Akad Nikah Virtual: Perspektif Hukum Islam dan Undang-Undang Perkawinan di Indonesia.: Virtual Marriage Contract: A Perspective on Islamic Law and Marriage Law in Indonesian
This study aims to determine the legal status of virtual marriage contracts from the perspective of Indonesian marriage law and Islamic law, The type of literature research, which is research that uses data sources from books, papers, and scientific works that are relevant to the subject being studied, is used to answer this problem. These sources include a variety of opinions on virtual marriage contracts. The results of the study show that according to Islamic marriage law, a virtual marriage contract is considered valid as long as it meets the legal requirements, including the pillars of marriage. The marriage contract is considered valid as long as there is no firm decision from the legal entity on the opinion that has been determined in the religious court, provided that the Kabul ijab ceremony does not doubt it, is in accordance with the principles and conditions of marriage, and does not contradict Islamic law. This is reinforced by Articles 27 to 29 in the Compilation of Islamic Law which stipulates that the procession of the marriage contract cannot be stopped, carried out directly by the marriage guardian, or announced by the groom by telephone or other means of communication. It is hoped that the wider community can understand the concept of a virtual marriage contract wisely and not necessarily reject it without knowing the context. Sharia Stock Investment On The Indonesian Stock Exchange In The Perspective Of Sharia Economic Law
Stock transactions in the capital market are considered speculative activities so that they are prohibited by Islam and are not in accordance with sharia because they lead to gambling. This study aims to provide an explanation to prospective investors about the law of stock investment from the perspective of sharia economic law. This research method uses a literature study which is used to examine the basis of sharia economic law regarding stock investment. The research results show that stock transactions are a business agreement (trade association or partnership), so buying and selling shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange is permitted because shares are proof of ownership of a company in the form of assets. The jurists who allow this are Abu Zahrah, Abdurrahman Hasan and Abdul Wahab Khallaf
Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Nilai-Nilai Islam dalam Pembelajaran Matematika: Persepsi Siswa Terhadap Nilai-Nilai Islam dalam Pembelajaran Matematika
Character education provides a message that spirituality and religious values cannot be separated in education. Students' perceptions of Islamic values applied in schools are only considered as theories and symbols by learners. The purpose of this research is to see students' responses to Islamic values in mathematics learning. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, while the research data collection technique is by giving a questionnaire. The sample taken was class VIII students at SMPN 3 Pariaman. Based on the results and discussion, most of the VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Pariaman agree that there are Islamic-integrated math problems in mathematics learning, besides that from various responses and test results it can be concluded that overall most students give an agreed perception of the application of Islamic values in mathematics learning. This shows that the mathematics teacher at SMP Negeri 3 Pariaman must continue to make efforts to get used to providing Islamic-integrated mathematics problems.Pendidikan karakter memberikan pesan bahwa spiritualitas dan nilai-nilai agama tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam pendidikan. Persepsi siswa terhadap nilai-nilai keislaman yang diterapkan di sekolah hanya dianggap sebagai teori dan simbol oleh peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat tanggapan siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, adapun teknik pengambilan data penelitian yaitu dengan memberikan angket. Sampel yang di ambil yaitu siswa dan siswi kelas VIII di SMPN 3 Pariaman. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan sebagian besar siswa dan siswi kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Pariaman setuju akan adanya soal matematika berintegrasi Islam dalam pembelajaran matematika, selain itu dari berbagai tanggapan dan hasil tes dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan sebagian besar siswa memberikan persepsi setuju akan penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran matematika. Ini menunjukkan bahwa guru matematika SMP Negeri 3 Pariaman harus terus berupaya membiasakan memberikan soal matematika berintegrasi Islam
Kesulitan Guru Dalam Menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Di MTs Ja-alHaq Kota Bengkulu
This research was motivated by the implementation of a new curriculum, namely Freedom to Learn, which gave rise to various difficulties, especially those felt by teachers as agents of education. This research focuses on identifying difficulties for teachers when implementing the Independent Learning curriculum, as well as finding efforts to overcome them. The research approach was descriptive qualitative by interviewing class VII SKI subject teachers. The findings show that: First, the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum at MTs Ja-alHaq has been started for about a year and is taking place in stages, especially focusing on class VII. Second, significant difficulties occur due to the shallow knowledge of teachers regarding the Merdeka curriculum. Third, difficulties based on the learning environment at school. Fourth, difficulties arise due to limited textbooks in schools. Fifth, the lack of teacher expertise and skills in applying technology (IT). Sixth, as an effort to overcome these difficulties, curriculum training is needed to increase teachers' understanding of the application of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. ANALYSIS OF THE PRINCIPAL'S ROLE IN IMPROVING TEACHER DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATION AT BAITUL INSAN INTEGRATED ISLAMIC PRIMARY SCHOOL
The future of a nation is tied to the quality of its education, which teachers play a crucial role in realising. This study analyses the principal's role in improving teacher discipline and motivation at Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School, and its effect on the quality of education. The study used qualitative research methodology, utilising literature review and interviews as the main tools for data collection and analysis in exploring the principal's role in improving teachers' discipline and motivation at Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School. The findings show that principals have an important role in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers through various strategies, such as building a positive school culture, recognising performance, providing self-development opportunities, and providing support in facing teaching challenges. At Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School, the principal has shown her commitment through various efforts, such as regular meetings, training, clear rules and rewards. These efforts show the principal's commitment to improving the quality of education at Baitul Insan Integrated Islamic Primary School. Success in improving teacher discipline and motivation will have a positive impact on the quality of learning and student learning outcomes
Analisis Maslahah Najmuddin al-Thufi Terhadap Menajemen Menghadapi Tekanan Pertanyaan 'Kapan Menikah': Najmuddin al-Thufi's Maslahah Analysis of Managing the Pressure of the Question 'When to Marry'
This research focuses on the social and cultural dynamics related to the pressure of the question "When to get married?" which often arises in social contexts and becomes a source of psychological pressure for individuals. Using a literature study and qualitative research type and analysis based on Najmuddin al-Thufi's Maslahah theory, this research explores how to manage the pressure of the question "When to get married?". The results show that, in dealing with the question of when to get married, individuals must develop an understanding of themselves and recognise the values and goals that guide their life decisions, including in terms of marriage. It is also essential to have open dialogue and education in society to respect and understand the diverse experiences and achievements of individuals, which are not only judged by significant events such as marriage. Based on Najmuddin al-Thufi's Maslahah theory, decisions should be evaluated by considering the benefits to individuals and society. This concept underscores the importance of recognising the uniqueness of each person's journey through life and making marriage decisions based on personal readiness and desire rather than external pressures or social norms. Addressing the question of when to get married requires self-awareness and social understanding. Through education, open dialogue about different life paths, and respect for personal decisions, an inclusive and supportive society can be formed. Najmuddin al-Thufi's Maslahah theory provides a framework for processing and responding to these social dynamics with the ultimate goal of achieving individual and societal well-being
PELATIHAN MENJAGA KESEHATAN MENTAL ANAK DI PKK DESA SIDOREJO
Kegiatan pelatihan pada komunitas PKK merupakan suatu program yang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan, serta kesadaran diri ibu-ibu terhadap kesehatan mental anak. Program ini melibatkan sekumpulan ibu-ibu PKK sebagai sasaran kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan salah satu anggota PKK, ditemukan suatu permasalahan yang banyak dialami oleh para ibu, yaitu kurangnya kesadaran orang tua terhadap kesehatan mental anak yang dipengaruhi oleh stigma masyarakat serta antara orang tua dan anak memiliki komunikasi yang buruk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan para ibu tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental anak
Praktikalitas Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Terintegrasi Islam Dalam Mengembangkan Karakter Positif Siswa Madrasah
The subject matter of national education and Islamic education cannot be separated from character education. The research that has been conducted aims to produce teaching materials in the form of Learner Worksheets (LKPD) integrated with Islamic values that are practical to develop students' positive character on the material of enumeration rules. The type of research used is development research (Research and Development / R&D) using the ADDIE model. The instrument in this study is a practicality sheet, namely a teacher response questionnaire. The teaching materials developed obtained a practical level of practicality with an average of 79.625%. Thus, the teaching materials in the form of Islamic values-integrated mathematics LKPD related to enumeration rules material developed are practical to develop positive character of students in class XII SMA/MA
Pemanfaatan Jaringan Internet pada Learning Management System dalam Pendidikan Islam
The ability to use devices connected to the internet is now an obligation for all educational practitioners. The internet is used, one of the ways, in a learning management system to support synchronous and asynchronous learning. This paper uses a qualitative approach with a literature review type of research. The research focus discusses the use of internet networks in learning; benefits of internet networks in education; learning management system; and efforts to maximize the use of the internet in education. The research results show that the internet can be a source as well as a learning medium; the internet has positive and negative impacts on education; advantages and disadvantages of learning management systems; and to optimize internet use requires involvement from all parties and stakeholders
THE ROLE OF SHARIA MANAGEMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN ISLAMIC BANKING IN INDONESIA
The growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia faces challenges in product and service development due to limited management expertise in Sharia compliance. Despite the increasing demand for Sharia-compliant financial products, the industry's ability to innovate and expand its offerings is hindered by a lack of specialized knowledge and skills among managers. This research investigates the role of Sharia management in enhancing the quality and variety of Islamic banking offerings. The study aims to address the gap between market demands and current Sharia banking products, identifying key factors that contribute to or hinder the development process. Utilizing a qualitative research method, data were collected through interviews with key stakeholders in the Islamic banking sector and analysis of relevant documents. The interviews provided insights into the experiences and perspectives of industry professionals, while the document analysis offered a broader understanding of regulatory and operational contexts. The results indicate that effective Sharia management significantly improves product innovation and service quality. Managers with a deep understanding of Sharia principles can better navigate the complexities of developing compliant products, leading to more robust and diverse offerings. Furthermore, strong adherence to Sharia principles builds customer trust and loyalty, as clients feel more confident in the ethical and religious integrity of the services provided. The research also reveals that ongoing training and development for Sharia managers are crucial for sustaining growth. As the market evolves, continuous education ensures that managers remain adept at applying Sharia principles in innovative ways. Finally, the findings suggest that collaboration between Islamic banking institutions and regulatory bodies can enhance the overall efficiency of Sharia management practices. By working together, these entities can create a more supportive environment for product development, ensuring that Islamic banking in Indonesia continues to grow and meet the needs of its customers
