    Integrasi Hukum Islam dalam Sistem Pluralisme Hukum Papua: Telaah Normatif terhadap Peraturan Daerah: Integration of Islamic Law in Papua’s Legal Pluralism System: A Normative Review of Regional Regulations

    This article aims to analyze the integration of Islamic law into the legal pluralism system in Papua through a normative study of various Regional Regulations containing Islamic legal norms. The study focuses on how Islamic law negotiates with Papuan customary law and state law in the context of a highly multicultural society. This research uses qualitative methods with a normative approach through analysis of legislation and legal pluralism theory. The research findings show that the integration of Islamic law in Papua is not uniform, but rather a mosaic of diverse norms and practices, reflecting the social character of the community. Specific applicability models, such as the requirement for Muslim students to read and write the Quran in Fakfak, provide space for the expression of religious identity while maintaining social sensitivity. Conversely, inclusive models, such as the regulation of zakat and mosque management in South Sorong, demonstrate a more adaptive strategy to diversity. In certain cases, such as inheritance disputes, communities choose hybrid mechanisms that combine sharia and customary principles to maintain harmony. The success of integrating Islamic law into the Papuan legal system is largely determined by policy sensitivity to diversity, the involvement of local leaders, and the flexibility of legal norms

    Digital Transformation of Waqf Institutions and Its Impact on Financial Sustainability

    This study examines how digital transformation shapes the financial sustainability of waqf institutions, focusing on the adoption of digital platforms, data management systems, and technology-enabled governance mechanisms. Using a qualitative multiple-case approach supported by institutional reports and interviews, the research explores how digital tools influence fundraising efficiency, transparency, asset management, and long-term financial stability. The findings indicate that digitalization enhances the accuracy of beneficiary databases, accelerates administrative processing, and strengthens accountability through real-time monitoring and traceable transactions. Moreover, technology-based fundraising channels expand donor reach and increase cash-waqf collection, while digital asset management systems improve the utilization and productivity of waqf properties. However, the study also identifies challenges related to digital literacy, cybersecurity risks, and uneven technological readiness among institutions. Overall, the results demonstrate that digital transformation serves as a critical enabler of financial sustainability, provided that waqf institutions align technological adoption with governance reforms and strategic resource management

    The Concept of Quality in Islamic Education Management in the Development of Basic Education

    This study analyzes the application of various approaches in the learning process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Indonesia, with a focus on improving the quality of Islamic education at the elementary level. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study collects, analyzes, and integrates the results of studies related to the application of effective teaching methods and their impact on the quality of student learning outcomes. The main findings of this study indicate that activity-based and real-life experience approaches, as well as the integration of technology in learning, can increase students' motivation and understanding of Islamic subject matter. The use of interactive learning media and e-learning provides space for students to learn flexibly and deeply, and helps teachers deliver material in a more interesting and easy-to-understand manner. In addition, this study also highlights the importance of the role of teachers in implementing effective methods. Teachers with good pedagogical competence can create a conducive learning environment, which has a positive impact on the quality of education. The involvement of parents and the community was also found to have a significant effect on the quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, by supporting the development of students' character. However, despite these successes, this study found challenges related to limitations in facilities and infrastructure, especially in rural areas, which hinder the implementation of innovative methods. In conclusion, this study provides an overview that student-based approaches, teacher professional development, and parent and community involvement are essential to improve the quality of Islamic education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, although challenges such as limited distribution of resources and facilities remain major obstacles that need to be overcome

    KALIMATIN SAWA’ SEBAGAI TITIK TEMU AGAMA-AGAMA

    Artikel ini mengkaji konsep Kalimatin Sawa' sebagai titik temu dialog antaragama, dengan fokus pada kesamaan prinsip antar agama yang ada di Indonesia. Islam dan Kristen utamanya. Kalimatin Sawa' merupakan ungkapan yang ditemukan dalam Al-Qur'an QS. Ali Imran: 64, yang mengajak berbicara tentang kesamaan prinsip dalam agama-agama berbeda. Dalam konteks Indonesia, Pancasila merupakan diantara ekspresi Kalimatin Sawa’. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana konsep Kalimatin Sawa' dapat digunakan menjembatani perbedaan dan memperkuat hubungan antar pemeluk agama berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi teks (textual analysis) terhadap penafsiran Al-Qur'an serta literatur dari sumber agama lain dan sumber terkait. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari teks kitab suci dan literatur agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kalimatin Sawa' menawarkan sebuah fondasi dialog antaragama yang tidak hanya memperhatikan perbedaan, tetapi juga mengutamakan kesamaan dalam ajaran moral dan etika. Dengan demikian, Kalimatin Sawa' berfungsi sebagai dasar pembentukan hubungan harmonis saling menghormati antarumat beragama. Kesimpulannya, Kalimatin Sawa' memiliki potensi besar sebagai titik temu memperkuat toleransi dan kerjasama antaragama, serta mendukung perdamaian global dalam konteks multikulturalisme

    Potret Kehidupan Wanita Ke Dunia Prostitusi Pasca Perceraian di Kabupaten Merauke: A Portrait of Women's Life in Prostitution after Divorce in Merauke Regency

    The high rate of prostitution in Merauke Regency is a concern because it causes social problems, this phenomenon is not a single phenomenon because there is another phenomenon, namely the high divorce rate in Merauke Regency. This study aims to determine the relationship between female sex workers (FSWs) in prostitution and divorce. Then this research will also look at the factors that cause a FSW to work in a prostitution place. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method approach, namely this research aims to determine the relationship between the number of workers in prostitution and divorce that occurs in Merauke Regency, so that the results of the research can be used as a reference for policy makers to control prostitution practices that occur in society. The results showed that this study found that the workers in the prostitution place were the majority of women who were widowed approximately 51%. This proves that as a result of divorce or separation from her husband, these wives or women choose to work in prostitution to fulfil the lives of her and her family. The next research finding is the dominant factor that causes FSWs to work in prostitution because of economic factors that make these women have to work improperly

    Analysis of the Development of an Investment Risk Assessment Model at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tamalanrea Branch, Makassar City

    Sharia financial institutions play an important role in identifying, measuring, and managing risks related to operations and financial products to ensure compliance with sharia principles. This study aims to determine how customer investment risk is developed at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and what is the appropriate evaluation model to address the risks that occur when investing in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tamalanrea Branch, Makassar City. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach and data collection methods through observation and interviews, as well as analysis tools that utilise data reduction. The results of the study show that, first, the development of investment risk in Islamic banks includes financing, market, and reputation risks, which must be managed effectively through comprehensive risk management. Second, the appropriate evaluation models to address the risks that occur when investing in the Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) Tamalanrea Branch in Makassar are Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC) and Value at Risk (VaR), which are proposed to improve the bank's performance and transparency. This study provides insight into the importance of risk management techniques in supporting the growth and sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia.Penelitian ini menganalisis pengembangan model evaluasi risiko investasi pada perbankan syariah, khususnya di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Makassar Tamalanrea 1. Lembaga keuangan syariah berperan penting dalam mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengelola risiko terkait operasional dan produk keuangan untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan teknik literatur review dan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta alat analisis yang memanfaatkan reduksi data. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa risiko investasi di bank syariah meliputi risiko pembiayaan, pasar, dan reputasi, yang harus dikelola secara efektif melalui manajemen risiko yang komprehensif. Model evaluasi risiko seperti Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC) dan Value at Risk (VaR) diusulkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan transparansi bank. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya teknik manajemen risiko dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan perbankan syariah di Indonesia

    Interfaith dialogue is one of the programs at the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of Religion and Culture (PSIAB) Semarang, which in its activities involves participants with different faith backgrounds, this program aims to understand how to understand other religions and what their perspectives are, so that harmony is created between religious communities. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the process of strengthening religious moderation through interfaith dialogue, then in data collection, data collection techniques were used which were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that the interfaith dialogue activities organized by PSIAB made a real contribution to strengthening the religious moderation program initiated by the Ministry of Religion. Through thematic discussions and interfaith scripture studies, this activity encouraged participants to think critically and reflectively about differences in beliefs, while maintaining a balance between the steadfastness of personal faith and respect for diversity. Moderation in this case is understood as an inclusive and peaceful way of practicing religion. This study aims to emphasize the importance of an empirical approach in understanding religious moderation, by making dialogue practices at PSIAB a concrete example of openness-based education that strengthens social cohesion in a multi-cultural society through scriptural reasoning, thematic approaches, and curriculum integration.&nbsp

    PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP PEMEGANG SERTIFIKAT GANDA HAK MILIK ATAS TANAH DI INDONESIA

    Duplicate land certificates remain a significant issue as they frequently lead to land disputes that result in both material and immaterial losses for legitimate landowners. This study aims to examine the forms of legal protection available to owners affected by duplicate certificates. Using a normative legal research method, the study employs statutory and conceptual approaches supported by library research, and the findings are analyzed qualitatively. The results indicate that preventive legal protection involves several key measures, including Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL), land administration digitalization, strengthened internal supervision, capacity building for human resources, public education and socialization, and enhanced inter-agency coordination. In contrast, repressive legal protection focuses on dispute resolution through judicial processes, mediation, cancellation of duplicate certificates by the National Land Agency, compensation, and the enforcement of criminal sanctions when necessary. This research contributes theoretically to the discourse on legal protection within land administration, particularly in emphasizing the importance of the precautionary principle in certificate issuance. It also provides broader insights into how preventive and repressive legal mechanisms can effectively mitigate and resolve the ongoing challenges associated with duplicate land certificates

    This research aims to describe the variety of digital based Islamic Religion Education’s learning media that used in Society 5.0 era. This research used qualitative method and the type of this research is literature review. This research result conclude that Islamic Religion Education’s learning media that used in Society 5.0 era is quite varies, such as e-learning platform, Islamic education application, immersive technology, social media, e-book, Islamic education game, dan Artificial Intelligence (AI).Dewasa ini, kita berada dalam realita bahwa kita hidup dalam era masyarakat 5.0 (society 5.0 era), yaitu era masyarakat yang berpusat pada manusia (human centered) dan berbasis teknologi (technology based). Di era ini, segala aktivitas manusia tidak bisa dilepaskan dari teknologi digital dan internet. Peran teknologi digital dan internet merambah ke semua bidang kehidupan, tak terkecuali bidang Pendidikan Agama Islam. Salah satu peluang yang dapat ditangkap oleh Pendidikan Agama Islam di era masyarakat 5.0 adalah dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan ragam media pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis digital yang digunakan di era masyarakat 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian berupa studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di era masyarakat 5.0 cukup beragam, seperti platform e-learning, aplikasi edukasi Islam, teknologi imersif, media sosial, E-book, Game Edukasi Islam, dan Artificial Intelligence (AI).     INTEGRATION OF ISLAMIC VALUES AND TECHNOLOGY IN BASIC EDUCATION

    The rapid development of technology brings significant changes in education, including in Islamic Religious Education  at the primary level. The integration of technology in Islamic Education learning offers benefits such as interactive methods and wide access to information. However, the main challenge that arises is how to optimally utilise technology without neglecting Islamic values, avoiding misuse, and maintaining a balance between technological advancement and Islamic moral principles. This research aims to explore optimal strategies in integrating technology with Islamic values in basic education. The main focus is to understand the readiness of educators and learners in utilising Islamic-based technology, as well as how the curriculum can accommodate the synergy between technology and Islamic moral education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Various literatures were analysed, including commentaries, scientific journals, and primary sources such as the Qur'an and Hadith. The research also reviewed best practices in the application of technology in Islamic educational institutions. Data were collected from various academic sources that discuss the integration of technology in Islamic education, as well as the results of analyses of digital-based teaching policies and practices in Islamic primary schools. The results show that technology can be an effective tool in Islamic education learning if used wisely and in accordance with Islamic principles. Educator supervision, the use of Islamic interactive applications, and a curriculum that supports Islamic values are the main factors for the success of this integration. With a balanced approach, technology can increase the effectiveness of learning without shifting the main goal of Islamic Education, which is the formation of Islamic character and morals
