Prambanan Temple and Borobudur Temple, managed by PT Taman Wisata Candi, play a crucial role in implementing these venue indicators, as they are key providers of event venues at local, national, and international levels. This research employs qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis approach, including interviews with stakeholders at PT Taman Wisata Candi involved in event management. The aim is to understand the role of temple management in supporting sustainable events as a venue provider. The findings indicate that the management has followed the principles of sustainable event management, focusing three socio-cultural elements of the environment broadly categorized under “Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan” (TJSL), or Environmental Socio Responsibility. This program aims to support all activities at PT Taman Wisata Candi. However, certain aspects need to be concidered to minimize negative impacts during events at Prambanan and Borobudur Temples. To accomplish this, it is necessary to strengthen the event management process by providing supporting documents, such as the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for post-event activity reporting related to sustainable event indicators, as well as the creation of guidebooks detailing the objectives of the nine indicators. These indicators cover aspects such as planning, policy formulation, monitoring, and evaluation following the Event Industry Council’s approach to sustainable events.

Abstract Unpredictable climate change makes high intensity rainfall infiltration possible in the future. This can cause slope collapse due to rainfall infiltration. Indonesia has areas that are very susceptible to slope collapse due to rainfall. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the pore water pressure distribution and slope stability during rainfall on the original slope through numerical modeling. The groundwater characteristic curve was measured using high-suction polymer sensors (HSPS). Volume changes in the soil were obtained using a 3D scanner. Numerical modeling was carried out with the help of GeoStudio. Seepage analysis was carried out using SEEP/W to obtain changes in the pore water pressure distribution due to rainfall infiltration. Slope stability was carried out using SLOPE/W to determine the slope safety factor due to rainwater infiltration. The results showed that the intensity and duration of rainfall had a significant effect on slope stability. The longer the duration of rainfall and with high intensity can cause a greater decrease in the safety factor. This is because the suction power of the soil has decreased and causes the shear strength of the soil to be lower so that it can cause slope failure. Kata-kata Kunci: Tanah tak jenuh, kurva karakteristik air-tanah, infiltrasi curah hujan, stabilitas leren

Abstract Better Value for Money (VFM) is a key reason The Government opts for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes in infrastructure project delivery. The Government has developed a quantitative VFM measurement methodology based on the Public Sector Comparator (PSC). A critical issue within this methodology is determining the appropriate discount rate for PSC and PPP cash flows. This paper aims to evaluate the impact of various discount rates on VFM. Four discount rates are analyzed: the project rate, the risk-free rate, the social discount rate, and a modified project rate. Two approaches are considered: applying the same discount rate and using different rates for PSC and PPP. The findings reveal that differing discount rates, even with identical cash flows, result in variations in VFM. When the same discount rate is applied to both PSC and PPP, the VFM is negative unless the discount rate equals or exceeds the project rate. Moreover, the greater the spread between PSC and PPP discount rates, the lower the VFM when the PSC rate is higher, and the higher the VFM when the PPP rate is higher. This paper recommends the development of more detailed guidelines for determining discount rates to prevent VFM miscalculations, which can result in misleading decisions. Keywords : Value for money, public sector comparator, discount rate, public-private partnership, infrastructureAbstrak Nilai Manfaat Uang (Value for Money, VFM) yang lebih baik menjadi salah satu alasan Pemerintah menggunakan skema Kerja Sama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha (KBPU) untuk penyediaan proyek infrastruktur. Resistance to antimalarial drugs has become a global challenge in achieving the target of malaria eradication. To address this issue, effective and safe alternative treatments are urgently needed. This study compares the ADMET profiles (absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity) of synthetic antimalarial drugs with active compounds derived from herbal sources using an in-silico approach. The analyzed herbal compounds, including piperine, kaempferol, berberine, quassin, and limonin, demonstrated high intestinal absorption (>30%), good water solubility, and sufficient skin permeability. In the distribution analysis, kaempferol exhibited high volume distribution due to its lipophilic interactions with body tissues, although most compounds were unable to penetrate the blood-brain barrier. The herbal compounds piperine and kaempferol inhibited metabolic enzymes CYP2C19 and CYP1A2, whereas synthetic drugs tended to act as substrates. Regarding excretion, piperine served as a renal OCT2 substrate, while pyrimethamine exhibited low clearance. Toxicity assessments revealed that herbal compounds generally exhibited better toxicity profiles compared to synthetic drugs, with limonin showing the lowest acute and chronic toxicity. These findings suggest that herbal active compounds hold significant potential for development as alternative antimalarial agents, particularly in addressing drug resistance. This study highlights the importance of further developing herbal-based drugs through in silico approaches to enhance the efficacy and safety of malaria therapy. Kata kunci: resistensi obat malaria, senyawa aktif herbal, ADMET,  in silic

Natural deep eutectic solvent (NaDES) pre-treatment offers a promising alternative strategy to enhance lipid extraction efficiency from microalgae by influencing the integrity of the cell wall, thereby improving solvent accessibility to the cytoplasm and facilitating the release of intracellular lipid content. In this study, Chlorella vulgaris biomass underwent pre-treatment with four different NaDES formulations, each based on choline chloride (ChCl) with varying molar ratios: ChCl : Glycerol (1:2), ChCl : Glycerol (1:1), ChCl : Oxalic Acid (1:2), dan ChCl : Oxalic Acid (1:1).We analyzed the impact of these NaDES pre-treatments on lipid yield and fatty acid profiles. The extracted lipids exhibited an acid value of 42.56 mg KOH/g fat and a free fatty acid content of 0.25%. Samples subjected to NaDES treatment showed significant increases in lipid extraction efficiency, with lipid yields ranging from 1.25 to 2.3 times higher than those of untreated biomass extracted using hexane (p < 0.05). The highest lipid yield was observed in samples treated with ChCl : Glycerol (1:1), achieving a total lipid yield of 19.44% (w/w), more than double that of the untreated biomass. Although minor variations in fatty acid profiles were noted due to the NaDES treatment, the dominant fatty acids in each variation remained palmitic acid (C16:0, 21-29.5%) and oleic acid (C18:1, 13-43.88%)

Identity is regulated by culture and can be delivered meaningfully in numerous expressions, among which animated designs. In tandem with technological evolution, animation today shows fusions of various cultures. Two main influences in the Malaysian animation industry are Japan and Western countries due to their status as pioneers in animation. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the influence of Malaysian, Japanese and Western animated character designs on the local university students’ production of their character designs. This study was conducted based on semiotic theory, followed by a research method that employed a content analysis approach using the SPSS software. Through the analysis of cross-distribution and Chi-Square, it was found that the criteria of physique, national characteristics, and colors in the students’ work showed similar characteristics to both local and foreign animations. Consequently, further studies should be conducted to comprehend why the students are inspired by Japanese and Western styles. These influences also raise the question of whether these cross-cultural forms lead to a new identity of Malaysian animation or only a trend
