The concentration of uranium in soil samples in the center region Omara Governorate was tested using the CR-39 detector
The uranium content of soil samples taken from various residential, industrial, and agricultural sectors in southern Iraq\u27s center Omara governorate was determined using the method of neutron activated technology for solid-state nuclear track detectors CR-39. . The results indicated that uranium contents in soil samples ranged between 0.65 and 6.42 ppm. Soil samples were gathered to a depth of 10 cm. When compared to publicly available data, the results were found to be within tolerable boundaries

Assessing the Impact of Digital Transformation on Entrepreneurial Ventures and Financial Reporting Standards in Accounting Practices
The research explicitly examines the challenges and possibilities encountered by entrepreneurs in adjusting to digital disruption, and how this affects the accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance of financial reporting. The Future of Management E-Learning under Artificial Intelligence Applications
The research expects AI applications to play an important role in the educational process. The study addresses multiple types of algorithms and their functions in the teaching process. For the academic year 2023, the research was conducted according to the survey curriculum, and the place of study is the secondary administration of Baghdad governorate. In addition, 2024 represents the school community in terms of computer teachers at the secondary level, numbering about 410 teachers, 85 of whom were selected, while the research variable depends on each teacher\u27s educational grade separately. (Qualified) and the second variable is also represented in (number of years of experience) based on their ability to properly complete the questionnaire created using two axes: "Degree of use of AI applications" in addition to "Challenges of use of AI applications." The survey indicated that the use of educational toys was the most common AI application in the study sample, while "converting printed images or handwritten texts into editable text files." "The use of artificial intelligence applications was the least popular. The main factors contributing to this were the idea that the use of AI applications in education required more work than traditional teaching methods, lack of technical assistance required, inadequate problem-solving skills in students, while the results showed that the availability of skills related to the use of AI applications by students (Planning for the lecture) was an average calculator of 3.07, while the other showed after implementation to an average arithmetic of 3.10, which means the importance of enhancing those skills before the implementation of AI. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مدى تحقيق التقاضي الرقمي الحماية القانونية لحقوق المتقاضين ، وسيركز البحث على دراسة تعريف التقاضي الرقمي ومزاياه والتحديات التي تواجهه وضمانات حقوق المتقاضين ثم دراسة نماذج التجارب الدولية لأنظمة التقاضي الرقمي ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن مواكبة التشريعات الوطنية لنظام التقاضي الرقمي في ظل نصوص تشريعية تتوافق مع قواعد قانون المرافعات ، أو تطوير قواعد اجراءات التقاضي التقليدي لتتوائم مع هذا النوع من التقاضي، وانتهى البحث إلى ان التقاضي الرقمي لا يعتبر فعالاً الا إذا توافرت له الوسائل القانونية والمادية حتى لا يشكل مساساً بحقوق المتقاضين ،وأوصت الدراسة بالاستفادة من تجارب الدول التي اخذت بالتقاضي الرقمي كالإمارات والسعودية وسنغافورة وغيرهم ، وقيام اصلاح تشريعي لمواكبة التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي.This research aims to study the extent to which digital litigation achieves legal protection of the rights of litigants. The research will focus on studying the definition of digital litigation, its advantages, the challenges it faces, and the guarantees of the rights of litigants, then studying models of international experiences of digital litigation systems. The study concluded that it is possible to keep up with national legislation for the digital litigation system in Under legislative texts that are compatible with the rules of the Code of Procedure, or developing the rules of traditional litigation procedures to be compatible with this type of litigation, the research concluded that digital litigation is not considered effective unless legal and material means are available to it so that it does not constitute a violation of the rights of litigants. Classifying Anemia Diseases based on VGG-16 and CBAM Attention Mechanism Models
Anemia is a major public health concern and has a significant impact on women and children worldwide. This condition is caused by a lack of sufficient Red Blood Cells (RBCs). Traditionally, anemia diagnosis has relied on invasive techniques that require blood samples, leading to pain and discomfort. This study explores deep learning techniques for automating and enhancing anemia detection accuracy using the Blood Cell Count and Detection (BCCD) dataset. We employ the VGG16 convolutional neural network architecture augmented with the Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) to boost feature representation and performance. The BCCD dataset, consisting of 364 images with 4888 labeled blood cells, was used for training and evaluation. Our enhanced VGG16 model achieved accuracy for RBCs, WBCs, and platelets with values of 0.84, 0.93, and 0.92, respectively, effectively identifying various blood cell types and detecting anemia. Precision-recall analysis and confusion matrix metrics confirmed the robustness of the model, with high precision and recall rates and minimal false positives and negatives. These results suggest that advanced deep learning models with attention mechanisms, such as CBAM, can significantly improve medical diagnostics by providing reliable, efficient, and accurate early disease detection tools. Future development will be directed towards fine-tuning and validating the proposed model on other medical imaging datasets for clinical applications
New Colorful Image Encryption Method Using Triple Chaotic Maps and Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO)
A novel image encryption algorithm employing triple chaotic maps has been developed to address the shortcomings of existing methods in terms of security and efficiency. The algorithm leverages the interconnectivity of color channels in images, using distinct keys to disrupt pixel correlations within each channel. The three chaotic maps utilized URUK, WAM, and Nahrain to generate two sets of keys. The first set is used to shuffle pixel positions, creating scrambled channels. Subsequently, the second set is applied to diffuse these scrambled channels independently. A gray wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm is then employed to further optimize the shuffling process, minimizing pixel correlations and enhancing security. The triple chaotic maps of varying orders contribute to the unpredictability and robustness of the cipher image. A comprehensive security analysis, including entropy, correlation coefficients, and attack resistance, demonstrates the superior performance of the proposed method compared to existing image encryption algorithm

The researchers adopted a descriptive-analytical approach in data collection and analysis, utilizing personal interviews, field visits to company sites, and a questionnaire. The study aimed to diagnose this cause-and-effect relationship and analyze strategic intelligence\u27s impact on managerial creativity. The study concluded several significant findings, notably: the existence of significant correlational relationships between the study variables at the level of the studied private industrial companies. Tree Crown Detection using UAV-captured High-Resolution Aerial Images for Baghdad University Campus
The research paper\u27s objective is to develop an automated system that uses high-resolution aerial images captured by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to accurately detect and analyze tree crowns on the Baghdad University campus. This analysis of tree crowns is crucial for assessing vegetation health and distribution in urban areas, with applications in urban planning, ecology, and environmental studies. The proposed system utilizes computer vision and machine learning techniques to detect and delineate tree crowns, facilitating objective analysis of tree canopy coverage. The study employed a Phantom Four drone flying at a height of 55 meters with an 80% overlap in image coverage. Ground control points were established using the Topcon_HIPER2 device and Static GPS Surveying Techniques. The flight plan was designed with PIX4Dcapture software, and the resulting ortho-map had a 2 cm resolution. The research used the YOLOv3 artificial intelligence technique for tree detection after training a customized dataset. The model achieved impressive performance metrics, including a low loss function value of 0.023, a high SDC value of 0.984, and a robust Jaccard Index value of 0.943
