方法 認知症高齢者の看護を実践しているスタッフ看護師6 名を対象に半構造化面接を行い，面接で得られた内容を
質的帰納的に分析した.
結果 面接データから，コード362, サブカテゴリ18, カテゴリ7 が抽出された. スタッフ看護師の認知症高齢者の転倒

考察 一般病棟における認知症高齢者の転倒予防には，以下の実践を教科する必要がある：認知症高齢者の特徴を理
解する，患者の尊厳を保持する, リスクアセスメントの継続，ケアプランの共有, ケアの工夫，及び多職種連携である
Nursing Practice at a Critical Care Center for a Grieving Family Member Unexpectedly Bereaved
Get PDF目的 救命救急センターで患者の予期せぬ死により死別を体験した家族の悲嘆に対する看護実践を明らかにする．
方法 救命救急センターにおける5 年以上の臨床経験を有し，患者の予期せぬ死により死別を体験した家族への看護実践の経験を有する看護師を対象とし，半構成的面接によりデータを収集した．語られた内容を質的記述的に分析した．
結果 家族の悲嘆に対する看護実践は，【今の状況を捉えて家族に配慮しながら事実を伝える】【最期の様子を伝える】【家族の感情の表出を見守り受け止める】【患者の状況が家族に衝撃を与えると判断して離れてもらう】【衝撃を受けている家族をひとりにしない】【家族の様子をみながらタイミングを見極めて声をかける】【亡くなった患者と家族が一緒に過ごせる時間と場所を提供する】【家族が生前の思い出を語れるようにする】【患者と家族にできる限り誠実に対応する】であった．
考察 看護師は，救命救急センターという特殊な環境と短く限られた時間の中で，家族の悲嘆の変化を捉えながら意図的に関わっていることが示唆された．Purpose To examine nursing practices toward people experiencing grief due to a family member’s unexpected death at a medical emergency center.
Method Semi formal interviews were conducted with nurses having over 5 years of experience of providing support to bereaved families at a medical emergency center. The collected data were qualitatively and descriptively analyzed.
Results Nursing practices for grief included “grasping the current situation and statinge the facts while considering the family,” “telling the family about the patient’s last moments,” “observing and understanding the family’s expression of emotions” “understanding that the current state of the patient will shock the family and givinge them space,” “not leavinge shocked family members to be by themselves,” “observinge the family’s body language and providinge condolence when the timing is right,” “providinge the family time and space with the deceased patient,” “allowing the family to talk about their memories,” and “interacting with the patient and family as sincerely as possible.”
Discussion Amidst the specialized environment of a medical emergency center and limited time, nurses showed signs of grasping changes in the families’ grief and strategically interacted with them

Get PDF本研究では，東京2020オリンピックに出場した12カ国を対象にしてフィールドホッケーにおけるフィールドゴールの現状を検証した。また，上位チームと下位チームとの比較検証を行った。
フィールドゴールの得点率は下位のチームの方が高い傾向が見られ，シュート率やペナルティーゴールの得点率，ペナルティコーナーの取得率は上位チームの方がやや高い可能性が認められた。また，ゴール前への侵入方法として，上位チームはパスでの侵入が多い傾向があり，下位チームはドリブルでの侵入が多い傾向があることが明らかにされた
