PENGARUH METODE TALAQQI TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN TAHFIDZUL QUR’AN
Talaqqi method is considered as a factor that causes good learning achievement in tahfidzul qur'an
subjects of class VIII students. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out how strong the influence of the Talaqqi Method is on the Learning Achievement of Tahfidzul Qur'an Subjects. This research uses quantitative research. The sample selected was 55 students of class VIII of Al-Falaah Simo Integrated Islamic Junior High School. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to students and documentation, Analysis techniques for validity tests using Product Moment, reliability tests using Alpha Cronbach, normality tests using Kolomogorov-Semirnov, linearity tests by comparing the probability value of sig deviation linearity and testing the significance of the correlation coefficient using product moment. These tests are assisted using the SPSS application. The results showed that the talaqqi method was categorized as high or reached 75,53 and the learning achievement of tahfidzul qur'an subjects was in the high category or reached 85,29. The existence of a positive and significant influence between the Talaqqi Method and the Learning Achievement of Tahfidzul Qur'an Subjects is evidenced by hypothesis testing using the product moment correlation formula with the result of 0.86. While the R table at a significant level of 95% is 0.266
UPAYA GURU TAHFIDZ DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENGHAFAL AL-QUR’AN
The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the efforts of tahfidz teachers in improving students' Qur'an memorization skills, 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by tahfidz teachers in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an in grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results of research on the efforts of tahfidz teachers in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an in grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo are as follows: 1) Targeting student memorization, giving consequences and rewards to students. The supporting factors in improving students' memorization of the Qur'an, namely: 2) The use of Qur'an blocks to make it easier for students to memorize, habituation to students to listen to the Qur'an murottal every morning, accustom students to muroja'ah together in the morning before the start of KBM and in the afternoon before school, holding tahsin lessons for all students, increasing tahfidz teachers. As for the inhibiting factors, among others: The decline in students' enthusiasm to memorize the Qur'an, the ability or intelligence of different students, still not fluent in reading the Qur'an students, and students still find it difficult to pronounce makhorijul letters
MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI MELALUI PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK DENGAN MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING
Dalam lembaga pendidikan perlu diadakan peningkatan dan penyempurnaan mutu pendidikan salah satunya dengan melalui model pembelajaran yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran, hingga terwujudnya kesatuan dan persatuan bangsa. Peran guru merupakan komponen utama yang sangat penting, yaitu peran guru sebagai sumber edukatif yang utama tidak akan pernah tergantikan, walaupun perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, terutama teknologi pembelajaran melalui perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Adapun salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan agama Islam melalui pembelajaran eksploratif adalah model pembelajaran yang menekankan pada pemahaman materi pembelajaran dengan melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu dengan menemukan sendiri, dengan terlibat dalam pemecahan masalah, dan selanjutnya dengan hasil. Dalam mendapatkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Klego adalah sebagai motivator agar dapat memotivator siswa yang kurang aktif dalam proses belajar. model pembelajaran berbasis kelompok mengeksplorasi kemampuan siswa untuk menemukan ide-ide baru dari yang diamati dan guru mengkomunikasikan pembelajaran dari hasil diskusi seluruh kelompok serta dilengkapi dengan penjelasan guru, maka dengan itu siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang luas tidak lewat dari guru, tetapi juga dari teman dengan model discovery learning
MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MENGGUNAKAN STRATEGI INQUIRY
In learning, appropriate methods are needed to convey material so that students more easily understand and digest the material presented, which will basically improve student learning outcomes. Not only in the teaching and learning process, a teacher also acts as a facilitator, mediator and motivator for students. Expertise is needed in guiding, developing and managing learning activities so as to create effective and efficient teaching and learning activities. To achieve learning success, learning strategies are needed that are appropriate to the material and student characteristics. In learning science, not only mastery of knowledge, but also requires concepts and facts and principles which are a process of discovery. This study aims to find out the results of learning before and after using the inquiry strategy in science subjects with environmental change material and implementing inquiry strategies in science subjects with environmental change material. This type of research is class action research with class IV A research subjects consisting of 24 students and the instruments used are tests, observation/observation and documentation. Data collection techniques with student and teacher observation sheets. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, and data presentation. The results of this study were that during the pre-cycle of the 24 students the pre-cycle mastery level was only 41.66%. At the time of the implementation of Cycle I, it was given in the form of learning using strategies, it was known that student learning outcomes in cycle I on science subject matter had increased compared to the results of the pre test. However, the written test results have not reached completeness and are still relatively low with an average of 66.66%. And in Cycle II it increased by an average of 83.33%
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA OPERATOR SMK
Sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) membutuhkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang mampu mengelola, menetapkan kebijakan, bekerjasama dengan mitra yaitu dunia usaha, industri, dunia kerja (DUDIKA), menjalin hubungan dan kesepadanan (Link and Match), guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Pada pengelolaan sekolah, operator dapodik memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membantu kepala sekolah dibidang manajemen data pokok pendidikan, bahkan dapodik diibaratkan sebagai jantung dari sekolah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan seorang operator yang memiliki kompetensi mengelola data, motivasi tinggi, dan mental yang tangguh dalam bekerja. Karakteristik operator tersebut diduga akan terwujud apabila diimbangi dengan kompensasi yang layak dari pihak sekolah. Penelitian’ini bertujuan untuk mencari besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasiiterhadap motivasi kerja operator dapodik SMK di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang sebanyak 36 operator. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 39,7% secara simultan berpengaruh kepemimpinan-dan-kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja operator.. Berdasarkan-hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan .kepala sekolah dan kompensasi yang layak mempengaruhi motivasi kerja operator
Implementasi Kurikulum Berbasis Religious Culture Di MIN 1 Malang
Kurikulum tidak hanya menciptakan peserta didik yang pintar dalam segi pengetahuannya saja, melainkan juga sikap spiritualitas yang tinggi pula. Oleh karena, hal tersebut maka implementasi kurikulum berbasis religious culture ini sangat diperlukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengimplementasian kurikulum berbasis religious culture di MIN 1 Malang, jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, pengalaman saat menjadi mahasiswa PKL di MIN 1 Malang dan dilengkapi dengan literatur kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum berbasis religious culture di MIN 1 Malang sangat baik, mereka tidak hanya menerapkan secara teori akan tetapi mempraktekkan secara langsung di dalam sekolah, seperti menerapkan sholat dhuha sebelum masuk kelas, membaca do’a, program tahfizul Qur’an, menerapkan 3S (salam, senyum, sapa) dan tidak hanya itu pendidik juga menghubungkan berbagai mata pelajaran dengan keagamaan yang dapat menanamkan pribadi mahasiswa menjadi peserta didik yang memiliki karakter spiritual yang tinggi dan berpegang teguh prinsip agama
PEMBELAJARAN TAHSIN AL-QUR’AN DENGAN BERSERTIFIKASI METODE UMMI MELALUI PROGRAM SEKOLAH GURU NGAJI
This research aims to describe learning Al-Qur'an tahsin using certification from the Ummi method through the Koran teacher school program and to describe the obstacles and solutions in learning Al-Qur'an tahsin using Ummi method certification through the Koran teacher school program. This research uses a qualitative approach with data presented descriptively. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The primary data source (main informant) in this research was interviews with Ustadz Dhohir Subagyo director of the Foundation and Ustadzah Dina Indriyanti, one of the coordinators of the Teacher Ngaji Berdaya Foundation (GNB). The results of this research are that learning tahsin using the Ummi method through the Koran teacher school program organized by the Klaten City GNB Foundation is running well and has produced several Koran teachers or Al-Qur'an teachers as participants in this program who have graduated and are certified by the Ummi method.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an dengan bersertfikasi metode Ummi melalui program sekolah guru ngaji serta untuk mendeskripsikan hambatan dan solusi dalam pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an dengan bersertfikasi metode Ummi melalui program sekolah guru ngaji. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan data disajikan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer (informan utama) pada penelitian ini melalui wawancara dengan Ustadz Dhohir Subagyo selaku direktur Yayasan dan Ustadzah Dina Indriyanti salah satu koordinator dari Yayasan Guru Ngaji Berdaya (GNB). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam pembelajaran tahsin dengan metode Ummi melalui program sekolah guru ngaji yang diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan GNB kota Klaten berjalan dengan baik dan telah melahirkan beberapa guru ngaji atau guru Al-Qur’an sebagai peserta dalam program ini lulus dan bersertifikasi metode Ummi
EFEKTIVITAS DAN PERAN GURU PAI DALAM KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DI SMP NEGERI 1 GAMPING
Abstract Curriculum is the heart of education. The curriculum must continue to adapt to the times and also technology. The "Freedom to Learn" curriculum leads to ideal education, education that is ready to create and collaborate with various aspects. This type of research is qualitative research. The subject of the research was PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Gamping. The technique used in determining the subject of research is purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The results of the study show that the basic concept of an independent curriculum is to develop a curriculum that is better prepared in facing the advances in the technological era using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) methods or learning strategies. The independent curriculum is in practice, that is, there are hours of learning projects that are carried out with other subjects to produce a work that has something to do with the Pancasila religion which upholds religious values. The independent curriculum uses a dedicated team within the school to determine the project agenda. Teachers can act as facilitators in learning-based projects that are expected to be able to make a valuable contribution to science, develop soul collaboration and also eliminate gaps in skill specifications. Teachers in increasing effectiveness can develop components whose goal is to answer the wishes of the nation who want the next generation of the nation to continue to prioritize Pancasila values. Meanwhile, there are additional Material Development related to the conditions that occur with the development of science and technology. The teacher's role in the learning process includes being a facilitator, mobilizer, and also having learning strategies and methods that can adapt to student development, infrastructure facilities and also scientific diversity that can be collaborated for example in funeral prayers there is a social dimension (morals) and also jurisprudence.
 
THE PORTRAIT OF CONSERVATIVE INDONESIAN MUSLIM RELIGION IN THE MILLENNIAL ERA
The aim of this reaserch was to know the moderate values in Islam and straightening out people's perceptions of conservative Muslims. This research analyzes the interpretation of Shaikh Abdurrahman bin Nashir As-Sa'di in a verse that discusses religious moderation, and knows the reflection of its application to the Salafi Muslim community of Medan City. In this study, the author using the maudhui method in analyzing verses of the Qur'an, as well as used a qualitative-descriptive approach method by describing it in the form of words and language. The results showed that Islam does not invite its people to commit violence, extremes and exaggerations in religion. Salafi Muslims in Medan apply moderate values by prioritizing ukhrawi affairs but do not ignore worldly matters, respect differences, do not force opinions, but there is a bias in behavior in society
EVALUASI TAHAP DAMPAK PELATIHAN BAITUL ARQAM DALAM PEMBINAAN KOMPETENSI SOSIAL GURU SMA MUHAMMADIYAH DI KOTA PALEMBANG
Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah evaluasi dampak pelatihan Baitul Arqam dalam
pembinaan kompetensi sosial guru SMA Muhammadiyah di kota Palembang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pelatihan Baitul Arqam terhadap kompetensi sosial guru. Penelitian ini
termasuk jenis penelitian evaluasi Metode penelitian menggunakan metode mixed methods (penelitian
gabungan) yaitu metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan
interview sebagai alat pengumpul data utama, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data diambil dari 2 sekolah yaitu
SMA Muhammadiyah 1 dan SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang.Hasil penelitian ini dapat merumuskan
bahwa evaluasi pada tahap dampak pelatihan Baitul Arqam terhadap kompetensi sosial guru menunjukkan
hasil yang baik sekali dengan nilai rata-rata 4,51. Artinya pelatihan memberikan dampak positif kepada
peserta diklat dalam peningkatan kompetensi sosial guru
