Implementation of Outcome Based Education for the course Digital Image Processing
Achieving Outcome Based Education (OBE) in engineering education is a challenging task for the instructor. The cycle starts from the process of curriculum design for the course ‘Digital Image Processing’ by incorporating the inputs from different stake holders. Program Outcomes (POs) and Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs) are attained through balanced course design and achieving the Course Outcomes by various evaluation methods. The next challenge is to improve the traditional teaching learning methods by implementation of innovative techniques for effective delivery of the course and to increase the engagement of the students. Students should be able to apply, analyze and evaluate a given problem statement and build/simulate an algorithm/system in the course. Continuous assessment is followed in the laboratory sessions and Open-ended assignments are given to the students to stimulate divergent thinking abilities about a given problem. Feedback of theory and laboratory sessions is taken from the students and its analysis is carried out based on assignments, examinations and mini projects
Research on the Early Warning and Intervention of Learning Crisis Based on Smart Classroom
Under the normal state of online and offline integrated learning of open courses, the low participation of learners and low learning results are hot issues that scholars in the industry pay more attention to. Accurate learning crisis warning and personalized teaching intervention are important measures to solve the above problems and improve teaching quality. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing learning early warning and teaching intervention, this study constructs a research framework of online open course learning early warning and intervention under the intelligent classroom learning environment. The framework diagnoses and warns learners\u27 learning state from three aspects: knowledge mastery, learning behavior and learning mood. According to the diagnosis and warning report of learners, the corresponding intervention strategies are carefully designed, and learning analysis and data mining are applied to accurately match the implementation of intervention strategies to ensure the intervention effect and finally achieve the purpose of improving the learning effect
Synthesis of Aerogel with Graphene and Significance with Aerospace Industry
The Primarily focus on Graphene Aerogel, its synthesis and structural integrity together with high electrical conduction. Graphene could be a new nanocarbon that has, single-, bi- or few- layers of carbon atoms forming membered rings. Mechanically powerful and electrically semiconductive graphene aerogels will be produced by either essential drying or freeze of gel precursors integration from the reduction of graphene substance with L-ascorbic acid. In distinction to ways in which utilize physical cross-links between GO, this approach provides valency carbon bonding between the graphene sheets. The graphene aerogels put together possess large surface areas and pore volumes, creating those materials to a feasible possibility to be used in energy repository, catalysis, and sensing applications. We\u27ve additionally showcased some applications for Graphene Aerogel such as their electrical conductivities, Lithium-ion batteries and electrical phenomenon devices, Supercapacitors and photocatalysis
A STUDY OF ADVANCED ENCRYPTION TOOLS FOR DATA SECURITY
With the rapid growth and uses of internet, the task of protection of data and information is become a key challenge to the user as well as security experts. In the era of e-commerce, online shopping, online banking information security is a vital issue. Information may be hacked, stolen and misused. To overcome these issues, encryption tools can be useful. Wide range for encryption tools are available that provide the facilities to the user to secure the information. This paper highlights some of these tools with their features
Polymer Composites in Green Technology: A Review
Rapid depletion of fossil resources, high demand for energy and global warming together encourage us to look for renewable polymer items with low carbon. ‘Green monomers’ could be derived from bio-refineries, biowastes or renewable oil, plastics-waste. The polymer obtained from such green monomers are renewable and can display good characteristics equivalent to the traditional polymers or sometimes better than the existing polymers. Green technology is a global movement to create vibrant and sustainable cities. Green technology addresses social, economic and environmental values and creates a green economy. Green technology is based on the process of using waste materials for beneficial purposes by managing, and recycling the waste. This technology involves the waste treatment, incineration and management. Many materials prepared form green composites are cost effective in-terms less consumption of electricity, and water, at the same time a significant decrease in CO2 emission, and solid waste generation. The present review presents the effective techniques, difficulties, applications & information on bio-polymers, natural fiber reinforcements, properties of the different green composites and recommendations
FORECASTING THE TIME DELAY IN DELIVERY OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS
Supply chain management system is a centralized system which controls and plans the activities involved from production to delivery of a product. Disruption in treatment and loss of life occurs due to delay in delivery of pharmaceutical products. The objective is to do a model using Machine learning algorithms to determine: Classification to predict which product will be delayed and Regression shows how much time it will be delayed exactly. This study will use publicly available supply chain data which helps to identify primary aspect of predicting whether HIV drugs are delivered in time or not. It will then use these factors to predict how long delays are likely to be, thus allowing HIV/Supply Chain program managers to know details of the products which are going to be delayed and quantify the exact delay. and how much it will be delayed. so that they can take mitigating action to save lives and avoid additional supply chain costs. We will use Machine learning prediction model to predict which product will be delayed and regression model shows how much time it will be delayed exactly
Methodology to Aircraft Design – Market Study & Design Optimization
In the last few years Aircraft have grown to be large-scale products with an increasing number of complicated systems, components, parts, and capabilities. Every single one of them. Various fields and technologies are included. Multiple sets of tools, procedures and methods are also included, as a result, to fully define, design, and develop an aircraft A comprehensive and methodic approach is required. Aircraft design that serves as a pillar in the evolution of the life cycle A balanced system solution that satisfies the needs of the customer. To accompany these characteristics. system engineering provides an interdisciplinary organization but is still flexible in many ways. This paper introduces the ideas of the system and the significance of the life cycle in developing cost-effective and competitive outlets. In addition, the topic includes definitions that describe system engineering as well as instances of process models. Finally, it finishes with the system engineering method, which is used in aircraft design. It begins by defining the concept of a system and then covers the role of the life cycle in the development of competitive and cost-effective goods. This study defines systems engineering and provides an example of a system engineering process model. Finally, it depicts the systems engineering method as used in aircraft design. Advanced design methodology, aircraft conceptual design, design process, design space exploration, functional analysis, requirement analysis, systems design, systems engineering system the life cycle in airplane transactions by investors mostly determined is by objective assessments of the specific aspects that have an effect on its residual value over a given period
Missile Materials
The development of missile materials is the key to indigenous materials and their components. The selection of materials includes some the properties such as high strength to weight ratio, easy fabrication, good corrosion resistance, reliable quality, and high fracture toughness. The materials used for the airframe and propulsion system are alloys of aluminum, titanium, magnesium, and maraging steel. Non-metallic materials are also used such as carbon-carbon composites and polymer materials. High purity materials like phosphorous, and silicon are also important for material advancements. The paper outlines the needs and challenges of research and its solutions
Bluetooth based home automation by using arduino
The world is rapidly becoming more automated. People had limited time to do any work, therefore automation became an easy approach to control any device that worked according to our wishes. This study is primarily concerned with the development and design of a home automation system using an Arduino and a Bluetooth module. With an Android application, a home automation system provides simple and current technology.
