Strategi PT. Harum Jaya Dalam Mengembangkan Usaha Di Kabupaten Wakatobi Menerut Ekonomi Syariah
No full textThis study aims to explore the business development strategies implemented by PT. Harum Jaya in Wakatobi Regency from a sharia economic perspective. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using field research methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the business owner, employees, and customers, as well as documentation review. The findings indicate that PT. Harum Jaya’s business development strategy is carried out through adaptive internal management, affordable pricing, service diversification, and a strong emphasis on service quality and customer proximity. The marketing strategy primarily relies on personal relationships, business reputation, and initial utilization of digital media. All business practices are implemented in accordance with sharia economic principles, such as honesty, justice, transparency, and the avoidance of usury (riba). In addition, social responsibility is reflected in the empowerment of local labor and the provision of affordable prices for students and the surrounding community. These findings suggest that the integration of business strategies and sharia economic values plays an important role in maintaining business sustainability within a local context.Penelitian ini dilakukan Untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapakn oleh PT. Lokasi penelitian diadakan di PT.Harum Jaya Kabupaten Wakatobi. Adapun yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian iniadalah strategi PT. Harum Jaya dalam mengembangkan usaha. Hasil penelitian inimenujukan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan oleh PT. Harum Jaya mencakup manajemenyang efesien, investasi dalam perluasan fasilitas, serta penerapan staregi bisnis yangberfokus pada peningkatan pelayanan, penawaran yang harga yang kompetitif, danpeningkatan kualitas produk. Strategi ini memungkinkan perusahaan untuk bersaingsecara kompetitif di pasar lokal. Usaha PT. Harum Jaya juga mengalami perkembanganyang positif, ditandai dengan peningkatan pendapatan, bertambahnya jumlah pelanggan,serta peningkatan kualitas produk dan layanan. Perkembangan ini merupakan hasil daripelaksanaan strategi yang konsisten oleh pemilik usaha, yang juga didukung oleh kinerjakaryawan yang baik. Selain itu, seluruh kegiatan usaha mencerminkan prinsip-prinsipekonomi syariah, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, dan transparansi, serta menghindari praktikriba dalam setiap transaksi
PENDAMPINGAN PENGELOLAAN KEARSIPAN DI KANTOR BIDANG PAUD DINAS PENDIDIKAN KABUPATEN MAGELANG
Full text linkPengelolaan arsip yang belum tertib di Kantor Bidang PAUD Dinas Pendidikan menimbulkan hambatan dalam efisiensi kerja dan akuntabilitas lembaga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas staf dalam membangun sistem pengarsipan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Pendampingan dilaksanakan melalui lima tahapan yang mencakup discovery, dream, design, define, dan destiny. Tahapan ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi aset internal, merumuskan visi bersama, menyusun desain klasifikasi arsip, serta mengimplementasikan praktik pengarsipan yang terstandar. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan teknis, simulasi pengelompokan arsip, dan penerapan logbook pencatatan. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan ketertiban arsip hingga 75 persen dan penurunan waktu temu kembali dokumen dari lebih dari 10 menit menjadi kurang dari 3 menit. Selain itu, partisipasi dan rasa tanggung jawab staf terhadap pengelolaan arsip meningkat secara signifikan. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan ABCD efektif dalam memperkuat tata kelola arsip dan membangun budaya kerja yang lebih akuntabel, efisien, dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan di lingkungan instansi pemerintahan.

Full text linkThe study aims to analyse the role of democracy as a base for the establishment of laws in the national legal reform in Indonesia. Democracy as a base principle of the rule of law guarantees the involvement of the people in the legislative process which produces laws that reflect the aspirations and needs of the community. The research method used is normative legal research with a legislative, conceptual, and historical approach. The data obtained from laws and regulations, legal literature, and expert opinions which are analysed descriptively-annalistically. The results of the study indicate that the application of democratic principles in the formation of laws which the main key to realizing laws that responsive and adaptive to social and political changes in Indonesia. Therefore, national legal reform must prioritize democratic principles that the legislative process is transparent, participatory, and accountable

Regarding the procedures for managing zakat, it is expected that it is an effort to encourage prosperity, economic development, and a strategy to achieve the goals aspired by a nation and a country. So that the poverty and unemployment rates, as well as the gap in the social class of society, will be resolved and the creation of a prosperous, just and prosperous society by the goals of the nation and country. However, in the field, it shows that the current implementation and management of zakat is less effective and still uses classic methods, innovation, and professional work are expected to be far from the desired expectations. So naturally, there are still very poor people in various places and all over the region. This research uses qualitative methods to explain the intent and purpose of writing. And this writing also offers zakat as an economic instrument for regional development, which is based on humanity and strong tolerance between religious communities. Thus there is nothing but effective zakat management and management so that welfare and economic prosperity are expected to be created. As is well known, good zakat management is a requirement and condition for the creation of a clear, accountable, and transparent economy, to avoid corrupt behavior. Kajian Maslahah Mursalah dalam Pemanfaatan Harta Wakaf untuk Pembangunan Infrastruktur: The study of Maslahah Mursalah in the Utilization of Waqf Assets for Infrastructure Development
Full text linkWaqf has a strategic role in supporting community development by utilizing productive assets, such as land, buildings, or waqf funds. With professional management, waqf can be used to build public infrastructure, such as hospitals, schools, and economic facilities, which are innovative solutions for overcoming various social and financial challenges. The Maslahah Mursalah principle is an important foundation in supporting the flexibility of waqf management so that it remains by sharia and relevant to modern needs. Through this approach, waqf is not only oriented towards long-term benefits, but is also able to answer the urgent needs of the community, such as access to education, health, clean water, and housing. This study aims to identify the application of the maslahah principle in optimizing waqf for infrastructure development. Using a qualitative research method based on literature studies, this study examines literature related to the concept of maslahah mursalah and waqf management. The results of the study indicate that waqf management based on the maslahah principle can create sustainable social benefits, strengthen social solidarity, and support the distribution of community welfare. This management is also able to create economic opportunities, reduce socio-economic disparities, and strengthen regional competitiveness. In conclusion, waqf is an important instrument in inclusive development that not only promotes social justice but also provides long-term positive impacts for future generations. It is hoped that this study can serve as a guide for waqf managers and policymakers in designing effective and maslahah-based management strategies
Digital Fatigue and Urban Consumers’ Resistance Against E-Commerce Algorithms
Full text linkThis study investigates the phenomenon of digital fatigue and its link to resistance behaviors among urban consumers navigating e-commerce platforms saturated with algorithmic personalization. This research applies a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore how individuals in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya actively disengage from or manipulate recommendation systems in response to emotional and cognitive exhaustion. Data were collected from 25 participants through semi-structured interviews, revealing that 84% experienced mental fatigue due to algorithm-driven content repetition, intrusive notifications, and decision overload. The findings highlight various resistance strategies including browsing in incognito mode, clearing cookies, intentionally clicking unrelated content, and uninstalling apps acts rooted more in emotional autonomy than privacy concerns. Resistance behaviors were shown to vary by age and gender, with younger, tech-savvy users deploying technical measures and older participants favoring withdrawal methods. Additionally, over half of respondents expressed growing distrust in e-commerce platforms, citing manipulation and a lack of transparency as primary concerns. The study confirms that resistance is not passive avoidance but a form of digital agency where consumers renegotiate control over their online experiences. This work expands the discourse on algorithmic governance by showing that ethical engagement models must address emotional thresholds and user well-being, especially in non-Western urban environments. The implications are vital for developers, marketers, and policymakers aiming to balance personalization with sustainable digital interaction
The Competitiveness of Local Wisdom-Based MSME Products in Facing Global Markets
Full text linkThis study investigates the competitiveness of local wisdom-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia within the context of global markets. The research addresses a pressing question: why do culturally rich MSMEs struggle to achieve international competitiveness? Using a qualitative descriptive-analytic method, the study draws on interviews, field observations, and secondary data from MSMEs in Bali, Yogyakarta, and West Sumatra. Porter’s Diamond Model and Cultural Branding Theory serve as analytical frameworks to assess internal capabilities, strategic gaps, and market alignment. The findings show that while 68% of MSMEs incorporate cultural elements in their products, only 33% are globally competitive, and just 22% have reached export markets. Key obstacles include limited branding strategy, lack of international certification, fragmented support infrastructure, and insufficient digital engagement. The study concludes that cultural capital alone is not sufficient; it must be converted into structured competitive strategies to position MSMEs on the global stage
Struktur Argumentasi Penalaran Proporsional Mahasiswa dalam Menyelesaikan Comparison Problem Berdasarkan Strategi Penyelesaian
Full text linkThis research aims to describe the structure of students' proportional reasoning arguments in solving comparison problems based on the solution strategy used. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects were three students from the Mathematics Education Study Program, State University of Malang, who were selected based on differences in solution strategies, namely unit rate, cross product algorithm, and additive. The instruments used were comparison problem tests and semi-structured interviews. The research results show that students with the unit rate strategy are able to fulfill all elements of argumentation in the form of claims, evidence, and reasoning. Students with the cross product algorithm strategy are able to provide claims and evidence but cannot express logical reasoning. Meanwhile, students with an additive strategy are only able to provide correct claims without supporting evidence and reasoning. The Qur'an as a guideline for life on earth is not spared from the problems of multiculturalism. In order for the instructions to be accepted and understood collectively, it needs to be implemented in the realm of Education. The purpose of multiculturalism education is so that students can be aware of their identity, both individually and collectively. The implications of the realization of this goal are the active participation of each group member, the encounter of different identities, and the realization of social justice. Students also get the same rights and obligations in the social space and build the future of Indonesia. Dimensions of Islamic Prophetic Education in Core Values of State Civil Apparatus in Indonesia: Dimensi Pendidikan Profetik Islam dalam Core Values Aparatur Sipil Negara di Indonesia
Full text linkAlthough the State Civil Service Agency has formulated Core Values for the State Civil Apparatus in Indonesia, sometimes there are still personality problems and performance of the State Civil Apparatus (SCA) in the community. In fact, these Core Values have synergy with prophetic educational values for the SCA in carrying out their duties as. Through a normative-philosophical approach, this qualitative study in the form of a literature review intends to identify the content of Islamic prophetic education values in Core Values for the SCA in Indonesia. The prophetic character of prophethood is the basis of perspective in this study. The results of this study found the content of Islamic prophetic education values in Core Values for SCA in Indonesia, including: shidiq values in Core Values in the form of accountability, trustful values in Core Values in the form of harmonious and loyal values, tabligh values in Core Values in the form of service-oriented and collaborative values, fathonah values in Core Values in the form of competent and adaptive values. The theoretical implications of this study affirm the value of Islamic prophetic character education can be disseminated to government policies to build the personality and performance of a professional and religious SCA
