The Effect of Job Empowerment on Job Embeddedness: An Analytical Survey of The Opinions of A Sample Of Workers In The Baghdad Municipality
This research aims to identify the effect of job empowerment on the job embeddedness of employees in the Baghdad Municipality. The research problem included a low level of job embeddedness among employees in the organization, and this may be a result of the decline in the level of employee empowerment. The questionnaire was a tool in collecting data, which included two axes: addressing The first axis is the personal data of the employees of the research sample. The second axis deals with the paragraphs of the research variables (empowerment and job embeddedness). (350) workers participated in the questionnaire. The descriptive analytical approach was used, using (Cronbach’s alpha, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Spearman correlation coefficient, and regression). Simple linear), a set of results were reached, the most prominent of which was the existence of a correlation as well as an effect of job empowerment on job embeddedness and its dimensions, meaning that an improvement in job empowerment practices enhances the level of feelings of job embeddedness among employees, and one of the most prominent recommendations is the necessity of the Baghdad Municipality adopting awareness programs To the leaders working for them, it explains the importance of empowering employees, explaining its impact on improving the quality of work

Markov Model Simulation and Analysis for Future Expectation of Awarded Grades for IB Secondary Schools
Markov Chains can be a valuable tool for analyzing expected awarded grades in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program for secondary schools. A core principle of the IB program is the emphasis on student progress throughout the two-year Diploma Programme (DP). Markov Chains excel at modeling transitions between states, which in this case, could represent different grade levels (e.g., predicted grade of 4 transitioning to a final awarded grade of 5).
One of the complicated parts in the teaching system is how to conduct the evaluation process. The absence of an ideal evaluation standard is a problem in the teaching system at all [4, 5]. In this study, it is aimed to implement Markov mathematics in analyzing and modeling the IB Diploma Statistical Bulletin of May examination sessions, which is interesting and the most common to any IB student. Markov model will be realized using students’ grades which were contained the awarded grades for each of the six EE groups. The data are examination results from 427452 students in 2211 schools for nine years of the IB Diploma statistical bulletin of May examination sessions 2006 – 2014 [6]

Using Mathematical Techniques to Analyse Biomedical Data: A K-complexes EEG Signal Classification Study
This paper endeavored to characterize the design, elaboration, and investigation of the execution of the K-complexes classification method in Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. To solve many-aims optimization issues for the high dimensionality of every database, a mechanism for feature extraction that depends on merging the Discrete Fourier Transform (Discrete-FT) with Covariance Matrix (Cov-matrix) has been suggested. An EEG signal was split into comparatively little intervals and segments as the first step of the model design. For every EEG segment, Discrete-FT was applied. The Cov-matrix were employed to figure out the most efficient input features to represent the EEG signal. As the input to diverse classifiers, for instance, K-means and the Naïve Bayes algorithm, the extracted features were used. The suggested procedure equips a high rate of accuracy, ~94% when the outcomes were compared with current studies. In conclusion, results exhibited that the submitted process can evolve the classification of K-complexes in EEG signals. Compared with other methods, the proposed method supplied the best outcomes. Furthermore, the presented method can have functional applications to assist physicians in classifying transient events in sleep stages more precisely than the current methods. The new procedure can be utilized for several medical data species, such as restless legs syndrome, epilepsy, Focal and Non-Focal, etc
The Extent of Availability of Three Dimensions of the Supply Chain: An Exploratory Study in Korek Telecom – Mosul Branch
In light of the rapid development of globalization and the ever-increasing international competition, many companies have turned their attention to external resources to reduce costs and enhance their competitiveness. Consequently, the supplier has become an important competitive factor, working towards the integration of the characteristics of a triad known as the supply chain triad. This triad helps organizations evaluate and select suppliers in a scientific and efficient manner. The three characteristics of the triad are distinguished by their effectiveness, adaptability, and alignment. This study presents several questions to clarify the issue as follows: Do the employees at Korek Telecom Company/Mosul branch have an idea about the concept of the supply chain triad? Do the employees at Korek Telecom Company/Mosul branch have knowledge of the dimensions of the supply chain triad? To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was used in the fieldwork as a main tool for data and information collection
Pictorial synthesis OF the work of a graphic designer (David Carson)
The technical experiences experienced by the world’s designers are a way for us to show the size of the intellectual transformations, techniques and methods that have occurred in the graphic design, which has become one of their advantages and left an impact and imprint in this field, which differs from one designer to another, and the graphic synthesis is one of those technical and intellectual transformations that designers used In their design achievements, which show the aesthetic, functional and expressive aspects of design, which are reflected in their products, as they try to reach the easiest ways and solutions to achieve mutual understanding with the recipient. , in a systematic and thoughtful manner that keeps pace with the process of suspense and attraction to him, and this is what the graphic designer (David Carson) achieved
