THE EFFECT OF USING THE JARIMATIKA METHOD AND THE PYTHAGOREAN MULTIPLICATION TABLE ON SOLVING MATHEMATICAL CONCEPTS OF MULTIPLICATION OPERATIONS
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of students' numeracy skills by using the jaritmatika method and the Pythagorean multiplication table on student learning outcomes significantly in mathematics lessons on student multiplication operations. The method used in this research is the quasi experimental method of experimental research which is basically the same as cause-and-effect research but is carried out using pseudo-experimental methods. This research was conducted at SDN Sungai Jingah 5 with saturated sampling of grade III. The results showed that the numeracy skills of experimental grade students using the jaritmatika method and tables can be seen from the average results of 82.13 are in the "Very Good" qualification, while the numeracy skills of control grade students using the interactive discussion method 73.87 are in the "Good" qualification. Based on the calculation with the Independent Simple T Test "T Test" with asymp, Sig (2-tailed) is 0.041, because 0.041 <0.05 then H 0is rejected and H ais accepted so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of the ability to count multiplication of the experimental grade (using the jaritmatika method and table) and the control grade (using interactive discussions). The implication of this research can be used as an alternative method of learning mathematics calculation for elementary school students.

Full text linkThe focus of this research is to identify the review of Islamic and Human Rights law on castration punishment for perpetrators of sexual deviations against children. This normative legal research uses a normative juridical approach. The results show that, first, in the view of Islamic law, the application of castration punishment against child rapists is declared haram because it is contrary to the principle of respect for the integrity of the human body. Meanwhile, then, in the perspective of human rights, the application of chemical castration punishment raises debates because there are views that clash with the principle of human rights protection, because it can eliminate biological abilities in intercourse. This research emphasizes the importance of reviewing in the perspective of integration of Islamic law and Human Rights on the aspects of effectiveness and humanity related to the application of castration punishment
WORKSHOP INTERAKTIF UNTUK OPTIMALISASI PEMBARUAN BUKU PADA PERPUSTAKAAN ENLIGHT
Full text linkKegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam manajemen perpustakaan, khususnya dalam pengelolaan buku menggunakan Sistem Manajemen Perpustakaan Senayan (SLiMS) berbasis teknologi. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Perpustakaan ENLIGHT Jurusan Bahasa Inggris dengan melibatkan 15 peserta mahasiswa. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pengelolaan perpustakaan yang efisien dan terstruktur melalui pembaruan data buku menggunakan SLiMS. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop interaktif, yang menggabungkan pengetahuan teoritis dengan praktik langsung. Selama satu hari kegiatan, peserta terlibat aktif dalam mengoperasikan sistem, mengisi data buku, memberi label, dan mengorganisir buku. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta berhasil mengoperasikan SLiMS, menginput data buku dengan benar, serta mengorganisir buku di rak sesuai kategori. Survei akhir menunjukkan bahwa 93,3% peserta merasa materi sangat bermanfaat, dan 80% merasa mendapatkan pengetahuan baru yang signifikan. Meskipun demikian, keterbatasan waktu dan dana menjadi hambatan utama dalam pengimplementasian pembaruan buku. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan teknis mahasiswa dan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis teknologi yang lebih efisien.
Perbedaan Waktu Shalat Jum’at Di Masjid Distrik Jayapura Selatan: Sebuah Tinjauan Fiqih Dan Ilmu Falak: The Difference in Friday Prayer Times at Mosques in South Jayapura District: A Jurisprudential and Astronomical Review
Full text linkThis study was motivated by the phenomenon of differences in the timing of Friday prayers in a number of mosques in South Jayapura District, reflecting variations in the application of Sharia law due to differences ininterpretation of the timing of prayers. The study aims to identify the factors causing these differences and analyze them from Fiqih and Ilmu Falak review. Using a qualitative method with a normative-empirical approach and descriptive-analysis research type, data was collected through in-depth interviews with religious leaders and mosque administrators, as well as direct observations at nine mosques. The results of the study indicate that differences in the timing of Friday prayers are influenced by internal mosque policies, the discipline of staff, the readiness of congregants, differences in the use of clocks or timers, and weak coordination between mosques. In fiqh, Friday prayers are valid as long as they are performed within the Zuhr time frame (after zawal until before Asr), while astronomy precisely determines the time through calculation, which is 11:52 WIT. In conclusion, these differences reflect the dynamics between the flexibility of Islamic law and astronomical precision, which require synergy to achieve uniformity in the timing of Friday prayers in the region
IMPLEMENTASI NILAI–NILAI MODERASI BERAGAMA DI SD NEGERI SERINGGU KABUPATEN MERAUKE – PAPUA SELATAN: Implementation Of Relegius Moderation Values at Seringgu State Elementary School, Merauke Regency-South Papua
Full text linkThis research is based on the existence of SD Negeri Seringgu as a general basic education institution in which it is managed by someone from various religions. Not only managers, but students are also intended for all different religions, ethnicities, and cultures. This study aims to describe the importance of SD Negeri Seringgu Merauke Regency in implementing Religious Moderation Attitudes and this research also wants to find out what values are contained in Religious Moderation implemented in the school. The method used in this study is a field study using a sociological juridical approach. The results of the study show that the importance of Religious Moderation at SD Negeri Seringgu, Merauke Regency in order to establish good relationships between other religions. Furthermore, the Implementation of Religious Moderation Values found in this study are: First, the attitude of mutual cooperation between different religious believers in the school environment. Second, the attitude of Adil which emphasizes the school's attitude not to take sides with one religion to serve as a class teacher. Third, the attitude of tolerance that we can see in the way non-Muslim teachers attend the events of Islamic holidays as well as Muslim teachers present in the way of Christian holidays. Fourth, Openness Attitude is the way schools apply a professionalism attitude (Nothing is covered) to school policies to one religion and school openness to the community about policies and problems that occur in schools.  
Keterlibatan dan Pengembangan Individu dalam Micro Leading
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterlibatan dan pengembangan individu dalam praktik micro leading sebagai bentuk kepemimpinan skala kecil yang berfokus pada peran aktif individu dalam organisasi, khususnya dalam konteks manajemen pendidikan Islam. Konsep micro leading dinilai mampu meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi, membangun budaya kolaboratif, serta mendorong inovasi dan tanggung jawab personal tanpa harus bergantung pada struktur otoritas formal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah studi pustaka, dengan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif berdasarkan sumber-sumber akademik relevan, termasuk peraturan perundang-undangan terkait pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan individu dalam micro leading dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan manajerial melalui pelatihan mikro, coaching, dan mentoring. Namun, penerapannya menghadapi beberapa tantangan seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan, miskonsepsi antara micro leading dan micromanagement, serta kurangnya pelatihan kepemimpinan. Solusi yang ditawarkan meliputi pembangunan budaya kerja terbuka, penetapan peran yang jelas, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai alat pendukung. Simpulan dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa micro leading merupakan strategi kepemimpinan yang relevan dan efektif dalam pengembangan individu dan peningkatan kinerja organisasi, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan modern yang dinamis
Peran Disiplin Kerja dalam Mewujudkan Efektivitas SDM di MIS Piladang: Pendekatan Kuantitatif Deskriptif
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi disiplin kerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap peningkatan kinerja kelembagaan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Piladang. Disiplin kerja dalam konteks pendidikan Islam tidak hanya dipandang sebagai kepatuhan terhadap aturan formal, tetapi juga sebagai implementasi nilai-nilai spiritual seperti tanggung jawab, amanah, dan keikhlasan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik sampling jenuh terhadap 15 responden, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan SDM tergolong tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 92,47 dari 100, mencerminkan komitmen terhadap tata tertib, integritas kerja, dan kesadaran spiritual dalam menjalankan tugas. Meski demikian, ditemukan aspek yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, seperti ketahanan terhadap beban kerja, ketepatan waktu dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan partisipasi dalam pengembangan kelembagaan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa disiplin kerja yang berbasis nilai Islam merupakan fondasi penting dalam membangun kinerja profesional dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan lembaga pendidikan Islam
Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Siswa pada Materi Barisan dan Deret Aritmatika
Full text linkA student's skill in solving various problems using mathematical activities can be called mathematical problem solving ability. This research was carried out to determine students' skills in solving problems mathematically on Arithmetic Sequences and Series material. The researcher chose this type of qualitative descriptive research because the researcher wanted to get real data in the field. The research subjects were 17 students of class XI MIPA-B MA Darun Najah Pati for the 2023/2024 period. The researcher used a written test to collect data, using five essay questions, then an assessment was carried out to obtain a percentage at each stage and an average process was carried out. The analysis of this research refers to 4 levels according to Polya's theory, namely reading the problem, making a work plan, carrying out work design, and reinterpreting. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it was found that 54.51% of students were able to read the problem, 47.84% were able to make work plans, 43.14% of students carried out work plans, and 21.89% of students could reinterpret problems. Based on the data obtained, it is stated that MA Darun Najah Pati students have medium category problem solving abilities
Uji Ditribusi Binomial Sebagai Estimasi Probabilitas Kesuksesan Aplikasi Instagram Melalui Kepuasan Pengguna Instagram
Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to assess the success rate of the Instagram application using the binomial distribution to calculate the number of successes from n trials in a population of N, where each trial has two possible outcomes: success or failure. The probability of success is p, and the probability of failure is 1-p. The background of the problem of this study is the difficulty of predicting the success of the Instagram application based on user satisfaction, the limitations of statistical analysis methods in predicting application success, the importance of estimating the probability of application success for developing marketing strategies and application development, and the lack of research on the application of the binomial distribution in estimating the probability of success of the Instagram application. This study uses a Likert scale questionnaire to collect data on user experience and satisfaction. This can provide a clearer picture of how well the Instagram application meets user needs and expectations. The research instrument uses a questionnaire to measure user satisfaction. This method is expected to provide important information about things that need to be improved to increase user satisfaction and engagement on the platform
A Systematic Literature Review: Muslim Friendly Tourism Based on Hepta Helix
Full text linkMuslim-friendly tourism has emerged as a rapidly growing segment in the global tourism industry, driven by the increasing number of Muslim travelers seeking services that align with Islamic values. However, the development of this sector still faces fragmented coordination among stakeholders and the lack of a comprehensive collaborative framework. This study aims to review and map the scientific literature on the development of Muslim-friendly tourism using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and to analyze the integration of the Hepta Helix model in its management practices. The Hepta Helix model involves seven key stakeholders—government, academia, business actors, community, media, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and technology—as strategic elements in shaping an inclusive and sustainable halal tourism ecosystem. This study examines articles published between 2021 and 2024, sourced from databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and ERIC, using keywords including “Muslim-friendly tourism,” “halal tourism,” and “Hepta Helix.” The findings indicate that most studies remain focused on conceptual aspects and basic halal tourism services, while collaborative integration among actors within the Hepta Helix framework is still rarely discussed explicitly. These results highlight an urgent need for strengthened cross-sector coordination, supportive regulation, and the utilization of digital technology to enhance the competitiveness of halal tourism at both local and global levels. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more integrative policy and research directions in the field of Islamic value-based tourism studies.
