    اذا كان مفهوم التكوين هو ترتيب العناصر المصورة ضمن المساحة او الفراغ وصولا الى افضل ترتيب؛ او بمعنى اخر، الوصول الى ذروة التعبير لإيصال المعنى او الرسالة؛ وعليه فان هذا الترتيب الذي هو  بأقصى درجاته سيفقد جودته اذا ما جرى تحريك اي عنصر فيه عن مكانه المقصود، فما بالك اذا كانت الحركة التي يمكن ان تصيب الكثير من عناصره او ان تغير من منظوره او ما شابه ذلك؟ و بهذا المعنى فان الحركة تشكل مضادا سلبيا لكل ذروة تكوينية يصلها الفنان في عمله. وتعد هذه المعضلة هي من اكبر المشكلات التي يواجهها المشتغلون بالفنون الحركية في السينما والمسرح و الرقص، اذ كيف يجمع الفنان هذين المتضادين (التكوين و الحركة) في اعمالهم لتقديم اعمال متكاملة؟ حاول هذا البحث الانطلاق من مفهوم ان كل من التكوين و الحركة باعتبارهما مفهومان منفصلان في حدود التأطير الفلسفي لمعنى كل منهما الى الوصول الى مفهوم ان كل من التكوين والحركة بوصفهما عنصران مندمجان كل منهما في خدمة الاخر في حدود التطبيق و الممارسة على الرغم من تناقضهما في معناهما.If the concept of composition is the arrangement of visual elements within space or void to achieve the best arrangement, or in other words, to reach the peak of expression to convey meaning or message, then this arrangement, when at its peak, will lose its quality if any element is moved from its intended place. What if the movement affects many of its elements or changes its perspective or the like? In this sense, movement forms a negative opposition to every compositional peak that the artist reaches in his work. This dilemma is one of the biggest problems faced by those engaged in kinetic arts such as cinema, theater, and dance. How does the artist combine these two opposites (composition and movement) in their works to present integrated works?     يهدف البحث الحالي الى تقييم تأثير قدرات البحث والتطوير وقدرات الابتكار في البعد البيئي والاقتصادي للتسويق المستدام. لهذا الغرض، تم اختيار مصنع يختص بإنتاج الإنارة الموافرة للطاقة بتقنية LED في منطقة التاجي لتمثيل عينة البحث. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بواسطة استبانة جمعت البيانات من جماعة البحث المؤلفة من(173) عاملًا. تم اختيار عينة عشوائية منهم بلغت(138) عاملًا. استخدم برنامج(SPSSV.24) ومجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية مثل معامل ألفا كرونباخ والوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الاختلاف والانحدار الخطي البسيط. من أبرز الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها هذا البحث هو وجود تأثير بين قدرات البحث والتطوير وقدرات الابتكار والبعد البيئي والاقتصادي للتسويق المستدام. وبمعنى آخر، كلما تم تعزيز الاهتمام بقدرات البحث والتطوير وقدرات الابتكار، زاد احتمال تحقيق البعد البيئي والاقتصادي للتسويق المستدام.The current research aims to assess the impact of research and development (R&D) capabilities and innovation capabilities on the environmental and economic dimensions of sustainable marketing. To this end, a factory specializing in LED energy-efficient lighting production was chosen as the research sample, located in Taji. The descriptive-analytical method was employed using a questionnaire to collect data from a research population consisting of 173 workers. A randomized sample of 138 workers was selected. SPSS V.24 software and a range of statistical methods such as Cronbach\u27s alpha coefficient, mean, standard deviation, variance ratio, and simple linear regression were utilized.      Among the significant findings of this study is the existence of a correlation and impact between R&D capabilities and innovation capabilities, and the environmental and economic dimensions of sustainable marketing. In other words, enhancing focus on R&D and innovation capabilities increases the likelihood of achieving the environmental and economic dimensions of sustainable marketing. Regarding key recommendations drawn from the research to enhance the environmental and economic dimensions of sustainable marketing, the factory should prioritize the improvement and modernization of production lines while concentrating on delivering products aligned with technological advancements and meeting market needs.

    أصبح النشاط الزلزالي ملحوظا في المناطق المتاخمة للحزام الزلزالي ضمن نطاق زاغروس الزاحف، وحدث زلزال كبير أعقبته هزات ارتدادية. ويتطلب ذلك تحديث البيانات الزلزالية للمناطق القريبة من نطاق زاغروس. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إعداد قاعدة بيانات متكاملة للنشاط الزلزالي لمحافظة نينوى، وذلك لأهمية المعلومات الزلزالية والكود الزلزالي في عملية التوسع العمراني والتنمية في المحافظة، فضلا عن أهميتها من حيث الرصد والحد من مخاطر الكوارث الطبيعية. تضمنت هذه الدراسة تحديث المعلومات الزلزالية من خلال مراجعة الأرشيف الزلزالي والبيانات الزلزالية للمحافظة، بالاعتماد على عدة مصادر (دراسات بحثية، بيانات زلزالية، وزلازل من مراصد عالمية متعددة مثل USGS، GFZ، وEMSC)، وذلك لنشرها وتوزيعها مكانياً على خريطة أساسية، ومن ثم إعداد خريطة ذروة التسارع الأرضي للمحافظة. وكنتيجة نهائية لهذه الدراسة تبين أن هناك زيادة في الأحداث الزلزالية في محافظة نينوى والتي ترتبط بشكل وثيق بنظام الصدع الرئيسي الموجود في الخريطة الجيولوجية، وتم في هذه الدراسة ايضا تحديث الخريطة الزلزالية لمحافظة نينوى لعام 2022.Seismic activity has become noticeable in the areas adjacent to the seismic belt within the creeping Zagros range, a large earthquake occurred and was followed by aftershocks. This needs to update seismic data for areas near the Zagros range. This study aimed to prepare an integrated database of seismic activity for Nineveh Governorate, due to the importance of seismic information and the seismic code in the process of urban expansion and development in the governorate, as well as the importance in terms of monitoring and reducing natural disasters. This study included updating seismic information by reviewing the seismic archive and seismic data for the governorate, relying on several sources (research studies, seismic data, and earthquakes from multiple global observatories such as USGS, GFZ, and EMSC), in order to be published and distributed spatially on a basic map, and then preparing Peak ground acceleration map for the governorate.  As a final result of this study, it was found that there is an increase in seismic events in Nineveh Governorate, which are closely linked to the main fault system present in the geological map, and the seismic map of Nineveh Governorate has bee

     أن تأسيس بنية التصميم الزخرفي، ينشأ من الإرادة المبدعة للمصمم الذي يقوم بتجميع مفرداته وتوزيعها بشكل موضوعي بحيث يدرك بين عدة مستويات وبأشكال متنوعة تبعاً للجانب الابتكاري ضمن الفضاءات الداخلية ذات التصميم الداخلي المعاصر, كما أن للمصمم الزخرفي والمصمم الداخلي المعاصر إسهامات في هذا المجال من حيث استلهام أعمال التراث والإضافة لها والتطوير فيها مما يزيد من جمالها ويرفع من قيمتها الفنية المعاصرة ،ومما لا شك فيه إن لكل تصميم مسارات ومبادئ تتحكم به، وتنظم آلية المفردات والعناصر التكوينية من أجل إضافة قيمة تعبيرية ، وهدف يرتبط بالوظيفة والجمالية, لذلك إن توجه المصمم  للاهتمام بفن التصميم الزخرفي يرتبط بمحاولة للإيجاد البدائل للتعبيرعن التصميم لأنه ذو بنية مكانية نستطيع إدراكها عن طريق حاسة البصر, فضلاُ عن الالتزام بالاطار الابتكاري للواقع المكاني, لذلك كان لابد من دراسة هذا الموضوع المتكون من أربعة فصول ..فبالنسبة للفصل الاول أعتمد الباحث على صياغة مشكلة البحث التي تتلخص بالتساؤل الاتي: ما هي مسارات التنوع التأسيسي لبنية التصميم الزخرفي في التصميم الداخلي المعاصر؟ في حين تكمن أهمية البحث في الاشارة الى المنطلقات التي تعتمد ضمن رؤية المصمم الفكرية من خلال تلبية الحاجة التصميمية مع تقديم نتاج تصميمي زخرفي متميز ومتوافق مع التصميم الداخلي المعاصر وعلى ضوء ذلك ركز الباحث هدف البحث في الكشف عن مسارات التنوع التأسيسي لبنية التصميم الزخرفي في التصميم الداخلي المعاصر. أما بالنسبة لحدود البحث فقد ’حدد الباحث من الناحية الموضوعية  دراسة مسارات التنوع التأسيسي لبنية التصميم الزخرفي في التصميم الداخلي المعاصر.في حين تضمن حدوده المكانية والزمانية دراسة التصميم الداخلي المعاصر( لمداخل قاعات الفضاءات الداخلية لفنادق المملكة المغربية ) المنفذة للفترة2009م-   2011م,بينما أعتمد الفصل الثاني الى دراسة  أولاً: بنية التصميم الزخرفي وعلاقتها في التصميم الداخلي المعاصر وثانياً : مسارات التنوع التأسيسي في بنية التصميم الزخرفي ,في حين تضمن الفصل الثالث في تحديد موضوع اجراءات البحث والمتمثلة بمنهجية البحث المعتمدة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بينما  تركز  مجتمع البحث الى اعتماد  أسلوب الانتقائي القصدي واخيراً تضمن الفصل الرابع استخلاص نتائج البحث .     The foundational diversity pathways of the decorative design architecture in contemporary interior design. The founding of the decorative design architecture, arises from the creative will of the designer who collects and distributes his vocabulary objectively so that he realizes between several levels and in various shapes depending on the innovative side within the interior spaces of contemporary interior design .Also, the decorative designer and the contemporary interior designer have contributions in this field in terms of inspiring, adding to and developing heritage works, which increases its beauty and raises its contemporary artistic value,There is no doubt that each design has paths and principles that control it, and organizes the vocabulary mechanism and formative elements in order to add an expressive value, and a goal related to the function and aesthetic,Therefore, the designer’s interest in the art of decorative design is related to an attempt to find alternatives to express the design because it has a spatial structure that we can perceive through the sense of sight,In addition to adhering to the innovative framework of spatial reality, it was necessary to study this topic, which consists of four chapters  .For the first semester, the researcher relied on formulating the research problem, which is summarized by the following question: What are the foundational diversity pathways for the decorative design structure in contemporary interior design?     Assessment the Role of Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate and C-Reactive Protein Tests For Prediction Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Activity In Misan Province

    Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) activity was assessed based on erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP) tests. The ESR and CRP tests were monitored in 25 Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosed  patients and 25 healthy approved cases of suspected patients from Missan Province. The sample comprised of 25 male and 25 females with   ages varied from 21-68 years and body weights from 45 – 112 kg.  ESR readings in RA diagnosed patients varied between 22 – 116 averaged 46.8 mm/h in  patients case while those recorded in the healthy approvrd cases ranged between 4-18 averaged 8.4 mm/h. Differences between patients and control cases were statistically significant (P < 0.05). This approved that measuring ESR  is a valid tool to predict RA among Missan population. CRP test showed only 2 negative results among RA patients compared with 15 negative results in  healthy approved cases. CRP values in patients sample ranged between 10 mg/dl in 11 cases and 24 – 48 mg/dl in another 11 cases with only one highly extreme value of 96 mg/dl. In he healthy approved cases, CRP values ranging from 6-12 mg/dl were recorded in 10 cases and negative results in the rest 15 cases. differences were highly significant (p< 0.01) indicating the validity of CRP test to predict RA cases. Both parameters varied among various age groups, gender and body weight classes. Apparantly both ESR and CRP tests may help to find or monitor inflammation in acute or chronic conditions of rheumatoid arthritis

    يهدف البحث الى تحديد حجم الفجوة بين الواقع الفعلي للإدارة البيئية في الشركة العامة للمنتوجات الغذائية / مديرية انتاج المنظفات في بغداد ومتطلبات المواصفة ISO 14001:2015 ، التي تمثلت ببنود المواصفة من خلال تحليل النتائج , ويتم بعد ذلك تشخيص نقاط القوة والضعف،  إذ تمثلت مشكلة البحث بالتشغيل العالي الذي يؤدي الى تحقيق ملوثات بيئية عالية وما يترتب عليه من مخلفات وملوثات وكلف عالية تتحملها الشركة والتي من الممكن ان تتزايد وتتضاعف في المستقبل , فضلاً عن قلة الاهتمام البيئي لدى المدراء والافراد العاملين مما ينعكس سلباً على تطبيق متطلبات المواصفة . اعتمد البحث منهج دراسة الحالة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، والوصول الى الحقائق العلمية المطلوبة، وقد أختيرت الشركة العامة للمنتوجات الغذائية / مديرية انتاج المنظفات في بغداد بوصفها حدوداً مكانية لإجراء الدراسة، واستخدمت قوائم الفحص لجمع البيانات للوصول الى الحقائق المتعلقة بتطبيق النظام، وتحقيق أهداف البحث، كذلك تم الاعتماد على المعايشة الميدانية، والملاحظة والمناقشة، وتم استخدام عدد من الأدوات الإحصائية للحصول على المتوسط الحسابيThe research aims to determine the size of the gap between the actual reality of environmental management in the General Company for Food Products / Detergents Production Directorate and the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001:2015, which is represented by the context of the organization, leadership, commitment, planning, support and operation, and performance evaluation and improvement through analyzing the results.     The Role of Green Human Capital in Promoting Environmental Sustainability an Exploratory Study in the Kufa Cement Factor

    The research aims to determine the impact of green human capital on environmental sustainability, as the problem included the main question (Does green human capital affect environmental sustainability in the Kufa Cement Factory?). The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data, and it included two axes. The first axis dealt with the data. The personality of the workers, while the second axis dealt with the paragraphs of the research variables (human capital and environmental sustainability), The size of the community was (1789) individuals, and (308) individuals participated in the questionnaire, and the descriptive analytical approach was used, and many statistical methods were used, including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Cronbach’s reliability coefficient). Alpha, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression), and the research reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is the existence of a correlation as well as the impact of green human capital on environmental sustainability and its dimensions. Among the most prominent recommendations is the need for the Kufa Cement Factory to adopt awareness programs for working leaders. They explain the importance of the human resource in preserving the environment, and indicate the extent of its impact on improving the environment

    Degradation of phenol by Rhodococcus pyridinivorans GM3 immobilization

    One of the primary concerns of the environment is the increment of the xenobiotics levels, which are released in the natural ecosystem. Phenol has been documented as a pollutant because it has a significant role in water contamination; this will, therefore have an impact on the health of humans. Phenol degradation studies were carried out using a mineral salts medium containing various percentages (v/v) of Ca-alginate beads, polyurethane foam, agar-agar and agarose in batches of culture for 1.5 g/L phenol degradation by immobilized cells of Rhodococcus pyridinivorans GM3 during 24 hours of incubation at 32ºC, 200 rpm and pH 8.5. The results showed that a typical concentration of 3% (w/v) of the sodium alginate to form synthetic Ca-alginate beads was supporting phenol degradation which also emphasizes the structural stability of Ca-alginate beads. The concentration of 1.5 g/L phenol was completely degraded observed within 24 hours at 8% of the Ca-alginate beads immobilized cell and 10% of size cubes 0.125 cm3 of the polyurethane foam immobilized cell. Whilst, the degradation of 1.5 g/L of phenol concentration within 24 hours on both agar and agarose was 16% and 24% at cubes of size 0.125 cm3 and 1.0 cm3 respectively. However, the study of immobilization showed that Ca-alginate immobilized R. pyridinivorans GM3 was more efficient than polyurethane foam, agar and agarose.   &nbsp

    Performance Comparison of Support Vector Machines, AdaBoost, and Random Forest for Sentiment Text Analysis and Classification

    In sentiment analysis, text analysis becomes an important process to derive useful information from the unstructured data. In this work, we study the performance of three advanced machine learning algorithms, Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forest, and AdaBoost, for a specific sentiment classification task. Each classifier was trained and evaluated on principal metrics such as Area Under the Curve (AUC), Classification Accuracy (CA), F1-Score, Precision, and Recall using the Bag of Words model for feature extraction. Those results show that the Random Forest approach beat both SVM and AdaBoost, with an AUC of 0.988, CA = 0.915, and F1-Score = 0.915 SVM demonstrated moderate performance with an AUC of 0.939 and an F1-Score of 0.845, while AdaBoost exhibited the worst performance in all metrics based on that ensemble model-based classifiers for data change predictions. Random Forest may thus be a powerful machine learning technique to implement for sentiment analysis in text
