    Upaya Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Discovery Terbimbing Pada Siswa Kelas V MIN 2 Indragiri Hulu

    This study aims to improve science learning outcomes for fifth grade students of MIN 2 Indragiri Hulu using the guided discovery learning method. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of class V-A MIN 2 Indragiri Hulu who collected 28 students, consisting of 13 male students and 15 female students. The researcher uses the action research model of Kemmis and Taggart. This research was carried out in two cycles of action. In the first cycle, it was conducted in one meeting while in the second cycle it was conducted in two meetings. In each cycle there are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The instruments used are observation sheets and tests. Before being used in the study, the test was validated empirically and expert judgment. The reliability test was calculated using Cronbach's Alpha. Observational data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively while the test results were analyzed descriptively quantitatively by percentage. The results of the first cycle of research showed that the percentage of students whose scores were above the KKM only reached 71.43%, so they still could not reach the criteria for research success. In cycle II, the steps for applying the discovery learning method to increase student success were done by providing motivation, dividing the number of group members into smaller groups and the heterogeneity of their members, and providing the opportunity to make group presentations on the results of the practicum in front of the class. The percentage of students' scores above the KKM in the second cycle increased to 89.29%. Results Based on the research, it can be seen that the guided discovey method is able to improve science learning outcomes

    This study aims to improve student achievement through the use of audio-visual media. This research was applied to fifth-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Muaro Jambi in the first semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This research is classroom action research or Classroom Action Research with a cycle design. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and documentation. Data were analyzed through descriptive qualitative data analysis was carried out on each data collected, both quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed that learning by using audio-visual media can improve students' learning achievement of moral aqidah. Student learning achievement increased from cycle I to cycle II. It can be concluded that the results of student learning activities in cycle I reached 62% and increased in cycle II to 88%. The results of student attitudes in the first cycle reached 72% but increased in the second cycle reaching 85.5%. This is evidenced by the student achievement scores at the end of the first cycle obtained an average of 69,54% with the category close to completion and student achievement scores increased in the second cycle obtained an average of 91.36% with the complete category

    This study aims to improve students' science learning outcomes using the Think Pair Share Cooperative learning model. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle was conducted in two meetings. For this research to run well, the researcher arranged the stages in classroom action research, namely planning, action research, action observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of Class V Elementary School 011 Desa Baru, totaling 40 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, documentation, and test techniques. The results showed that the application of Think Pair Share Type Cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes. These results can be seen from the first cycle of student success reaching 64.7% and in the second cycle increasing to 91.18% with the 'Very Good' category. This proves that the application of Think Pair Share Type Cooperative learning can improve students' science learning outcomes. The results of the study can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes in the first cycle which increased to 31 students who finished studying or 77.5% with an average grade of 68.25. The average value of the class is quite good and meets the success indicator, namely 65. In the second cycle, it increased sharply to 38 students who finished studying or 95% with the class average score of 84.25

With the existence of gadgets, everyone is always very quick to retrieve information, but there is a lot that can affect all children. One step for today's children who are not directly related to flat objects/handphone. Parents have given gadgets to their children, with the excuse that they are not fussy. And the observations that have been purely carried out by researchers make awareness, the need for children not to understand gadgets from childhood.     The research is phenomena where there are gaps in the application of the preparatory center learning model which seems saturated tends to use daily worksheets. Not a few children who are low in the ability to think symbolically in recognizing concept of symbols, letters and numbers. Not yet sensitive to the sound of letters and cannot interpret it in written form. This study aims to determine 1) the level of development of children's symbolic thinking in the experimental class using the preparatory center learning model; 2) the level of development of symbolic thinking in the control class using the group learning model; 3) the difference between the experimental and control classes. The research method uses a quasi-experimental. Subjects were 31 children. Data collection techniques through interviews and observation. Data analysis using partial analysis, normality test, homogeneity and hypothesis. The results development of symbolic thinking experimental class children obtained pre-test score of 57.70 with less qualification and a post-test of 80.8 with very good qualifications. while the control class obtained pre-test score of 57.45 with poor qualifications and a post-test of 75.13 with good qualifications. the difference of 79.8% and remaining 20.2% is influenced by other factors. The results of hypothesis test significance level of 5% tcount=2.847>ttable=2.045. So it is interpreted that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant difference between development of children's symbolic thinking through reparatory center learning model and group learning model in class B RA Persis 235 Nasrullah Ujungberung Bandung Cit

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of academic supervision and school organizational culture on teacher performance at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The population in this study were teachers at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. This research method uses quantitative probablistic character using multiple regression analysis. The method used to analyze the data is multiple linear regression with a series of instrument tests and classical assumption tests. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, totaling 35 respondents who are teachers at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. The results of the study are from statistical calculations that the researchers did at SD IT Fadhilah Pekanbaru, it can be seen that the calculated F value is 37,419 at a significance level of 0.000, meaning that it can be ascertained that the Fcount is greater than the F table (3.28). This shows that the variables of Academic Supervision (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) together have a significant effect on Teacher Performance (Y). Based on the value of the coefficient of determination shows the R2 value of 0.700. This means that the variable Teacher Performance is explained by the variables of Academic Supervision and School Organizational Culture of 70.0%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables not observed in this stud

    The aim of the research was to find out the forms of delinquency in class III students at SDN 019 Muara Uwai Bangkinang, Kampar Regency and the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in dealing with student delinquency. This research is a field research (field research). The study involved third-grade Islamic Religious Education teachers and third-grade students at SD Negeri 019 Muara Uwai Bangkinang. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. This study aims to determine the extent of the role of PAK teachers in character education and to determine the application of character education. This research was conducted on the awareness of the importance of the role of Christian Religious Education teachers in developing the character of Christ. This study uses a qualitative method because this method uses data in the form of words or narratives. The data was taken through interview techniques to respondents who were judged to be able to provide accurate information as needed in this study. The findings of the data obtained from this study are first, character education is applied in all subjects in school and even extracurricular. Second, the role of schools in developing character education has been carried out in accordance with the vision and mission, motto and in accordance with the character of Christ, which includes loving, forgiving, caring, humble, patient, sincere, willing to share, obedient, and mutual respect. Third, the role of the PAK teacher is very important in the application of character education in accordance with the character of Christ.     The existence of this research is motivated by the lack of proficiency in early childhood in recognizing and sorting numbers. An effort that can be done is to use a smart board. This use is intended to help facilitate early childhood in improving their cognitive abilities. This study aims to help children aged in the development of cognitive skills through the method of matching numbers on a smart board. This study uses a qualitative method in a descriptive way. The results of the study show that the smart board method can help children to optimize their cognitive skills, the achievement of this method is quite good.     The research is conducted as the Early Childhood Students at RA Lil Muttaqin Tapung Kampar have problems in socialization, sharing toys, taking turn in playing, expressing the feelings, and lack ability to communicate with peers. This research purpose was to determine the early childhood students’ socio-emotional development levels at RA Lil Muttaqin Tapung Kampar. The research used qualitative research method. The data analysis was used quantitative to test hypotheses. The research was used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Social Emotional Development is a mental change that takes place gradually and in a certain time, from the simple ability to more complex abilities. Development is a process of changing or improving something towards a complex and psychological nature. Development and growth are two different things but development is related to growth. The indicators of the social emotional development of early childhood students are self-awareness, managing emotions, utilizing emotions productively, empathy, and building relationships. After testing the validity, reliability and descriptive statistics form the early childhood students’ socio-emotional development at RA Lil Muttaqin Tapung Kampar was in “good” category at 9.3 and 130 respectively.
