    Serum Level of Tumor Marker In Breast Cancer Women In Different Age Groups

    Breast cancer is the most common crucial cancer in women worldwide. The tumor marker Carcinoma Antigen 15-3 is frequently used for screening and monitoring breast cancer. Carcinoma antigen 15–3 (CA15-3) is used to monitor the prognosis for patients after treatment. This study aims to estimate the level of serum tumor marker CA15-3 in different age groups. Participants women diagnosed with breast cancer living in Iraq were admitted to the Middle East lab (private lab), Al-Harthia city. The study involves 176 females aged from 30 to 80 years. Data was collected from the period between March to November 2021. An automated electrochemistry luminescence immunoassay system (ROCHE E170, Germany) measured serum CA15-3 levels. When the CA15-3 marker level was above or below the cut-off value of 25 U/mL, the marker was counted positive or negative. The current study reveals that CA15-3 in the age group between (33-39) was the highest in 39 years (27.7 U/ml). Furthermore, 47 years exhibited the highest level of CA15-3 (150 U/ml) among (40-49 years) category. Meanwhile, 55 years participants showed the highest level of CA15-3 (101 U/ml) in (50-59 years) age group. 66 years old, on the other hand, showed an elevated level of CA15-3 (72 U/ml) compared to other participants in the (60-69) age group

    To effectively contain the COVID-19 pandemic, herd immunity must be attained, which necessitates a high vaccination rate. Despite the value of immunization, some people are still reluctant or unwilling to get the COVID-19 vaccine. In order to create community immunity and a successful future pandemic response, it is necessary to understand adults\u27 intentions towards the COVID-19 immunization.. The aim of this study to examine the distinction between men and women attitudes towards coronavirus vaccine  . Methods cross-sectional survey is conducted in this study and (nonprobability convenience sampling technique) is used for collecting data. Total samples of (400) adult person has been taken in (200) participants were taken from Al-Diwaniyah Teaching Hospital, (155) participants were taken from Public Health Center, (45) participants were taken from Orouba Preparatory School the current study. The samples are assessed attitudes adult community towards the COVID-19 Vaccination through a questionnaire. : The results of the current study have their no different between male and female in their attitudes toward Corona Virus vaccine

    ANEW ARCHITECTURE OF KEY GENERATION USING DWT FOR IMAGE ENCRYPTION WITH THREE LEVELS ARNOLD TRANSFORM PERMUTATION

    The security of image transmission is an important issue in digital communication. As well as it is necessary to preserve and protect important information for several applications like military, medical and other services related to high confidentiality over the Internet or other unprotected networks. In this paper a proposed encryption scheme was introduced that using Lorenz system with a circular convolution and discreet cosine transform (DCT). The diffusion process was achieved using three levels of Arnold transform permutation: - namely, block level, inside each block and pixel level. The image was divided into blocks of sizes 8x8 pixels and shuffle by applying Fisher-Yates permutation image pixels. The DCT was applied to each block and multiplied by the H kernel matrix to achieve the circular convolution. Next the logistic map is used for diffusion to get the cipher image. A new key generation method is applied in order to produce the key values for generating the chaos numbers sequence. Finally applying the discreet wavelet transform (DWT) to the image will produced four quarters (LL, LH, HL and HH). The cosine of each pixel in the LL and HH quarters were computed. The sine of each pixel in the LH and HL quarters were also computed in order to generate the keys for the chaos sequence.     Distribution of FSHR-29 polymorphism among women with polycystic ovary syndrome and association with level of its receptor expression in Granulosa cells of infertile women

    Follicle stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR-gene) is the most studied genetic factor in women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Here, the prevalence of -29 variant of FSHR and the expression level in Granulosa cells in PCOS women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) was investigated. The genotype was studied in 100 PCOS patients and 100 healthy controls undergoing IVF. Moreover, the total RNA was extracted from granulose cells in 30 PCOS patients and 20 healthy controls. The results suggested that GA haplotype of -29 of FSHR appeared more frequent in PCOS patients and might play a role in genetic susceptibility to PCOS. Likewise, the expression of FSHR at mRNA level was reduced in subjects with AA haplotype of -29, as compared with the GG genotype. Also, the expression of mRNA in granulosa cells was upregulated in PCOS patients. Our findings demonstrated a statistically significant association between haplotype of -29 of FSHR with PCOS. &nbsp

    Enhancing Medical Image Classification: A Deep Learning Perspective with Multi Wavelet Transform

    Classification of medical images is a very important area of research for both the medical industry and academia. In recent years, automated classification algorithms have become very important in most medical applications, saving time and effort, such as disease detection and diagnostic radiology. Deep learning offers a plethora of advantages when applied to medical image classification, revolutionizing medical diagnosis and patient care. In this study, deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs) is used to classify medical im-ages and multi-wavelet transform will be applied to extract features. The proposed method aims to improve medical image classification accuracy, thereby assisting healthcare professionals in making more accurate and efficient diagnoses. DCNNs based on the VGG16 model were trained and used in this study. Combining VGG16, a powerful convolutional neural network (CNN), with multiwavelet transform offers several advantages for image processing and analysis tasks, particularly in areas like image classification and feature extraction. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method six publicly available brain tumour MRI datasets are analysed with DCNNs. A fully connected layer is used to categorize the extracted features. According to the results, the deep CNN model combined with the multi-wavelet trans-form achieves an impressive accuracy of 96.43 %. It is evident from this high level of accuracy that the proposed approach is effective in accurately classifying medical images

    A proposed Hyper-Heuristic optimizer Nesting Grey Wolf Optimizer and COOT Algorithm for Multilevel Task

    It can be extremely difficult to find the optimal solution in many complex optimization problems. The goal of optimization algorithms in such cases is to locate a feasible solution that is as close as possible to the optimal one. These algorithms are called metaheuristic optimization algorithms and the majority of them take their inspiration from nature and work to solve challenging problems in a variety of fields. In this paper, a combination between GWO and Coot algorithm was proposed. The effectiveness of the GWO algorithm has been demonstrated in many fields, including engineering and medicine. However, GWO has a disadvantage: the potential to enter the local minima due to a lack of diversity. GWO and the Coot algorithm were merged to fix this flaw. Ten benchmark functions were used to evaluate the performance of this hybrid technique, and its results were compared to those of other common optimization algorithms, including GWO, Cuckoo Search (CS), and the Shuffled Frog Leaping algorithm (SFLA). The results show that the suggested algorithm can provide results that are both competitive and more consistent than the other algorithms in most test functions
