PELATIHAN TAHJIZUL MAYIT SEBAGAI BENTUK PENERAPAN ILMU AGAMA DI TENGAH MASYARAKAT, SAYUR MATUA KECAMATAN NAGA JUANG, KABUPATEN MANDAILING NATAL
Dalam kegiatan pelatihan tajhizul mayit yang dilaksanakan kepada masyarakat Desa Sayur Matua, dedikasi ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan terkait masalah penting dalam hubungan antar manusia, yaitu perawatan jenazah. Islam sangat menempatkan perhatian khusus pada hal ini, sehingga menjadi kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi oleh umat, khususnya umat Islam. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) membekali Naposo Nauli Bulung dan masyarakat dengan keterampilan dalam tata cara tajhizul mayit, dan 2) melatih mereka agar mampu menerapkan serta mengembangkan ilmu agama yang telah diperoleh di masyarakat. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini meliputi: 1) peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengurus jenazah dengan benar sesuai ajaran syariat Islam, sehingga mereka siap jika suatu saat diperlukan, 2) bertambahnya tenaga yang ahli dalam pengurusan jenazah, dan 3) peningkatan kemampuan para Modin dalam merawat jenazah. Hasil dari dedikasi ini adalah Naposo Nauli Bulung telah mampu mengaplikasikan dan mempraktikkan pengurusan jenazah secara tepat sesuai dengan ketentuan syariat Islam
PENGUATAN LITERASI KEMAMPUAN BACA-TULIS MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA GAMBAR SISWA KELAS 3 UPTD SDN 220 HUTA DANGKA KECAMATAN KOTANOPAN
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan bertujuan menguatkan literasi kemampuan baca–tulis siswa kelas 3 UPTD SDN 220 Huta Dangka melalui pemanfaatan media gambar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN STAIN Mandailing Natal pada 21–24 Juli 2025 dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan metodologi Pengabdian Tindakan Kelas. Sampel terdiri dari 23 siswa. Instrumen meliputi lembar observasi partisipasi, dokumentasi karya, dan lembar kerja. Intervensi meliputi pengenalan media gambar, latihan menulis deskripsi dan menyusun kalimat, pembacaan bergiliran, serta permainan edukatif berbasis gambar. Hasil observasi dan perbandingan pra–pasca menunjukkan peningkatan antusiasme, kreativitas, kefasihan membaca, dan kemampuan menulis permulaan; sebagian besar siswa mencatat kenaikan skor serta partisipasi yang lebih aktif. Temuan ini konsisten dengan studi terdahulu yang menegaskan efektivitas media visual dalam memperkuat literasi awal. Kendala yang tercatat antara lain keterbatasan waktu intervensi dan kebutuhan pendampingan guru berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi meliputi integrasi media gambar dalam RPP harian, penyusunan booklet panduan untuk guru, serta pelaksanaan siklus tindak lanjut dengan sampel lebih besar dan analisis kuantitatif lebih mendalam untuk memastikan generalisasi hasil
Manajemen Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dalam Upaya Pembinaan Karakter Pada Peserta Didik SMA Negeri Pontianak
This research is motivated by the need to know the training and development of extracurricular scouts in an effort to build character that there are scout students in reducing the level of discipline, disrespectful attitudes, lack of expectation, and this research aims to reveal scout training planning and extracurricular development in character building efforts, and inhibiting and supporting factors at SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. This research uses qualitative methods, scout coaches as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were processed and examined using triangulation techniques and obtained the following results: Training Planning there is planning such as training programs that produce conscious changes in students to character building, Implementation of Development efforts to develop the potential of students through the implementation of the training received and Factor Inhibitors lack of discipline of students and lack of coaching staff and support of Scout Extracurricular Activities by the way the school facilitates facilities and infrastructure, as well as additional speakers to scout extracurricular training.Pendidikan sangat penting untuk mengembangakan potensi manusia melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan yang dapat berperan sesuai strategi untuk memajukan bangsa. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti fokus pada bidang ekstrakturikuler pramuka dalam upaya pembinaan karakter yang ditemui adanya peserta didik pramuka dalam realitasnya rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia yakni Pembina, penurunan tingkat kedisplinan, sikap yang tidak sopan, sikap kurang mengharagai, serta penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan perencanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan ekstrakturikuler pramuka dalam upaya pembinaan karakter, dan faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung di SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pembina pramuka sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data diolah dan diperiksa menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Perencanaan Pelatihan adanya perencanaan seperti program-program pelatihan yang menghasilkan secara sadar perubahan peserta didik atas pembinaan karakter, pelaksanaan pengembangan upaya mengembangkan potensi peserta didik lewat dari pelaksanaan pelatihan yang di terima dan faktor penghambat kurangnya disiplin, peserta didik dan minimnya tenaga pembina serta faktor pendukung Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka dengan cara sekolah memfasilitasi sarana dan prasaran, serta tambahan pemateri pada pelatihan ekstrakurikuler pramuka
ANALISIS KONTRIBUSI REMAJA MASJID TERHADAP MANAJEMEN DAKWAH: STUDI KASUS DI MASJID DAARUSSALAM KALISEGORO, KECAMATAN GUNUNGPATI, KOTA SEMARANG
Remaja masjid merupakan kelompok usia remaja setempat yang terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan dan pengurusan keagamaan di masjid, serta mendorong kehidupan beragama kepada generasi muda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kontribusi rekan masjid terhadap pengelolaan dakwah di Masjid Daarussalam Kalisegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan penelitian empiris, berupa studi kasus pada remaja Masjid Daarussalam Kalisegoro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dakwah Masjid Daarussalam Kalisegoro berjalan melalui beberapa proses yang terdiri dari pengorganisasian, kerjasama, pengelolaan dana, dan mendorong peran remaja yang nantinya akan mencapai tujuan dakwah secara lisan, tindakan, dan tertulis. Namun, peran rekan-rekan masjid ditemukan bersifat tidak langsung karena mereka cenderung menjadi eksekutor dibandingkan konseptor. Meski cukup mendukung pengembangan remaja masjid, para pengurus dan rekan-rekan masjid sendiri menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam memaksimalkan potensi rekan-rekan masjid seperti pendidikan remaja, dan permasalahan regeneratif internal
Peran Pesantren Al-Zaytun Dalam Implementasi Moderasi Beragama
Every individual should respect the beliefs of others without demeaning or insulting them. The practice of religious moderation can be carried out by individuals, community groups, and even educational institutions. In this study, Al-Zaytun is an educational institution that practices religious moderation in accordance with Pancasila values. The research uses a literature study model, utilizing library data presented descriptively to analyze phenomena and events in a particular environment. The aim of the study is to deeply and comprehensively explore the role of Pesantren Al-Zaytun in implementing religious moderation. The findings reveal that Pesantren Al-Zaytun consistently instills in its students the importance of respecting religious differences and regularly invites interfaith leaders to events held at the pesantren, such as during the celebration of Satu Syuro.
However, limited public understanding of religious moderation presents a challenge for Al-Zaytun, as its practices are perceived as unconventional or even heretical by some. Nevertheless, support from interfaith leaders continues to strengthen the implementation of religious moderation at the pesantren.
 
Misuse in Ethnomathematics Research: A Review of Philosophy of Mathematics and Mathematics Education
This research was inspired by a study conducted by Pais (2011), which presents criticisms and contradictions in ethnomathematics. The criticism presented refers to the philosophy of ethnomathematics which is considered contrary to the purpose of ethnomathematics itself. Reflecting on Pais\u27 (2011) study, this research aims to examine forms of misuse in ethnomathematics research. A philosophical approach is used to show that such misuse is often unconscious and has deviated from the original purpose of ethnomathematics. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type. The literature analyzed came from books, scientific articles, and documents related to ethnomathematics and the philosophy of mathematics education. The results of this study identified two main categories of misuse in ethnomathematics research, namely oversimplifying mathematical content and cultural value distortion in ethnomathematics research. The findings are expected to contribute to redirecting ethnomathematics research in accordance with the philosophical foundations proposed by its originators
An Analysis of Mathematics Learning Difficulties among High-Ability Students in Solving Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SLETV)
This study aims to analyze the learning difficulties experienced by high-achieving students in solving problems on the topic of Linear Equations in Two Variables. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with one eighth-grade student from SMP Negeri 4 Tasikmalaya as the subject, selected through purposive sampling based on teacher recommendations and daily test scores. Data were collected through a problem-solving test based on NCTM indicators and unstructured interviews, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings revealed that the high-achieving student was able to complete all stages of problem solving (understanding the problem, formulating strategies, applying strategies, and interpreting results). However, difficulties were identified in arithmetic accuracy, limitations in mathematical language, and external factors such as insufficient repetition of material and lack of pedagogical support. The study concludes that learning difficulties may still occur among high-achieving students, thus teachers should provide interventions that strengthen mathematical communication, repeated practice, and reflective learning. Future research is recommended to involve more high-achieving students to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of their learning difficulties
Factors Encouraging and Discouraging Arabic Learning Motivation at Ma\u27had al-Jami\u27ah
This study aims to identify factors that influence students\u27 interest in choosing Arabic as a major at Ma\u27had Al-Jami\u27ah UIN Palangka Raya. This study was conducted to understand various aspects that encourage or hinder Arabic language learning. The research method used was a case study with interview and observation techniques. The results of the study show that teaching quality, social support, and the availability of adequate facilities are the main factors that increase learning interest, while monotonous teaching methods, time constraints, and a lack of social support are the main obstacles. These findings are expected to provide input for the Ma\u27had and other educational institutions in creating a learning environment that is more supportive of developing an interest in Arabi
The Cooperative Script Method in Improving Students\u27 Understanding in The Muthala\u27ah Subject at SMP Galih Agung
This study aims to improve students\u27 understanding of Mutala\u27ah, with a specific focus on the topic of Al-Babga\u27, through the application of the Cooperative Script learning model. This study was conducted using a classroom action research design, which was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study involved 24 students from class II-A at Galih Agung Private Junior High School, Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School. Data collection was carried out using learning outcome tests to measure understanding and activity observation sheets to assess student engagement and participation during the learning process. The results showed a significant increase in students\u27 understanding of the material. At the beginning of the study, the average student score was 51.4, and only 42% of students met the minimum mastery criteria. After the implementation of the first cycle, the average score increased to 59.5, with 67% of students achieving mastery. In the second cycle, the average score increased significantly to 75.2, while the proportion of students who achieved mastery increased to 92%. These results show that the Cooperative Script Model is very effective in improving students\u27 understanding of Mutala\u27ah material. In addition to improving learning outcomes, the use of the Cooperative Script approach also encourages active student participation and promotes collaboration
a Aplikasi Kaidah Al-hukmu Yaduru Ma Illatihi di Era Pandemi dan Kebijakan Publik Syariah
This study examines the role of the usul al-fiqh maxim al-hukmu yaduru maa illatihi wujudan wa adaman (a legal ruling revolves with its effective cause in both its existence and nonexistence) as a foundation for the flexibility of Islamic law in responding to contemporary social dynamics. Employing a qualitative library research method, the study analyzes the application of this maxim in both classical cases (such as the prohibition of khamr and the obligation of zakat) and contemporary contexts (including the suspension of Friday prayers and the formulation of Sharia-based policies during the COVID-19 pandemic). The findings indicate that this maxim effectively sustains the relevance of Islamic law by ensuring its conformity with the Maqasid al-Shariah, particularly in safeguarding life (hifz al-nafs) and promoting the public interest (al-maslahah al-ammah). These findings underscore the urgency of applying rational Sharia legal maxims as a foundational basis for the development of positive law oriented toward Islamic values.Penelitian ini membahas peran kaidah ushul fikih, al-hukmu yaduru ma illatihi wujudan wa adaman (hukum berputar bersama illat-nya dalam hal keberadaan dan ketiadaannya), sebagai landasan fleksibilitas hukum Islam dalam merespons dinamika sosial kontemporer. Dengan metode kualitatif studi kepustakaan (library research), penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan kaidah tersebut dalam kasus klasik (seperti keharaman khamr dan kewajiban zakat) dan kontemporer (seperti penangguhan salat Jumat serta kebijakan syariat selama pandemi COVID-19). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kaidah ini secara efektif mempertahankan relevansi hukum Islam dengan memastikan kesesuaiannya terhadap Maqasid al-Syariah, khususnya dalam menjaga jiwa (hifz al-nafs) dan kemaslahatan umum (al-maslahah al-ammah). Temuan ini menggarisbawahi urgensi penerapan kaidah-kaidah rasional syariah sebagai dasar dalam formulasi hukum positif yang berorientasi pada nilai-nilai Islam
