Get PDFThis study aims to examine perspective of Christian leadership on the role of principals in school-based management. By using qualitative literature research methods and the source of the data is secondary data, this research is done by data analyzing, classifying and organizing the data that is sorted for later presented and concluded. Data acquisition contains the concepts of Christian leadership, school-based management implementation, and the role of the principal in school-based management. The results of the literature review are (1) theoretically, the principal requirements of Christian leadership's vocation, where according to the qualifications and competencies a person has can be determined to be the school leader, (2) practically, above theory's conformity is not intensive applied to every task and role elements, attitudes and behaviors, as well as the principal's competence. (3) the inhibiting factor of the principal's role is not in line with Christian leadership is due to work orientation that is too broad, but does not equip themselves, while the supporters are activities in the form of training, direction, and competency development that focus on the overall task and function in educational leadership

Get PDFArtur Schopenhauer lebih dikenal sebagai filsuf pesimis karena pandangan-pandangan filosofisnya dipenuhi oleh nuansa penderitaan yang berkesinambungan. Penderitaan ini disebabkan dunia dan segala isinya dikendalikan oleh suatu energi besar tak terkendalikan, yang oleh Schopenhauer disebut sebagai “Kehendak” atau Will. Kehendak ini memerangkap dan menyetir benda dan makhluk hidup dalam eksistensinya hingga mereka tak mampu melawannya.
Dalam berfilsafat Schopenhauer dipengaruhi oleh Plato, Kant dan Budha. Pada Plato, Schopenhauer meminjam gagasan ide; pada Kant, ia menyoroti filsafat transendental dan mengadopsi gagasan fenomena dan nomena yang sekaligus disangkalinya; pada agama Budha, ajaran pengendalian dan pemusnahan nafsu untuk mencapai ketenangan dan kedamaian abadi (nirwana) diadopsi oleh Schopenhauer dengan sudut pandang agak berbeda. Walaupun kehidupan pribadinya sangat unik, eksentrik dan kontroversial, Artur Schopenhauer dimasukkan sebagai filsuf besar sepanjang jaman. Gagasan Schopenhauer sangat mempengaruhi filsuf, komposer dan sastrawan besar khususnya pada akhir abad ke-19 dan awal abad ke-20: Nietzsche, Wagner, Brahms, Freud, Wittgenstein, Horkheimer, Hardy, Mann, Rilke, Proust, Tolstoy, Borges, Mahler, Langer, Schoenberg, dll.
Selain berteori, Schopenhauer juga menawarkan jalan keluar kepada manusia untuk lepas dari tirani Kehendak yang mengukunginya, yaitu dengan cara estetis dan etis. Cara estetis sifatnya temporer, sedangkan cara etis lebih permanen. Salah satu cara estetis ialah dengan mendengarkan musik. Musik dikategorikan sebagai seni dengan derajad paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan jenis seni yang lain. Get PDFThis study aims to describe the creativity of PAK teachers at SMTK Baitani Pulutan, Pulutan district, Talaud Regency in increasing students' interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, the inhibiting factors faced, and efforts to overcome them. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data obtained comes from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study include three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions The results of this study show that: 1) The creativity carried out by PAK teachers in increasing student interest in learning, namely related to the use of learning media, applying teaching strategies by explaining lessons first and then giving assignments, as well as showing videos related to the material presented; 2) Factors inhibiting the creativity of PAK teachers in increasing interest in learning, namely the lack of school facilities such as LCD learning media, the pandemic situation that does not allow carrying out discussions or study groups, the lack of seriousness of learning from students, and also the absence of efforts from teachers to be more creative in increasing student interest in learning; 3) PAK teachers are looking for other fun creative media that can be used such as pictures, posters, videos, and also PAK teachers teaching outdoors. Salah satunya adalah perubahan model pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Festival Musik Kampus Virtual yang di selenggarakan di IAKN Manado oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Musik Gereja semester lima tahun akademik 2020/2021 menjadi menarik untuk teliti bagaimana pengelolaan kegiatan tersebut dilakukan ditengah-tengah situasi masa kebiasaan adaptasi baru saat ini. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dirumuskan permasalahan penelitian yaitu; 1) Bagaimana pengelolaan Festival Musik Kampus Virtual di IAKN Manado 2) Apa kekurangan dan kelebihan pengelolaan Festival Musik Kampus Virtual di Iakn Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengelolaan yang digunakan menggunakan metode blended methode. Proses pengelolaan mengacu pada POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling). Kekurangan pada pengelolaannyan adalah keterbatasan pengelola dalam menguasai teknologi digital virtual membuat proses kerja tidak berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan, efesiensi waktu juga berkurang. Namun kelebihan pada pengelolaan ini adalah lebih mudah menjangkau masyarakat penonton, dan menghemat biaya produksi

Melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Etnomusikologi lebih khusus sejarah yang menyangkut: latar belakang kontekstual yg mempengaruhi lahirnya, agen yg berperan, kapan dan di mana terjadinya, serta pendekatan musikologi dalam hal ini bukti organologis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ansambel Musik Kolintang kayu Minahasa terjadi melalui proses transmutasi yg dibuat oleh Lodewijk Supit Kaligis dari musik asal yakni genre Musik Keroncong Portugis pada masa pendudukan Jepang di Minahasa
