SYNERGETIC STRATEGIES: CO-CREATION AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN IMPROVING TRANSLATION SKILLS
Get PDFThis study investigates using co-creation strategies and AI tools to improve translation skills among English Education students at STAIN Mandailing Natal. Sixty students shared their experiences with Peer Review, Collaborative Translation Projects, and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) Tools. The feedback highlighted areas for effective AI integration. Consequently, researchers proposed using AI for real-time feedback in Peer Review sessions, facilitating communication in collaborative projects with AI project management tools, and enhancing predictive text features in CAT Tools using advanced machine learning. After several months of implementing these methods, a post-test showed significant improvements: accuracy rose by 20%, fluency by 15%, and appropriateness scores by 18%. Confidence levels also increased across all translation aspects. The study shows that integrating AI within co-creation strategies enhances both hard skills (translation abilities) and soft skills (teamwork & confidence), improving overall learning outcomes

Pernikahan yang tidak dicatatkan dengan aturan hukum Islam mengenai syarat mutlak bagi pencatatan perkawinan menjadi perkara yang kontradiktif yang terjadi dalam praktek pernikahan di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna pencatatan perkawinan dalam istinbath hukum Islam dan ingin mengetahui makna pencatatan dalam hukum Islam. Serta ingin mengetahui makna pencatatan pernikahan dalam upaya merealisasikan tujuan maslahah yang ada pada diri manusia. Parenting styles play a crucial role in shaping a child\u27s character and behavior, which in turn influences their future social and psychological life. In today\u27s modern era, parenting patterns are increasingly influenced by a variety of factors, such as social changes, technological advancements, and shifts in cultural values. This study aims to explore Islamic perspectives on child-rearing practices in the context of contemporary society, with a focus on the fundamental principles of family jurisprudence. The methodology employed is a literature review, which analyzes both classical and modern interpretations of Islamic law, particularly those related to family jurisprudence, and examines their application in the context of child-rearing. The findings of this research indicate that Islamic law offers clear guidelines for raising and nurturing children, emphasizing the importance of balancing love, discipline, and religious education. Islam also stresses the protection of children\u27s rights, including the right to quality education and a healthy environment. However, the challenges faced by parents in modern society—such as the influence of globalization, technology, and changing cultural values—require a rethinking of these principles to ensure they remain relevant and effective in guiding children. In conclusion, this study highlights that despite differences in cultural and social approaches, the principles of family jurisprudence continue to provide a solid foundation for establishing effective parenting strategies in the face of modern societal dynamics.Pola asuh anak memegang peranan penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan perilaku yang akan mempengaruhi kehidupan sosial dan psikologis anak di masa depan. Dalam era modern, pola asuh anak kerap dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti perkembangan sosial, kemajuan teknologi, dan perubahan nilai budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pandangan hukum Islam terhadap pola asuh anak dalam konteks masyarakat modern, dengan menyoroti prinsip-prinsip dasar fikih keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, yang mengkaji literatur terkait hukum Islam, baik tafsiran klasik maupun kontemporer mengenai fikih keluarga, serta penerapannya dalam konteks pola asuh anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum Islam memberikan pedoman yang jelas dalam mendidik dan merawat anak, dengan menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara kasih sayang, disiplin, dan pendidikan agama. Islam juga mengajarkan bahwa hak-hak anak harus dilindungi, termasuk hak atas pendidikan yang baik dan lingkungan yang sehat. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi orang tua di masyarakat modern, seperti pengaruh globalisasi, teknologi, dan perubahan nilai budaya, menuntut adaptasi terhadap prinsip-prinsip tersebut agar tetap relevan dan efektif dalam membimbing anak. Islamic law, as one of the rich and complex legal systems, is not only influenced by primary normative sources such as the Qur\u27an and Hadith, but also by the social, political, and cultural dynamics in various regions and historical periods. Through a historical-analytical approach, this research explores various crucial determinants in the evolution of Islamic law, including its interactions with other civilizations, the development of religious thought, as well as political and economic transformations. The findings of this study suggest that the development of Islamic law is not a static phenomenon, but rather an ongoing process that continues to evolve in accordance with its historical context. PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR BP3K KECAMATAN BUKIT MALINTANG KABUPATEN MANDAILING NATAL
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor BP3K Kecamatan Bukit Malintang Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawal Kantor BP3K Kecamatan Bukit Malintang Kabupaten Mandailing, Natal berjumlah 42 orang, dan dilakukan penarikan sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Sedangkan teknik analisisnya menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. pegawai pada kantor BP3K Kecamatan Bukit Malintang Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Berdasarkan hasil frekuensi dan persentase jawaban responden dengan 8 item pertanyaan terkait variabel disiplin kerja (X), menunjukkan skor rata-ratanya adalah 3,78 dan masuk dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil frekuensi dan persentase jawaban responden dengan 9 item pertanyaan terkait variabel kinerja (Y), menunjukkan skor rata-ratanya 3.78. Untuk menguji hipotesis ketiga yang menyatakan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai BP3K Kecamatan Bukit Malintang Kabupaten Mandailing Natal yang dilakukan dengan analisis regresi sederhana menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil olahan data, diketahui bahwa pada variabel disiplin kerja dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 2,924>2,020 dan sig 0.006<0,05 dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the impact of E-filing, Knowledge and Tax Sanctions on Individual Taxpayer Compliance at the Jambi Pelayanangan Pratama Tax Office. This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression statistical analysis methods partially and simultaneously to determine the effect of E-filling (X1), knowledge (X2), and Tax Sanctions (X3) on Taxpayer Compliance. The research conducted produced the following findings and conclusions: This study concludes that E-filling has a negative effect on individual taxpayer compliance, while knowledge has a negative effect on individual taxpayer compliance, and Tax Sanctions have a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance. T-test Based on the results of multiple regression tests, it can be concluded that the t-value for E-filling is -3.418 < t table 1.984 and a Sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. While the Knowledge variable (X2) gets a t-value of -5.069 < t table 1.984 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Then the Tax Sanctions variable (X3) gets a t-value of 6.375 > t table 1.984 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously (F test) shows that the independent variables E-filling, Knowledge and Tax Sanctions together or simultaneously affect taxpayer compliance at the Jambi Pelayanangan Pratama Tax Office. Partially, the independent variables that have a significant influence are Tax Knowledge, Tax Sanctions, and the Implementation of E-Filling have an influence on taxpayer compliance
ANALISIS BANTUAN RENOVASI UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN OBJEK WISATA PEMANDIAN AIR PANAS HJ. HUSNA LUBIS DI SIANCING LUMBAN DOLOK, SIABU, MANDAILING NATAL
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of renovation assistance on the development of the Hj. Husna Lubis Hot Spring Tourist Attraction in Siancing Lumban Dolok, Siabu, Mandailing Natal. The focus of this research is to assess the effectiveness of renovation assistance, which includes the construction of public facilities such as restrooms, parking areas, and road improvements, in increasing the number of visitors and its impact on the local community\u27s economy. The research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data collection was carried out through interviews with the tourist attraction managers, local communities, and tourists, as well as field observations. Secondary data were obtained from the Mandailing Natal Bappeda reports regarding regional tourism development. The results of the study show that the renovation of facilities at the Hj. Husna Lubis Hot Spring successfully enhanced visitor comfort and prolonged their stay. Furthermore, there was an increase in economic activity around the tourist attraction, such as the opening of new business opportunities for the local community. However, the main challenge found was the lack of effective promotion, which has led to a limited number of tourists from outside the region visiting this tourist attraction. Issues regarding cleanliness and environmental management also need improvement to ensure the sustainability of the tourism site. Nevertheless, the renovation assistance has provided significant positive impacts, both in terms of facility quality and local economic empowerment. This study concludes that although the renovation has increased the tourist attraction\u27s appeal, more structured management in terms of promotion, cleanliness, and community empowerment is essential to ensure sustainable development. With a more comprehensive plan, the Hj. Husna Lubis Hot Spring has the potential to become a leading tourist destination in Mandailing Natal Regency

Abstract
To meet the urgent needs of life which are growing rapidly nowadays, rahn (sharia pawn) is an important concept and is easy to use in various financial transactions. Rahn has a significant role in driving the economy and providing positive solutions for individuals and companies in meeting their financial needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method because the amount of data obtained from books and library data and the internet in the form of articles, journals, theses, theses, dissertations and other supporting scientific works is qualitative data. With the aim of implementing the operational concept and basic regulations of Rahn in Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia.
The implementation of rahn in its operations is where rahin as (the customer) comes to the murtahin (shariah pawnshop institution) and enters into a contract by handing over marhun (collateral/Borg) as debt/financing coverage) to obtain marhun bih (loan or financing). Sharia pawnshops have a strong legal basis in Islam and have been used since the time of the Prophet Muhammad and national law in Indonesia. The rahn concept is based on sharia principles which prohibit the elements of riba (interest or additions in any form), Gharar (unclear/fraud) and Maysir (uncertainty/gambling) and encourages fairness and sustainability in healthy financial transactions. This concept allows individuals or companies to obtain financing by using valuable items as collateral (Borg) such as gold, diamonds, pearls, jewelry, vehicles, or electronics. Meanwhile, contract designs in sharia pawnshops that can be used in developing their business are by using the Qard (Loan without Return), Ba\u27I Al-Murabaha (Buy and Sell), Mudharabah (Profit Sharing System) and Ijarah (Rent) contracts. Pegadaian is an alternative for people who need fast funds for urgent or emergency needs, such as health, education, business or consumption costs and others.

Pengaruh Tingkat Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Mandailing Natal
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tingkat Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Syariah, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Madina, 2024. Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua merupakan status sosial yang dimiliki oleh orang tua akibat jerih payahnya dalam mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga berdasarkan kepemilikan materi dan kedudukannya dalam keluarga. Tujuan Penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Tingkat Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner dan metode observasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Setelah itu, dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, persyaratan analisis, dan hipotesis untuk menguji data yang terkumpul. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 351 mahasiswa program studi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah. Sampel penelitian yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin adalah 187 mahasiswa program studi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Tingkat Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua (X) terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa (Y) dapat diihat dari hasil pengujian signifikansi parsial (uji-t) bahwa nilai thitung Tingjat Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua sebesar 18,859 > ttabel 1,972 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000< 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Tingkat Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Minat Bewirausaha dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,658 atau sebesar 65,8% yang artinya variabel X (tingkat sosial ekonomi orang tua) dapat mempengaruhi variabel Y (minat berwirausaha) sebesar 65,8% dan sisanya 34,2% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
