STRATEGI ADAPTIF GURU DALAM MENDAMPINGI SISWA TUNARUNGU DI SEKOLAH DASAR INKLUSIF
This study aims to describe the strategies employed by teachers in supporting deaf students in inclusive primary schools. The background of the study is grounded in the principle of inclusive education, which guarantees the right of all children, including those with special needs, to receive equitable and quality education. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research subjects included a classroom teacher, a school principal, and a deaf student at St. Fransiskus III Primary School in Jakarta. The findings revealed that the teacher’s strategies encompassed clear non-verbal communication, the use of visual media, repetition of information, and individualized approaches. The teacher managed the classroom by placing the deaf student in a strategic position and creating a supportive learning environment that encouraged social interaction. In terms of assignments and assessment, the teacher applied differentiation strategies by providing additional time and guidance. Moreover, the student’s progress was communicated directly to parents to foster close collaboration. The study also identified several challenges, such as limited time, lack of training, and constraints related to school policies and facilities. It concludes that the success of inclusive education is strongly influenced by adaptive teaching strategies and systemic support from the school environment and parents.This study aims to describe the strategies employed by teachers in supporting deaf students in inclusive primary schools. Pengaruh Digitalisasi Layanan dan Promosi Agen Brilink Terhadap Inklusi Keuangan Melalui Perubahan Pola Transaksi Masyarakat Sebagai Variabel Intervening di Agen Brilink Desa Cijalingan
Financial inclusion is a key pillar in achieving sustainable economic development, particularly in rural areas that still face limited access to formal financial services. In this context, the digitalization of services and promotional activities carried out by BRILink agents serve as strategic efforts to improve community financial inclusion. This study aims to examine the effect of service digitalization and BRILink agent promotion on financial inclusion, both directly and indirectly through the mediating variable of changes in community transaction patterns. The research method employs a quantitative approach with an associative design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are users of BRILink services in Cijalingan Village, Sukabumi Regency. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results indicate that both service digitalization and BRILink agent promotion have a positive and significant effect on changes in community transaction patterns. Furthermore, digitalization, promotion, and changes in transaction patterns significantly influence financial inclusion. These findings suggest that greater utilization of digital technology and effective promotional strategies by BRILink agents encourage a shift in transaction behavior, ultimately leading to improved financial inclusion. The change in transaction patterns also partially mediates the relationship between digitalization, promotion, and financial inclusion, with the overall model explaining 63.8% of the variance in financial inclusion
Analisis Konflik Commognitive Dalam Collaborative Problem Solving
This study aims to analyze commognitive conflict in collaborative problem solving in high, medium, and low category subjects. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The place where this research was conducted was at SMA Negeri 1 Kuok. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Kuok, consisting of six students with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. After the data was analyzed, the data was validated using triangulation techniques, namely by comparing the results of students\u27 diagnostic test answers to test questions and interview results with the subjects. From the results of the analysis that had been carried out, it was found that commognitive conflict in collaborative problem solving in high ability subjects was minimal. While in ability subjects, commognitive conflict in collaborative problem solving occurred, but not in all commognitive indicators. However, in low category subjects, commognitive conflict occurred in almost all indicators. Factors that cause commognitive conflict in collaborative problem solving are due to internal factors such as the subject not being used to reading questions, the subject does not understand the contents of the question, the subject does not know the formula or solution strategy in solving the question, is not careful in working on the question, etc.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti konflik kognitif dalam penyelesaian masalah kolaboratif di kalangan siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Kuok. Ini adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Kuok. Seluruh siswa melakukan ujian tertulis secara berpasangan, yang kemudian diikuti dengan wawancara untuk menjelaskan hasil dari ujian tertulis. Dalam penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar ujian dan panduan wawancara. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, peneliti menerapkan metode triangulasi. Dengan teknik triangulasi, diharapkan data yang diperoleh menjadi lebih konsisten, menyeluruh, dan jelas. Proses analisis data mengikuti langkah-langkah yang diuraikan oleh Miles dan Huberman, diawali dengan pengurangan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah dijelaskan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian tentang konflik kognitif dalam penyelesaian masalah kolaboratif terkait materi turunan fungsi, hanya pasangan dengan kemampuan rendah yang mengalami konflik kognitif. Pasangan dengan kemampuan rendah tidak berhasil menyelesaikan soal yang diberikan. Mereka juga tidak mengerti rumus-rumus yang relevan untuk menyelesaikan soal atau langkah-langkah yang seharusnya diambil. Semua konflik kognitif ini menunjukkan perlunya upaya yang lebih terfokus dan dukungan tambahan untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang konsep dan prosedur dasar yang berkaitan dengan turunan fungsi. INTRODUCTION TO ARCHERY TECHNIQUES FOR STUDENT SUMMER CAMP DIAMOND AT UMMAH TAKENGON UNIVERSITY
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknik dasar olahraga panahan kepada siswa/siswi Summer Camp Thailand Diamon yang diselenggarakan di Kampus FiP UMMAH Takengon. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya olahraga panahan tidak hanya sebagai aktivitas fisik, tetapi juga sebagai media pendidikan karakter, pembentukan disiplin, peningkatan konsentrasi, dan penguatan nilai kerja sama. Peserta yang terlibat sebanyak 25 orang siswa berusia 13–17 tahun dari Thailand, yang diberikan materi tentang tujuh teknik dasar panahan: stance, nocking, drawing, anchoring, aiming, release, dan follow-through. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan pendekatan edukatif-. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta (100%) mampu mengenali dan menjelaskan teknik dasar memanah, dan 84% di antaranya mampu mempraktikkannya secara benar dan aman. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, kedisiplinan, serta pemahaman nilai-nilai seperti fokus dan kerja sama. Kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai seluruh indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan dan menghasilkan dokumentasi dalam bentuk laporan serta media publikasi. Oleh karena itu, program ini layak direkomendasikan sebagai model pembelajaran teknik olahraga berbasis nilai edukatif dan lintas budaya.This community service activity aims to introduce basic archery techniques to students of the Thailand Diamond Summer Camp held at the FiP UMMAH Takengon Campus. This activity is motivated by the importance of archery not only as a physical activity, but also as a medium for character education, discipline building, increasing concentration, and strengthening the value of cooperation. The training was conducted with an educational-participatory approach through demonstration methods, direct practice, observation, and reflection. The participants were 25 students aged 13–17 from Thailand, who were given material on seven basic archery techniques: stance, nocking, drawing, anchoring, aiming, release, and follow-through. The results of the activity showed that all participants (100%) were able to recognize and explain basic archery techniques, and 84% of them were able to practice them correctly and safely. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm, discipline, and an understanding of values such as focus and cooperation. This activity successfully achieved all the established success indicators and produced documentation in the form of reports and publication media. Therefore, this program is worthy of being recommended as a model for learning sports techniques based on educational and cross-cultural values
Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe SnowballThrowingMelalui Media Pembelajaran Audio-Visual Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Kelas VIII SMP 3 Bangkinang Materi Aljabar
This research was motivated by the low critical thinking skills of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Bangkinang. One solution to overcome this problem is to apply snowball throwing learning. This research aims to determine whether snowball throwing learning through audio-visual learning media influences students\u27 critical thinking abilities or not. This research is a quasi-experimental study using a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of class VIIIA, totaling 32 students, and VIIIC, totaling 30 students. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The research instruments used were observation sheets and test questions on students\u27 critical thinking abilities. The results of the research show that the Snowball Throwing model through Audio-Visual learning media has an effect on students\u27 mathematical critical thinking abilities. With the increase in the average student score after the learning model was implemented in the experimental class from the average score before the learning model was implemented, H also became a reference that the application of the Snowball Throwing type cooperative learning model through audio-visual learning media can influence and improve thinking abilities. critical of class VIII students at SMPN 3 Bangkinang.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Bangkinang. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan menerapkan pembelajaran snowball throwing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran snowball throwing melalui media pembelajaran audio-visual mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa atau tidak. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperimental dengan menggunakan randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kelas VIIIA yang berjumlah 32 peserta didik dan VIIIC yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar obsevasi dan soal tes kemampuan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Snowball Throwing melalui media pembelajaran Audio-Visual berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Dengan adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai siswa setelah model pembelajaran dilaksanakan di kelas eksperimen dari rata-rata nilai sebelum dilaksanakannya model pembelajaran sehingga H tersebut pun menjadi acuan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing melalui media pembelajaran audio-visual dapat mempengaruhi serta meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VIII SMPN 3 Bangkinang
ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN CINCIN RIBEKA TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN NUMERASI DAN KESADARAN LINGKUNGAN SISWA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR
The aim of this research was to analyze initial needs in developing concrete learning media in the form of Ribeka Rings to improve numeracy understanding and environmental awareness for fifth grade of elementary school students. The condition of the school environment was not kept clean and the students\u27 low awareness of waste management can be overcome through the integration of numeracy learning with the use of recycled waste as a concrete medium. Environmental awareness that is formed through the use of recycled waste as a learning medium can be strengthened with a collaborative approach, where teachers, students and the community jointly design and create ribeka ring media in order to increase students\u27 understanding of numeracy and environmental awareness in the school. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and questionnaires for teachers and students. The research results show that students need learning media that can visualize mathematical concepts in a concrete and fun way. These findings supported the development of Ribeka Ring media as an effective means of increasing understanding of numeracy while instilling environmental awareness in elementary school students. Learning media that combines mathematical concepts with environmental awareness, such as the Ribeka Ring, can be an effective solution for improving students\u27 understanding of numeracy and environmental awareness simultaneously. It is hoped that this media can make learning more fun and relevant to real life.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan awal dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran konkret berupa Cincin Ribeka untuk meningkatkan pemahaman numerasi dan kesadaran lingkungan siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Kondisi lingkungan sekolah yang kurang terjaga kebersihannya dan rendahnya kesadaran siswa terhadap pengelolaan sampah dapat diatasi melalui integrasi pembelajaran numerasi dengan pemanfaatan sampah daur ulang sebagai media konkret. Kesadaran lingkungan yang terbentuk melalui pemanfaatan sampah daur ulang sebagai media pembelajaran dapat diperkuat dengan pendekatan kolaboratif, di mana guru, siswa, dan komunitas bersama-sama merancang dan menciptakan media cincin ribeka guna untuk meningkatkan pemahaman numerasi siswa dan kesadaran lingkungan di sekolah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket kepada guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memerlukan media pembelajaran yang dapat memvisualisasikan konsep matematika secara konkret dan menyenangkan. Temuan ini mendukung pengembangan media Cincin Ribeka sebagai sarana yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman numerasi sekaligus menanamkan kesadaran lingkungan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Media pembelajaran yang menggabungkan konsep matematika dengan kesadaran lingkungan, seperti Cincin Ribeka, dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman numerasi dan kesadaran lingkungan siswa secara bersamaan. Media ini diharapkan dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan relevan dengan kehidupan nyata
Learning The Human Digestive System Through The Use of Problem-Based Learning: Efforts to Improve Student Activities and Outcomes
Background: Student activity and their achievement in science teaching in junior high school are still declining, which causes them to fail in learning. Methods: . This study employs problem-based learning (PBL) to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes, particularly regarding the material on the digestive system. A total of 30 grade VIII students from one of the Islamic junior high schools in the Manokwari city area participated in the teaching. The study began with planning learning, actions, and observations, and ended with reflection in each cycle. We conducted the study in two cycles. Results: The findings of the study indicated that student activity increased by 5%, where in cycle I it was 95% and in cycle II it reached 100%. From cycle I to II, the percentage of student learning outcomes increased by 43.34%. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of PBL can enhance the learning outcomes and activities of students in class VIIIA of junior high school regarding the human digestive system
Development of Guided Inquiry LKPD Based on Creativity on The Concept of Air Pollution
Background: This study aims to develop a guided inquiry-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) oriented towards enhancing creativity, to connect the concept of air pollution with real-world phenomena. It also seeks to describe the attractiveness, ease of use, usefulness, and effectiveness of the LKPD in the learning process Methods: The research employed is a development method, commonly referred to as Research and Development (R&D). The study involved material experts and media experts to validate the LKPD, as well as a science teacher and 35 seventh-grade students from SMP Islam Nurul Huda Cicantayan. The instruments used included student response questionnaires, as well as pretest and posttest questions. Results: The validation results from the material expert, which assessed content feasibility and accuracy, showed a score of 71% and were categorized as valid. Meanwhile, validation by the media expert resulted in a score of 66%, also categorized as valid, indicating that the product is suitable for use by students as it aids the learning process. The N-gain score obtained was 0.8, which falls in the high category (g ≥ 0.7), indicating that the LKPD is effective. Additionally, student response questionnaires showed a score of 76%, categorized as interesting/practical. The R&D study proved effective, as shown by the trial results where students became more active and better understood the concept, particularly in the topic of air pollution. Conclusion: Based on the results, the developed Student Worksheet (LKPD) is considered valid and effective for use in the learning process
Pengaruh Self-Qongruity Terhadap Word of Mouth Intention Jasa Pendidikan yang Dipilih
In an era of increasingly fierce competition between higher education institutions, the image of the institution and the perception of students play an important role in shaping loyalty as well as non-formal promotional actions such as word of mouth (WOM). One of the psychological factors that affect this behavior is self-congruity, which is the extent to which the institution\u27s image matches the student\u27s self-image. When students feel that there is a compatibility between their personal values and the characteristics of the institution, there will be an emotional attachment that encourages them to recommend the institution to others, either directly or through social media. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-congruity on word of mouth intention in students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) STKIP Modern Ngawi. Self-congruity refers to the degree of compatibility between the student\u27s self-image and the institution\u27s image, while word of mouth intention reflects the student\u27s intention to recommend the institution to others. The research method used is quantitative with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The research sample amounted to 100 students in semesters 6 and 8 who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. The results of the analysis showed that self-congruity had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth intention, with a path coefficient value of 0.239 and a p value of 0.024. The R-square value of 0.057 indicates that the influence of self-congruity on word of mouth intention is significant but is still influenced by other factors outside the study variables. These findings show that the compatibility between students\u27 self-perception and campus image contributes to shaping the intention to disseminate positive information about higher education institutions. Therefore, the institution is advised to build a campus image that reflects students\u27 personal values to strengthen their loyalty and involvement
Sistem Pengelolaan Jeruk Lemon California (Citrus limon L) Di PT Tahuna Tani Raya
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan jeruk lemon california, seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, evaluasi, dan pengendalian di PT Tahuna Tani Raya Kecamatan Lengkong Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua macam yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem pengelolaan jeruk lemon california di PT Tahuna Tani Raya Kecamatan Lengkong Kabupaten Sukabumi sudah berjalan dengan baik, dalam aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pengendalian, sedangkan dalam aspek pengorganisasian dan pengawasan secara umum masih belum terstruktur dengan baik karena belum adanya mandor perawatan, panen, dan pasca panen, sehingga pengawasan terhadap produksi jeruk lemon california masih diawasi langsung oleh asisten kebun dan dibantu oleh KTU, dengan adanya perangkapan tugas dapat mengurangi efektivitas kerja serta kurangnya optimalisasi fungsi dari setiap bagian. PT Tahuna Tani Raya disarankan perlu pembagian tugas berdasarkan job desknya
