Nilai-Nilai Motif Songket Bengkalis Dalam Perspektif Pendidikan
Bengkalis is also one of the districts with quite a lot of immigrant communities as a result of which there is a lot of cultural mixing. And there are not a few people who follow the culture brought by migrants, so that it can trigger the songket weaving craft to be less appreciated by the local community. This research will discuss 5 songket weaving motifs which are quite familiar among the people, especially the people of Bengkalis. Which aims to find out what educational values are contained in it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and literature or documentation studies. While the selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. The Bengkalis Malay songket woven fabric has a variety of woven motifs or patterns ranging from flora, fauna, nature and others. These motifs have meanings that describe how the perspective of human life. In Riau, it has four weaving centers, namely in Indragiri Hulu, Rokan Hilir, Bengkalis and Siak. Each of these areas has a different basic motive. In the Bengkalis area, there are about 90 typical Malay motifs. In this study, five motifs that are well known among the public will be discussed, namely the bamboo shoots, ducks returning home, sentorak, elbow clouds and ants along. Riau Malay woven fabric is a fabric made by the handicrafts of the Malay people, which is done by the process of weaving threads interspersed with woven gold or silver threads with a certain variety of woven motifs or patterns. The variety of motifs and patterns of woven fabrics in Bengkalis is very diverse. And in each of these motifs there is a very close relationship between humans and nature, both animals and plants. For the Malays, the pattern is not only a mere decoration, but also used as a symbol or symbol that contains a certain meaning and philosophy which contains the noble values of the local cultur

Science learning is meaningful as a learning process that is directly related to the child's environment. Children can explore directly what they find. One of the implementation of learning to improve children's science process skills is to use science learning using the soy milk project method in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the soy milk production project method on children's processing skills. The population is all students in Kindergarten Kartika 1-63 Padang City for the 2023/2024 academic year. The samples in this study were B1 18 (experimental) and B2 (control). The data collected is the child's science process skills during the experiment. The results obtained are that there is a significant effect of the use of the project method on the process skills of children in Kindergarten Kartika Padan
Efektivitas Permainan Pancing Huruf Dan Gambar Terhadap Keterampilan Membaca Pada Anak Di Taman Kanak-Kanak Hang Tuah Padang
This research was motivated by the problems encountered in the Hang Tuah Padang Kindergarten, Padang, which showed low reading skills in children due to the inappropriateness of the media in learning to read used by the teacher. This study aims to find out how effective the fishing game with letters and pictures is on children's reading skills at Hang Tuah Padang Kindergarten. The type of research used is a quantitative method with the type of experiment or quashi experimental (pseudo-experiment). The data collection technique in this study is in the form of a test. The population in this study were the children of Hang Tuah Padang Kindergarten. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Experimental class in class B1 with fishing games for letters and pictures and B2 with letter cards. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Normality Test, Homogenity Test, Hypothesis Test, and Effect Size Test with the help of the SPSS Windows 22 application. The results of the study were obtained based on data analysis that the sig (2-tailed) value was 0.002 <0.05 and the results of the effect test size 1.67 is included in the strong category and shows that there is a significant difference between the reading skills of the experimental class children using letter and picture hooks compared to the control class using letter cards

Speaking was a skill to give expretion, statetement, and convey thoughts, ideas, and feels by pronouncing articulation sounds or words. Speaking skills need to be trained from and early age, because speaking skills are very important for children so that they are easy to speak regularly and skillfully in the future, because speaking is one of the main communication tools. This research purpose to shown the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the teacher's role in developing children's speaking skills at Kindergarten Pembina 01 Air Haji, Linggo Sari Baganti District, Pesisir Selatan District. In the research used a method of qualitative with a approach in descriptive. This research uses techniques for data collection in shape of of observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique for data analysis was conducted by data collected, data reduced, data presented and make conclusions. According on the research result that has been conducted, it is said that the lesson plan in developing children's speaking skills is planned from the teacher in accordance with the RPPH and also the teacher uses the question and answer method, storytelling method, singing in developing children's speaking skills. The media used by the teacher is picture media, hand puppet media with fun learning strategies for children. And also the evaluation was conducted by the teacher to look development aspect in children regarding the level of children's speaking skills development

Foundation management is the key to the success of private educational institutions in developing madrasah both physically and non-physically. So that the institutions under its auspices are able to contribute to the growth of education in Indonesia. The management of the Islamic Education Foundation for the development of human resources for educators and education staff in madrasah in Tanah Merah sub-district, Indragiri Hilir Regency needs to be investigated so that it is known exactly how the steps and methods of development are appropriate for the progress of the foundation. Among the development methods used are on the job training and off the job training. Grouping on the job training (position rotation, training, guidance and counseling, job instruction exercises, demonstrations, and temporary assignments). Off the job training is divided into (courses, education, workshops, and seminars). This type of research is descriptive by using qualitative methods. This study uses data analysis techniques, namely data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusions or verification (conclusion/verification). The management of the Kuala Enok Islamic Education Foundation has been good in the religious and social fields. However, there are some improvements that must be addressed immediately, namely in the aspect of fostering educators and education staff through training and development. Implementasi Pendekatan Behaviorisme Dalam Pemberian Reward Untuk Membentuk Karakter Disiplin Anak Usia Dini
Problems that occur when the child's attitude and behavior are not disciplined towards the character when carrying out activities. This is determined by methods or aspects of development that are not yet optimal, there are still children who do not have a disciplined character such as not applying attitudes when entering the toilet, fighting over toys with friends. This article aims to find out the behaviorism approach in reward prizes to shape the disciplined character of early childhood. Using the reward method to shape the character of discipline in children means the perfect way to give way or bridge disciplined students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, descriptive method already exists a method that describes any conditions or symptoms that are in accordance with the events that occur in the field when the research is carried out. Descriptive method is research that provides a systematic, actual, and accurate description. about the news and the correlation between the phenomena studied. The results of the study found that using the behaviorism approach to rewards can produce disciplined character in early childhood. because it is very influential on various aspects of development, especially for learning to be responsible for using what is done, can control themselves and can motivate children to do the activity themselve

This study aims to determine the implementation of the education unit level curriculum at MTsN 9 Kampar, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This research is a field research that is qualitative analysis. This research also uses descriptive data, because the research is done by interpreting, describing the data, classifying the form of the data, then proceeding with interpretation and finally extrapolating, which concerns the meaning and results of the research achieved as a contribution of thought. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the implementation of KTSP at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Kampar still encountered problems including the teacher not making learning module programs for students, not using media and varied learning resources, weak class management in the learning process and still traditional learning models at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 9 Kampar are the following symptoms: Not making learning module programs for students, Not using varied learning media and sources, Weak classroom management in the learning process and Still traditional learning model

This study aims to describe what is meant by halal food and whether halal food can influence a child's soul to become a pious person. The problem that must be resolved in this research is what is meant by halal food and whether halal food can influence a child's soul to become a righteous person. This research is descriptive qualitative research involving the documentation method. The data and information found are critically analyzed to formulate conclusions as a result of the research. The results of this study found that what is meant by halal food is food that is not prohibited in the texts either in the Qur'an or the Hadith. Consuming halal food will be able to influence the soul of a child from an early age to become a righteous and righteous person. On the other hand, haram food will hurt the physical health and reason and personality of the child
Konstruksi Pendekatan Saintific Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di SMK Perpajakan Riau
The construction in this study is in order to explore the usefulness of applying the scientific system learning in PAI learning at the Riau Taxation Vocational School. The method used is a research experiment with a study subject of PAI teachers totaling 1 person. With the conclusion of the research, namely: 1) the scientific approach in PAI learning has a significant impact on the learning process through five elements namely: (1) observing, (2) asking, (3) experimenting (4) association and (5) reasoning. This is illustrated by the findings that PAI teachers are able to provide learning by attracting students' attention, high motivation from students, being able to provide references and mapping PAI discussions. 2) PAI teachers are able to bring up critical learning as a scientific form. The research findings were confirmed through John Dewey's theory which put forward the following: 1) positing problems, 2) clarifying issues, 3) looking at the possible answers of students together with educators looking for possibilities that will be implemented in problem solving, 4) try out the possibilities that are considered profitable, 5) assessment. From these objectives it can be concluded that several dimensions are to be improved and addressed by learning activities of Islamic religious education, namely: a) Dimensions of students' faith in Islamic teachings. b) The dimensions of understanding or reasoning (intellectual) as well as students' knowledge of Islamic teachings. c) The dimension of appreciation or inner experience felt by students in carrying out Islamic teaching
Implementasi Supervisi Akademik melalui Pemanfaatan CCTV sebagai Upaya Monitoring Jarak Jauh terhadap Kinerja Guru di MAN 1 Kuantan Singingi pada Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023
This study aims to obtain a clear picture of the academic supervision that has been carried out at MAN 1 Kuantan Singingi in an effort to remotely monitor teacher performance. This research was conducted for 4 weeks in August to. September 2022. The research stages were carried out based on the process guidelines in management. Management is a series of processes that include planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, evaluating and controlling activities in order to empower all organizational/company resources, both human resources (human resource capital), capital (financial capital), materials (land, natural resources or raw materials), and technology optimally to achieve organizational/company goals (Pratama, 2020), the organization in question in this case is MAN 1 Kuantan Singingi. The research subjects were selected using random sampling technique. The subjects were 6 different homeroom teachers, to obtain a variety of data from different rombel. Consisting of 1 homeroom teacher X MIPA 5, 1 homeroom teacher X IPS 2, 1 homeroom teacher X PK 1, 1 homeroom teacher XI MIPA 4, 1 homeroom teacher XI IPS, and 1 homeroom teacher XI PK 1. The object of this research is teacher performance. The research data were obtained from observation and documentation of CCTV results during supervision/monitoring of teachers. The analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. According to Arikunto (2006), qualitative research is research on research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis (Sudaryono, 2016). The results showed that the use of CCTV in the implementation of monitoring teacher performance at MAN 1 Kuantan Singingi was in a good categor
