Developing Smart City security through Upgrade Internet of Things Layers security

The cities utilize this information to enhance their infrastructure, public services, and more. A public/private infrastructure must be established in order to execute operations and supply the technologies necessary to protect and secure citizens in order to maintain a secure smart safe city. This contains the following three essential actions: 1) Shared intelligence, communications, and situational awareness. The Internet of Things (IoT) is essentially a network that connects electronic gadgets to the internet, enabling seamless network communication between them. Security is an important issue in the IoT environment, where the protection of data is an urgent process. Every object will be connected to the internet and these objects communicate between each other. Therefore, a new security and privacy problems will appear. This paper introduces several security concepts on each IoT layer. Additionally, illustrates the security goals, challenges and security methods in each layer. Spectrophotometric Determination of Uric Acid in Samples of Urine

Overall, UA was recovered in the range of 98-100% across all samples, with values were of relative standard deviation (RSD) < 3.0%. Application Of Spatial Analysis To Detect The Focal Density Of Drug Users In The Rusafa Side Of Baghdad City
Get PDFThe research aims to identify and analyze the concentration of drug users, pinpoint areas with high levels of criminal activities, understand the work environments of criminals, and determine their motivations. The study focused on the city of Baghdad, covering both the Karkh and Rusafa sides of the Tigris River, with a particular emphasis on the Rusafa side. Data from the ten months of 2022 was used to analyze drug dealers and users. The study utilized Global Positioning System (GPS) devices to geographically locate the samples, and the GIS V10.4 software was employed for data storage, processing, and analysis, along with various statistical analysis tools. The research identified hotspots of drug user prevalence based on statistical methods and theories, distinguishing the most influential hotspots and the least influential cold spots. Notable hotspots included Sadr City, Al-Shaab, Al-Kifah, Al-Fadl, New Baghdad, Municipalities, and Al-Obeidi, predominantly in the Rusafa side, encompassing slum areas and transgressions. In addition to a significant urban expansion, an increase in the number of people using vehicles, and a significant emigration of people from rural and small towns, the traffic jams that have recently engulfed much of the world, particularly in the major capitals and cities, are a result of these factors for transportation, have contributed to a complex problem in modern times. The goal of this study is to examine proposed elements and gauge their impact on the issue of traffic bottlenecks. It then suggests both long- and short-term remedies for this issue based on the study\u27s findings, which are generally not found in the pertinent departments. In order to create a unique surface for these components and provide a comprehensive picture of the research region, it also makes satellite photos of the area available. geographical database for each of them, evaluate each layer\u27s influence on the traffic jam independently by analyzing it, and then merge these levels to create full map that shows their location and the extent to which they affect the study problems. Get PDF: تعتبر المعاينة من أهم طرق الإثبات والأدلة المباشرة من قبل القضاء، لأنها تتعلق بالوقائع المثبتة، وذلك لإثبات الحقيقة في المنازعات القضائية المرفوعة من قبل القضاء, ويجوز أن تتم المعاينة من قبل المحكمة بنفسها، وذلك بأن تطلب من أحد الخصوم الآخرين معاينة الأشياء المتنازع عليها سواء كانت منقولة أو ثابتة أو، إن أمكن، بإحضارها إلى المحكمة للقيام بذلك أو بتغيير القاضي الذي يتولى ذلك لها ولاية قضائية على موضوع النزاع. وتعد المعاينة أهم طرق الإثبات التي أقرها المشرع المصري، فهو يسمح للقضاة بمعاينة موضوع النزاع شخصياً للتأكد من صحة ادعاءات الطرف الآخر، وهي وسيلة إثبات مباشرة في الدعاوى الإدارية. وهدفت تلك الدراسة إلي بيان الطبيعة القانونية للمعاينة في التشريع المصري, فضلا عن بيان أهميتها وضوابطها والعلاقة بينها وبين حكم القاضي بعلمه, وقد تمثلت مشكلة تلك الدراسة في كيف يمكن للمعاينة بدورها في الاثبات كوسيلة من وسائل الاثبات أمام القضاء الإداري. هذا وقد تم تقسيم تلك الدراسة إلي مبحثين رئيسيين, حيث تطرقنا في المبحث الأول إلي بيان ماهية المعاينة وشروطها, وذلك من خلال بيان تعريف المعاينة والاثبات وأهميتها, ثم تطرقنا في المبحث الثاني إلي حجية المعاينة في الاثبات من خلال بيان دور المعاينة كوسيلة إثبات مباشرة, مع معرفة مدي سلطة القاضي الإداري بالأخذ بالمعاينة. Get PDF يبدو اننا نسير نائمين نحو كارثة مناخية"، "انتهى عصر الاحتباس الحراري وبدأ عصر الغليان الحراري العالمي"، اقتباسان الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتريتش، الأول في مارس (2022)، والأخير في يوليو 2023 ، يحذر فيهما من إغفال الدول التزاماتها تجاه المناخ وعدم الالتزام الكثير منها (المتقدمة وغيرها) بتنفيذ خطط التنمية المستدامة . لم تعد التنمية المستدامة مجرد مصطلح أو مفهوم يضاف إلى حقل المصطلحات والمفاهيم الأخرى، فهي حاجة وضرورة ملحة، وإهمالها ينذر بخطر جسيم . تعرفها اللجنة العالمية للبيئة والتنمية في تقريرها المعنون (مستقبلنا المشترك) المقدم عام 1987 للأمم المتحدة (التنمية التي تلبي احتياجات الحاضر دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال القادمة على تلبية احتياجاته ). من الواضح أن موضوع التنمية المستدامة ليس موضوعا جديدا طارئا، فقد تم الحديث عنه في الثمانينيات من القرن الماضي، كما أنه ليس موضوعا ثانويا أو هامشيا، انما يحظى برعاية المنظمة الدولية للأمم المتحدة . من الغريب أن يأتي دستور العراق لعام 2005،خاليا من الإشارة إلى التنمية المستدامة، بالرغم من أنه كتب بعد قرابة ربع قرن من شيوع مصطلح التنمية . أشار الدستور المعمول به إلى كلمة (تنمية) دون تحديد معناها ومحتواها، في حين أشارت بعض الدساتير مثل الدستور المصري لعام 2014 المعدّل إلى التنمية المستدامة وحقوق الأجيال القادمة بوضوح وصراحة . يعد احترام حقوق الأجيال القادمة أحد أهم الموضوعات التي ينبغي على المشرع الدستوري أن يضعها في صلب الوثيقة الدستورية من أجل إكسابها السموّين (الموضوعي والشكلي)، وإعطائها الأولوية والرعاية اللازمة.It seems we are sleepwalking towards a climate catastrophe," and "The era of global warming has ended, and the era of global boiling has begun," are two quotes from UN Secretary-General António Guterres, the first in March 2022 and the latter in July 2023. Sustainable development is no longer just a term or concept to be added to the field of other terms and concepts; it is an urgent necessity, and neglecting it signals a serious danger. The World Commission on Environment and Development defines it in its 1987 report titled "Our Common Future" presented to the United Nations as "development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." It is clear that the issue of sustainable development is not new or emergent; it was discussed in the 1980s. Nor is it a secondary or marginal issue; it is supported by the United Nations. It is surprising that the Iraqi Constitution of 2005 does not mention sustainable development, even though it was written nearly a quarter-century after the term became widespread. The current constitution refers to the word "development" without specifying its meaning or content, whereas some constitutions, such as the amended Egyptian Constitution of 2014, clearly and explicitly refer to sustainable development and the rights of future generations. Respecting the rights of future generations is one of the most important topics that constitutional lawmakers should include at the core of the constitutional document to grant it both substantive and formal supremacy, giving it the necessary priority and care
