Hubungan Antara Dukungan Sosial Teman Sebaya Dan Prokrastinasi Akademik Pada Mahasiswa
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan prokrastinasi akademik di kalangan mahasiswa. Desain yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan 67 mahasiswa Papua anggota HIMPPAR sebagai partisipan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Tuckman’s Procrastination Scale (TPS) dan Interpersonal Support Evaluation List (ISEL) yang telah diterjemahkan. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan prokrastinasi akademik adalah sebesar -0,131 (p>0.05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan negatif yang tidak signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa Papua. Implikasi penelitian untuk mahasiswa adalah pentingnya peningkatan kualitas dukungan sosial agar mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik

Get PDFProgram tiga malam dilaksanakan dalam rangka memperlengkapi pelayanan khususnya bagi keluarga yang berduka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan manajemen pelaksanaan program tiga malam pada masa pandemic di Kelurahan Pinaras dan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan apa saja factor yang menghambat manajemen pelaksanaan program tiga malam pada masa pandemic covid 19 di Kelurahan Pinaras. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakkan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Setelah data penelitian didapatkan dilakukan analisis untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Manajemen pelaksanaan program tiga malam pada masa pandemic tidak dilaksanakan lagi rekreasi karena adanya pembatasan waktu ibadah dan adanya prokes yang mengharuskan untuk menjaga jarak, memakai masker. Factor yang menunjang terlaksanannya program tiga malam yaitu kehadiran pemimpin ibadah, remaja dan pemuda, pelaksanaan ibadah yang harus lebih efektif dan tepat waktu, dan koordinasi antara komisi pemuda dan remaja. Untuk itu, program tiga malam harus terus dilaksanakan demi menjaga tradisi yang baik dan memberikan penghiburan bagi keluarga terlebih membuat pemuda dan remaja tetap aktif dalam pelayanan
Pendidikan Karakter Anak Usia Dini Berbasis Raputallang
Get PDFThis paper talks about the meaning of the philosophy of raputallang as a concept in early childhood character education for Toraja people. When children enter the phase of self-discovery, they will do a lot of new things in their lives. In order for children to stay on the right track in their search for identity, it is necessary to equip children with good character to help them avoid the wrong path. Through a qualitative approach and literature study, this paper seeks to explore how the concept of raputallang which contains positive values, such as being able to solve problems, introspect themselves, build good relationships, and become social control in their environment, will make children have good character in living their lives. With parents who are the first agents in giving this concept to children, children can get provisions in living their lives well. This will help children avoid negative things in the search for their identity.
Tulisan ini berbicara tentang makna falsafah raputallang sebagai konsep dalam pendidikan karakter anak usia dini bagi orang Toraja. Ketika anak masuk pada fase pencarian jati diri, maka mereka akan banyak melakukan hal-hal baru dalam hidupnya. Agar anak tetap berada pada jalur yang benar dalam pencarian jati diri tersebut, maka perlu membekali anak karakter yang baik guna membantu mereka dalam menghindari jalan yang keliru. Lewat pendekatan kualitatif dan studi pustaka, tulisan ini berupaya mengupas bagaimana konsep raputallang yang mengandung nilai-nilai positif, seperti bisa menyelsaikan masalah, mengintropeksi diri, membangun relasi yang baik, dan menjadi kontrol sosial pada lingkungannya, akan menjadikan anak berkarakter baik dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Dengan orang tua yang menjadi agen pertama dalam memberikan konsep ini kepada anak, maka anak bisa mendapatkan bekal dalam menjalani kehidupannya secara baik. Strategi Pendekatan Pelayanan Kontekstual Kepada Suku Bajo Penganut Kepercayaan Animisme Berdasarkan
Get PDFIndonesia is a country that has a very religious cultural tribe. This diversity can also be seen from the beliefs of the existing tribes. One of the existing beliefs is animism. The tribe that still has animist beliefs is the Bajo tribe in Gorontalo, North Sulawesi. Evangelistic services are urgently needed for the Bajo tribe. An effective service in reaching out to tribal communities that are thick with local beliefs and culture is contextual service. This paper is presented to explain the strategy of a contextual service approach to the Bajo tribe as adherents of animist beliefs. The author uses the method used in this study is a qualitative research method by conducting a literature study approach. The text on which the author used to build the foundation of the theory is Acts 17:16-34. From the results of the study of the text, the author found a contextual service approach strategy for the Bajo people, namely by knowing the local situation carefully, respecting the beliefs adopted by the local community, using reasoning as a common foothold, and utilizing the teachings and paradigms of the local community to convey the gospel

Successful mentoring will produce future leaders who are trained and ready to serve in various church ministries in the future. The purpose of this research is to provide an understanding for pastors on how to mentor youth, teach and motivate youth to serve, thus encouraging pastors to be more effective in carrying out their pastoral duties, bringing youth to understand God's calling for all believers. This research used a correlational method. Based on the data analysis conducted, it is concluded that the mentoring carried out by the pastor has a strong relationship with the involvement of youth in the ministry, because with mentoring that is done well by the pastor, it will have an impact on the progress of the ministry and the increase in youth who are involved in the ministry

University plays a role in shaping the character of students with the aim of preparing students to enter work place and a better future. However, the problem is that not all universities pay serious attention to build the character of students because it is the responsibility of parents; university have no interest in the formation of student character; and limitations of character building methods. This study aims to offer thoughts on the role of university in shaping the character of Christian students through community service based on reflective pedagogy. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. The results of this study are the role of university in shaping the character of students through community service based on reflective pedagogy.

Abstrak
Perguruan tinggi berperan dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa dengan tujuan mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan masa depan yang lebih baik. Akan tetapi masalahnya adalah belum semua perguruan tinggi memberi perhatian serius pada pembentukan karakter mahasiswa karena pembentukan karakter adalah tanggung jawab orang tua; perguruan tinggi tidak berkepentingan dalam pembentukan karakter mahasiswa; dan keterbatasan metode pembentukan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan pemikiran tentang peran perguruan tinggi dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa Kristen melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis pedagogi reflektif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran perguruan tinggi dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis pedagogi reflektif.

No full textThis article is a systematic-doctrinal study of Biblical and holistic Mission and Mission Theology. This includes a study of the doctrines of the complete nature of God, the whole creation, the whole human being, the complete salvation and the whole ministry as well as the biblical doctrine of the Kingdom of God and its comprehensive scope. The results of this study confirm that there is no substantial separation between the sacred or sacred with the secular or profane, even between personal and social elements. In the Bible, mission includes both spiritual and material elements, and is manifested in the totality of harmony between God, humans and all creation in a holistic manner. Mission consists of ministries of evangelism and humanization, internal conversion and restoration of social situations and conditions, vertical faith and horizontal love. The Bible teaches that the problem of sin is not only the problem of the individual human being that has been corrupted but also the problem of the system or structure that has been corrupted. In the end, it will be recommended a doctrine of a holistic ministry for church that touches all elements of humanity, spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, and social and restores all creation, namely the earth which belongs to God in the Lord Jesus Christ, the redeemer and the great restorer.
