hogy családbarát munkahellyé válik, a dolgozók és hallgatók gyermekeinek napközbeni elhelyezésére nagyobb gondot fordít. A családbarát filozófia jegyében – pályázati forrásból − 2011-ben létrehozta a Gyermekfoglalkoztató Centrumot, majd 2014-ben a Családi napközit, mely a dolgozók és hallgatók gyermekeinek napközbeni felügyeletére ad lehetőséget. Mindezzel a tevékenységgel a vezetőség célja a dolgozók és a hallgatók elégedettségének növelése, a „munka és magánélet” egyensúlyának fenntartása.

in 2011 and created the Family Day Care in 2014 with project funding. These places offer looking after the staff ’s and students’ children during the day. The aims of management are to increase satisfaction of both the staff and students

Numerical and experimental study of local heat transfer enhancement in helically coiled pipes. Preliminary results.
Get PDFIn the last years, the attention of heat transfer equipments manufacturers turned toward helically coiled-tube heat exchangers, especially with regards to applications for viscous and/or particulate products. The recent progress achieved in numerical simulation motivated many research groups to develop numerical models for this kind of apparatuses. These models, intended both to improve the knowledge of the fundamental heat transfer mechanisms in curved geometries and to support the industrial design of this kind of apparatuses, are usually validated throughout the comparison with either theoretical or experimental evidences by considering average heat transfer performances. However, this approach doesn't guarantee that the validated models are able to reproduce local effects in details, which are so important in this kind of non-standard geometries. In the present paper a numerical model of convective heat transfer in coiled tubes for laminar flow regime was formulated and discussed. Its goodness was checked throughout the comparison with the latest experimental outcomes of Bozzoli et al. [1] in terms of convective heat flux distribution along the boundary of the duct, by ensuring the effectiveness of the model also in the description of local behaviours. Although the present paper reports only preliminary results of this simulation/validation process, it could be of interest for the research community because it proposes a novel approach that could be useful to validate many numerical models for nonstandard geometries

fogalmazta meg a 30−34 éves korosztály diplomásainak részarányát, amely jelenti egyrészt a hallgatói létszám növelését, másrészt pedig a hallgatóik lemorzsolódás csökkentését. A téma súlya és jelentősége ellenére nem kapott kellő figyelmet az elmúlt évek felsőoktatás-politikájában. A Dunaújvárosi Főiskola 2013 óta a hallgatói sikerességet állította középpontba. Az intézmény 2014-ben elindította a Hallgatói Sikerességet Támogató, azaz a HASIT-projektet. [1, 2] A folyamat egyik lépése a 2014 májusában végzett felmérés mindazon hallgatók között, akiknek a minta
-tantervük szerint abban a félévben kellett (volna) befejezni tanulmányaikat és záróvizsgázni. A mintába (N=171) 30 különböző szakról került be hallgató. Egyharamaduk úgy vélte, hogy tanulmányi eredménye jó vagy nagyon jó. Ennek ellenére a hallgatók 30%-a nem tud záróvizsgát tenni az abszolutórium megszerzésének félévében. A lehetséges megoldások közül a legjelentősebb tényezők a szakdolgozatírásra vonatkoztak. A szakdolgozat nem időre történő leadása mellett komoly problémát jelent, hogy nyelvvizsga hiányában a hallgatók egy része nem tudja átvenni diplomáját. A Főiskola támogatja a hallgatóit angol
nyelvű kurzusok felajánlásával.
In the strategy ’Europe 2020’ EU claimed the aims to increase the ratio of graduates among 30−34-year old people, which means the expansion of the number of students in higher education as well as the decrease of dropouts. Despite its significance, not enough attention has been paid to this topic in the policy of higher education during the last years. Since 2013, the College of Dunaújváros has put students’ success in the focus. In 2014, the College has launched the project of Supporting Students’ Success (SSS). [1, 2] One step of this process was a survey, carried out in May and June 2014, among all the students who should finish their academic studies with a thesis and the final state exam in this semester according to their standard curriculum. The sample (N=171) includes students from 30 different study programs. The academic results of three quarters are proved to be good or very good. Nevertheless
30% of the students cannot take their final state exam in the semester of acquiring university leaving certificate. The most important factors of the possible solutions
regarding thesis writing are. Besides not finishing the thesis on time, it is a big problem that not having language certificate, students cannot take their college degree. The
College supports its students by offering them academic course in English

Ebből adódóan egyik legfontosabb tranzit ország a keleti-nyugati és a déli-északi szállítási útvonalakon. Ezt az adottságot országunk jelenlegi gazdasági helyzete miatt sajnálatosan nem tudja kellőképpen kihasználni. Publikációm célja a logisztikai, szállítmányozási tevékenységek gyakorlati bemutatása az TF Kft-nél. Cikkem első felében ismertetem a logisztika részeit, valamint tevékenységét: a
legalapvetőbb szakmai fogalmakat, melyek által az írás többi fejezete érthetőbb lesz egy nem hozzáértő számára is. Továbbá bemutatom a szállítmányozás és a logisztika kialakulásának történetét, a szállítási formák típusait és a további logisztika tevékenységeket, csomagolás, anyagmozgatás stb. Egy külön fejezetben foglalom össze azokat a gondokat, problémákat, melyek a logisztikai vállalkozás vizsgálata során merültek fel, majd próbálok azokra megoldásokat javasolni. A logisztikai folyamatok megszervezése, irányítása fontos feladata kell, hogy legyen minden jól működő társaságnak, hiszen a rosszul szervezett logisztikai folyamatok súlyos gazdasági problémákhoz is vezethetnek. A jól működő logisztikai folyamatok gördülékeny termelési
munkát, és jelentős megtakarítást jelentenek, a megtakarítások pedig újabb fejlesztési beruházásokat hoznak. Jól látszik, tehát a logisztikai feladatok befolyásolják a gazdasági eredményességet

A francia nyelvű szakirodalom alapján tárgyaljuk a behaviorizmus, kognitivizmus, konstruktivizmus és konnektivizmus kérdéseit. Javaslatot teszünk a virtuális egyetem tanuláselméletére.
The learning theories explain what happens in the process of the learning. The learning theories are in a tight context with the interpretation of the teaching. We present the questions of behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism and connectivism based on the literature with a French language.
