RISK MAINTENANCE STRATEGY IN BLADE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY MACHINERIES - BY USING APPLICATIONS OF TOPSIS METHOD

Regarding the capital and operating expenses of windmill turbines, blades are amongst the most vital parts. Those blades are made using conventional manufacturing methods such as deep groove machine, CNC Machine, foam slicing machine, glass layer machine, glass layer winding machine, balsa angle cutting machine, etc. In this research, TOPSIS (Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method is used to sort the machining methods that need to be handled very carefully according to risk and hazard in blade production. This research objective is to find the windmill blade design data, various production processes and its hazards, risks etc. with the help of previous research papers. Through these results, using the TOPSIS method, a priority number can be given to all the production processes and the safety windmill blade production processes that need more attention can be identified

Comparative Analysis of Data Mining Techniques for Heart Disease Prediction: A Focus on Neural Networks and Decision Trees

Heart disease is a general term used to describe numerous medical conditions that directly affect the heart and its various components. It is a prevalent health concern in modern times. The focus of this paper is to evaluate different data mining techniques for the prediction of heart disease, which have been introduced in recent years. The findings indicate that neural networks using 15 attributes demonstrate the best performance among all other data mining techniques. Additionally, the analysis concludes that decision trees, with the assistance of genetic algorithms and feature subset selection, also exhibit high accuracy. The study concludes that data mining techniques can effectively predict heart disease and that the choice of technique depends on the specific context of the analysis. The study suggests that decision trees and artificial neural network models are suitable for heart disease prediction. The study also recommends further research to explore the use of other data mining techniques for heart disease prediction

    A Comprehensive Study on Crypto-Algorithms

In the field of computer network and security, cryptography plays a vital role for secure data transmission as it follows the principle of data confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation, authentication. By using several cryptographic algorithms, a user can deliver and receive the message in more convenient way. In this paper, we have collaborated on various cryptographic algorithms, several types of cryptographic techniques along with different types of security attacks prevailing in case of cryptography. During the exchanging of any sort of information, the key generation, encryption and decryption processes are examined in more details in the current paper. We have discussed regarding RSA (Ron Rives, Adi Shamir and Len Adelman), which is one of the most secure algorithm in the context of data and information sharing, that has been analysed clearly in our work along with the basic concepts of DES(Data Encryption Standard) , conventional encryption model, ECC(Elliptic curve cryptography), Digital signature, ABE(Attribute based Encryption), KP-ABE(Key policy Attribute based encryption), CP-ABE(Ciphertext policy attribute based encryption), IBE(Identity based Encryption). We have elaborated various cryptograhic concepts for keeping the message confidential and secure while considering secured data communication in case of networks

Power and Energy Optimized Approach towards Sustainable Mobile Ad-hoc Networks and IoT

Investigating how real-time applications in sectors like healthcare, agriculture, construction, and manufacturing can enhance their effectiveness and sustainability through the use of autonomous sensor technologies, green computing, and big data analytics is part of the work with sustainable approaches for optimising performance of networks. This authoritative guide exposes the drawbacks of conventional technology and provides techniques and tactics for addressing Quality of Service (QOS) issues and enhancing network performance. It brings together a broad team of subject-matter specialists. Several in-depth chapters cover topics like blockchain-assisted secure data sharing, intelligent management of ad hoc networks, smart 5G Internet of Things scenarios, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and learning techniques (DL) techniques in smart healthcare, smart factory, and smart agriculture

What-If Analysis in various operations in an Educational chemical laboratory

Students and lab workers at the technological educational institution in India, responded to a what if analysis questionnaire regarding the hazardous labelling of a number of chemicals present in various laboratories within the particular chemical laboratory. Only one in four students, on average, correctly matched all of the chemicals in the questionnaire with their corresponding hazard labels; the percentage of incorrect responses for chemicals that were part of the curriculum was comparable to the percentage of incorrect responses for chemicals that weren\u27t taught. The analysis of the responses reveals that the conventional ways of teaching about danger labelling and safe handling are insufficient, and better teaching strategies are required to raise students\u27 knowledge of these topics
