Transparency is realized through the publication of open and accurate financial reports, while accountability can be seen from the internal and external monitoring mechanisms that are carried out consistently. The implementation of GCG also encourages the company's operational efficiency and strengthens Bank Nagari's position as a major contributor to regional income. With the commitment of internal management and active supervision from the local government, GCG plays an important role in improving fiscal stability and regional economic development
Analysis of Citizen Reluctance in Legislative Service: Experience from the Indonesian Parliament
This study discusses SIDUMAS, a digital platform developed by the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR-RI), to accommodate public aspirations and complaints. The goal is to strengthen communication and transparency between legislative institutions and citizens. Although this platform brings several advantages, such as faster processes and easier access, many people still have not utilized it. It shows a gap between the government’s enthusiasm in building a digital system and the public’s readiness to use it. The results revealed that low digital literacy, lack of information about SIDUMAS, and low trust in legislative institutions are the main factors that hinder public participation. Therefore, the success of this service is highly dependent on efforts to improve digital understanding, build trust, and socialize this platform comprehensively. Finally, this study contributes to how the application of technology, such as SIDUMAS, can be utilized in public services and various government institutions, more specifically, considering the community’s user preferences. This finding also underlines that digital innovation is not enough just to be available; it must be adapted to the community’s social conditions and be easily accessible to all groups.

Digitalization in health care is the process of converting analog data or information into digital format which aims to create a connected, efficient, and patient-centered health system, where information flows smoothly, decisions are made based on data and services can be accessed more easily. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients at UPT Arifin Nu'mang Rappang Regional General Hospital. The research sample was 98 people using incidental sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies using quantitative descriptive methods, namely data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 software. The results of this study indicate that outpatient patient satisfaction has a significant effect on the digitization of health services with a satisfaction level of 73% and 70%, respectively. This is evidenced by the results of the ANOVA test or f test which shows fcount 70.451 with a significance of 0.000 while the t test shows tcount (8.394) > ttable (1.660). The R square value is 42.3%, which means that 42.3% is influenced by patient satisfaction and the remaining 57.7% is influenced by other unknown factors. With this, hospital management needs to formulate strategic steps that can increase the digitalization of health services
Sintesis Lintas Sektor Untuk Meningkatkan Ketahanan Pangan dan Mengurangi Stunting di Nagari Gantiang Mudiak Utara Surantih Kecamatan Sutera Pesisir Selatan
This study focuses on cross-sectoral synthesis to improve food security and reduce stunting in Nagari Gantiang Mudiak Utara Surantih, Sutera District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews and documentation as a means of data collection. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study refers to the family food security policy stated in the Pesisir Selatan Regency Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2019 concerning food security. The research findings show that the driving factors for the role of cross-sectors in supporting family food security in preventing stunting are the existence of clear duties and functions from related agencies and the existence of food security regulations in the form of Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2019, which supports cross-sectoral synergy. However, the role of cross-sectors in family food security also experiences obstacles, namely low food diversification capabilities, lack of cross-sectoral involvement in program supervision and evaluation, ineffective coordination, and limited budget allocation. Therefore, a flexible approach is needed to the needs and characteristics of each region in order to achieve optimal results in realizing sustainable family food security and preventing stunting
Sinkronisasi Perencanaan, Penganggaran dan Pengawasan: Peta Jalan Menuju Keberhasilan Pembangunan (Studi Pada Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur)
This study examines the synchronization of the three pillars of performance planning, budgeting, and oversight in the regional development process of East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT). Failure to integrate these three elements can lead to inconsistencies in development documents, potentially hindering the achievement of development targets. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach to analyze the oversight results on the consistency between planning and budgeting documents for 2025 in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The findings indicate that despite efforts to improve consistency, significant discrepancies exist, especially in aligning performance indicators and budget ceilings, due to limited oversight of the budget, suboptimal interagency coordination, and the influence of political pressure. The proposed recommendations include implementing data-based planning, strengthening human resource capacity, increasing public participation, and integrating electronic systems to support transparency and accountability in the development process. It is hoped that the results of this study can guide the regional government of NTT Province in achieving more efficient and sustainable development.

Penentuan Lokasi Pengganti Kelurahan X Melalui Metode Analytical Hierarcy Process
This study aims to determine a new location for the Kelurahan X Office in North Jakarta using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision-making tool for multi-criteria analysis. The need for relocation arises due to the expiration of the land-use agreement between the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta and the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL). The research adopts a mixed-method approach-both qualitative and quantitative-through literature review, field observation, and interviews with stakeholders. AHP was employed to evaluate three main criteria-environment, accessibility, and cost-which were further broken down into nine sub-criteria. Three alternative locations were analyzed: Model 1 (Jl. JA 1), Model 2 (Jl. BGR), and Model 3 (Jl. GK). The analysis results indicate that Model 1 received the highest score of 63.49%, making it the most optimal location. This study demonstrates that AHP is effective in supporting data-driven, objective, and participatory decision-making processes in the context of public service planning. Despite limitations such as a restricted number of alternatives and potential subjectivity in assessments, this research makes a significant contribution to urban spatial planning and can serve as a model for similar projects in other urban area

Problematika dan Tantangan Desentralisasi di Indonesia: Kajian Literatur Review Pasca Reformasi
Post-1998 reform decentralization in Indonesia has become a major strategy in strengthening regional autonomy and accelerating development through the delegation of authority from the central government to the regions. Although it aims to increase public participation and service quality, its implementation faces various structural, cultural, and policy challenges. This study aims to fill the gap in studies that have not integrated these three dimensions comprehensively, especially in the context of authority conflicts and capacity disparities between regions. This study uses a qualitative approach with the systematic literature review (SLR) method, analyzing various scientific literature, regulations, and policy reports from 1998 to 2024. The results of the study show that decentralization has not been fully effective due to the high fiscal inequality, weak institutional capacity, and minimal harmonization of central-regional policies. On the other hand, several regions have succeeded in presenting public service innovations thanks to progressive local leadership. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for further reforms in the form of increasing the capacity of regional institutions, harmonizing regulations, and strengthening participatory oversight mechanisms. These findings not only enrich theoretical understanding of decentralization, but also provide applicable and contextual policy recommendations for more effective and sustainable regional governance
