About the role and function of the regional childcare support center : Through a quantitative survey of users
Get PDF本研究の目的は、子育て中の母親の支援をめぐって地域子育て支援センターが果たすべき役割や求められる機能について検討することであった。具体的には地域子育て支援センターを利用する母親を対象として、センターの利用状況、利用目的等に関する実態調査を行い、その期待値や満足度といった利用者ニーズを把握するとともに、センターの果たすべき役割や求められる機能について考察した。
調査の結果から、初産の母親に対するサポート、子どもを遊ばせる場、他の母親や関係者との交流の場としての機能を充実させること、商業施設と併用することの効果、開設時間の設定など、現時点でセンターが果たしている役割や機能、さらには今後充実させるために必要な視点を抽出することができた
Factors Influencing the Self-Care Behavior of Patients With Type- 2 Diabetes in the Transition to Old Age According to Their Gender
Get PDF目的 老年への過渡期にある 2 型糖尿病患者のセルフケア行動に影響する要因について，性別による差に基づいて特徴を明らかにする．
方法 55歳～65歳の 2 型糖尿病患者に対し自記式質問紙調査を行い，性別ごとに，ソーシャルサポート・セルフコントロール・生きがいを独立変数，セルフケア行動を従属変数とした重回帰分析を行った．
結果 男性のセルフケア行動に影響する要因は，ソーシャルサポート・病歴・BMI であった．女性のセルフケア行動に影響する要因は，仕事の有無であった．
考察 セルフケア行動継続のためには性差を考慮した関わりが必要であり，男性糖尿病患者に対しては，患者の一番身近な存在である家族のサポート力を高められるような支援を行うこと，女性糖尿病患者には，仕事をしながらでも継続できるセルフケア行動の具体的な方法を提案していくことが効果的であることが示唆された．
Purpose To clarify the characteristics of factors that influence self-care behavior among patients with type- 2 diabetes in their transition to old age based on gender differences.
Method A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on patients with type- 2 diabetes aged 55─65 years, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted for each gender. Social support, self-control, and life purpose were set as independent variables, and self-care behavior was set as the dependent variable.
Results Factors that influenced the self-care behavior of men were social support, disease history, and body-mass index. The factor influencing self-care behavior of women was the presence or absence of a job.
Discussion Continuing self-care behavior requires consideration of gender differences. Male patients with diabetes should be provided support to enhance the support of family members, who are those closest to the patient. Female patients with diabetes should be offered proposals for concrete methods of self-care behavior that can be continued while working

Get PDF本研究では、限定商品を選ぶ傾向が高い若者のパーソナリティ特性を明らかにすることを目的とした。
調査では、大学生を対象に限定商品・通常商品の購買選択を実施し、限定商品を選択する傾向が高い若者のパーソナリティ特性について心理的リアクタンス尺度を用いて調べた。その結果、限定商品を選択する傾向が高い若者は「自己で物事を判断したい」、「自由への脅威を感じやすい」、「侵害された自由に対して、抵抗や反発を感じやすい」、「侵害された自由に対して、回復を試みるように個人を駆り立てやすい」といったリアクタンス特性全体が高いことが分かった。よって、限定商品を選択する傾向が高い若者は、限定という形で制限された自らの商品購買に対する自由を回復しようと動機づけられ、心理的リアクタンスの影響を受けることが明らかになった
