GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PELAKSANAAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA
Abstract Implementing an independent curriculum in schools requires the right leadership style of the school principal to ensure its success. This research aims to analyze the leadership style of school principals in implementing the independent curriculum. The research method used is a case study of two schools that have successfully implemented the independent curriculum. The research results show that the school principal's leadership style that is effective in implementing the independent curriculum is a transformational leadership style. The principal inspires and motivates teachers to innovate in the learning process, empowers teachers to develop creativity, and encourages students' active participation in learning. Apart from that, the school principal also applies a participative leadership style by involving teachers, parents and other stakeholders in making decisions regarding the independent curriculum. The findings of this research can be a reference for school principals in developing an appropriate leadership style to support the successful implementation of the independent curriculum in schools.
 
PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN GURU EKSTRAKURIKULER DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN MINAT BAKAT SISWA
Penelitaian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dan guru ekstrakulikuler dalam meningkatkan bakat siswa di smp an-nizam medan. Adapun responden dari penelitian ini peneliti melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru ekstrakulikuler dan siswa SMP AN-NIZAM. Penelitian ini menggunankan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin di lembaga pendidikan harus dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan bakat siswa adalah dengan menyediakan fasilitas seperti gedung dan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk pengembangan bakat. Faktor-faktor pendukung untuk meningkatkan bakat siswa termasuk penyusunan program pengembangan minat dan bakat, fasilitas yang memadai, serta penunjukan guru pembina yang berpengalaman dan berdedikasi di SMP AN-NIZAM, kemudian guru ekstrakulikueler memberikan peran dalam mengembangkan minat bakat dengan mengimplementasikan program-program yang dibuat dan mengevaluasi program yang ada
ANALISIS KURIKULUM MERDEKA PADA MATA PELAJARAN FIQIH
The current curriculum changes, namely the implementation of the independent curriculum, have a positive or negative impact on the performance of teachers and students at school. The aim of this research is to analyze the Independent Curriculum in Class 7/VII Fiqh Subjects at the Mts N 3 Sleman Yogyakarta School. This type of research is a case study using methods, namely: interviews, observation and documentation, and also literature study. The results of this research show that Fiqh subject teachers have implemented independent curriculum programs well because they are in accordance with the curriculum used by the school. The obstacles faced by teachers lie in the incomplete facilities and infrastructure for carrying out optimal learning processes
EFEKTIVITAS METODE BAGHDADIYAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN ANAK DALAM MEMBACA AL-QUR'AN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas metode Baghdadiyah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur'an siswa di MTS Hidayatussalam Desa Bandar Khalipah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed methods) yang menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dalam pendekatan kuantitatif, desain quasi-experimental dengan pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk mengukur perubahan kemampuan siswa. Pendekatan kualitatif melibatkan observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, siswa, dan orang tua, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur'an siswa setelah penerapan metode Baghdadiyah. Data kuantitatif menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor pre-test dan post-test yang signifikan, sementara data kualitatif mengungkapkan bahwa siswa lebih termotivasi dan tertarik dalam belajar Al-Qur'an. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut metode ini termasuk pengemasan materi pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan penggunaan teknologi untuk mempermudah proses belajar. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Baghdadiyah dapat diadaptasi dan diterapkan secara efektif di madrasah lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Al-Qur'an di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode Baghdadiyah tidak hanya efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan teknis membaca dan menghafal Al-Qur'an, tetapi juga berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar siswa, memberikan kontribusi penting bagi praktik pendidikan Al-Qur'an di madrasah
KOMPERASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PERSPEKTIF THOMAS LICONA DAN BUYA HAMKA SERTA RELEVANSINYA DI ERA MODERN
Pendidikan sangat penting untuk diterapkan pada peserta didik karena karakter dan kepribadian yang kuat pada diri peserta didik akan berdampak pada masa depan bangsa, sehingga kualitas pendidikan karakter harus benar-benar diterapkan dalam segala kegiatan pendidikan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pandangan Thomas Lickona dan Buya Hamka tentang pendidikan karakter untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan, serta relevansi pemikiran Buya Hamka dan Thomas Lickona tentang pendidikan karakter di era modern. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deduksi. Menurut pandangan Thomas Lickona tentang pendidikan karakter, ada tiga komponen mendasar dalam pendidikan karakter: nowing the good, viling the good, action the good. Menurut Buya Hamka tentang pendidikan karakter yang ditulis dalam bukunya yang berjudul “Kepribadian Hebat”, Buya Hamka mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan karakter adalah upaya mengembangkan potensi-potensi dalam diri manusia berdasarkan nilai-nilai agama yang dirumuskan menjadi nilai-nilai universal bagi seluruh aktivitas manusia sebagai makhluk individu dan sosial.
METODE PENDIDIKAN RELASI GENDER DALAM KELUARGA NABI MUHAMMAD SAW
Inequality in gender relations in the family due to a lack of understanding of gender relations and wrong habits does not only give rise to cases of domestic violence (domestic violence). However, this inequality in relations has also given rise to the problem of a fatherless country, namely the lack of involvement of a father in educating children in the family, which has become a very serious threat. Therefore, this research aims to find patterns of gender relations in the family of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to become an example for human life in fostering gender relations in the family. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using library data sources through a descriptive analysis process. The results of this research found that there is a concept of gender relations education methods in the family of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which includes various methods, namely methods of service, independence, responsibility, deliberation, dialogue and listening.
 
PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN TALKING STICK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PAI KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR
This study aims to determine the effect of using the talking stick learning method on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. The research is a quantitative pre-experimental design. The design used is a type of One-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this article was 22 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 04 Tanjung Batu Ogan Ilir. The data collection technique used a multiple choice test of 20 pretest and posttest questions. Data information is processed using SPSS 23 data analysis techniques using the results of the t-test. The results of the study can be obtained and proven by calculating the pretest value received at 71.6364 and the posttest value with the average value of 85.5455. The normality test formula shows that the significance obtained by the pretest data is 0.292>0.05, and the importance obtained by the posttest information is 0.012>0.05, meaning that the pretest-posttest data of class V students are normally distributed. The results of data analysis show that the data obtained influence student learning outcomes before and after the application of existing methods in class V, getting significant results from existing tests, namely 0.000 <0.05, which means Ho is rejected while Ha is accepted
IMPLEMENTASI PROPHETIC LEADERSHIP DI ERA DIGITAL
In Islam, man is a leader. The true ideal leader has been illustrated by the Prophet Muhammad sollallohu alaihi walasalam as a perfect leadership with prophetic characteristics of sidiq, trust, tablig, and fatonah. Based on this, the study aims to uncover the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of prophetic leadership in Islamic educational institutions in the digital age. The research methods carried out in this research use library research through seven research steps including: 1) Determining research ideas; 2) Collecting information; 3) Strengthening Research focus 4) Classification of research sources; 5) Reading information sources; 6) Reviewing readings; and 7) Creating articles. The study concluded that the challenges of implementing prophetic leadership are Fast Change, Complex Communication, and Strong Competition. Besides, there are also opportunities to implement prophetic leadership, including: Advanced Technology, Easy Access to Information and High Flexibility
IMPLIKASI PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS HUMANISTIK PADA PADA PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM
Abstract
Learning carried out by an educator has certain characteristics so that teachers in packaging learning require skills and theories in learning so that reasoned learning can be accepted by students. The purpose of this study is to describe "How the Implications of Humanistic-based Learning can be applied to students in Islamic learning. This research method is to use library research that will be analyzed and concluded. Research data were obtained from book and journal records. The results of this study examine Combs' theory in the learning process and its implications in learning Islamic Religious Education. Combs theory is a theory of learning about humanizing humans. Learning will be meaningful for students if it has meaning for themselves. Therefore, teachers must be able to understand the behavior of students by understanding their world. If teachers want to change the behavior of their students, it is the teacher's job to try to change their views and beliefs. The results of the expected application of humanistic-based learning a teacher can appreciate the results of the learning side, meaning that a teacher can give awards to students who excel both in reward and with praise.

POLA KOMUNIKASI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN BELAJAR SISWA
Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui urgensi pola komunikasi guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman belajar siswa; (2) untuk mengetahui penerapan pola komunikasi guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan upaya meningkatkan pemahaman belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan lokasi penelitian di MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan melalui obeservasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilaksanakan dengan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penngambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pentingnya pola komunikasi guru pendidikan agama Islam merupakan kondisi masa lalu dimana belum ada respon yang baik dari siswa sehingga kegiatan belajar mengajar berjalan tidak dengan dua arah. (2) Penerapan pola komunikasi guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman belajar siswa menunjukkan bahwa proses komunikasi yang terbentuk di MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau adalah pola komunikasi model sirkuler bisa dilihat pada interaksi antara guru dengan siswa, guru dengan materi pembelajaran, serta siswa dengan materi pembelajaran
