    Mediating Factors Influencing the Adoption of Green Technology by SMEs for Sustainable Performance: A Systematic Literature Review

    This research aims to elucidate the background and theoretical framework underlying the adoption of green technology by MSMEs to achieve sustainable performance. This study employs the PRISMA systematic review methodology to analyze 40 empirical publications regarding the mediating factors influencing green technology adoption by MSMEs in achieving sustainable performance, spanning from 2017 to 2024 and encompassing diverse nations. A concise summary and recommendations for future research goals are provided for each applicable theory. This study indicates that, despite extensive prior research, the majority of studies examine sustainable performance through factors that mediate the adoption of green technologies. Additionally, the employed theories include the Resource-Based View (RBV), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Innovation Theory, and Sustainability Theory. This research aids policymakers in formulating policies and incentives that promote the use of green technology by MSMEs. For MSMEs, these findings offer pragmatic direction on enhancing green innovation capabilities and leveraging green technology to attain sustainable performance

    Analisis Pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) Terhadap Return Saham pada PT. Akasha Wira Internasional  Tbk

    From 2014 to 2023, this research will track PT. Akasha Wira Internasional Tbk stock returns by examining the relationship between Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earnings Per Share (EPS).  An important metric for investors to consider when assessing the financial health and future profitability of a firm is its stock return.  The operational efficiency and firm profitability are reflected in NPM and EPS, which are chosen as independent variables.  Using multiple linear regression analysis, this study employs a quantitative associative method.  The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) listed company\u27s yearly financial statements were used as secondary data.  Partially, the data demonstrate that NPM is not significantly related to stock return, while EPS is.  Stock return is significantly affected by both NPM and EPS at the same time.  With a coefficient of determination (R²) of 65.7%, NPM and EPS account for 65.7% of the variance in stock return, while other variables account for the remaining 34.3%.  According to the findings, EPS is an important metric for investors to use when deciding whether or not to put money into a company, and businesses should aim to increase their profits per share in order to entice more investors

    Systematic Literature Review: Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Melalui Cerita Untuk Meningkatkan Kejujuran Siswa

    This study aims to examine the implementation of character education through stories in improving students\u27 honesty. The method used is a systematic literature review of various relevant literature with a main focus on the application of honesty values ​​through story media, school programs, and other character learning approaches. The results of the study indicate that stories are an effective medium in conveying moral values, including honesty, because they are narrative, contextual, and easily accepted by children. The implementation of character education through stories can be done through various methods such as honesty canteens, cultural value-based learning, the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) method, and habituation through folklore or picture books. Supporting factors such as the role of teachers, family involvement, and the school environment greatly influence the success of forming students\u27 honest character. However, challenges are also found in the consistency of implementation and the influence of the social environment. Therefore, synergy between stakeholders is needed in optimizing character education from an early age through a creative and enjoyable approach

    Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematika Siswa SMP dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Sistem Persamaan Dua Variabel (SPLDV)

    Mathematical problem-solving abilities are important to support the development of 4C skills (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, Creativity, and Innovation) in the 21st century. However, in reality, students\u27 ability to solve problems is still relatively low and does not meet expectations. This research aims to identify students\u27 mathematical problem-solving abilities in solving System of Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV) problems. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection through tests in the form of descriptions. The population of this study was all students in class VIII in one of the junior high schools in Sukabumi Regency, with a sample taken of 24 students from class VIII. The research results showed that the average student score was 34.5, with the majority of students being in the low category at 87.5%, and only a few students were able to reach the medium category with a percentage of 4.17% and high with a percentage of 8.33%. Analysis of the problem-solving stages shows that although 70.83% of students were able to understand the problem, 41.67% could plan the problem, only 12.5% succeeded in solving the problem, and 8.34% could check the solution. These results also show that the students\u27 mathematical problem-solving abilities in solving System of Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV) problems at this school are mostly in the low category and still need a lot of improvement

    Analisis Kemampuan Computational Thinking (CT )Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota

    This research aims to analyze the CT  abilities of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. CT  ability is an ability that students must have and to find out to what extent these CT abilities have developed and been fulfilled by students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research.  The research subjects were all class VIII students, totaling 36 students. The data collect ion techniques used were interviews and tests. The results of this research can be concluded that the high category (KT) subjects can understood the question information correctly in worked on CT  ability questions, can answered questions according to the CT  ability indicators, answer correctly and can also made conclusions  from the answers obtained and check  again. to ensure the  corrected of the answer. Likewise, subjects in the medium category (KS) are quite good at found information from the questions, but do not understood the answers to the questions themselves. Medium category students can also made conclusions from the answers they get. Meanwhile, low category subjects (KR) were unable to understood the questions, found the right information and drew conclusions when solving the CT  ability test questions.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan CT peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. Kemampuan CT merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Di era digital seperti sekarang hampir semua manusia menggunakan perangkat yang dapat berintegrasi dengan komputer dan internet. Bukan hanya ilmuan komputer saja yang memerlukan, kemampuan CT adalah keterampilan dasar yang dibutuhkan semua orang untuk membaca, menulis, dan berhitung dengan menggunakan teknologi. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan CT ini berkembang dan dipenuhi oleh siswa, maka diperlukan analisis terkait dengan kemampuan CT , khususnya pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Bangkinang Kota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa disimpulkan bahwa subjek kategori tinggi (KT) dapat memahami informasi soal secara tepat dalam mengerjakan soal kemampuan CT, dapat menjawab soal sesuai dengan indikatorkemampuan CT, jawaban secara tepat dan juga dapat membuat kesimpulan dari jawaban yang didapatkan dan memeriksa kembali untuk memastikan kebenaran jawabannya. Begitu juga dengan subjek kategori sedang (KS) cukup baik dalam menemukan informasi dari soal, akan tetapi kurang memahami jawaban dari soal itu sendiri. Peserta didik kategori sedang juga dapat membuat kesimpulan dari jawaban yang didapatkan. Sedangkan subjek kategori rendah (KR) tidak dapat memahami soal, menemukan informasi yang tepat serta membuat simpulan pada penyelesaian soal tes kemampuan CT

    Abstrak — Teknologi informasi telah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan manusia, dengan banyak orang yang sudah bergantung pada komputer, internet, perangkat seluler dan tidak jarang juga perkembangan teknologi dan informasi telah merambah kepada berbagai bidang, bidang penjualan, bidang Pendidikan, bidang Kesehatan, bidang layanan jasa, dan lainnya. SDN Loasari Kota Sukabumi dalam kapasitasnya sebagai Lembaga Pendidik didirikan atas dasar ikut pastisipasi dalam mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat dianggap penting di dunia. Karena dunia butuh akan orang-orang yang berpendidikan agar dapat membangun negara yang maju. Tapi selain itu karakter pun sangat diutamakan karena orang-orang pada zaman ini tidak hanya melihat pada tinggi Pendidikan ataupun gelar yang telah ia raih, melainkan juga pada karakter dari pribadi setiap orang. Sekolah merupakan sebuah institusi Pendidikan yang memfokuskan pada proses belajar dan mengajar, serta menyediakan dan menerima Pelajaran. Kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa sekolah adalah salah satu tempat bagi para siswa untuk memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan dan membangun keahlian.  

    MPAI SEBAGAI SARANA PEMBANGUNAN ETIKA DAN MORAL SISWA DI ERA MODERN

    Manajemen pendidikan Islam memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan etika dan moral siswa di era modern yang ditandai dengan kemajuan teknologi dan globalisasi. Dalam konteks ini, pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek akademik, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam membangun etika dan moral siswa serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Salah satu aspek utama manajemen pendidikan Islam adalah pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan dan kontekstual, yang dapat mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai etika dan moral dengan realitas kehidupan siswa. Namun, banyak lembaga pendidikan Islam menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, resistensi terhadap inovasi, serta pengaruh budaya asing yang dapat mengikis nilai-nilai tradisional. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan, orang tua, dan masyarakat juga menjadi faktor penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa. Melalui pendekatan yang holistik dan kolaboratif, manajemen pendidikan Islam dapat mengoptimalkan potensi siswa untuk menjadi individu yang tidak hanya cerdas secara akademis, tetapi juga memiliki integritas moral yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya reformasi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam agar lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman, serta pentingnya pelatihan bagi pendidik untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai etika dan moral secara efektif. Dengan demikian, diharapkan siswa dapat tumbuh menjadi generasi yang berakhlak mulia dan siap menghadapi tantangan global dengan landasan spiritual yang kuat.Abstract Islamic education management plays a strategic role in shaping students\u27 ethics and morals in the modern era influenced by technology and globalization. Islamic education emphasizes not only academic achievement but also character development based on religious values. This study explores how Islamic education management can build students\u27 character and the challenges encountered in the process. One of the main focuses is the development of a contextual curriculum that integrates moral values into students’ daily lives. Challenges include the limited availability of qualified human resources, resistance to innovation, and the influence of foreign cultures that may erode local values. Moreover, the involvement of parents and the community is considered essential in creating a learning environment that supports character formation. This study highlights the importance of a holistic and collaborative approach in managing Islamic education, as well as the need for reforms to make it more adaptive to current developments. Teacher training is also deemed crucial to ensure they can effectively teach moral values. With effective management, students are expected to excel not only intellectually but also possess strong integrity and noble character, equipping them to face global challenges with a solid spiritual foundation.

    EFEKTIVITAS EYD V DALAM SURAT-MENYURAT PENGURUS RT 011 PEDURENAN-KOTA BEKASI

    Penulisan surat yang sesuai dengan EYD V sangat penting, namun berbagai masalah sering muncul, seperti kesalahan dalam penulisan, kurangnya pemahaman mendalam tentang aturan EYD yang baru, dan kebiasaan yang belum sepenuhnya mengacu pada pedoman tersebut. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengurus RT 011 Pedurenan tentang EYD V serta keterampilan mereka dalam menyusun surat yang jelas, formal, dan sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa Indonesia yang berlaku. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan seminar dan pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83% peserta berhasil mencapai tingkat pemahaman yang sangat baik, menandakan keberhasilan pelatihan. Simpulan pengabdian ini yaitu pelatihan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus RT dalam menulis surat yang sesuai dengan EYD V.Abstract Writing letters in accordance with the Enhanced Spelling System (EYD V) is very important; however, various problems often arise, such as errors in writing, a lack of deep understanding of the new EYD rules, and habits that do not fully adhere to these guidelines. This training aims to improve the understanding of the administrators of RT 011 Pedurenan about EYD V as well as their skills in composing clear, formal letters that comply with the applicable Indonesian language rules. This community service activity was carried out using a seminar and mentoring approach. The results show that 83% of participants achieved a very good level of understanding, indicating the success of the training. The conclusion of this service is that the training successfully improved the ability of RT administrators to write letters in accordance with EYD V.

    PENERAPAN TEORI BELAJAR HUMANISTIK MELALUI KURIKULUM MERDEKA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPAS KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

    This research examines how Humanistic Learning Theory is applied in the independent curriculum to create effective IPAS (Natural and Social Sciences) learning in elementary schools because the independent curriculum allows teachers to create more student-oriented learning. The humanistic approach, which emphasizes personal experience, self-actualization, and positive interpersonal relationships, is integrated into IPAS learning to create a positive learning environment, respect students\u27 individuality, and encourage independent exploration. The research was conducted at SDN 010 Barong tongkok with 6 respondents of grade IV students, using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed a significant positive impact on learning outcomes and student development. The average LKPD score increased from 60 to 90, with some students even showing remarkable improvements reaching 20 to 42 points, demonstrating the effectiveness of this approach in improving student understanding. The percentage of students achieving KKTP increased from 16.67% to 100%, indicating success in helping students master the subject matter. In addition, observations and interviews revealed an increase in students\u27 active participation, deeper understanding of concepts, and higher motivation to learn. Students also show positive character development such as curiosity, creativity, independence, responsibility, and concern for the environment.     Damar Kurung, a traditional lantern art from Gresik Regency, East Java, is a cultural symbol that is full of local wisdom values. This study aims to examine the cultural meaning, social role, and preservation efforts of Damar Kurung in Gresik society. Using a qualitative approach, this study involved interviews with artists, craftsmen, and community leaders, as well as direct observation of local cultural activities. The results of the study indicate that Damar Kurung is not only a work of art, but also a medium for conveying moral messages, history, and the collective identity of the community. This study examines Damar Kurung, a traditional lantern art from Gresik Regency, which has a deep meaning as a symbol of local wisdom. The purpose of the study is to explore the history, philosophical meaning, and relevance of Damar Kurung in the context of modern culture and its preservation efforts. The methodology used is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with local artists, direct observation of art exhibitions, and analysis of related literature. The results of the study indicate that Damar Kurung not only functions as a decorative element, but also as a medium of social expression that reflects the life of the Gresik community, togetherness, and traditional values. Despite the challenges of decreasing interest of the younger generation and the development of the times, preservation efforts with digital innovation and collaboration between communities, artists, and the government have shown promising results. These findings emphasize the importance of preserving Damar Kurung as a cultural heritage that has the potential to strengthen local identity and introduce Gresik\u27s local wisdom to a wider audienceDamar Kurung, seni lampion tradisional khas Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur, merupakan simbol kebudayaan yang sarat akan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna budaya, peran sosial, dan upaya pelestarian Damar Kurung dalam masyarakat Gresik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara dengan seniman, pengrajin, dan tokoh masyarakat, serta observasi langsung pada kegiatan budaya lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Damar Kurung bukan hanya sekadar karya seni, tetapi juga medium penyampaian pesan moral, sejarah, dan identitas kolektif masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengkaji Damar Kurung, seni lampion tradisional khas Kabupaten Gresik, yang memiliki makna mendalam sebagai simbol kearifan lokal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengeksplorasi sejarah, makna filosofis, dan relevansi Damar Kurung dalam konteks budaya modern serta upaya pelestariannya. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan seniman lokal, pengamatan langsung pada pameran seni, dan analisis literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Damar Kurung tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai elemen dekoratif, tetapi juga sebagai media ekspresi sosial yang mencerminkan kehidupan masyarakat Gresik, kebersamaan, dan nilai-nilai tradisional. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan berupa minat generasi muda yang berkurang dan perkembangan zaman, upaya pelestarian dengan inovasi digital serta kolaborasi antara komunitas, seniman, dan pemerintah menunjukkan hasil yang menjanjikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya melestarikan Damar Kurung sebagai warisan budaya yang memiliki potensi untuk memperkuat identitas lokal dan memperkenalkan kearifan lokal Gresik ke kancah yang lebih luas
