    STRATEGI MAJELIS ULAMA INDONESIA (MUI) MANDAILING NATAL DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN EKONOMI ISLAM

    The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) of Mandailing Natal plays a crucial role in providing guidance and direction to the community regarding Islamic teachings. This study aims to explore MUI\u27s contributions in maintaining social harmony and addressing issues related to Islamic economics in the region. The research employs a qualitative method with in-depth interviews conducted with MUI members and community leaders. The findings indicate that MUI actively issues fatwas using strategies such as providing religious education in both social and economic aspects and mediating conflicts. Several factors support MUI’s effectiveness, including support from the local government, public trust, and collaboration with other institutions. Thus, MUI in Mandailing Natal functions not only as a religious institution but also as a pillar of social and economic stability, reinforcing religious values within the community

    Keterampilan berbicara merupakan salah satu dari empat keterampilan bahasa dan merupakan kemampuan untuk menuturkan suara artikulatif atau kata-kata yang bertujuan untuk mengekspresikan pikiran dalam bentuk ide, pendapat, keinginan, atau perasaan kepada orang lain. Kesulitan yang sering terjadi dalam mempraktekkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab tentu memiliki banyak alasan. Tetapi, alasan yang sering kita jumpai yaitu kurangnya penguasaan kosakata yang digunakan untuk berbicara dan pembelajaran yang membosankan. Dalam mempelajari keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab, diperlukan berbagai variasi media untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan mengurangi rasa bosan siswa dalam belajar. Oleh sebab itu peneliti melaksanakan penelitian dengan menggunakan media audio visual untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dan menjadikan proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang mudah dan menyenangkan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas VIII di SMP IT Bukit Quran Nusantara Mataram.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis desain Non-Equivalent Control Group Design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Bukit Quran Nusantara Mataram, sedangkan yang menjadi sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIIIA yang berjumlah 26 siswa  sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VIIIB yang berjumlah 25 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan tiga instrumen penelitian yaitu angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari hasil uji-t diperoleh bahwa hasil perhitungan diperoleh = 6.401 dan = 2.009. Dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Karena >maka Ho ditolak. Karena Ho ditolak maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima,  artinya rata-rata hasil belajar kelas ekperimen yang menggunakan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara siswa lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol yang tanpa menggunakan media audio visual dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara. Dari kesimpulan tersebut dapat diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas VIII di SMP IT Bukit Quran Nusantara Mataram Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023

Abstrack The presence of Islam did not necessarily eradicate Arabic literature, which had become a tradition of the Arab people. Through the Qur\u27an and Hadith, literary stylistics has become a scientific treasure preserved by the presence of prophetic rhetoric with the characteristics of jawami\u27 al-kalam as the prerogative of Prophet Muhammad. This research, using the literature review method, aims to identify the integration of hadith and Arabic literature contained in the book "Amtsal al-Hadith" by ar-Ramahurmuzi, with his role as a writer and hadith expert in his time. The results can be observed from the copy of the book edited by Ahmad \u27Abd al-Fattah Tamam, which found 137 hadiths among the 140 narrations written by Ramahurmuzy with isnad.     Abstract : This research aims to determine the effect of word guessing games on the daily speaking skills of class II at junior high school students Maarif Singosari Malang. because most of the students\u27 problems are the lack of memorizing vocabulary, so word guessing games are a good way to develop linguistic skills, especially speaking skills. This research was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of word guessing games on students\u27 daily speaking skills. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and the type of research used is experimental research, and the results of the research are : 1) There is an influence of word guessing games on students\u27 daily speaking skills of class II at junior high school students Maarif Singosari Malang, Because students\u27 abilities are better than before. Considering the post-test result of 1550 is greater than the pre-test result of 1140. This shows the difference between the two tests, By using the T test the results were 2.83<17.943>2.08. It was found that the T test was greater than the t table and the magnitude of the effect of the word guessing game was -5.78. This has a very big influence on the use of word guessing games on students\u27 daily speaking skills of class II at junior high school students Maarif Singosari Malang.     Abstract: Qatar International Arabic Debate is a prestigious event and a reference in the practice of Arabic debate in the world. Participants who enter the event are the best representatives of countries in the world. Therefore, the ability to speak Arabic is good, besides that in delivering, accepting, and rejecting arguments in the debate has been arranged in a good systematic and polite manner. The researcher is interested in examining the sentence patterns used in accepting and rejecting opinions in Arabic debates with the aim that the results of the analysis can be utilised in speaking practice in Arabic language classes.  To diversify the ways of teaching speaking skills and improve students\u27 efficiency in expressing opinions with the beauty of correct Arabic. This research uses a qualitative method with listening and note-taking techniques and uses classification referring to Leech\u27s concept of appropriateness. The results of this study show that the words uttered in the Arabic scientific debate have a good and polite systematic in accepting and rejecting the opponent\u27s opinion. In addition, this research produces a formulation of Arabic sentence patterns and teaching methods that are ready to be used in the practice of learning to speak Arabic through classroom debates.     Interactive Debate Strategies for Enhancing Arabic Speaking

    Despite years of traditional Arabic language instruction, many students still struggle to express themselves confidently and fluently in real-world conversations. This alarming gap underscores the urgent need for innovative pedagogical strategies that go beyond rote memorization and passive learning. This study investigates the effectiveness of interactive debate strategies in enhancing Arabic speaking proficiency, offering a dynamic platform for real-time communication, critical thinking, and confidence-building. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with educators and students, and reflective journals. The study involved 60 participants, selected through purposive sampling to represent varying proficiency levels. The findings reveal that interactive debates significantly improve fluency, vocabulary acquisition, and critical argumentation skills, while also fostering psycholinguistic benefits such as reduced speaking anxiety and better cognitive control. However, challenges like time constraints, preparation gaps, and language disparities were observed. To address these barriers, practical solutions including pre-debate workshops, flexible scheduling, and scaffolded participation are proposed. This study bridges a crucial gap in Arabic language pedagogy by presenting a structured framework for implementing interactive debates, ultimately promoting sustainable language learning outcomes and empowering students to speak Arabic with clarity, confidence, and cultural awareness

    The views of some people who state that Imam Ahmad bin Hambal is not known as a fiqh expert. He was better known as a hadith expert in his time. Wrestle around the science of hadith and explore this field. In the science of hadith, there is no known qiyas and ijma \u27as contained in the science of ushul fiqh. In the study of the science of hadith, the truth is very clear and vice versa. Consideration of benefits and harms tends to be more frightening when compared to a problem understood by the system that applies in the science of ushul fiqh. This research is a qualitative literature review that discusses the position of Imam Ahmad bin Hambal and his followers in the spread of the knowledge of ushul fiqh. As a result of this research, it can be concluded that Imam Ahmad bin Hambal has a real contribution to the spread of the science of ushul fiqh and its application in the lives of Muslims. This is at least marked by the number of Imam Ahmad bin Hambal\u27s teachers who are experts in the science of ushul fiqh as well as his students who care and practice ushuliyah rules to answer religious problems that occur in the community. Their work has contributed to the life of Muslims as a rebuttal to the assumption by some people that Imam Ahmad bin Hambal or the Slavi school is very minimal in the study of ushul fiqh so that it tends to be more extreme compared to other schools of thought. In fact, if we are honest, then we will find that the Slavi school has a major contribution to the development of the science of ushul fiqh even though in legal fatwas it is still more likely to interpret an issue of Islamic law through the approach of hadith fiqh. Hal ini dikarenakan Imam Ahmad bin Hambal lebih banyak menelurkan karya seputar ilmu hadis dan beliau memang lebih dikenal sebagai pakar hadis di masanya. Dalam ilmu hadis, istilah ijma’ dan qiyas tidak dikenal sebagaimana yang dapat ditemukan dalam pembahasan ilmu ushul fiqh. Dalam ilmu hadis, tidak mengenal adanya pertimbangan maslahah dan mafsadah dalam menilai suatu permasalahan hukum seperti yang berlaku dalam ilmu ushul fiqh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan penelitian kajian pustaka yang bertujuan untuk membahas seputar kedudukan Imam Ahmad bin Hambal dan para pengikutnya dalam ilmu ushul fiqh. Dari hasil kajian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Imam Ahmad bin Hambal termasuk salah satu ulama yang telah memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam perkembangan ilmu ushul fiqh, menguasai ilmu ini dengan baik dan menerapkannya dalam mengistibathkan hukum terutama dalam permasalahan yang tidak dijelaskan ketetapan hukumnya secara rinci dalam al-Quran maupun hadis. Buah karya Imam Ahmad bin Hambal beserta para pengikutnya menunjukkan bahwa mereka telah memberikan sumbangsih bagi kehidupan umat Islam sebagai sanggahan atas anggapan sebagian orang bahwa mazhab hambali sangat minim dalam kajian ushul fiqh sehingga cenderung lebih ekstrim dibandingkan mazhab yang lain.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki implementasi dan dampak Model Supervisi Pengembangan dalam pandangan Carl D. Glickman terhadap praktik pengembangan profesional guru. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendapatkan wawasan mendalam tentang penerapan model supervisi ini. Temuan penelitian menyoroti keterlibatan aktif supervisor dalam mendukung pertumbuhan guru, mengedepankan kolaborasi dan konsultasi sebagai elemen kunci, serta penerapan pendekatan formatif yang dirancang untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan berkelanjutan. Analisis hasil menunjukkan keterkaitan yang erat antara praktik supervisi ini dengan teori Glickman, memperkuat pandangan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat menjadi landasan yang efektif untuk pengembangan profesional guru. Kesimpulan artikel ini merangkum temuan utama dan menyoroti implikasi praktis dari penerapan Model Supervisi Pengembangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Selain itu, artikel ini menawarkan rekomendasi bagi para praktisi dan peneliti untuk lebih menggali potensi model ini dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Glickman   Abstract This research aims to investigate the implementation and impact of the Developmental Supervision Model in Carl D. Glickman\u27s view on teacher professional development practices. A qualitative approach was used in this research, involving classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to gain in-depth insight into the application of this supervision model. Research findings highlight the active involvement of supervisors in supporting teacher growth, highlighting collaboration and consultation as key elements, as well as the implementation of formative approaches designed to facilitate ongoing development. Analysis of the results shows a close connection between this supervision practice and Glickman\u27s theory, strengthening the view that this approach can be an effective basis for teacher professional development. The conclusion of this article summarizes the main findings and highlights the practical implications of implementing the Developmental Supervision Model in improving the quality of teaching. Additionally, this article offers recommendations for practitioners and researchers to further explore the potential of this model in modern educational contexts. By providing a deeper understanding of how the Glickman Developmental Supervision Model can make a positive contribution to teacher professional development, this research provides a valuable basis for efforts to improve educational supervision systems and improve the quality of learning.   Keywords: Educational Supervision, Supervision Development, Carl D.     Sarana dan prasarana merupakan salah satu penunjang pembelajaran yang membuat peserta didik berprestasi. Sarana dan prasarana harus dikelola dengan sangat baik supaya belajar dan mengajar dapat dilakukan dengan baik, efektif dan efisien. Keberadaan sarana dan prasarana membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih mudah dan membuat peserta didik mendapat gambaran visual yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dengan mengumpulkan, mengorganisasikan, memberikan makna pada data yang didapatkan dan kemudian dinarasikan serta ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sarana dan prasarana di SD Negeri 161 Bangun Purba dikatakan masuk kategori baik, hal ini dikarenakan masih lebih unggul dengan sekolah yang ada di sekitar wilayah tersebut.     Islamic education within the family constitutes a pivotal aspect in shaping the religious identity and character of children within the Muslim community. This is particularly relevant within the context of the lower-middle-class Muslim community of Tarakan, situated in the vicinity of the Madrasah Aliyah Hurrasul Aqidah. Islamic education within the family transcends mere tradition, representing a key element in the endeavor to construct a comprehensive Islamic way of life and reinforce Islamic values within the hearts and minds of children. The research objective is to comprehend the vital role of Islamic education management within the family, particularly among the lower-middle-class Muslim community of Tarakan at Madrasah Aliyah Hurrasul Aqidah, in shaping a comprehensive Islamic way of life and cultivating the character of children deeply rooted in Islamic values. Data collection is executed through various methods, including observations, structured and unstructured interviews, as well as document collection. The data analysis process encompasses stages of data reduction, data presentation, formulation of conclusions, and validation. The subjects of this study encompass the lower-middle-class Muslim community members who practice Islam and have children enrolled in Madrasah Aliyah Hurrasul Aqidah Tarakan, School Administrative Personnel, and Class X Guardians. Meanwhile, the research focal point is the management of Islamic education within the family environment of the student\u27s guardians. Firstly, the lower-middle-class Muslim community of Tarakan at Madrasah Aliyah Hurrasul Aqidah views Islamic education management within the family as an essential component, playing a central role in realizing a comprehensive Islamic lifestyle and shaping the character of children deeply immersed in Islamic values. The model of Islamic education management within the family among this community entails intensive interaction between parents and children, along with a comprehensive Islamic educational process. Secondly, the research also identifies factors influencing the process of Islamic education management within the family, categorized into two groups: internal factors, including the role of parents and the characteristics of children, and external factors encompassing non-nuclear family dynamics, family environment, the surrounding community, and the availability of facilities. The identification of these factors is crucial for understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by the Tarakan Muslim community in strengthening Islamic education within their families.Pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan identitas agama dan karakter anak-anak dalam masyarakat Muslim. Hal ini terutama relevan dalam konteks masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah Muslim Tarakan yang berada di lingkungan Madrasah Aliyah Hurrasul Aqidah. Pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga bukan sekadar tradisi, tetapi merupakan suatu elemen kunci dalam upaya membangun kehidupan Islam yang komprehensif dan memperkuat nilai-nilai Islam dalam diri anak-anak. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memahami peran vital manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga, khususnya di antara masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah Muslim Tarakan di Madrasah Aliyah Hurrasul Aqidah, dalam membentuk kehidupan Islam yang komprehensif dan membangun karakter anak yang berakar dalam nilai-nilai Islam. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui berbagai metode, termasuk pengamatan, wawancara terstruktur dan tak terstruktur, serta pengumpulan dokumen. Proses analisis data melibatkan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, formulasi kesimpulan, dan validasi. Kelompok subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah yang beragama Islam dan memiliki anak yang bersekolah di Madrasah Aliyah Hurrasul Aqidah Tarakan, Pegawai Administrasi Sekolah, serta Wali Kelas X. Sedangkan, fokus penelitian adalah manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam lingkungan keluarga para wali siswa. Pertama, masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah Muslim Tarakan di Madrasah Aliyah Hurrasul Aqidah menganggap manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga sebagai unsur yang sangat esensial dan memainkan peran sentral dalam mewujudkan gaya hidup Islam yang komprehensif dan membentuk kepribadian anak yang bersentuhan dengan nilai-nilai Islami. Model manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga di kalangan masyarakat ini melibatkan interaksi yang intensif antara orang tua dan anak, dengan proses pendidikan Islam yang menyeluruh. Kedua, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi proses manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam keluarga, yang terbagi menjadi dua kategori, yaitu faktor internal, yang meliputi peran orang tua dan karakteristik anak, serta faktor eksternal yang mencakup keluarga non-inti, lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat sekitar, dan ketersediaan fasilitas
