    Pengaruh Media Stencil Print Dengan Bahan Alam Terhadap Kemampuan Motorik Halus Pada Kelompok B TK Tunas Bangsa Jombang

    Fine motor skills are very important to develop for early childhood. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of stencil print media with natural materials on the fine motor skills of children in group B TK Tunas Bangsa Jombang. Learning to develop children's fine motor skills needs to pay attention to the learning media used. The reason for using stencil print media with natural materials is because the teachers rarely use natural materials around the school environment to stimulate children's fine motor skills. This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design, with a sample of 14 children in group B TK Tunas Bangsa Jombang. The data collection tool is a non-test instrument. The results showed that the Asymp (2-tailed) value was 0.001 <0.05 which indicated that there were differences in pretest and posttest scores obtained by children or it could be said that stencil printing activities using natural materials could significantly influence the fine motor skills of group B children in Kindergarten Tunas Bangsa Jomban

    This study aims to determine the improvement of the thematic integrated learning process with the problem-based learning model. The method used is Classroom Action Research. The research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings, with stages, namely: planning/preparing for action, implementing the action, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, the use of questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the research results, it is known that there is an increase in the integrated thematic learning process from before the action, Cycle I, and Cycle II. In the first cycle of student learning activities of 741 an increase in the second cycle of 84%. The value of the student activity questionnaire in the first cycle was 3.7, an increase in the second cycle was 4.2. Thus, the use of problem-based learning models can improve the integrated thematic learning process in class V SD Negeri 131 Pekanbaru

    This study aims to determine; 1) student management at MAN 1 Pekanbaru, student self-development at MAN 1 Pekanbaru, 2) student self-development at MAN 1 Pekanbaru, 3) Student management for student self-development carried out at MAN 1 Pekanbaru, 4) supporting factors and inhibition of student management for self-development of students at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative research method approach and using descriptive data analysis. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique using data reduction), data display and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the results of this study indicate that: 1) Student management carried out at MAN 1 Pekanbaru has been running in accordance with the concept of student management, 2) Self-development of students carried out by MAN 1 Pekanbaru has been running in accordance with aspects of self-management, 3) Student management for the self-development of students carried out MAN 1 Pekanbaru has been running in accordance with management functions, 4) The supporting factors for student management for self-development of students are: (a) Professional and competent mentor teachers, (b) Motivation of participants very strong students, (c) adequate facilities and infrastructure, (d) solid cooperation between teams.     This research purposes was to find out the increasing of the early childhood students’ religiosity through singing method at TK Al-Hikmah Pasir Putih Siak Hulu. The research was classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles and each cycle in two meetings. To ensure the research conducted well, the researcher used certain steps;  1) Action planning, 2) Action implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. The subjects in this research were 15 the early childhood students at class B1 TK Al-Hikmah Pasir Putih Siak Hulu in 2020-2021 academic year. While the object of this research was application of the singing method to increase religiosity at TK Al-Hikmah Pasir Putih. The data collection techniques were observation and presented in percentage forms.              The research results were there was an improving the early childhood students’ religiosity before and after the action was taken to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II.  Before the actions 4 or 26.67% the early childhood students were classified in undeveloped category. in the first cycle of the second meeting and in the second cycle of the second meeting, no early childhood students or 0% was classified in undeveloped category.  Before the actions 5 or 33.33 % the early childhood students were classified in developed category. In the first cycle of the second meeting there were 2 early childhood students or 13.33 % were classified in developed category. in the second cycle of the second meeting, there were 0 the early childhood students or 0% was classified in developed category. Before the action there were 6 the early childhood students or 40.00% were classified in well developed category. in the first cycle of the second meeting there were 5 the early childhood students or 33.33%, and in the second cycle of the second meeting, there were 3 the early childhood students or 20% were classified in well developed category. in the first cycle of the second meeting there was an increase of the early childhood students’ religiosity at 53.33%, the second cycle of the second meeting there was an increase in 80 %. It proved that singing method improved the early childhood students’ religiosity at TK Al-Hikmah Pasir Putih Siak Hulu

    This study aims to increase student achievement in class V C MIN 2 INHU in the subject of Jurisprudence through a card sort model, and this research uses CAR research methods or class action research (classroom action research). with the learning model type sorting cards (card sort) managed to improve student achievement. In cycle 1 students of class V C obtained an average score of 71.72 with the lowest score being 60 and the highest score being 95. There were also 17 students who had not yet reached the KKM with a classical completeness score of only 41%. In cycle II the average score was 79.82, the lowest score was 70 and the highest score was 100. Meanwhile, there were only 4 students who had not reached the KKM with classical completeness of 88%. succeeded in increasing the activity and achievement of student learning.     The purpose of this research is to carry out development training to improve teachers' skills in preparing HOTS-based assessment instruments for teachers of science clumps (MIPA). This type of research is School Action Research (PTS), which was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kampar on Jalan Transad No.7, Lereng Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year for three months starting from February to April 2021. Data collection methods in this study are observation, field notes and questions. The data analysis technique uses comparative descriptive. The subjects of this study were Science and Mathematics teachers with a total of 11 teachers. Consisting of 5 Mathematics teachers and 6 Science teachers. The research action was carried out with procedures based on the principles of Kemmis and Taggart in Ulfatin which included four activities, namely planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection or evaluation (Prof. Dr. Nurul Ulfatin, 2022). The validation technique was carried out using data triangulation technique. The results of the study obtained an average value of teacher skills in pre-development training activities of 61 points which are classified as quite good, in cycle I activities there was an increase of 11% with an average value of 72 points in the predicate good. And in cycle III there was also an increase of 12% with an average score of 84 points with details of 3 teachers with very good predicates, and 8 teachers had good predicates. So overall the development training actions to improve the skills of MIPA teachers in preparing HOTS-based assessment instruments have met the criteria for achieving success indicators ≥ 80

    This study aims to test the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of students on simple aircraft science material based on the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The research was conducted in August - September 2021 to class VIII.1 MTs N 1 Siak students totaling 34 people. Data collection techniques include observation instruments, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, tests, and worksheets. Data analysis was carried out through a description of the research results with a qualitative approach. Indicators of research success are seen from the learning outcomes of 34 students who can meet the scores above the KKM standard (< 76) as much as 85% of the total number of students. The results of the study concluded that the use of the NHT learning model on simple aircraft science material in class VIII.1 MTs N 1 Siak for the 2021/2022 academic year is said to have met the research success indicator, where students who successfully meet the KKM score standard <76 reach more than 85%.     This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes using the Team Assisted Individualization type cooperative learning model against the background of low Mathematics learning outcomes in the distribution material. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle was conducted in two meetings. For this classroom action research to run well, the researcher arranges the stages that are passed in classroom action research, namely planning, action research, action observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of Class 3 B SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru, amounting to 34 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, documentation, and test techniques. The results showed that the application of Team Assisted Individualization type cooperative learning could improve student learning outcomes. These results can be seen from the first cycle of student success reaching 64.7% and in the second cycle increasing to 91.18% with the 'Very Good' category. This proves that the application of Team Assisted Individualization type cooperative learning can improve mathematics learning outcomes in the distribution of materials for Class 3B students at SD Negeri 44 Pekanbaru

    Teachers as the foundation for the creation of quality education must always develop their abilities and professionalism.  Educator certificates are awarded to teachers who have met teacher professional standards.  In the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 38 of 2020 concerning Procedures for Obtaining Educator Certificates for Teachers in Internal Positions, it is regulated that educator certificates for in-service teachers are carried out through the in-service PPG program.  To get a certificate, you must pass PPG which is carried out for 6 months.  With the mechanism, the teacher must register as a prospective student for the PPG program by following the administrative selection, attending lectures of 36 credits, comprehensive testing, PPL, competency test for teacher professional education students.  After passing the teacher professional education competency test, then PPG program students are given an educator certificate by the educational staff education institution.  The procedures and mechanisms for obtaining certificates are numerous and lengthy processes.  Because of this, the implementation of madrasah teacher certification in Riau Province in 2020 is PNS teachers who do not have a certificate of 10.81%, totaling 236 teachers, while non-PNS teachers who do not have a certificate are 53.27% totaling 8,809 teachers.  This condition, if allowed to continue, will add to the long queues for novice teachers to obtain certificates which are a requirement for appointment to functional teacher position
