The purpose of this study is (1) analyzing the roles of men and women in Genesis 1-3, (2) identifying and analyzing the roles of men and women in the family in the Church (3) analyzing and describing the pastoral church about the role of men and women in the family of the Church. This research is a qualitative study, with a socio-historical analysis to analyze the text of Genesis 1-3, at the Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa (GMIM) of the Jerusalem Paal Dua Church in Manado in 2018.
Data is collected through interpretation, observation, interview and documentation study. From the results of the analysis and interpretation of the data obtained an indication that: (1) the roles of men and women in Genesis 1-3 are not equal, where men are still higher, according to the context in the agrarian society at that time (2) the role of men men and women in the family even though it is in the context of a networked society but still unequal, where men are still higher as in an agrarian society because the congregation still reads the Bible without knowing the context of writing (3) the Church still has not seen the role of men and women who equivalent as something important in pastoral care because it indirectly still preserves patriarchal views as in agrarian societies.
From these findings it is recommended that (1) the congregation read the Bible according to the context because even though the message of the Word of God remains the same but the context and readers change (2) the church in pastoral ministry is advised to teach the congregation to read the Bible according to context, not to be constrained by the context at the time of writing The Bible but teaches the liberating Word of God and dynamic faith

PENGARUH PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN AIRMADIDI
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Airmadidi, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 92 orang guru, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pengaruh dari pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,157; pengaruh dari iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,209; dan pengaruh pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,349. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Airmadidi, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, perlu mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan dan penciptaan iklim organisasi sekolah yang kondusif

The notion that pastoral theology is less intellectual than biblical, systematic and historical theology is also considered only as applied theology makes theology often overlooked. Efforts to make pastoral theology a branch of theology parallel to each other, require a long struggle by European and American pastoral theologians. The long struggle that produced positive results also felt its impact in the development of pastoral theology in Indonesia. However, the concept of pastoral theology developed in the Western world and then brought to Indonesia influenced the concept of Indonesian pastoral theology. The style and color of Western pastoral theology is still very thick, because it needs to be contextualized according to the conditions of Indonesian society. Western pastoral theology is thick with its individualism, while the Indonesian context is very diverse. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of church music for character education and church mission bearers precisely at Bethany Indonesia Church (GBI) Melauana Prayer Tower Church, Talaud Regency. From the results of the research exposure presented in the previous chapter, it can be concluded as a whole as follows: Church music has a good role in the context of the church's character education, this can occur because in the context of character education there are several understandings that the congregation should understand, namely; (1) Understanding music from the texts of the songs, (2) Understanding musicality, (3) Understanding theologically, and (4) Animation of music. Church music has a good role to play in the mission of the church. Every church must have its own mission. How to get the congregation involved in the mission of the church, namely by implementing any music sung (songs and songs) so that the music also lives in the soul of the congregation. Song texts that encourage the mission to be accompanied by musical understanding by singing it aesthetically good and theological understanding, the soul of a missionary from the congregation will appear, because the congregation first experience what is the prayer in the songs

Get PDFPerkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi mengharuskan guru melakukan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain dapat mempercepat pemahaman siswa terhadap materi tetapi juga berdampak pada kemampuan komunikasi siswa saat pembelajaran. Digital storytelling merupakan salah satu inovasi dan terobosan dalam media pembelajaran yang dapat merangsang pengetahuan dan kemampuan komunikasi siswa, dalam hal ini pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK). Pemahaman materi dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dapat membantu pengembangan karakter anak baik dalam pembelajaran di kelas maupun aktivitas sehari-hari. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mempercepat pemahaman materi agar dapat membantu pembentukan karakter siswa dan menambah kemampuan guru dalam menyajikan materi yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif. Kegiatan ini diterapkan pada siswa-siswi kelas lima Sekolah Dasar, yang dilaksanakan di SD GMIM 1 Tomohon. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi siswa. Siswa mampu menyampaikan pendapat, bertanya dan menceritakan kembali cerita Alkitab yang ditayangkan lewat digital storytelling dengan kreatif dan percaya diri.
