    TINJAUAN YURIDIS PUTUSAN PENGADILAN NEGERI CIBADAK NOMOR 12/Pdt.G/2021/PN Cbd Jo. PASAL 19 UU POKOK AGRARIA

    The issuance of Certificate of Title No. 7778/1975 by the National Land Agency of Sukabumi Regency was sued at the Cibadak District Court because it was considered a juridical defect in the recognition of ownership, which gave rise to a legal permit. This study aims to analyze the evidentiary strength between the Authentic Deed and the Deed Under the Hand, as well as the judge\u27s consideration in the decision of the Cibadak District Court Number 12/Pdt.G/202/PN Cbd regarding witness statements. The research method used is qualitative research with a normative juridical approach, relying on primary and secondary data sources, as well as data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The study\u27s results show that the Certificate of Property Rights is a genuine document with strong legal force and cannot be contested. However, the facts on the ground show that there is a legal loophole that results in the opening of the law for certificate holders. Land certificates, although a strong proof of ownership, do not fully guarantee legal certainty and protection, so they require more attention in their application

    Optimalisasi Permintaan dan Perencanaan Produksi Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing UMKM di Sukabumi

    This study discusses demand optimization strategies and production planning to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Sukabumi, which face challenges in managing market demand and production efficiency. The purpose of the research is to identify strategies that MSMEs can apply to be more adaptive to market dynamics. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and focused group discussions with five MSME actors. The analysis was carried out thematically on variables such as production cycle time, capacity utilization rate, product defects, and customer satisfaction. The results of the study show that there are variations in production efficiency, problems in demand prediction, and the need to improve the quality of products and services. MSMEs that routinely innovate and implement process improvements show better performance. This research contributes to providing practical insights for MSME actors and stakeholders in designing data-driven policies to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and competitiveness in increasingly fierce market competition

    Pengaruh Leverage dan Firm Size Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan

    This research aims to determine the effect of leverage and firm size on the financial performance of consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population and sample in this research are the financial reports of 15 consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This research technique uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination testing. The collection technique uses documentation and literature study methods. And after the data was collected, the test analysis in this research was carried out with the help of IBM SPSS 27 for Windows. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the equation Y= 26,882 + 0.346 X1 + 0.459 The total leverage value with a negative sign of the regression coefficient is this amount, indicating that each leverage value experiences an increase of one unit, it will reduce financial performance by 0.346, while the number of firm size values with a positive regression coefficient of 0.000 indicates that each estimated value experiences an increase of one unit. , it will increase financial performance by 0.459. Meanwhile, the results of the t test (partial) can be seen that the leverage and firm size values have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of 15 consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, partial firm size has no effect on the financial performance of the 15 consumer companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the F test, leverage and cash flow together have a simultaneous influence on the financial performance of 15 consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

    Penerapan Model Pembelajaran STAD untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Lompat Jauh

    Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) merupakan metode pembelajaran kooperatif yang berbasis aktivitas kelompok, menitikberatkan pada proses belajar sebagai pertukaran pengetahuan sosial di antara siswa. Setiap siswa bertanggung jawab atas pembelajaran pribadi sekaligus didorong untuk membantu rekan lainnya mencapai tujuan bersama. Pendekatan ini mendukung perkembangan kognitif, psikomotor, dan emosional siswa dalam tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan model STAD dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya berjalan di udara pada siswa kelas X E SMA Negeri 1 Wonosari. Dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam dua siklus, ditemukan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Ketuntasan psikomotor meningkat dari 29% pada kondisi awal menjadi 51% pada siklus I dan mencapai 83% pada siklus II. Sementara itu, ketuntasan aspek kognitif meningkat dari 60% pada kondisi awal menjadi 100% sejak siklus I, dan aspek afektif konsisten menunjukkan ketuntasan 100% selama penelitian. Proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan baik dan penuh semangat. Model STAD terbukti efektif menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif, menyenangkan, dan memperkuat hubungan sosial antar siswa, sehingga direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran olahraga lainnya

    Studi Etnomatematika: Konsep Geometri pada Jajanan Jadul di Pasar Tradisional Ngasem, Yogyakarta

    The purpose of this study is to know the history of traditional culinary in Ngasem Market while exploring its geometric concept. Traditional cakes, when viewed physically, have various forms that still survive today. Therefore, in order to identify and analyze the ethnomathematics concept contained in the snacks sold, this qualitative study uses an ethnographic approach to traditional snacks in Ngasem Market with data collection techniques of field observation, interviews with traders, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that traditional snacks in Apem, Bakpia, and Wingko cakes are still available in Ngasem Market and have geometric patterns. The findings of the identified patterns are in flat shapes of circles and rectangles and one cylindrical space shape. The results of this study provide hope and recommendations that can be used as a model for learning mathematics outside the classroom which can also trigger students to understand the history of local culinary culture.Tujuan penelitian ini akan mengetahui sejarah kuliner tradisional yang ada di Pasar Ngasem sekaligus mengeksplorasi konsep geometrinya. Kue tradisional jika dilihat secara fisiknya memiliki bervariasi bentuk yang masih bertahan hingga saat ini. Olehnya, guna mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis konsep etnomatematika yang terkandung dalam jajanan yang dijual, penelitian kualitatif ini mempergunakan pendekatan etnografi pada jajanan tradisional di pasar Ngasem dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pedagang, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan kudapan tradisional pada kue Apem, Bakpia, dan Wingko masih terdapat di pasar Ngasem dan memiliki pola geometris. Temuan pola teridentifikasi dalam bangun datar lingkaran dan persegi panjang serta satu bangun ruang tabung. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan harapan dan rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai model pembelajaran matematika di luar kelas yang sekaligus dapat memantik peserta didik memahami sejarah kebudayaan kuliner lokal

    Mathematical creative thinking is one of the important abilities that students must have to be able to solve various problems, both mathematical problems and problems related to life. The reality in the field is that students still lack mathematical creative thinking skills because the learning that is carried out is less able to optimize the development of students\u27 mathematical creative thinking processes. This study aims to determine students\u27 mathematical creative thinking skills through treffinger learning and conventional learning. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 16 students in the experimental class and 18 students in the control class. Data were collected through a valid written test that can measure students\u27 mathematical creative thinking skills. Data analysis used a mean difference test using the t-test (independent sample t-test). The results of the study showed that there was a difference in the mathematical creative thinking skills of students who were taught using the treffinger learning model and students who were taught using conventional learning, where the mathematical creative thinking skills of students who were taught using the treffinger model were better than students who received conventional learning. The positive impact obtained from the application of the Treffinger learning model is also inseparable from the teacher\u27s ability to understand the characteristics and phases of the Treffinger learning model as well as the time and class management which is already very good.Berpikir kreatif matematis merupakan salah satu kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa untuk dapat menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan, baik permasalahan matematika maupun permasalahan yang terkait dalam kehidupan. Kenyataan di lapangan kemampuan berikir kreatif matematis masih kurang dimiliki siswa disebabkan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan kurang dapat mengoptimalkan berkembangnya proses berpikir kreatif matematis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa melalui pembelajaran treffinger dan pembelajaran konvensional. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 16 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 18 siswa kelas kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes tertulis yang telah valid yang dapat mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji perbedaan rata-rata dengan menggunakan uji-t (independent sample t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran treffinger dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional, di mana kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model treffinger lebih baik dari pada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran secara konvensional. Dampak positif yang didapatkan dari penerapan model pembelajaran treffinger juga tidak terlepas dari kemampuan guru dalam memahami karakteristik dan fase pada model pembelajaran treffinger serta manajemen waktu dan kelas yang sudah sangat bai

    This research was motivated by the low mathematical reasoning abilities of class X students at SMAN 1 Salo. One solution to overcome this problem is to use problem-based learning. The aim of this research is to determine the differences in the mathematical reasoning abilities of students who apply problem-based learning and students who apply conventional learning. This research is an quasi experiment using a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects consisted of class X-1, totaling 33 students and X-2, totaling 33 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used were observation sheets and mathematical reasoning ability test questions. The results of this research can be concluded that there is a difference in the average test results of students\u27 mathematical reasoning abilities in the experimental class using problem-based learning and the control class which applies conventional learning for class X students at SMAN 1 Salo. This can be proven through the Independent Sample T-Test, obtaining a sig(2-tailed) value of 0.023 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Salo. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan menggunakan pembelajaram berbasis masalah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik yang menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan peserta didik yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen dengan menggunakan nonequivalent control grup design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kelas X-1 yang berjumlah 33peserta didik dan X-2 yang berjumlah 33 peserta didik. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar obsevasi dan soal tes kemampuan penalaran matematis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan kelas kontrol yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional pada peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Salo. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan melalui uji Independent Sample T-Test memperoleh nilai sig(2-tailed) 0,023< 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat dan menilai aplikasi seluler interaktif untuk siswa sekolah dasar sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Tujuan dari perangkat lunak ini adalah untuk membantu siswa memperkuat keterampilan motorik dasar mereka dan meningkatkan minat mereka dalam belajar. Dua bagian diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini: bagian eksperimen yang menggunakan aplikasi seluler, dan bagian kontrol yang menggunakan metode tradisional. Eksperimen ini memiliki desain pra-tes dan pasca-tes. Dengan nilai p sebesar 0,003, hasil menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi akhir bagian eksperimen secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada bagian kontrol. Hasil uji homogenitas varians dan normalitas juga menunjukkan bahwa data memenuhi praduga yang diperlukan untuk analisis statistik. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi seluler interaktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa. Di era digital, penelitian ini mendukung penerapan kurikulum berbasis teknologi dan membantu mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pengajaran pendidikan jasmani

    In the era of globalization marked by a moral crisis, education plays a crucial role in shaping students\u27 character. sThis study aims to address three main research questions: how humanistic theory is implemented in fostering students\u27 sense of responsibility in PAI learning at UPT SD Negeri 355 Gresik, what factors influence its success, and what challenges teachers face during the process. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that humanistic theory is applied through student-centered learning involving methods such as discussion, reflection, simulation, and project-based activities. Supporting factors include teacher competence, student motivation, active participation, a supportive school environment, and parental involvement. On the other hand, key challenges include limited instructional time, insufficient learning resources, and the negative influence of social media. Despite these obstacles, teachers manage to instill responsibility through empathetic and contextual approaches. The study recommends strengthening collaboration between schools and families, as well as enhancing the availability of resources that support humanistic learning

    This study aims to study the profound influence of the effectiveness of Live Streaming and Flash Sale on the purchase decision of wardah products on Tiktok x Tokopedia e-commerce. Specifically, this study will analyze the influence of the effectiveness of live streaming partially on the purchase decision of wardah products, analyze the influence of flash sales partially on the purchase decision of wardah products through live streaming and analyze the relationship between live streaming and flash sale simultaneously with the purchase decision of wardah products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verification research type. Data will be collected through a questionnaire designed for 96 respondents, namely consumers aged 18-28 years in Indonesia who have purchased Wardah products through TikTok x Tokopedia. Indicators used for live streaming include host credibility, interactivity, and information quality, while for flash sales include price discounts, promo deadlines, and visual appeal. Purchasing decisions are measured based on purchase frequency, brand preference, and consumer satisfaction. Data analysis will be carried out using multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis that has been executed. The results of the study show that both live streaming and flash sale have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Wardah products, both partially and simultaneously Flash sale is identified as a more dominant factor in determining purchase decisions than live streaming. In management accounting, these two strategies contribute significantly to increased sales and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). This research is expected to provide valuable insights for PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation (Wardah) and other business roles in optimizing digital marketing strategies, increasing competitiveness, and being the basis for data-driven decision-making to achieve more effective sales growth in the digital cosmetics industry
