Get PDFKrisis lingkungan hidup merupakan isu global yang mendesak untuk diatasi karena aktivitas manusia yang tidak berkelanjutan telah menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan yang signifikan. Gereja, sebagai lembaga sosial dan spiritual, memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan tanggung jawab anggota jemaat terhadap perlindungan lingkungan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada upaya meningkatkan kesadaran di kalangan jemaat Jemaat GKII Hebron Sungai Bakah di Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia, dalam memelihara lingkungan hidup dan mencegah krisis lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan jurnal ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil dan Pembahasan dari Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa sebagian anggota jemaat sudah memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya memelihara lingkungan, namun masih diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman akan dampak tindakan individu terhadap lingkungan. Dalam diskusi dan program edukatif, tanggung jawab sosial dan spiritual terhadap lingkungan diintegrasikan ke dalam ajaran gereja. Langkah-langkah praktis diidentifikasi, seperti mengurangi penggunaan plastik sekali pakai dan mengadopsi gaya hidup ramah lingkungan

Penelitian pini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu di Desa Makalu Selatan, Kecamatan Pusomaen, Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Dari hasil analisa dan data yang diperoleh mengenai kelompok musik bambu Irama Lestari Jaya, pada proses pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah, metode diskusi, metode demonstrasi, metode penugasan, metode imitasi dan metode drill. Get PDFThe term "sandwich generation" refers to a group of individuals who find themselves in a situation where they face simultaneous demands to care for their elderly parents and their dependent children, both physically and financially. The sandwich generation is closely linked to caregiving. It's not just about parenting their children; there are also caregiving demands coming from their parents. This dual role and responsibility often present various challenges, leading to negative impacts financially, physically, emotionally, and even psychologically.
As the dynamics of these complex roles increase and the risk of experiencing stress due to caregiving responsibilities rises, individuals are likely to have lower psychological well-being. The higher the level of stress experienced by the sandwich generation, the lower their psychological well-being tends to be. In this context, an approach that can be taken is to provide pastoral counseling services to address cases of low psychological well-being among mothers in the sandwich generation, impacting their mental health. Counseling is an effort used to resolve problems, a process where a counselor provides assistance or guidance to the individual (counselee) through psychological approaches, direction, or education, with the hope that the individual can understand their own abilities to resolve various issues.

Get PDFThis paper describes a virtual pastoral theology that is indispensable, especially in the atmosphere of the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to take advantage of the sharing of related journals and books. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced congregation members to change their normal lifestyle to a new (virtual) era. Virtual pastoral is a relevant answer to the problems of pastoral care today. Virtual pastoral can be done by phone, facebook, video call, instagram, zoom app, google meet and so on. we need to understand that whatever pastoral/pastoral method is used should not shift the focus from shepherding itself, namely God. Virtual pastoral is a relevant answer to the problems of pastoral care today. Although using a different (virtual) method, it does not eliminate the substance of pastoral care itself.
The presence of virtual pastoralists has been positively welcomed by the congregation, especially during this pandemic.
 
Efektivitas Metode Demonstrasi dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Kognitif Pendidikan Agama Kristen
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode demonstrasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen kelas VII di SMP Kristen Tomohon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIB SMP Kristen Tomohon yang berjumlah 28 orang. Hasil perhitungan Uji Paired Sample T-Test diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 12,143 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,052, yang berarti bahwa thitung > ttabel. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan metode demonstrasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif Pendidikan Agama Kristen Kelas VII di SMP Kristen Tomohon. Dari Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini maka peneliti merekomendasikan penggunaan metode demonstrasi untuk mengajarkan materi baptisan sebagai tanda menjadi milik Kristus

This research was also carried out so that Christians can correctly understand the person of Jesus Christ in His nature as God and Man so that they are not easily provoked by teachings that are not in accordance with the truth of God's Word contained in the testimony of the Bible. The research method used in this study is the method of literature study or literature-based descriptive qualitative study. With data collection techniques through analyzing the contents of the literature. There are various references in the form of books, online journals, articles and theses. The result of this research is that Jesus Christ is truly true God and true man in His divine and human nature and this is proven in the testimony of the books in the New Testament through New Testament theology

This study uses qualitative methods by observing and conducting interviews with the aim of obtaining information about factors, impacts, and techniques that can be used in conducting pastoral counseling for young people who experience a shopaholic lifestyle in order to recover and minimize a distorted lifestyle by excessive shopping addiction. Shopaholic behavior is very detrimental to young people from various aspects such as psychic, financial, moral, spiritual, and social. This deviant behavior is caused by a disorder in individuals, namely compulsive obsessions characterized by repetitive thoughts that cause them to want constantly to immediately fulfill their shopping desires.
