    The purpose of this research was to obtain of the use of the project method in improving the early childhood aged 5-6 years sudents’ learning motivation through the project methods at RA Lillah. This research used classroom action research. The subjects in this study were 20 early childhood aged 5-6 years sudents, 9 boys and 11 girls. The resuls of the research proved that the early childhood aged 5-6 years sudents’ learning motivation at RA Lillah Tapung Kampar was low at 52.19% most of them got “poor” category at 51%-60%. After the implementation of the project method the early childhood aged 5-6 years sudents’ learning motivation improved in each Cycle at meetings 1 and 2, Cycle I was 65.31% in “Fairy good” category in range of 56%-75%. at meetings 1 and 2 of cycle II it was 84.68% in “good” category in range of 76%-100%. By the improvement of the early childhood aged 5-6 years sudents’ learning motivation each cycle I and II showed that this project method was effective to increase sudents’ learning motivation.     Al-Quran Hadith lessons are lessons that are very influential on everyday life. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive statistical approach. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Dumai City which is located on Jl. Raya Bukit Datuk Dumai in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of classroom action research Kurt Lewin model consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages which aim to improve or overcome student difficulties in learning activities, research actions are divided into two cycles (3 X 45 minutes 4 meetings). The purpose of the study was to determine whether the drill method can improve student learning achievement in Al-Quran Hadith subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through participatory observation and classroom activities, as well as learning outcomes test instruments. To check the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques, namely checking the validity of data that utilizes something else outside the data for the purpose of checking or comparing the data. The benchmark for the success of the action is seen from the percentage level of student learning completeness (KKM 85) which reaches at least 85% of the total students. The results of the study concluded that there was an increase in student learning achievement in the subject of Al-Quran Hadith material on living a blessing by respecting and obeying parents and teachers in Class XI IIS 2 at MAN 1 Kota Dumai after using the drill method has reached the minimum completeness criteria with very good results. At the end of cycle I, the value of student learning outcomes completed amounted to 25 people (81%) then increased at the end of cycle II with the number of complete students reaching 31 people (100%). The average class score of cycle I was 84.03 and cycle II was 89.19

    This type of research is a classroom action research conducted through two cycles in two months in 2021. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation/action, observation, and reflection (Siyoto & Sodik, 2015). This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in class VIII.2 at MTs N 3 Pekanbaru City in the Integrated Social Studies subject matter of recognizing ASEAN countries through experimental efforts to apply the play-based learning model with the index card match method. The subject of the research was 32 students of class VIII.2 with the object of research was student learning outcomes. Data collection methods are done through observation, questionnaires, and test instruments. The data analysis technique is done by describing or describing the results of the qualitative and quantitative processed data obtained. There are two indicators that indicate the success of the research, namely: 1) Student feedback on the implementation of learning received positive responses from all students reaching 80%; 2) Students who experienced an increase in learning outcomes with a KKM score ≥ 81 as much as 85% of the total number of students. The results of the study concluded, among others: 1) In cycle I, students' learning outcomes increased by achieving 65.6% completeness with an average score of 83.5. In cycle II, learning completeness also experienced a significant rate of increase, reaching 90.6% with an overall student average score of 90; 2) The results of the questionnaire related to the value of student responses during the learning action process carried out resulted in an average value of 42.6 in the agree category.     This study aims to find out how lesson planning, implementation of learning and evaluation of learning in the application of listening skills through the storytelling method with picture series media in early childhood at Tanjung Gadang 1 Kindergarten. The reason for the purpose of this research is because the listening skills of early childhood at Tanjung Gadang 1 Kindergarten are good compared to early childhood at other Kindergarten schools in Tanjung Gadang sub-district. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, where the research data are in the form of sentences. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation with the research subject being B3 class teachers at Tanjung Gadang 1 Kindergarten and research informants from school principals, teacher boards and early childhood at Tanjung Gadang 1 State Kindergarten. The results of the study show that lesson planning, learning implementation and learning evaluation are important things to prepare and implement properly in the application of listening skills through the storytelling method with picture series media in early childhood.   Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran,  pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta evaluasi pembelajaran dalam penerapan keterampilan menyimak melalui metode bercerita dengan media gambar seri pada anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri 1 Tanjung Gadang. Alasan tujuan penelitian tersebut dikarenakan keterampilan menyimak anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri 1 Tanjung Gadang ini bagus di bandingkan dengan anak usia dini di sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak lain yang berada di kecamatan Tanjung Gadang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data hasil penelitian ini berbentuk kalimat. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan subyek penelitian guru kelas B3 di Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri 1 Tanjung Gadang serta informan penelitian kepala sekolah, majelis guru dan anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri 1 Tanjung Gadang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta evaluasi pembelajaran menjadi hal yang penting untuk disiapkan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik dalam penerapan keterampilan menyimak melalui metode bercerita dengan media gambar seri pada anak usia dini.

    This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle was conducted in two meetings. In order to ensure the research run well, the researcher arranges the stages that are passed in classroom action research, : 1) Action planning/preparation, 2) Action implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. The subjects in this study were 14 students of  B1 class  consist of  8 girls and 6 boys in the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at  TK Mutiara, Siak Hulu, Kampar.Meanwhile , the object of this research was the use of clogs game to improve gross motor skills of early childhood students . The research data were collected through teacher observation techniques and early childhood student's activities and documentation. After the data was collected through observation, the data was processed using the percentage formula. The results of this study are there is an increasing in the learning process which carried out by teachers and early childhood student's gross motor skills. Observation of children's activities also increased, It reveled from the initial data to cycle II meeting 2. Initial data was 43.83%, Cycle II meeting 2 obtained 86.36%. So that the overall increase in early childhood student's gross motor activity is  42.53

    This study's research aims to increase teachers' competence in designing learning through a creative training model.  The subjects of this study were Islamic religious education teachers in the target area of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Pekanbaru City, totaling 32 people.  The study consisted of two cycles. For this action research to succeed well without obstacles that interfere with the smooth running of the research, the researcher compiles the stages passed in class action research, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation of actions, and 3) observation and reflection. The data from the study were collected using observation and questionnaires.  Furthermore, the data is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.  The results showed the results that there was an increase in teacher competence in designing learning after being given training through creative learning training, namely an increase in competence from 72.37% to 77.34% there was an increase of 5%, from before training (Initial data) and after coaching by supervisors up to (Cycle II) 72.37% to 77.34% and from (cycle I) to (cycle II) also an increase of 77.34 % - 87.19 % = 9.84 %,  The average competence of teachers to design learning through creative learning training before being given an improvement of 59.38% rose to 100%

This type of research is field research with a qualitative research method approach and using descriptive data analysis.     This study aims to determine; 1) The condition of the professionalism of the TAS at MAN 2 Pekanbaru City, 2) Efforts made by schools to improve the professionalism of TAS at MAN 2 Pekanbaru City, and 3) Factors that influence the professionalism of TAS at MAN 2 Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted from July to September 2021 using a descriptive qualitative approach. Qualitative research is data obtained from various sources using various data collection techniques (triangulation) and is carried out continuously until the data is saturated (Sudaryono, 2016: 243). The subjects of this research consisted of the principal and seven TAS MAN 2 Pekanbaru City. The data collection methods consisted of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study revealed three findings that concluded; 1) TAS at MAN 2 Pekanbaru City is quite professional, the indicator is from the seven components of school administration activities that have been carried out by TAS, 2) The efforts made by TAS to improve their professionalism are; attending training and socialization about the school administration system, learning independently with the assistance of the principal, and the efforts of the head of MAN 2 Pekanbaru City to improve the professionalism of TAS, namely including TAS in training or training or socialization as well as internal coaching, 3) Factors that influence the professionalism of TAS at MAN 2 Pekanbaru City include motivation, leadership, work infrastructure, and work climate

    The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the strategic management of madrasah principals to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, the subject of this research is the head of the madrasa while the object is strategic management. Research data were collected using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
