The Role of Educational Service Quality in Enhancing Student Satisfaction / an Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Students of the Department of Industrial Management
تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوعًا حيويًا في مجال التعليم العالي، ألا وهو جودة الخدمات التعليمية وأثرها على رضا الطلبة. يركز البحث بشكل خاص على الخدمات المقدمة من قبل الجامعات ومؤسسات التعليم العالي. يهدف البحث إلى تحديد مدى تأثير أبعاد جودة الخدمة التعليمية المختلفة، والتي تشمل الخلفية العلمية للأستاذ، المنهاج الدراسي، البنية التحتية والمرافق، جودة التوظيف، السلامة والأمن، وتنمية مهارات الطلبة، على رضا الطلبة في قسم الإدارة الصناعية بكلية الإدارة والاقتصاد في جامعة الموصل. تم استخدام منهج الدراسة التحليلي الوصفي، والذي يجمع بين الأساليب الكمية والكيفية لتحليل البيانات. وقد تم جمع البيانات من خلال استمارة استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 93 طالبًا من القسم المذكور. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية موجبة بين أبعاد جودة الخدمة التعليمية ورضا الطلبة، مما يعني أن تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية يؤدي إلى زيادة رضا الطلبة،كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لأبعاد جودة الخدمة التعليمية على رضا الطلبة، حيث تساهم هذه الأبعاد بشكل كبير في تعزيز رضا الطلبة عن الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة لهمThis study addresses an important issue in higher education: the quality of educational services and its impact on student satisfaction. The research particularly focuses on services provided by universities and higher education institutions. The study aims to determine the extent to which various dimensions of quality of educational services, including the academic background of professors, curriculum, infrastructure and facilities, employment prospects, safety and security, and students\u27 skills development are impacted the student satisfaction in the Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul. A descriptive analytical approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods was used to analyze data collected through questionnaires distributed to a random sample of 93 students. The results showed a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of quality of educational services and student satisfaction, suggesting that improving service quality leads to higher satisfaction. Furthermore, the study found that these dimensions have a significant impact on students\u27 overall satisfaction with the educational services provided. Based on these results, the study provides several important recommendations that highlight the need to pay attention to the quality of educational services provided at the university. This includes focusing on both weaknesses and strengths and repeating the measurement of service quality to ensure continuous improvement. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into the relationship between the quality of educational services and student satisfaction and provides guidance for higher education decision makers to develop effective strategies to improve service quality and ultimately increase student satisfaction
The Constant and the Variable in Arabic Calligraphy within Contemporary Arabic Lettering Composition
الخلاصة: يتطرق البحث الحالي عن الثابت والمتغير للخط العربي في تكوينات اللوحة الحروفية العربية المعاصرة، ولكون الحرف العربي له اهمية كبرى في حياتنا اليومية كلغة اتصال بصرية بين التجمعات البشرية قديماً وحديثاً. لذا اصبح من الضروري بيان استخداماته المعاصرة ، على المستويين الفني واللغوي مع بيان ثوابته ومتغيراته، وبعد حلول الفترة الأسلامية قام كبار الخطاطين بوضع اسس وقواعد لأنواع متعددة للخط العربي التي اعتمدها بعدهم الخطاطين في كتابة المصاحف والرسائل والنياشين والشهادات، كما نجد استخداماتها وهي تغطي واجهات الجوامع والأضرحة الدينية واماكن العبادة والعمارة الأسلامية ، وبعد الأنتقال الى الفترة المعاصرة حدث متغير وتطور في استخدام الحرف العربي من قبل الفنانين الحروفيين العرب في لوحاتهم الفنية، حيث ان المشكلة هو انهم رسموا الحرف خارج سياقات قواعده واصوله، مما سبب تشويه لشكل الحرف وبتكوينات واشكال مختلفة، لذا قام الباحث بدراسة مستفيضة لهذه اللوحات اكتشف بعدها من خلال النتائج التي حصل عليها في تحليل الأعمال الفنية الحروفية بان هناك ثوابت ومتغيرات لصنفين من الفنانين الحروفيين لهم اساليبهم الخاصة في استخدام الحرف العربي في اللوحة التشكيلية المعاصرة لكونه حرف مطاوع يتفاعل ويتناغم مع عناصر اللوحة ، الثابت في اللوحة للصنف الأول من الخطاطين الذين رسموا الحرف العربي وفق اسسه وقواعده المعمول بها وبتكوينات جمالية مقروءة، اما المتغير من الصنف الثاني من غير الخطاطين فقد رسموا الحرف العربي خارج اصوله وقواعده الخطية نتيجة تأثرهم بالمدارس الفنية العالمية ليكسروا القيود الخطية بحرية للتعبير عن الدلالات الرمزية والعلامية والتراثية المقروءة منها وغير المقروءة بحسب رؤية كل فنان من الناحية الفلسفية والثقافية وبحداثة جديدة، مما يعطي للحرف العربي غاية الاهمية في اللوحة التشكيلية المعاصرة كونه ايقونة الماضي والحاضر والمستقبل .The present study examines the consistency and variability of Arabic script in the development of modern Arabic script, as well as the Arabic script\u27s significant role in our daily lives as a visual language of communication between ancient and modern human communities. As a result, it became essential to describe its current applications in terms of both language and art, as well as its constants and variables. The Qur\u27an, letters, flags, certificates, and other writings were written in Arabic calligraphy by calligraphers who followed in the footsteps of the great calligraphers who established the principles and conventions for many calligraphic styles after the Islamic era. It is also used to cover the exterior of shrines and mosques. works of religion, mosques and Islamic building designs. Arab letter artists underwent a shift and evolution in their usage of the Arabic letter in their creative paintings following the shift to the current era. The letter\u27s shape was distorted and it was drawn in various configurations and shapes since they drew it outside of its original context and guideline
Psychological Impact Processing in Television Advertising
: تعد صناعة الإعلان التلفزيوني من الاشتغالات السمعية والبصرية المهمة التي تتطلب الايجاز والتكثيف والاختزال، الذي يطال الفكرة و الصورة والصوت، وبقدر يراعي الدقة والتنسيق والتنظيم في اختيار الفكرة اولا ثم المعالجة التي تعتمد اسلوب الاخراج، بدءأ من اختيارتنفيذ حجم اللقطة وزمنها وحركتها، وبما ينسجم مع قصة وحكاية أو موضوع الإعلان، بقدرة تعبيرية نافذة لذائقة التلقي، وفعل الترويج، والاشهار*، فضلا عن اختيارات المخرج لأماكن تصوير مهمة ومؤثرة وشخصيات ماهرة في الاداء والتجسيد ودقة مونتاج مدركة للزمن والتنقلات والايقاع وتركيب العمل . وهذا ما ينبغي على صانع الإعلان مراعاة المساحة الزمنية التي يتنفس فيها الإعلان وتشخيص مستوى التأثير الذي تتركه هذه المساحة لدى التلقي ، وتوظيف معالجة التأثير النفسي الذي يحاكي الاحساس والشعور والادراك والأنفعال مع رفقة الزمن الدرامي وادراك حيثيات الزمن الطبيعي ، فالحالة النفسية السائدة في النص الإعلاني لها أثر كبير في الشكل والمضمون الذي يوظفه المخرج في صناعة الاعلان، كي يؤدي التأثير المطلوب بجمهور التلقي وكسب ميوله ورغباته الشديدة في اقتناء المادة أو البضاعة المروج لها،The television advertising industry is one of the critical audio-visual endeavors that require brevity, condensation, and reduction, which affect the idea, image, and sound. It necessitates accuracy, coordination, and organization in selecting the idea first and then the treatment that relies on the directing style. This begins with the choices of shot size, duration, and movement, in harmony with the story or theme of the advertisement, with an expressive ability that appeals to the audience\u27s taste, promotes effectively, and publicizes. Additionally, the director\u27s choices of significant and impactful filming locations, skilled performers, precise editing aware of time, transitions, rhythm, and the composition of the work are essential. An advertisement maker must consider the time frame within which the advertisement breathes and identify the level of impact this frame leaves on the audience. They must employ techniques to manage the psychological impact that mimics the senses, feelings, perceptions, and reactions along with the dramatic time and the understanding of the nuances of real-time. The prevailing psychological state in the advertising script significantly influences the form and content used by the director in creating the advertisement, ensuring the desired effect on the audience, and capturing their strong inclinations and desires to acquire the advertised product or material
IoT Based Smart Parking System
A smart parking system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) can assist users in locating parking spaces in crowded regions by offering real-time availability updates online. This technology streamlines the car parking procedure, encompassing the entire process from vehicle entry to payment and subsequent leave. The system utilises NodeMCU, a set of five IR sensors, and a pair of servo motors to accurately detect the presence of cars and determine the availability of parking slots. Two infrared sensors are used to detect cars at the entry and exit gates, while three sensors are employed to detect the availability of parking slots. Servo motors operate gates by responding to sensor readings to initiate opening and closing actions. The data is made available on the Adafruit IO platform, enabling worldwide monitoring. The system utilises a total of five infrared sensors and two servo motors that are linked to the NodeMCU. The NodeMCU is responsible for overseeing the entire operation and transmitting data regarding parking availability and time to Adafruit IO
The relationship between overwintering peach fruit fly pupae Bactrocera zonata (Saunders) (Diptera: Tephritidae) and some pathogenies in citrus orchard soils in Diyala province
A field and laboratory study was conducted for soil samples in citrus orchards in the Muqdadiya region - Diyala province in year 2021, for three depths (3, 5, and 7) cm, to detect overwintering peach fruit fly pupae Bactrocera zonata (Saunders) its infecting by Beauveria bassiana (Bals) Vuill. . The results showed that inverse (negative) correlation between the rates of the numbers of fungal colonies and the different soil depths, as the correlation value was (-0.906)
Study The Spread of Cancerous Diseases Throughout Iraq Using Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
GIS science is considered one of the modern sciences that intertwine with various disciplines and scientific branches in order to solve or present a specific problem. Understanding the wider picture of public health has been greatly aided by the development of Medical GIS. In this paper, the spatial analysis of GIS was used to prepare maps for the distribution of the number of cancer cases in some central and southern governorates of Iraq for several years. It was clearly noted that most of the injuries are in southern Iraq. In this paper was used the Arc-GIS software V. 10.3 and data collected by the ministry of health department of statistics were used.  
Capparis Spinosa as an Alternative Nanoscience Medicine in Treatment of Cancer (A New Aspect of Cancer Treatment)
Because of its high number of bioactive constituents in Capparis Spinosa especially polyphenolic compounds. We have studied the extraction and identification of active constituents of bioorganic solvents polar and non-polar we have managed to identify new qualities and quantities of alkaloids from residue of chloroformic extract and separate three groups of alkaloid including tertiary - quaternary strong base alkaloid and classify the obtained individual alkaloids three groups weakly bases alkaloids, alkaloids of medium basicity, strongly bases alkaloid we found promising quantity of alkaloids in Capparis Spinosa and we tried experimental pharmacological and Biological studies of these alkaloids on cancer infected animals we got promising result as we are going to mention in our manuscript. This promising result support that the natural product evidence will continue to be important in the following areas of discovery of new drugs and to find a solution for the problem of cancer and viral incurable diseases
Evaluation of Eruca Sativa and Capsicum annuum alcoholic extracts as pesticide against aphid and whitefly pests
The aphid (Aphidoidea family) and the whitefly (Aleyrodidae family) are closely related, quickly breeding insects that, when infected, render plants susceptible to diseases since they suck the juices of these plants. They damage the aerial parts of plants and even their roots. Their control is of high concern to limit the damage and minimize the loss of the crops with the use of the safest pesticides. The present study was conducted to assess the perished effect of the Eruca sativa (local name: arugula) leaves and the Capsicum annuum (local name: hot pepper) fruits on aphids and on the eggs and nymphs of whitefly by spraying their alcoholic extracts on tested species. Three pesticide concentrations (0.5, 1 and 1.5%) of either extract were prepared and tested. Adhesives, propellants and other materials were added to the extracts to enhance their effectiveness. The results indicated that the pesticide prepared from these extracts has a concentration- and time-dependent impact on the growth of all tested species; the highest mortality rate was achieved at 1.5% concentrations. The time required for that highest effect was 72 hours for Eruca sativa leaf extract on aphids (100%); and on the eggs (89%) and nymphs (94.1%) of whiteflies. Meanwhile, the highest mortality rates achieved by 1.5% Capsicum annuum fruit extract were after 48 hours on aphids (100%), on the nymphs of whiteflies (100%), and 72 hours on whitefly eggs (96.4%). These effects may be related to the presence of many bioactive substances that were detected in the extracts of these two plants, including tannins, glycosides, phenols, resins, flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids, coumarin, steroids and terpenes
K-Mean Based Hyper-Metaheuristic Grey Wolf and Cuckoo Search Optimizers for Automatic MRI Medical Image Clustering
In this paper a new clustering algorithm is proposed for optimal clustering of MRI medical image. In our proposed algorithm, the clustering process implemented by K-means clustering algorithm, due to its simplicity and speed. The optimization process was done by a well-known metaheuristic algorithms Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) and Cuckoo Search Optimizer. GWO is a metaheuristic algorithm inspired by the social hierarchy and hunting behavior of grey wolves. It mimics the leadership hierarchy and hunting strategies of wolves to explore the search space efficiently. GWO has shown promising performance in finding high-quality solutions compared to other well-established optimizers. It explores the solution space to find better cluster assignments that minimize the overall intra-cluster variance. By leveraging the exploration potential of GWO, the proposed algorithm aims to improve the quality of the clustering results. Furthermore, the Cuckoo Search Optimizer (CS) is combined with GWO to enhance the algorithm\u27s ability to find a global solution. Cuckoo Search is a metaheuristic algorithm inspired by the breeding behavior of cuckoo birds. It employs random search and Levy flights to diversify the search process and avoid getting trapped in local optima. By combining CS with GWO, the proposed algorithm aims to increase the likelihood of finding the optimal clustering solution
A study of the concentration of uranium in soil samples was evaluated using the CR_39 detector in the south of Amara Governorate
The quantity of uranium in soil samples taken from various residential, industrial, and agricultural areas in southern Iraq\u27s Southern Omara governorate was evaluated using the neutron activation technique for solid-state nuclear track detectors CR-39. Uranium values in soil samples varied from 0.77 ppm to 1.94 ppm, according to the findings. Soil samples were collected at a depth of 10 cm. The outcomes were compared to publicly available data and found to be within acceptable ranges
