Implementasi Kebijakan Pendidikan dan Strategi Media Teknologi Sebagai Pemanfaatan Lingkungan Pendidikan Di Era Society 5.0 dalam Pemerataan Pendidikan Di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
All citizens have the right to education in accordance with Article 31 paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution which states that all levels of society have the right to proper education. Every three years, the results of the PISA (Program for International Students Assessment) show that Indonesia is still lagging behind the average OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) countries in literacy, mathematics and science. However, only some of the upper class people enjoy equal distribution of education. For example, there are tutoring facilities that can only be paid by those whose economy is above average. This causes an educational gap that is only available to the upper class of Indonesia. In an endeavor to democratize education in Indonesia, the goal of this study is to identify the policies and tactics of society 5.0 in the learning process. Methods of qualitative research were applied in this study. The sources considered are numerous electronic media and published periodicals on the topics under study. The research\u27s findings can be used to develop learning techniques for the use of society 5.0 in educational policy in an effort to equalize education in Indonesia.Semua warga negara berhak mendapatkan pendidikan sesuai dengan Pasal 31 ayat 1 UUD 1945 yang menyatakan bahwa semua lapisan masyarakat berhak mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak. Setiap tiga tahun, hasil PISA (Program for International Students Assessment) menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia masih tertinggal dari rata-rata negara OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) dalam literasi, matematika, dan sains. Namun, hanya sebagian masyarakat kelas atas yang menikmati pemerataan pendidikan. Misalnya, ada fasilitas bimbingan belajar yang hanya bisa dibayar oleh mereka yang ekonominya di atas rata-rata. Hal ini menyebabkan kesenjangan pendidikan yang hanya tersedia untuk kelas atas Indonesia. Dalam upaya mendemokratisasi pendidikan di Indonesia, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebijakan dan taktik society5.0 dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian kualitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Sumber yang dipertimbangkan adalah berbagai media elektronik dan terbitan berkala tentang topik yang diteliti. Temuan penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan teknik pembelajaran pemanfaatan society 5.0 dalam kebijakan pendidikan dalam upaya pemerataan pendidikan di Indonesia
ANALISIS MANAJEMEN STRATEGI NILAI SPIRITUAL DALAM PROGRAM BAHASA MA’HAD UIN SYAHADA PADANGSIDIMPUAN
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the strategic management of implementing spiritual values ??in the language program at Ma\u27had Al-Jamiah UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan. This research was conducted to understand how spiritual values ??are integrated in the curriculum and language teaching practices, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of their application in learning contexts. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the application of spiritual values ??significantly influences student motivation and learning outcomes. Management strategies implemented include curriculum adjustments, training for teachers, and development of teaching materials that reflect spiritual values. These findings provide insight into the importance of integrating spiritual values ??in language education and offer recommendations for improvement and further development at Ma\u27had Al-Jamiah. It is hoped that this research can contribute to a more holistic and value-oriented understanding and practice of educational management.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen strategi penerapan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam program bahasa di Ma\u27had Al-Jamiah UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami bagaimana nilai-nilai spiritual diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum dan praktik pengajaran bahasa, serta untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapannya dalam konteks pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai spiritual mempengaruhi motivasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa secara signifikan. Manajemen strategi yang diterapkan meliputi penyesuaian kurikulum, pelatihan bagi pengajar, dan pengembangan materi ajar yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai spiritual. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual dalam pendidikan bahasa dan menawarkan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut di Ma\u27had Al-Jamiah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman dan praktik manajemen pendidikan yang lebih holistik dan berorientasi pada nilai.

Strategi Efektif Pembelajaran Ilmu Sharf : Integrasi Nisbah, Tasghir, Dalam Kelas Bahasa Arab
This study explores the effectiveness of the Sharaf Science learning strategy with a focus on integrating the concepts of nisbah and tasghir in Arabic language classes. The method used is a mixed-methods with a qualitative dominance, which includes classroom observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of teaching materials. The qualitative results are used as the basis for developing an integrative learning module. Furthermore, the quantitative stage uses a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test design to assess the impact of the module on students\u27 morphological understanding.The findings show that the main challenges in learning nisbah and tasghir include the complexity of morphological patterns, traditional teaching methods that are less interactive, and the limited use of digital technology. To overcome this, a learning strategy that combines collaborative learning, word games, the use of visual media, and digital applications has been shown to improve students\u27 motivation and understanding. The application of technology—such as interactive platforms and audio-visual media—helps students understand morphological concepts contextually. In addition, regular formative assessments provide constructive feedback that encourages improvements in the learning process. In conclusion, the integration of nisbah and tasghir through an innovative and technology-oriented pedagogical approach can increase student engagement and deepen Arabic language understanding. Abstract: There are some errors in the pronunciation of Arabic sounds among university students. These errors are not limited to graduates of general or vocational high schools but also include some graduates of Islamic schools. This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by Indonesian learners in learning Arabic phonetics and identify solutions to address these challenges. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical, involving the review of sources and references from books and scientific articles. The result indicate that the challenges in learning Arabic phonetics include phonetic-related issues, challenges from the learners’ side, and challenges from the teachers’ side. Proposed solutions to these challenges include intensive practice and focus on specific sounds, providing motivation to learners, utilizing digital tools and artificial intelligence for pronunciation training, designing phonetic learning materials based on contrastive studies, and ensuring that teachers understand the characteristics and features of Arabic sounds, and phonetic teaching be prioritized before vocabulary and grammar teaching.

DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC ENGLISH GRAMMAR LEARNING MATERIALS USING SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM YOUTUBE AT SMK NEGERI 2 RANTAU UTARA
This study aims to develop effective and engaging basic English grammar learning materials using the YouTube social media platform for eleventh-grade students at SMK Negeri 2 Rantau Utara. The research employed the ADDIE development model, which includes five phases: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. Data collection techniques included expert validation, student questionnaires, and pre-test and post-test assessments. A total of 20 students participated in the trial implementation. The results of media validation showed a feasibility score of 86%, while content validation reached 93%, indicating that both the media and materials are valid for instructional use. Student feedback revealed high practicality, and learning outcome analysis showed significant improvement, with average post-test scores increasing from 75 to 93.2. These findings suggest that integrating YouTube as a learning platform can enhance students’ understanding of basic English grammar and contribute to a more interactive and student-centered learning environment
KEWAJIBAN NAFKAH IDDAH : PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM DAN REALITAS SOSIAL DI MANDAILING NATAL
This research examines the obligation of Iddah alimony from the perspective of Islamic law and socio-cultural realities in Mandailing Natal. Nafkah Iddah is the responsibility of the ex-husband towards the ex-wife during the Iddah period, which aims to ensure post-divorce social welfare and protection. Although this obligation has been clearly regulated in the Qur\u27an, hadith, and positive law in Indonesia, its implementation in Mandailing Natal still faces various challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study and field observation methods to analyse the factors that influence the fulfilment of Iddah alimony, including social, cultural, economic, and law enforcement aspects. The results show that the low compliance with Iddah alimony obligations is caused by economic factors, lack of religious understanding, weak law enforcement, and the influence of local customary norms that tend to shift responsibility for women in the Iddah period to the woman\u27s family. In addition, modernisation and urbanisation have changed people\u27s perspectives on women\u27s rights, but local cultural norms are still dominant. This research recommends increased legal literacy, synergy between law and custom, strengthened law enforcement, and economic support for post-divorce women to ensure the fulfilment of their rights in accordance with the principles of justice and protection in Islamic law.Penelitian ini mengkaji kewajiban nafkah Iddah dalam perspektif hukum Islam dan realitas sosial-budaya di Mandailing Natal. Nafkah Iddah merupakan tanggung jawab mantan suami terhadap mantan istri selama masa Iddah, yang bertujuan untuk memastikan kesejahteraan dan perlindungan sosial pasca-perceraian. Meskipun kewajiban ini telah diatur secara jelas dalam Al-Qur’an, hadis, dan hukum positif di Indonesia, implementasinya di Mandailing Natal masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan observasi lapangan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan nafkah Iddah, termasuk aspek sosial, budaya, ekonomi, dan penegakan hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kepatuhan terhadap kewajiban nafkah Iddah disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi, kurangnya pemahaman agama, lemahnya penegakan hukum, serta pengaruh norma adat setempat yang cenderung mengalihkan tanggung jawab terhadap perempuan dalam masa Iddah kepada keluarga perempuan. Selain itu, modernisasi dan urbanisasi telah mengubah perspektif masyarakat tentang hak-hak perempuan, namun norma budaya lokal masih dominan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan literasi hukum, sinergi antara hukum dan adat, penguatan penegakan hukum, serta dukungan ekonomi bagi perempuan pasca-perceraian untuk memastikan pemenuhan hak-hak mereka sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan dan perlindungan dalam hukum Islam
Online Trading Practices from the Perspective of Fiqh Muamalah (Analysis of Contracts, Gharar, and Khiyar Mechanisms)
The development of digital technology has transformed conventional buying and selling practices into electronic transactions, giving rise to new issues from the perspective of fiqh Muamalah. This study aims to analyse online buying and selling practices through a trilogy approach to the concepts of Akad, Gharar, and Khiyar. The method used is qualitative, with a library research approach and content analysis of primary and secondary sources. The results of the study show that: First, electronic contracts have fulfilled the pillars and requirements of contracts through the digital transformation of ijab-qabul with the support of DSN-MUI fatwa No. 116/DSN-MUI/IX/2017. Second, the potential for gharar in e-commerce can be mitigated through technologies such as digital reputation systems, escrow, and blockchain. Third, the Khiyar mechanism has been actualised through return features, digital previews, and delivery method selection. This study concludes that sharia e-commerce is not only valid in fiqh, but also strengthens consumer protection when integrated with national regulations. The research recommendations include the development of an integrated sharia and national consumer protection system model to create a fair e-commerce ecosystem
MARRIAGE IS SCARY DI MEDIA SOSIAL: TANGGAPAN KRITIS MELALUI PERSPEKTIF HADIS NABI
The decline in marriage rates in Indonesia recorded in 2024 marked the lowest figure since 1997/1998, indicating a significant social shift in the meaning attributed to the institution of marriage. This phenomenon is further reinforced by the social media trend entitled “Marriage is scary”, which has shaped negative perceptions of marriage, particularly among Generation Z. The circulating narratives portray marriage as an emotional and financial burden, as well as a space vulnerable to conflict and gender inequality. This study aims to construct a social understanding of marriage as shaped by social media narratives through the perspective of the Prophetic Hadiths of Muhammad. Employing a qualitative approach and comparative analysis, this research uses the theory of social constructivism and social exchange theory to understand how these perceptions are formed and disseminated. The findings show that the Hadiths of the Prophet offer educational, empathetic, and solution-oriented narratives regarding marriage. Values such as communication, simplicity, responsibility, and mutual respect between partners are emphasized as foundational elements in building a healthy household. Therefore, Hadiths can function as a counter-narrative capable of balancing the negative perceptions that are growing in digital spaces. Using a maze game to improve Arabic vocabulary mastery among third-grade students at MI NWDI 03. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using a maze game to develop Arabic vocabulary among third-grade students at the aforementioned school. This research used a quantitative approach with an experimental design, as the research data was in the form of numbers and was analyzed using statistics. The data was collected through observation, documentation, and testing, and was analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of the research showed that the application of the maze game method is effective in improving students\u27 mastery of Arabic vocabulary. This is evident from the differences between the vocabulary improvement results of the class that used the maze method and the class that did not use it, where the average pre-test score in the control class was 53.31 and the average post-test score was 75.31, while the average pre-test score in the experimental class was 57.52 and the average post-test score was 78.91, indicating that the maze game method effectively contributes to the development of students\u27 Arabic vocabular
Living Hadith in New Media: Living Hadis New Media: Transformasi Hadis Taqd?r dalam Ceramah Daring Hanan Attaki
Artikel ini mengkaji pemaknaan dan resepsi hadis-hadis tentang takdir dalam dakwah digital Hanan Attaki melalui pendekatan living hadis dan psikologi agama. Ceramah Hanan Attaki seperti Rahasia Mengubah Takdir: Jodoh, Rezeki, dan Sukses menarasikan hadis-hadis tentang keimanan kepada takdir (qad?’ dan qadar) sebagai fondasi psikospiritual untuk membangun sikap acceptance, ketenangan jiwa, dan penyembuhan batin (self-healing) bagi generasi muda. Tiga hadis utama yang sering dikutip mencakup hadis rukun iman, hadis husnuzan kepada Allah, dan hadis tentang kesabaran, yang direlevansikan dengan konsep-konsep psikologis seperti trust, mental resilience, dan emotional regulation. Narasi dakwah Attaki memfungsikan hadis sebagai simbol sosial, legitimasi praktik keagamaan, dan sumber nilai dalam merespons problematika psikososial umat. Melalui analisis naratif dan observasi interaksi digital, artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa hadis-hadis tersebut mengalami resemantisasi menjadi instrumen religious coping yang memperkuat penerimaan diri, optimisme spiritual, dan regulasi emosional. Dengan demikian, hadis tidak hanya diwarisi sebagai doktrin, tetapi dihidupkan sebagai kekuatan diskursif dan transformatif dalam dinamika keagamaan digital
