included 76 female rugby 7s athletes (average athlete age = 19 ± 3.66 years, min = 13 years, max = 27 years, average height = 157.9 ± 6.45 cm, average weight = 54.6 ± 10.24 kg, training experience = 2.1 ± 1.72 years). The instrument used is a google form as a training motivation questionnaire that is distributed to all rugby 7s athletes throughout Indonesia. The results of this study showed the level of motivation of female rugby 7s athletes in Indonesia with results of 2.6% of athletes in the very high category, 11.8% of athletes in the high category, 48.7% of athletes in the medium category, 30.3% of athletes in the low category, and 6.6% of athletes in the very low category. There was a decrease in training intensity by 36.6%, a decrease in exercise frequency by 42.1%, and a decrease in exercise duration by 30.3%. These findings provide initial support as a benchmark in determining the training program that will be designed for the next target event so that it can contribute to increasing the motivation of 7s rugby athletes in Indonesia.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Peserta dalam penelitian ini meliputi atlet rugby 7s wanita sebanyak 76 orang (rata-rata usia atlet = 19 ± 3,66 tahun, min = 13 tahun, maks = 27 tahun, tinggi badan rata-rata = 157,9 ± 6,45 cm, berat badan rata-rata = 54,6 ± 10,24 kg, pengalaman berlatih = 2,1 ± 1,72 tahun). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah google form sebagai angket motivasi latihan yang dibagikan keseluruh atlet rugby 7s di seluruh Indonesia. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan tingkat motivasi atlet rugby 7s wanita di Indonesia dengan hasil 2,6% atlet masuk kategori sangat tinggi, 11,8% atlet masuk kategori tinggi, 48,7% atlet masuk kategori sedang, 30,3% atlet masuk kategori rendah, dan 6,6% atlet masuk kategori sangat rendah. Ada penurunan intensitas latihan sebesar 36,6%, penurunan frekuensi latihan sebesar 42,1%, dan penurunan durasi latihan sebesar 30,3%. Temuan ini memberikan dukungan awal sebagai tolak ukur dalam menentukan program latihan yang akan dirancang untuk target event selanjutnya sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan motivasi atlet rugby 7s di Indonesia.

UNFOLDING THE EFFECT OF BANYUMAS VALUES AND HOME EDUTAINMENT TOWARD ANTI-FOOD WASTE LIFESTYLE AMONG YOUNG CONSUMER
Banyumas values are ancient traditions, and cultures are slowly considered old-fashioned and outdated. It creates a reluctance to implement, continue, and believe in them. The value is almost similar to Javanese values, but it has some differences. The value shall be maintained to mitigate food waste in this era. The National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN) of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) mentioned that total food waste reached 74.11% In Banyumas, and young consumers dominate the proportion of Indonesia's demographics. This research aims to find the relationship between Banyumas values, home edutainment, household routine, and anti-food waste lifestyle from young consumers. The method used was quantitative, and the statistical approach used the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square) with 409 respondents. The results showed that Banyumas values, home edutainment, and household routines significantly influence an anti-food waste lifestyle. To maintain the anti-food waste lifestyle of the young consumer in Banyumas, it needs education from their family by conducting food literacy. Young consumers shall be guided to preserve their food and avoid waste whenever they stay. Furthermore, the responsibility of each young consumer shall be maintained and revisit the cultural aspects of Banyumas as a society that upholds the local wisdom
Environmentally Friendly Graphene Oxide Production using Ultrasonication for Fiber Optic Coating as Humidity Sensor
Graphene oxide (GO) has many applications, such as energy storage, sensors, and polymer composites. This study aimed to produce environmentally friendly GO for use as a humidity sensor. The GO was synthesized using liquid phase exfoliation (LPE) with ultrasonication. The ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) test results showed an absorption peak at a wavelength of 227 nm and a shouldering peak at 270 nm. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum showed the presence of oxygen functional groups indicating hydrophilic material characteristics. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns indicated that the GO had an amorphous phase, as evidenced by a broadened peak at 2θ ≅ 12.2°. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) images showed that the synthesized GO was in the form of indentations or sheets of planar hexagonal structures in single or multi-layers. Based on the energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) characterization, the GO consisted of 63.6% carbon (C) and 26.4% oxygen (O). The C/O ratio after sonication showed a reduction in oxygen with a ratio of 2.4. Interestingly, the humidity tests showed that the GO coated on polymer optical fiber (POF) significantly enhanced the gradient values from 0.0567 to 0.4042 compared to the POF without coating, confirming its potential as a humidity sensor.
