    KEDUDUKAN HUKUM SURAT KETERANGAN TANAH DALAM SISTEM PEMBUKTIAN PENGUASAAN HAK ATAS TANAH

    The aim of this study is to examine the legal position of the Land Certificate Letter (SKT) within the land rights proof system and to assess its evidentiary strength. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach with a normative framework, as it is deemed most suitable for analyzing the legal status of SKT in relation to land rights proof under applicable regulations. SKT is commonly used as preliminary evidence of physical possession of land. However, within the evidentiary system, it holds weaker legal weight compared to a land certificate issued by the National Land Agency (BPN). While SKT may be accepted as evidence in court during land disputes, it does not provide the same level of legal certainty as a land certificate. A land certificate serves as a more robust and legitimate proof of ownership, offering greater legal protection. SKT functions solely as an initial proof and basis for land registration. Consequently, despite its significant role in administrative procedures, SKT does not offer absolute legal protection and may be contested by parties holding stronger evidence of ownership. This study also underscores the importance of raising public awareness regarding the differences in legal strength between SKT and land certificates to ensure better understanding of the significance of land registration for legal certainty

    Electric bikes are one of those included in the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation (Permenhub) Number 45 of 2020 concerning vehicles using electric motor drives. The fist research problem in this study is to examine the role of the Jayapura City Resort Police (Polresta) in implementing Permenhub number 45 of 2020 and the awareness of the people of Jayapura City towards the use of electric bikes on the higway. In accordance with article 5 paragraph (1) of the minister of Transportation, it is explained that electric bikes are in special lanes or certain areas. The use of the electric bikes on higway can be very dangerous for users and other riders. The result of this in Permenhub number 45 of 2020, it has not been included in the regulations of the Jayapura City Police in the Satlantas section, this is why the Police have not yet given administrative sanctions reprimands against violators. The preventive efforts made by the Jayapura City Police are in the form of giving an appeal not to use electric bikes on the higway which is uploaded on social media. The second research result is that the awarenes of the law of the people of Jayapura City towards the use electric bikes is actually quite high, because they have known about this prohibition from dealers and social media, but compliance with the law is still quite low, the factor that affects this violation is the lack of availability of supporting facilities and facilities as stated in the Minister of Thansportation Regulation (Permenhub) Number 45 of 2020, and the legal status is less certain so that the legal force is less binding

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi nilai-nilai hadis Rasulullah SAW tentang menjaga lisan dan tangan dalam konteks modern, khususnya di era digital. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana nilai-nilai tersebut dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi tantangan sosial di Indonesia, seperti penyebaran ujaran kebencian, hoaks, dan konflik sosial. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, berdasarkan kajian literatur, data empiris, dan relevansi nilai-nilai lokal seperti gotong royong dan musyawarah mufakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya literasi digital menjadi faktor utama dalam tingginya pelanggaran etika komunikasi di media sosial. Pendidikan etika komunikasi berbasis nilai Islam dan kearifan lokal terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lisan dan tindakan. Di sisi lain, teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan mengelola konten negatif, namun memerlukan sensitivitas terhadap konteks budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi antara pendidikan, teknologi, dan nilai-nilai lokal dapat menjadi solusi untuk memperkuat harmoni sosial dan implementasi nilai-nilai hadis di era digital

    PENERAPAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA PEMBELAJARAN PAI DI YAPIS KOTA JAYAPURA: Implementation of Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education Learning at Yapis Jayapura City

      This research is related to the implementation of the independent curriculum in high schools that teach PAI subjects, especially in Yapis Jayapura. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The research object chosen was teachers teaching PAI subjects. Observations, documentation and interviews were carried out to collect data. The results obtained show that PAI has become a subject taught in schools under the Jayapura City Islamic Education Foundation in accordance with Law 20/2003 and PP/55 of 2007. The findings of this research show that the implementation of PAI learning in the independent curriculum is carried out by teachers in schools. have been done. Considering that the independent curriculum is the curriculum followed by schools under Yapis Jayapura where PAI subjects are included in the independent curriculum. The obstacles faced in implementing this subject are limited time, diverse understanding, complex material, and work evaluation. The obstacles encountered by the teacher were caused by two things. Learning is carried out by grouping children to discuss sub-sub-material, so that discussion of the material is more efficient and learning objectives can be achieved according to time. Apart from learning, by adding religious activities other than classroom learning time, involving students in competition activities that can increase religious knowledge such as MTQ, making PHBI at school

    DINAMIKA VIRALISASI KASUS HUKUM PERKOSAAN DI MEDIA SOSIAL: Analisis Dampak dan Strategi Terhadap Penegakan Hukum

    This study explores the dynamics and consequences of the virtualization of legal cases on social media and its impact on law enforcement, such as rape cases. By analyzing both the positive and negative aspects of this viral nature, the research offers an in-depth construction of legal supremacy regarding how social media influences transparency, speed, and public participation in the enforcement of rape laws. A qualitative research methodology is employed, involving an extensive literature review from various sources, including books, scientific journals, and websites discussing rape cases. The research identifies that the virtualization of legal cases like rape allows the public to influence the outcomes of legal processes, marking a shift in the power dynamics between legal institutions and the community. However, this phenomenon also has drawbacks, including public opinion trials often based on biased and incomplete information, which disrupt investigations and tarnish reputations before justice is pretty achieved. Therefore, a balanced strategy is necessary to use social media as a sustainable legal empowerment tool without sacrificing the integrity of justice. The study also faces limitations that could be explored further by future researchers, such as reliance on secondary data and focusing on a specific case, which may not reflect the general dynamics of virtualization. Moreover, based on the research findings, it suggests the development of policies to enhance transparency and accountability and digital literacy programs to educate the public on critically evaluating information from social media regarding cases like rape

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ragam nilai-nilai Islam yang diinternalisasikan dalam pembelajaran dan proses internaliasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran di MI Integral Hidayatullah Jayapura. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di MI Integral Hidayatullah Koya Barat Kota Jayapura. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik MI Integral Hidayatullah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat tiga nilai-nilai Islam yang diinternalisasikan dalam pembelajaran di MI Integral Hidadyatullah, yakni tauhid, aqidah dan akhlak. Dalam proses internalisasinya melalui pendekatan pembelajaran PAKEMI dengan langkah-langkah (1) menganalisis capaian pembelajaran, menentukan model dan metode pembelajaran, menentukan media pembelajaran, menyusun langkah-langkah pembelajaran, dan menyusun evaluasi pembelajaran.     Classroom conditions determine the effectiveness of learning activities. To create a learning climate that is not boring for students, teachers must be more creative in implementing classroom management strategies; teachers at SDN 29 Kota Bima so far in implementing classroom management strategies still use inappropriate methods such as giving punishment, disciplining students by telling them to get out of the classroom and others, so that through the application of positive culture and educational games is an essential way in classroom management so that there is no punishment process. Students become more enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. This research uses qualitative research describing events heard and felt and made in narrative or descriptive statements. The data sources in this study were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation, which were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that applying classroom management strategies through positive culture and educational games is considered effective in creating an exciting and enjoyable learning climate for students. Among its forms are programs that have positive cultural nuances, both nuances of cultivating attitudes, skills, and even knowledge, which are carried out from Monday to Saturday. Teachers have also implemented educational games with positive cultural nuances such as Word Guessing, Singing, and Dancing in the classroom, connecting words and personality drawings

    One way to increase student motivation to learn is to use a learning model in accordance with the student's character. Researchers chose the Inquiring Mind Want to Know model from the various strategies available to be applied to science learning in Grade V Primary School of Muhammadiyah Biak. This study aimed to determine the Learning Innovation: Implementation of Inquiring Mind Want to Know Model in Grade V Primary School of Muhammadiyah Biak. This study conducted descriptive qualitative research with a case study. The three methods of data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. However, the data analysis method includes collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion.Furthermore, triangulation was used to ensure the validity of the data. The results showed several ways to implement the Inquiry Mind Want to Know model in science learning. One of them is by directly practising the steps of the model. The disadvantage is that students do not have enough time to learn, but the advantage factor is that students have enough time to learn actively. One of the impacts of the Inquiry Mind Want to Know model on science learning is that students are more actively involved in the learning process with their curiosity, students can expand their knowledge of attitudes and skills, especially in science, and teachers more easily understand their student

    The objective of the research was to find out whether the use of Make a Match method can improve vocabulary mastery in terms of meaning, use, and form of the eighth grade students of MTsN Soppeng. The researcher applied pre-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test design. The population of the research was the eighth grade students of MTsN Soppeng. The total sample of the research was 27 students. It was taken by using cluster random sampling. The data were collected through vocabulary test 9pre-test and post-test). To find out whether or not the implementation of reading short stories improves the vocabulary mastery of the eighth grade students of MTsN Soppeng, the researcher used t-test analysis. The result of the data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test. It can be seen from the result of statistical calculation where it showed that the value of sig (2-tailed) was smaller than the value a 0.05 (0.00<0.05). based on the finding and discussion of the study, the researcher concludes that use make a match method is able to improve vocabulary mastery of eighth grade students of MTsN Soppeng

    This article explains why there is a controversy over the application of the death penalty in Indonesia and also the application of hudud in Muslim-majority countries. Opponents argue that the application of the death penalty and hudud sanctions is contrary to the principles of human rights, while others argue that the application of the death penalty as a deterrent and the application of hudud witnesses is a command of Islamic teachings. Therefore, this article explains the rationale of these two arguments by exploring various sources and facts. In conclusion, those who support believe that the death penalty can provide a deterrent effect, they consider that the abolition of the death penalty will make things worse, while the reason for maintaining hudud sanctions departs from the view of conservatism, namely static and textual thinking in applying the teachings of Islamic law, they argue that Islamic teachings sourced from the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith are very sacred, so hudud sanctions must be applied. Meanwhile, those who reject the progressive view demand the fulfillment of the right to life and the right to be treated humanely for lawbreaker
