The RASIONALISME HUKUM ISLAM PERPEKTIF IBNU RUSYD
Artikel ini membahas hukum islam kaitannya dengan rasionalisme menurut perspektif Ibnu Rusyd, rasionalis seringkali mencampuradukkan pemahaman antara nilai nilai agama kepercayaan dengan pemikiran akal rasional. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman rasionalaisme pada koridornya, antara ranah pokok ajaran agama Islam dan ranah rasional dalam berfikir, memberikan porsi, posisi dan kegunaan akal dan rasional pada tempatnya menurut perspektif Ibnu Rusyd. Metode penelitian ini mempergunakan deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan filosofis (philosophical approach) riset pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Ibn Rusyd berhasil memposisikan filsafat sebagai hal yang tidak terpisah dari agama, faktanya Ibnu Rusyd selalu mengunggulkan wahyu daripada filsafat dan rasionalisme, namun pada konsepnya logika juga harus digunakan sebagai dasar untuk semua penilaian kebenaran. Ini juga berlaku untuk studi agama dalam filsafat Ibnu Rusyd, bisa jadi: menemukan beberapa ciri-ciri rasionalisme dalam teologi Islam, yakni: (1) membantah fatalism pikiran dan kepercayaan; (2) menyatukan risalah (agama) dan rasio (filsafat); (3) mengedepankan pola/sistematika takwil untuk merampungkan berbagai masalah; (4) percaya pada keabadian akaluniversal (al-'ql al-fa'al). Kitab bidayat al-Mujtahid kaya Ibnu Rusyd merupakan kitab analisis ilmiah hukum Islam ynag dianggap sebagai karya representatif dari mazhab Maliki dan pemikirannya dalam filsafat, sehingga menjadi kekhasan pemikiran Ibnu Rusyd yaitu penggunaan ra'y dalam beristimbath hokum islam
MENELAAH GAGASAN AWAL TENTANG BELAJAR (EPISTEMOLOGI DAN TEORI BELAJAR PLATO & ARISTOTELES)
Abstrak
Dalam tataran makhluk hidup, manusia merupakan makhluk Tuhan paling sempurna yang dibekali akal dan pikiran. Dengan akal dan pikiran tersebut manusia dapat mempelajari hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kelangsungan hidupnya. Kemampuan manusia untuk belajar merupakan karakteristik utama yang membedakan manusia dengan makhluk hidup lainnya. Belajar menghasilkan keuntungan baik bagi individu sendiri maupun masyarakat. Bagi individu, kemampuan belajar secara terus-menerus akan meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya, sedangkan bagi masyarakat belajar berperan penting dalam mentransmisikan budaya dan pengetahuan dari satu generasi ke generasi berikutnya.
Saat memahami suatu pembelajaran, tentu akan muncul pertanyaan “apa yang mendasari atau yang menjadi gagasan dalam belajar?”, “bagaimana epistemologi gagasan awal dalam belajar?”, dan lain-lain. Dalam buku Theories of Learning, terdapat dua pandangan yang mendasari gagasan awal tentang belajar yaitu pandangan dari Plato dan Aristoteles. Kedua pandangan mengenai hakikat pengetahuan ini amat berperan penting dalam sejarah teori belajar dan pembelajaran. Yang mana tujuan dari mempelajari ide atau gagasan awal dalam pembelajaran ialah untuk mengetahui, memahami, dan mengimplementasikannya dalam kegiatan belajar.

Abstract
At the level of living beings, humans are God's most perfect creatures equipped with reason and thought. With reason and mind, humans can learn things related to their survival. The human ability to learn is the main characteristic that distinguishes humans from other living things. Learning generates benefits both for the individual himself and for society. For individuals, the ability to learn continuously will improve the quality of life, while for the community learning plays an important role in transmitting culture and knowledge from one generation to the next.
When understanding a lesson, of course there will be questions "what underlies or becomes the idea in learning?", "what is the epistemology of the initial idea in learning?", and others. In Theories of Learning, there are two views that underlie the initial ideas about learning, namely the views of Plato and Aristotle. These two views on the nature of knowledge have played an important role in the history of teaching and learning theory. Which is the purpose of studying the initial ideas or ideas in learning is to know, understand, and implement them in learning activities.

PERAN GURU DALAM MEMBENTUK SIKAP DISIPLIN BELAJAR SISWA DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH (MI) BADRUL MAULA
Pendidikan merupakan usaha atau proses yang ditujukan untuk membina kualitas sumber daya manusia seutuhnya agar ia dapat melakukan perannya dalam kehidupan secara fungsional dan optimal. Peran guru sangat berpengaruh dalam terciptanya karakter dan kepribadian peserta didik. Guru sebagai sosok utama dalam dunia pendidikan yang memiliki peran penting dalam mendidik serta membimbing peserta didik menjadi manusia yang cerdas dan mempunyai akhlak maupun karakter yang terpuji. Salah satu yang dapat dijadikan sebagai kunci untuk penanaman sikap disiplin belajar adalah peran guru, yaitu dengan kompetensi dan keterampilan yang dimiliki mereka untuk mengajak peserta didik menerapkan sikap disiplin. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis Peran Guru dalam membentuk sikap Disiplin belajar siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Badrul Maula Mojodungkol Suboh Situbondo, apa saja peran yang dijalankan, upaya yang dilakukan serta untuk mengetetahui secara lebih konkrit faktor-faktor yang mempegaruhi optimalisasi perkembangan sikap disiplin anak di madrasah. Diharapkan bisa menjadi bahan referensi serta evaluasi tentang membentuk sikap disiplin anak bagi guru dan ataupun bagi orang tua. Dalam rangka mendapatkan data dari hasil penelitian, dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis studi kasus. Tekhnik pengambilan data dengan tekhnik snawball sampling.sumber data yang digunakan ialah primer dan sekunder. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi.. Sedangkan tekhnik analisis data menggunakan model Miles Huberman yaitu meliputi reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru dalam membentuk Disiplin Belajar siswa di MI Badrul Maula Suboh Situbondo adalah guru sebagai tauladan, pendidik,,inisiator, evaluator dan pembimbing. Para guru berupaya dalam membentuk sikap disiplin siswa adalah dengan menggunakan metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, ceramah dan simulasi. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi guru, untuk dapat berperan sebagai suri tauladan yang baik, untuk memberikan bimbingan dan pengawasan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa
PERAN SERTA ORANG TUA DALAM MEMBINA KARAKTER ANAK BERHADAPAN DENGAN HUKUM (ABH)
Children are part of their parents' generation, society and also the country. So children play an important role in developing their environment, their families, society and the country. In this way, we need to develop the character of these children so that children do not make mistakes in their steps and when children make mistakes in socializing and are influenced by the surrounding environment, parents of course still strive to ensure that their children's character can be developed to be good or better. Scientific work examines the role of parents in developing character in dealing with the law. This study uses qualitative research using interview data collection tools and carrying out observations. In the study, it is discussed that parents have a role in developing the character of their children starting from an early age, because this child is a trust, entrusted and this child is also a source of comfort for the parents, in fact this child is also a test for the parents
PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM MELALUI PENDEKATAN REKONTRUKSI SOSIAL
Changes in curriculum development are always undergoing improvements and updates in line with the times. As a basis for actualizing education, the curriculum does not only focus on knowledge and skills but other important aspects such as interactions between individuals and the social environment. This study aims to analyze the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum through a social reconstruction approach. The method used is qualitative with the type of library research. The results of the study show that social reconstruction as an approach in the Islamic religious education curriculum has the view that humans always need interaction in solving problems in their lives. Thus, the role of the social reconstruction approach in curriculum development is urgently needed to deal with the problems faced by society. Education will be directed to be cooperative, collaborative, and closer to their environment, to be able to prepare potential students and be ready to accept all changes that occur in the future
STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN ACTIVE LEARNING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMEMPUAN MEMBACA AL QUR'AN PADA ANAK USIA DINI
Early childhood development and growth occur from birth to age six, an expeditious period in a child's development. Reading from the Qur'an is one of many learning activities that should be harmonized with a child's growth and development process to provide guidance and direction. It is our duty as educators to assist in teaching children about religion. The teacher's capacity to select strategies appropriate for early childhood is required to facilitate the teaching of learning to students. Since early childhood is characterized by being active, active learning is a suitable learning strategy. This study aimed to ascertain whether active learning increased children's capacity to read the Qur'an. This kind of study is called classroom action research, and it consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and observation, as well as reflection. In this study, observation and interviews were the primary data collection methods. The outcomes of this class action study from cycles one to three can be excellent and efficient. Active learning is being used to implement research at a steadily increasing rate throughout each process. Enhancing early childhood's capacity for meeting expectations and developing exceptionally well in the first cycle improved to 67.78% in cycle 2, 77.78% in cycle 2, and 86.67% in cycle 3. Therefore, active learning can enhance young children's capacity to read the Qur'an at Tahfidz Al Fatih Bondowoso Kindergarten
UPAYA GURU AL-QURAN HADIST DALAM MENINGKATKAN HAFALAN HADIST SISWA
, This study aims to determine the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving students' Hadith memorization and to find out what factors influence and the solutions used by Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers for class VII students at MTs Muhammadiyah Jumantono Karanganyar. This study used a qualitative method, the researcher conducted direct research on class VII students at MTs Muhammadiyah Jumantono Karanganyar. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. Meanwhile, in the data analysis, the writer used a qualitative descriptive technique with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1) The efforts made by Al-Qur'an teachers in improving students' memorization of hadiths by using the talqin method, tikrar method and muraja'ah method. While the tools used are textbooks, LCD projectors, markers and blackboards, and speakers. 2) Supporting factors in increasing hadith memorization, namely: the influence of the environment, teachers and family. While the inhibiting factors in increasing students' memorization of hadiths are: insufficient time allocation, lack of respect for time, and frequent forgetting. While the solutions used by Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in increasing students' memorization of hadiths are: teacher motivation attention, giving rewards, and giving reprimands.

PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS MULTIKULTURAL PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MEMBANGUN KERJASAMA
This study aims to describe and analyze how the planning, implementation, supporting factors and inhibiting factors and evaluation of multicultural-based education. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate: 1) Planning in multicultural-based education to create peaceful cooperation "is under each religion, and there is no presumption of unfair treatment of non-Muslim students. So SMK Negeri 3 Seluma, as conveyed by the PAI teacher, states that the school is very supportive of all extra-religious activities for each of their respective religions." 2) educators must be swift and adept in carrying out teaching and learning activities. Especially in schools with many different beliefs, ethnicities, cultures and customs. 3) Supporting Factors The existence of sophisticated IT assistance will make them more interested in learning and honing their abilities, and they must be able to understand the child's character while Inhibiting factors or obstacles encountered in carrying out an activity. There are many "differences in the character of children, whether it is the nature or behaviour of diverse students, idealism between each religion, environmental factors that vary from ethnicity, culture and religion." 4) Implemented tentatively; if problems are found during implementation, they will find solutions and solutions immediately
IMPLIKASI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER ISLAM SISWA
Abstract This study aims to determine the implications of Islamic character education through extracurriculars in MTs Alkhairaat Sakita. The method used is qualitative through observations in the school. The result of the research is that there are implications of extracurricular activities on the character education of students in MTs Alkhairaat Sakita. Extracurricular activities at the school consist of Pengajian or Yasinan, Hadrah, Pencak Silat, and Scouting. This activity has a positive impact physically and spiritually. Students can practice Islamic teachings, implement Islamic educational values into everyday life, form the personality character of students who are human kamil. IMPLEMENTING QUANTUM LEARNING BASED ON GROUP LEARNING IN IMPROVING EARLY CHILDHOOD LEARNING OUTCOMES
Education is a method of acquiring knowledge in infancy. Early infancy is a beautiful age for the continuity of child growth and development that can never be replicated. Therefore, this growth and development process requires an educator's direction and guidance. One way an educator can aid in the growth and development of early childhood is by selecting models and learning strategies appropriate to students' talents, interests, and characteristics. A suitable learning model for early childhood is the quantum learning model, which employs group learning so that students complement and help each other in supporting aspects of child development. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of group learning-based quantum learning in improving early childhood learning outcomes. The research method was descriptive and qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results were quite positive; learning activities were designed to be conducive and pleasurable so that children would be inspired to participate in learning at all times. This was characterized by an increase in the percentage of very well-developed children, reaching 38.89% from only 5.56% previously, developing as expected, coming to 44.44% from the initial percentage of 16.67, while the percentage of children starting to develop could be reduced from 44.44% to 11.11%. Undeveloped children decreased from 33.33% to 5.56%. As a result, it can be concluded that the implementation of group learning-based quantum learning is very suitable for early childhood in Pancasila Tamanan Kindergarten, as it can increase enthusiasm, a sense of excitement, motivation, interest, cooperation, mutual assistance, and respect, and can support the improvement of student learning outcomes
