Get PDFP(論文)パラリーガルとは、1960年代からアメリカにおいて弁護士と働く法律秘書からはじまった法律事務専門職の名称である。わが国においても近年、国民に良質で適正価格の法律サービスの提供が求められるようになり、法律事務所と弁護士業務の改革をめざす日弁連弁護士業務改革委員会は2003年1月、「日弁連公認パラリーガル制度」についての答申を発表した。本稿ではこの答申にもとづいて、日弁連公認パラリーガル構想からその職務内容を再検討し、昨年、著者の発表した「法律専門秘書養成教育課程」を見直し、新しく教育課程および資格認定課程を提案した
