    No full text
Share divestment policy aims to increase local participation in natural resource management and encourage equal distribution of economic benefits. However, the implementation of this policy often faces challenges. Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja which is known for its spirit of deregulation and ease of investment, brings significant changes in the regulation of share divestment in the mining sector. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with literature review and policy analysis as the main methods. The results of previous research show that there is no loss to society due to overlapping regulations between the center and regions in investment control. The research results show that although Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja providing flexibility in divestment arrangements, social justice challenges remain. The example, limiting the role of local governments in share management and limiting local communities' access to share ownership can increase social inequality. Share divestment is not only an economic tool but also functions as a broader social justice mechanism, in accordance with the principles of sustainable and equitable natural resource management. The principles of Pancasila social justice, especially the fifth principle of social justice for all Indonesian people emphasizes the importance of fair distribution of the nation's wealth for the benefit of all the people. Principles of justice such as national ownership of natural resources, fair distribution of economic benefits for local communities, community empowerment, reduction of dependency, accountable supervision and balance of economic development and environmental conservation

Income inequality and poverty are still serious problems in Indonesia's economic development. The Islamic economic approach offers a comprehensive solution through the optimization of social instruments such as zakat, infaq, and waqf. This study discusses the great potential of zakat and waqf in Indonesia in the context of poverty alleviation and equitable distribution of welfare. Based on data from the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) and the Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI), the potential for national zakat reaches more than IDR 300 trillion per year, while the potential for money waqf is estimated at up to IDR 180 trillion. Although the realization of the collection is still far from this figure, various programs such as Zakatpreneur, educational scholarships, free health services, and productive waqf have made a real contribution in improving the standard of living of the mustahik and strengthening the microeconomic sector. This study emphasizes that structured, professional, and sustainable management of Islamic social funds can be an important pillar in suppressing social inequality and accelerating the achievement of people's welfare. Strategic collaboration between the government, zakat, and waqf management institutions, as well as active participation of the community, is needed to realize this potential to the maximum

Witnesses to criminal acts of corruption handled by the Corruption Eradication Committee often experience threats or violence so they ask for help from the Corruption Eradication Commission, but it turns out that there are other institutions that have the authority to protect them, such as the LPSK, so the research will examine and analyze the dualism of the model for protecting witnesses to corruption crimes at the Corruption Eradication Commission. This research uses normative juridical, legislative research approaches, primary legal materials on the Witness and Victim Protection Law, the Corruption Eradication Commission Law. Secondary legal materials, journals, books and other references that have relevance to this research. The analysis technique used is descriptive analytical, the interpretation used is systematic and grammatical. The research results show that the Corruption Eradication Commission Law regulates that the authority to provide protection is the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) as regulated in Article 15, while in the Witness and Victim Protection Law it is the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK), so there is overlapping authority. So that each institution can provide protection. However, this problem can be resolved by using principles, namely the principle of lex specialis derogat legi generalis or specific laws overriding general laws. So in relation to witness protection, you can use the Witness and Victim Protection Law. In the future, suggestions need to be made to revise the Corruption Eradication Commission Law so that it removes the authority of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to provide witness protection and regulates the LPSK as an institution that is given the authority to protect witnesses. So that efforts to synchronize witness protection are realized that are good and correct
