    HAK NAFKAH ISTRI DALAM RUMAH TANGGA NOMADEN PERSPEKTIF HUKUM KELUARGA KONTEMPORER

    This study examines the right of wives to receive financial support (nafkah) within nomadic households from the perspective of contemporary Islamic family law. The research aims to explore how Islamic principles can be flexibly applied to ensure the fulfillment of this right in dynamic social contexts. Using a qualitative approach, this study combines normative analysis—based on the Qur’an, Hadith, classical fiqh, and contemporary fatwas—with empirical fieldwork involving semi-structured interviews with ten Muslim couples living nomadic lifestyles in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Makassar. Findings reveal that while the obligation of husbands to provide nafkah remains central, nomadism creates challenges such as unstable income, high living costs, and disrupted emotional support. Nevertheless, families adopt adaptive strategies, including digital financial management, joint decision-making, and remote employment opportunities, to maintain stability. The normative-empirical integration demonstrates that sharia principles, when applied with contextual flexibility, can offer practical solutions for nomadic families. This study contributes to the discourse of Islamic family law by highlighting its responsiveness to contemporary socio-economic dynamics and recommends further research on rural contexts and policy advocacy to strengthen protections for wives’ rights.Penelitian ini mengkaji hak nafkah istri dalam rumah tangga nomaden dari perspektif hukum keluarga Islam kontemporer. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip syariah dapat diterapkan secara fleksibel untuk menjamin terpenuhinya hak nafkah dalam konteks sosial yang dinamis. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggabungkan analisis normatif—berbasis Al-Qur’an, Hadis, fikih klasik, dan fatwa kontemporer—dengan penelitian empiris melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan sepuluh pasangan Muslim bergaya hidup nomaden di Jakarta, Surabaya, dan Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kewajiban suami memberi nafkah tetap menjadi prinsip utama, pola hidup nomaden menghadirkan tantangan seperti ketidakstabilan penghasilan, biaya hidup tinggi, serta terganggunya pemenuhan nafkah emosional. Namun demikian, keluarga mengembangkan strategi adaptif, antara lain pengelolaan keuangan digital, musyawarah bersama, serta pemanfaatan peluang kerja jarak jauh. Integrasi normatif-empiris membuktikan bahwa prinsip syariah, jika diterapkan secara kontekstual dan fleksibel, dapat menghadirkan solusi praktis bagi keluarga nomaden. Penelitian ini memperkaya diskursus hukum keluarga Islam dengan menunjukkan relevansinya terhadap dinamika sosial-ekonomi kontemporer serta merekomendasikan kajian lanjutan pada konteks pedesaan dan advokasi kebijakan untuk memperkuat perlindungan hak nafkah istri

    Sistem sosial Dalihan Natolu merupakan mekanisme fundamental yang mentransformasi dinamika ekonomi masyarakat Mandailing di era kontemporer. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kompleksitas struktur sosial tradisional yang tidak sekadar menjadi warisan budaya, melainkan instrumen adaptif dalam navigasi perubahan ekonomi global. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografis, penelitian ini mengungkap bagaimana modal sosial kultural yang terkandung dalam arsitektur Dalihan Natolu mampu menciptakan ekosistem ekonomi yang berketahanan dan berkelanjutan. Kerangka teori modal sosial Pierre Bourdieu dan teori strukturasi Anthony Giddens menjadi landasan analitis untuk membedah mekanisme transformasi ekonomi dalam masyarakat Mandailing. Penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga elemen kunci Dalihan Natolu - Hula-hula, Dongan Sabutuha, dan Boru - sebagai sistem interaksi yang memfasilitasi pertukaran sumber daya, distribusi modal, dan pembentukan jejaring ekonomi berbasis kepercayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini tidak hanya mempertahankan struktur sosial tradisional, tetapi secara aktif mentransformasi modal sosial menjadi modal ekonomi yang adaptif terhadap perubahan struktural dalam konteks pembangunan ekonomi nasional.Kontribusi utama penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan pemahaman teoritis tentang transformasi sistem sosial ekonomi berbasis kearifan lokal. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Dalihan Natolu bukanlah sekadar mekanisme statistik kultural, melainkan sistem dinamis yang mampu beradaptasi dengan tuntutan ekonomi modern sambil mempertahankan integritas nilai-nilai komunal. Implikasi praktis dari kajian ini mencakup potensi model pengembangan pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis komunitas, strategi pengembangan wilayah yang sensitif budaya, dan kerangka konsep alternatif dalam memahami transformasi ekonomi di tingkat lokal. Penelitian ini membuka ruang diskursus akademis baru tentang peran modal sosial kultural dalam mendorong inovasi dan ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat etnis di Indonesia. Artikel ini mengkaji peran fundamental sistem sosial Dalihan Natolu dalam transformasi ekonomi masyarakat Mandailing. Melalui pendekatan analisis struktural dan modal sosial kultural, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana struktur sosial tradisional mampu membentuk, memediasi, dan mentransformasi praktik ekonomi komunitas.     Arabic, spoken by over 200 million people, plays a vital role in global communication, information, and scientific exchange. Mastering Arabic facilitates international communication and knowledge sharing. This study highlights four essential language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Technology, particularly e-learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS), enhances learning effectiveness. However, LMS utilization requires evaluation to ensure efficacy. This research draws on language learning and educational technology theories, employing qualitative methods and case studies to analyze students\u27 experiences. Findings inform the development of more effective LMS applications, technology integration into curricula, and teacher training, ultimately enhancing Arabic language learning quality

    Arudh is a branch of Arabic language science by which the truth or falsity of a poem can be known. Arudh as a science is less noticed by scholars in the North Sumatra region. This research is a literature review research that collects data with documentation studies from both primary and secondary sources with deductive and inductive data analysis. The results of this study are that arudh is a science of Arabic literature but is not as popular as the science of balaghah. The science of arudh is less in demand and less noticed in the treasures of Islamic boarding schools. However, in its development there are several solutions that can be put forward to ground the science of arudh, including: getting used to shalawat and prayers, poetry in the book of lessons, making marches and also making qasidah and song

    Empowering Arabic Speaking Skills through Master of Ceremony (MC) Training: A Humanistic Approach

    Abstract: Public speaking is a crucial skill in foreign language learning, fostering confidence and communicative competence. This study explores the impact of Master of Ceremony (MC) training as a pedagogical tool to enhance Arabic speaking proficiency through a humanistic approach. While previous research has highlighted anxiety and lack of self-confidence as barriers to Arabic language acquisition, limited studies have examined the role of structured MC training in overcoming these challenges. This research employs a qualitative case study approach, conducted at Pondok Pesantren Darullughah Wadda’wah (Dalwa), where Arabic serves as both a medium of instruction and daily communication. Data collection includes classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and student self-reflections, analyzed thematically to identify linguistic and psychological developments. A total of 30 students with varying proficiency levels and 5 Arabic instructors participated in the study over an eight-week period. The research framework is grounded in Krashen’s Input Hypothesis and Vygotsky’s Sociocultural Theory, emphasizing meaningful language exposure and social interaction. Findings indicate that MC training significantly enhances students\u27 confidence, fluency, and spontaneous speech production. Participants reported improved pronunciation, structured speech patterns, and greater motivation to engage in public speaking. Additionally, the study reveals a shift in students’ perception of Arabic from a rigid academic subject to a practical communication tool. Compared to traditional speaking exercises, MC training provides real-world communicative experiences, reducing reliance on memorization and fostering linguistic autonomy. This study contributes to Arabic language pedagogy by advocating performance-based learning as an effective strategy to bridge the gap between classroom instruction and real-life communication. The findings provide valuable insights for language educators, curriculum developers, and policymakers in integrating MC training into Arabic language programs.     From Scrolling to Reading: Overcoming Low Motivation in English Reading Among Gen Z

    Reading motivation among Generation Z students, particularly in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) contexts, has become a significant concern in secondary education. This study aims to investigate the factors contributing to low motivation in reading English texts among high school students in Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu and explore effective strategies to enhance their engagement. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining surveys, interviews, and classroom observations with 150 students and 10 English teachers from SMA, SMK, and MA schools. The findings indicate that students\u27 low reading motivation stems from digital distractions, lack of relevant reading materials, vocabulary difficulties, and insufficient external support from teachers and parents. The study also highlights that integrating digital reading platforms, gamification, personalized content, and teacher-student interactions can significantly improve reading engagement. The results align with previous research, emphasizing the importance of adapting instructional strategies to students\u27 learning preferences. This study provides valuable insights for educators and policymakers in designing effective interventions to foster reading motivation

    Abstrak Wakaf, sebagai instrumen filantropi Islam, memiliki peran krusial dalam pembangunan sosial ekonomi umat. Secara tradisional identik dengan aset tak bergerak, kini konsep wakaf mengalami perluasan signifikan dengan munculnya wakaf uang digital. Inovasi ini memungkinkan mobilisasi dana umat yang lebih luas, efisien, dan transparan, sehingga berpotensi mempercepat pengembangan ekonomi umat. Namun, fleksibilitas dan sifat non-fisik uang digital menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang validitasnya dalam kerangka fikih kontemporer, khususnya Mazhab Syafi\u27i yang dikenal ketat terkait syarat dan rukun wakaf, terutama keabadian aset. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hukum wakaf uang digital berdasarkan fikih kontemporer Mazhab Syafi\u27i, menggali potensinya dalam memajukan ekonomi umat, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan hukum dan operasional beserta solusinya. Menggunakan metodologi penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual, perundang-undangan, dan fikih, serta studi literatur komprehensif , penelitian ini menemukan bahwa meskipun Mazhab Syafi\u27i klasik cenderung tidak membolehkan wakaf uang karena sifatnya yang tidak tetap, fikih kontemporer dapat mengakomodasi wakaf uang digital dengan menekankan substansi manfaat dan keabadian nilai pokok wakaf melalui investasi produktif syariah. Potensi wakaf uang digital mencakup peningkatan aksesibilitas dan jangkauan (massifikasi wakaf), efisiensi operasional, transparansi dan akuntabilitas, diversifikasi jenis harta wakaf, serta pengembangan wakaf produktif berbasis teknologi. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi regulasi yang belum memadai, interpretasi fikih yang beragam, masalah kepercayaan dan keamanan siber, literasi digital masyarakat, dan kompetensi nazhir. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup penyusunan regulasi spesifik, harmonisasi fatwa, pengembangan platform teknologi yang aman dan transparan, edukasi digital yang masif, peningkatan kapasitas nazhir, dan kerja sama lintas sektor

    The importance of learning science is associated with the science of religion, so that after what is learned it contains more deep meaning. Islam upholds Islamic knowledge, so every Muslim is obliged to study as deeply as possible. One of the implications of the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum at the Madrasah Ibtidayah or Elementary School level is the unification of several (general) lesson content in one theme. This combination by itself further provides a distance or dichotomy between the general lesson content group and PAI subjects. Therefore, competence is needed which is called integration, namely combining general lesson content with the spirit of Islamic values This study aims to analyze and reveal the implications and implementation of integrating Islamic values in Indonesian learning at SDIT Nur Ihsan Medan. The method in this research is qualitative with case studies. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observations and documentation studies. From this research, it was found that the level of integrating Islamic values in Indonesian learning at SDIT Nur Ihsan Medan includes philosophical levels, research methods and approaches, material levels, strategy levels, evaluation levels. One thing that is unique about this school is the integration at the communication level. This level of integration in SDIT also needs to be supported by teachers\u27 knowledge and understanding of the relationship and application of Islamic integration with comprehensive knowledge not only at the level of axiology and epistimology, but also ontology.Pentingnya mempelajari ilmu dikaitkan dengan ilmu Agama, agar setelah apa yang dipelajari lebih mengandung makna yang dalam. Agama Islam menjunjung tinggi ilmu pengetahuan Islam, sehingga setiap muslim wajib menuntut ilmu sedalam mungkin. Salah satu implikasi dari terselenggaranya kurikulum Merdeka pada tingkat Madrasah Ibtidayah atau Sekolah Dasar adalah menyatunya beberapa muatan pelajaran (umum) dalam satu tema. Penggabungkan tersebut dengan sendirinya semakin memberikan jarak atau dikotomi antara kelompok muatan pelajaran umum dengan mata pelajaran PAI. Oleh itu, perlu kompetensi yang disebut sebagai integrasi yaitu memadukan muatan pelajaran umum dengan ruh nilai-nilai Islam Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengungkapkan implikasi serta impementasi pengintegrasian nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SDIT Nur Ihsan Medan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Dari penelitiian ini ditemukan bahwa level pengintegrasian nilai-nilai Islam pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SDIT Nur Ihsan Medan meliputi level filosofis, metode dan pendekatan research, level materi, level strategi, level evaluasi. Satu hal yang unik yang dimiliki oleh sekolah ini adalah pengintegrasian pada level komunikasi. Level pengintegrasian di SDIT ini juga perlu didukung oleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru mengenai keterkaitan serta penerapan integrasi Islam dengan ilmu yang komprehensif tidak hanya pada level aksiologi dan epistimologinya, namun juga ontologinya

Manajemen event merupakan mempengeruhi perlaksanaan sebuah kegiatan, manajemen event yang baik akan menghasilkan acara yang berkesan bagi penyelenggara maupun peserta. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetauhi manajemen event dakwah pada masyarakat perkotaan dengan event Peringatan Tahun Baru Islam, pada salah satu kampung di kota Surabaya. Event Muharram di Musholla Imanan Billah berjalan dengan efektif, dengan memenuhi empat tahapan manajemen event menurut Goldbatt (2013) diantaranya Research, Desgin, Planning dan Coordination.     This study examines linguistic errors in Arabic writing skills among students of the Arabic Language Department at STAIN Mandailing Natal, Indonesia. The study aims to identify the types of common writing errors and their underlying causes by employing Interlanguage Theory and Error Analysis as its theoretical framework, with the objective of contributing to the improvement of Arabic language instruction. The findings reveal that students experience various errors in spelling, morphology, syntax, and sentence structure, with a noticeable influence of their first language (Indonesian) on their written production. These errors reflect systematic patterns rather than random mistakes, indicating incomplete mastery of Arabic linguistic rules. The study recommends the implementation of innovative pedagogical approaches, including contrastive analysis, reinforcement of grammatical competence, and contextualized writing practice, to enhance students’ Arabic writing proficiency
