    تستكشف هذه الورقة البحثية الدور المؤثر للجودة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق التفوق المنظمي، فمن خلال الابعاد الأربعة للجودة الاستراتيجية المتمثلة بـ (الادارة التشاركية، تمكين العاملين، الحوافز والمكافآت، الرضا الوظيفي) نستكشف الأثر البائن لهذه الابعاد في تحقيق التفوق المنظمي. وانطلاقاً من التساؤل الرئيس المعبر عن مضمون المشكلة البحثية والمتمثل في مدى اسهام ابعاد الجودة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق التفوق المنظمي. والاجابة على هذا التساؤل اختيرت عينة بحثية شملت التدريسيون في الكلية التقنية الإدارية/ الجامعة الشمالية، واستخدم الباحثون استبانه لتقييم مدى تأثير هذا الدور وفهم مدى وجوده، ومن ثم توصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات تلخص أهمية الجودة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق التفوق المنظمي، اذ يُظهر التحليل العميق لأبعاد الجودة الاستراتيجية أن لديها دور فاعل في تحقيق التفوق المنظمي، ويُعزز هذا الاستنتاج أهمية فهم وتعزيز أبعاد الجودة الاستراتيجية كمحركات أساسية لتحسين الأداء وتحقيق التفوق في السياق المنظمي. واقترح الباحثون ضرورة تفعيل وتطوير تلك الأبعاد كاستراتيجية فعّالة لتعزيز الأداء وتحقيق التميز في سياق البيئة التنظيمية للكلية المبحوثة..This study aims to explore the role of strategic quality in achieving organizational excellence. Through an examination of strategic quality with its dimensions encompassing collaborative management, employee empowerment, incentives and rewards, and job satisfaction, the study seeks to elucidate the impact of these dimensions on organizational excellence. Stemming from the primary problem of assessing the contribution and role of strategic quality dimensions in achieving organizational excellence, the scope of the study includes faculty members at the College of Administrative Technology, serving as the research sample. The researchers employed a questionnaire to assess the extent of the role\u27s impact and comprehend its presence. Consequently, the study arrived at a set of conclusions summarizing the significance of strategic quality in attaining organizational excellence. The in-depth analysis of the dimensions of strategic quality reveals their substantial role in achieving organizational excellence. This conclusion underscores the importance of understanding and enhancing strategic quality dimensions as fundamental drivers for performance improvement and excellence within the organizational context. The researchers advocate the imperative activation and development of these dimensions as an effective strategy to enhance performance and achieve distinction in the organizational environment of the researched college

         يتناول موضوع الدراسة ضمانات العدالة في مجال الروابط العائلية في شريعة حمورابي. ويقع هذا البحث في مبحثين. وتم التطرق في المبحث الأول إلى الضمانات القانونية للمرأة أثناء العلاقة الزوجية في شريعة حمورابي، موضحين دور عقد الزواج في ضمان حقوق المرأة في شريعة حمورابي وتم التنويه إلى الضمانات القانونية للمرأة في حالة تعدد الزوجات في شريعة حمورابي، والضمانات المقررة لحماية حقوق المرأة في مجال التصرفات القانونية.   وتطرق الباحث في المبحث الثاني إلى ضمانات حقوق المرأة  في انتهاء الرابطة الزوجية في شريعة حمورابي. وتم التطرق إلى الضمانات التي نصت عليها القوانين العراقية القديمة المتعلقة بحماية حقوق أفراد الأسرة، وضمانات حقوق  المرأة في الميراث.   وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن شريعة حمورابي جاءت بنصوص قانونية لضمان حقوق المرأة، وتنظيم العلاقات العائلية والأسرية، وتفوق قانونه في عدالته على كثير من التشريعات التي سبقته، من خلال ما تضمن على قواعد وأحكام تنظم شؤون المرأة بإعتبارها الطرف الضعيف في العلاقة الزوجية، فأصبحت للمرأة مكانة متميزة في المجتمع البابلي.The subject of the study deals with guarantees of justice in the field of family ties in the Code of Hammurabi. This research falls into two sections. The first section touched on the legal guarantees for women during the marital relationship in the Code of Hammurabi, explaining the role of the marriage contract in guaranteeing women’s rights in the Code of Hammurabi. The legal guarantees for women in the event of polygamy in the Code of Hammurabi were noted, and the guarantees established to protect women’s rights in the field of legal actions. In the second section, the researcher touched on the guarantees of women’s rights upon the termination of the marital bond in the Code of Hammurabi. The guarantees stipulated in old Iraqi laws related to protecting the rights of family members and guarantees of women’s rights to inheritance were discussed.  The study concluded that the Code of Hammurabi came with legal texts to guarantee women’s rights and regulate family and familial relations, and that his law was superior in its justice to many of the legislation that preceded it, through what it included rules and provisions regulating the affairs of women as they are the weak party in the marital relationship, so women gained a status.     :  تعتمد الإعلانات الافتراضيه في البيئات الخارجيه على توظيف التقنيات الرقمية الحديثه وتحتاج الى بنية تحتية للشبكة الإتصاليه المستخدمه لتوصيل المحتوى وبروتوكولات ألاتصال والبرمجيات والمعدات المستخدمة في إدارة المحتوى وتكرار العرض وتعتمد على معايير مختلفة كل حسب الهدف التسويقي والترويجي للإعلان.ولقد تحددت مشكلة البحث من خلال التساؤلات الاتيه: ما هي الاعلانات الإفتراضيه ؟ وماهي التكنولوجيا الرقميه والتقنيات الحديثة  التي دخلت عليها في العصر الحديث ؟ وماهي أساليب العرض الاعلاني للتسويق والترويج ؟ وقد هدف البحث الى  تعّرف الاعلانات الافتراضيه وتقنياتها وأساليبها الترويجيه والتسويقيه . وقد أتبع المنهج الوصفي - التحليلي في رصد وتحليل المعلومات .وتوصل البحث الى أهم النتائج وهي : 1-حققت إعلانات البيئه الخارجيه تداخل بين شكل الاعلان والفضاء العمراني المحيط به في المركز التجاري أو البنايات العمرانيه وكان له دورا وظيفيا وجماليا في البيئه العمرانيه .2-حققت مستوى عالي من التحكم والتفاعل بين الزبون والاعلان بحيث اصبح مشاركا وجزءا من الاعلان3- أستخدمت الاعلانات أساليب متنوعه في مخاطبة الجمهور والزبائن المرتقبين ، فقد استخدم اسلوب لفت الانتباه في العينات 1،3،4،5، ووظف اسلوب مخاطبة الغرائز كما في العينات 1،2،5. ووظف اسلوب الترغيب والتحفيز في العينات 2،5 . كما وظف اسلوب الواقعي وطرح الحقائق في العينه 3، أما اسلوب إثارة وتحفيز النزعه الاستهلاكيه فكان من الأساليب الأكثر توظيف وظهر ذلك في العينات ،1، 2، 4  ،5Virtual advertisements in outdoor environments depend on employing modern digital technologies and require the infrastructure of the communication network used to deliver content, communication protocols, software, and equipment used in content management and repetition of the display, and depend on different standards, each according to the marketing and promotional objective of the advertisement. The research problem was determined through the following questions: What are virtual ads? What are digital technology and the modern technologies that have introduced it in the modern era? What are the methods of advertising display for marketing and promotion? The research aimed to identify virtual advertisements, their promotional and marketing techniques and methods. The descriptive-analytical approach was followed in monitoring and analyzing the information. The research reached the most important results, which are: 1- Outdoor environment advertisements achieved an overlap between the form of the advertisement and the urban space surrounding it in the commercial center or urban buildings, and it had a functional and aesthetic role in the urban environment. 2- It achieved A high level of control and interaction between the customer and the advertisement, so that he becomes a participant and part of the advertisement. 3- The advertisements used various methods in addressing the public and potential customers. The method of drawing attention was used in samples 1, 3, 4, and 5, and the method of addressing instincts was used in samples 1, 2. ,5. The method of enticement and motivation was used in sample 2.5. It also employed the method of being realistic and presenting facts in Sample 3, while the method of arousing and stimulating consumerism was one of the most widely used methods and this appeared in Samples 1, 2, 4, and 5

    Evaluation of some biomarkers (phosphorus, Parathyroid hormone, Calcium, vitamin D) in patient\u27s serum with chronic kidney disease (CKD)

    Background chronic kidney disease (CKD) can be defined as abnormalities either in kidney structure or function by decreasing glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of less than 60 mL/min/1.73 m² for at least 3 months. it is considered to be a major medical problem, especially in developing countries and emerging economies. The study aims to measure biochemical markers (calcium, phosphorus, vitamin D, and PTH) in patients with CKD and healthy control, also finding out the effect of CKD on formation active form of vitamin D. Methods: This study includes (90) individuals (60) patients (30 males and 30 females) and (30) healthy control. The criteria of inclusion were: patients previously diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, In the study population age ranged between ( 30-70) years old for both groups who visited Al-Basra General Hospital in the province of Basra (The National Hemodialysis Project, artificial kidney Center) through period from November 2022 to February 2023.VIDAS was used to measure parathyroid hormone and vitamin D, while COBAS C111 was used to measure serum phosphorus and calcium levels, for both patients and healthy control groups. The results of the current study have shown that there was a high significant increase (P < 0.001) in the levels following biomarkers in CKD patients: PTH and phosphorus, the results also showed that a significant decrease was recorded in levels following biomarkers in CKD patients: serum calcium and vitamin D. There was also a positive relationship between the levels of calcium in patients with CKD and vitamin D while it was recorded that there was a negative relationship between the level of vitamin D with phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels. In conclusion, the results of the current study have shown that there was a highly significant increase in PTH and phosphorus and a significant decrease in levels of serum calcium and vitamin D

    Enhancing Brain Tumor Classification with a Novel Three-Dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (3D-CNN) Fusion Model

    Three-dimensional convolutional neural networks (3D CNNs) have been widely applied to analyze brain tumour images (BT) to understand the disease\u27s progress better. It is well-known that training 3D-CNN is computationally expensive and has the potential of overfitting due to the small sample size available in the medical imaging field. Here, we proposed a novel 2D-3D approach by converting a 2D brain image to a 3D fused image using a gradient of the image Learnable Weighted. By the 2D-to-3D conversion, the proposed model can easily forward the fused 3D image through a pre-trained 3D model while achieving better performance over different 3D  baselines. We used VGG16 for feature extraction in the implementation as it outperformed other 3D CNN backbones. We further showed that the weights of the slices are location-dependent, and the model performance relies on the 3D-to-2D fusion view, with the best outcomes from the coronal view. With the new approach, we increased the accuracy to 0.88, compared with conventional 3D CNNs, for classifying brain tumour images. The novel 2D-3D model may have profound implications for future timely BT diagnosis in clinical settings

    The Swin Transformer possess a hierarchical structure, a robust structure, and an efficient self-attention mechanism. This makes it superior in performance for a wide variety of artificial intelligence and machine training tasks. It has revolutionized the field of digital signal processing and its applications by creating vision in multiple fields. It uses non-overlapping windows which leads to creating a distinct perspective and understanding of the context of the digital signals. However, it possess a very complicated hierarchical structure an complexities together. By reducing calculations and complexities together. This will lead to robust performance that make it a powerful tool for a wide range of computer vision tasks. In this research, simplified symbol mixing methods were developed for coding structures similar to transformers, by forming various semantics in the text through linear mixing transformation and in combination with nonlinearity in the feed-forward layers. Hence, we were able to successfully propose a Swin Wavelet Transformer (SWT) model in which the self-attention sublayer was replaced by a Wavelet transform. In a second attempt, the wavelet transform was replaced by the multi-wavelet transform. These two proposed models are achieved a better performance from their FNets and BERT counterparts and are highly competitive with traditional and efficient transformers

    Simultaneous Determination of Iron and Copper in Aqueous Solution Using Spectrophotometry

    Iron and copper mixtures were quantitatively determined in aqueous solutions for the first time using the analytical method in this approach with the aid of T60U Spectrophotometer. The method is so simple, fast, economic, and can be carried out easily on a bench. The absorbencies for iron, copper and iron-copper mixtures in aqueous solution were measured using T60U adopted with UVWin6 software UV -VIS Spectrometer (pg instruments United Kingdom) by filling two 5 ml quartz cells of dimensions 1*1*5 cm, the first is filled with the blank solution which is a solution containing all the constituents of the sample except iron and copper and the other quartz cell is filled with the stock solution iron and/or copper under investigation. Absorbency of iron was determined by setting T60U spectrometer wavelength at 504 nm, meanwhile for copper absorbency measurements the apparatus is set at 304 nm. Iron, copper, and iron-copper mixture calibration curves were of very high accuracy with the least linear regression value of ≤ 1, i, e the measured data were of relative standard deviation value (RSD) of ≤ 1.5%

    Verifying The Association Between IL6 -174G/C Polymorphism in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

    Background : Diabetes mellitus, also known as blood sugar, is a series of metabolic disorders described by high blood glucose levels (hyperglycemia), low blood glucose (hypoglycemia), or both, resulting from defects in insulin production, insulin action, or both. Numerous studies have shown that interleukin (IL-6) acts on skeletal muscle cells , liver cells, and pancreas cells to influence glucose balance and metabolism, which directly or indirectly contributes to the development of diabetes. Research in this area is crucial because diabetes is recognized as a major risk factor for many diseases like Diabetic retinopathy, Diabetic nephropathy, Diabetic Neuropathy , heart disease and others.  Patients and methods : In this study, we tested three of genotypes GG; GC ; CC for IL6 -174G/C polymorphism to determine its association with type 2 diabetes and its effect on insulin. One hundred T2DM patients and 100 clinically healthy participants were enrolled in the study.  Results and Conclusion : Based on the results presented by the researcher, the three genetic polymorphisms GG, GC, and CC of the IL6-174G/C polymorphism did not appear to be associated with type 2 diabetes or determine the course of the disease. Given society’s demand for radical solutions and the necessity of reducing the increasing number of deaths every year, these findings underscore the need for continued research into understanding the complex interplay of factors that contribute to diabetes-related complications

    Integration Between Satellite Images and Spectral Analysis Using The ASD Device to Distinguish Wheat and Barley Plants

    The cultivation of wheat and barley crops is one of the most important crops cultivated in Iraq,  which contributes to the economic and social development in the country. Iraq seeks to adopt economic policies aimed at cultivating the two crops and undermining their import with the aim of self-sufficiency in them. The current study relied on studying the spatial distribution of the two crops in Nimrud sub-district and the possibility of distinguishing between them by  remote sensing data, where a landsat 8 images acquired on March 5, 2020 were used, then a digital processing was performed on them. The spectral signature of the two crops was measured, the NDVI was calculated, then the supervised classification was performed by (ILWIS) program. The results showed the appropriateness of choosing the satellite image in March, which is the season for planting these two crops, as they constitute the two main crops in this period before planting other summer agricultural crops, which helped in identifying and distinguishing the two crops. The results also showed that the wheat crop is predominantly cultivated in the region, with an area of (271,797) km2, while the area of land cultivated with barley was small, with an area of (7,303) km2
