EFEKTIVITAS PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN
Get PDFThis research was conducted at PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to find out how the work performance of PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi employees in relation to job training. The study population was 50 employees of PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi. The sample used in this study is the census method, which is both primary and secondary data. Linear regression is the data analysis approach used. The results showed that job training positively influences employee job performance. Job training has an influence of 73.4% on employee job performance, while other factors have an influence of 26.6%. It was concluded that job training at PT Indonesia Power Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi has been good in influencing employee work performance
Determinan Corporate Sustainability Performance Dengan Auditor Internal Sebagai Pemoderasi
Get PDFCorporate Sustainability Performance is linked to the company\u27s business strategy, which aims to benefit stakeholders while improving people\u27s lives and protecting the environment.This study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital and Free Cash Flow on Corporate Sustainability Performance with the Internal Auditor as moderating. Intellectual Capital is proxied by Human Capital Efficiency, Structural Capital Efficiency and Capital Employed Efficiency. Meanwhile, Corporate Sustainability Performance is proxied by the CSR index which is based on the 2016 Global Reporting Initiative Standard. The population of this study are companies included in the LQ45 Index during the 2017-2021 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and 20 companies were selected as the research sample. Data analysis using Structural Equiation Model using WARP PLS version 7.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Human Capital, Structural Capital and Employed have no significant effect on the Company\u27s Sustainability Performance. Meanwhile, Free Cash Flow has a significant positive effect on the Company\u27s Sustainability Performance. Internal auditors can weaken the relationship between Human Capital and Corporate Sustainability Performance, the relationship between Structural Capital and Corporate Sustainability Performance and the relationship between Free Cash Flow and Corporate Sustainability Performance. Meanwhile, the Internal Auditor can strengthen the relationship between Capital Employed Efficiency and Corporate Sustainability Performance. The results of this study have an impact on company management to consider the company and as information for investors in determining investment decisions
Analysis of Creative Thinking Ability of Class X Students in Solving Biology Problems on Viruses
Get PDFBackground: This study aims to analyze descriptively students\u27 creative thinking skills in solving biology questions regarding viruses at class X level at MA Mazro\u27atul Huda Wonorenggo Demak, based on the results of written test answers given by researchers to students. Methods: The type of research is quantitative research with data in the form of numbers that are processed using simple statistical formulas. The object of this study was the 20 students in class X as a population research. Data collection techniques used were written tests, interviews, observation and documentation. The statistical analysis is simple in the form of percentage data. Results: From the analysis conducted on the creative thinking abilities of class X MIPA 1 MA Mazro\u27atul Huda Wonorenggo Demak, it can be concluded that students\u27 creative thinking abilities are in the high category with a percentage of 55%. The highest percentage is in the level of detail with a percentage of 70%, while the lowest percentage is in the level of fluency and novelty with the same percentage, namely 59%. Conclusion: Students who have high level abilities are able to fulfill all categories in the indicator, students who have medium levels are able to fulfill several indicator categories, while students who have low level abilities, have not been able to fulfill all categories in indicators.

Pelatihan Kemampuan Komunikasi Interpersonal Pada Anak Komunitas Teras Depan Rumah Melalui Role-Play Project Learning
Get PDFKemampuan komunikasi interpersonal penting dilatih sejak usia dini sebab bermanfaat untuk kebutuhan bersosialisasi dengan teman sebaya, orang tua atau guru, serta orang dengan usia yang lebih dewasa. Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal juga dibutuhkan dalam kerja sama. Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dapat dikembangkan untuk usia dini dengan metode yang tepat. Role-play project-based learning dapat digunakan sebagai metode yang tepat dan menyenangkan untuk melatih kemampuan bekerja sama dan keterampilan komunikasi anak. Pengabdian ini menggunakan role-play project-based learning dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada anak-anak komunitas Teras Depan Rumah, Kabupaten Tangerang untuk bermain peran dalam sebuah kepanitiaan proyek acara Perayaan Hari Dongeng Nasional. Tahap pengabdian ini terbagi empat, yaitu (1) perancangan konsep pembelajaran proyek dan role-play, (2) pelatihan pra-acara proyek, (3) puncak acara/proyek, dan (4) evaluasi dan refleksi. Seluruh tahap dilaksanakan dalam rentang waktu 3 minggu. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah anak-anak mendapatkan wawasan dan pengalaman langsung bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi dengan sesama teman serta pendidik dalam melaksanakan perannya masing-masing untuk keberhasilan proyek acara. Keterampilan berkomunikasi juga terbangun bersamaan dengan kepercayaan diri anak-anak yang meningkat sebab diberikan tanggung jawab melaksanakan perannya. Sosialisasi Kesehatan Reproduksi Pada Remaja SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamet
Get PDFAdolescence is an important period that requires proper knowledge about reproductive health to avoid risks such as unwanted pregnancy, risky sexual behavior, and the spread of HIV/AIDS. This study aims to increase understanding and awareness of adolescent reproductive health at SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat through community service activities. Through counseling approaches and interactive discussions, students are provided with information about physical changes, reproductive health, and the impact of unhealthy behaviors. The results of this activity show the high enthusiasm of students in discussions and questions related to reproductive health, indicating the success of the program. This counseling provides a positive first step in equipping students with essential knowledge to make smart decisions related to reproductive health. For the continuation of the program, it is recommended to conduct periodic evaluations, form a team of trained adolescent counselors, and conduct monitoring by accompanying teachers to ensure the application of reproductive health information in students\u27 daily lives. With support from educators and medical personnel, it is hoped that students can develop a better understanding of reproductive health and build a positive attitude towards self-care.

The subject of this study is 29 students of III semester psychology. The data collection involves observation, interviews, distribution of angkets, and documentation. Results from the data analysis suggest that in this early adult phase there are some learners who still have not been able to recognize their own emotional condition. still remarkably stable in his emotional control. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data-data yang berupa kalimat yang mengandung kata penghubung koordinatif peneliti pilah dan klasifikasikan. Adapun naskah teks berita pada media Detik.com berjudul Polisi Bongkar Praktik Judi Online Jaringan Internasional di Kepri, 01Febuari 2023 14:54 WIB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) konjungsi koordinataif sebagai penanda penambahan ‘dan’ sebanyak 7 kata penghubung dalam 5 kutipan; (2) konjungsi koordinatif sebagai penanda hubungan pemilihan ‘atau’ sebanyak 1 kata dalam 1 kutipan.

Abstract: This study is entitled Analysis of Indonesian conjunctions in Detik.com news texts. The purpose of this research is to describe 1 news text on Detik.com media. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Video menyajikan informasi, memaparkan proses, menjelaskan konsep yang rumit, mengajarkan keterampilan, menyingkat atau memperpanjang waktu, dan mempengaruhi sikap. Penerapan Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Literasi Matematika Siswa

The design of this research is Classroom Action Research, which involves a sample of 30 students of class XI IPA SMA Yadika 5 Jakarta. How to collect data using the method of giving tests to students. Techniques of data analysis using quantitative data analysis. The results of the study indicate that From the paired sample t-test output above the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, it is concluded that the implementation of learning using the Problem-Based Learning model can improve students\u27 mathematical literacy skills.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis siswa kelas XI SMA Yadika 5 Jakarta. PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA MELALUI MODEL THINK PAIR SHARE BERBANTUAN MEDIA STICK MULTIPLICATION
No full textThe low ability of students to solve a problem greatly influences student learning outcomes. Problem solving abilities can be influenced by the learning process they experience. One of them is the lack of use of models and media to carry out learning. The TPS learning model assisted by Stick Multiplication media is an alternative that teachers can use to overcome students\u27 low problem-solving abilities in the Mathematics subject, multiplication material. Researchers used classroom action research (PTK) as a research approach. The subjects used in this research were 27 students in class IVA at SD Negeri Depok 1. Researchers use observation, test and documentation techniques to collect data. The observation data obtained in cycle I was 60% and increased in cycle II by 85%. Meanwhile, the average test score data obtained in cycle I was 73.07%. Then the researchers made improvements in cycle II and the results increased to 86.29%. So the researcher concluded that research using the TPS learning model assisted by Stick Multiplication media could improve the ability to solve mathematical problems on multiplication material in class IVA students at SD Negeri Depok 1.

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah dapat dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana proses pembelajaran yang mereka alami. Salah satunya tidak adanya penggunaan model dan media untuk melangsungkan pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran TPS berbantuan media Stick Multiplication merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan guru untuk mengatasi rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika materi perkalian. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) sebagai pendekatan penelitian. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri Depok 1 yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Data observasi yang diperoleh pada siklus I sebesar 60% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 85%. Sedangkan data rata-rata nilai tes yang diperoleh pada siklus I sebesar 73,07%. Kemudian peneliti melakukan perbaikan pada siklus II dan hasilnya meningkat menjadi 86,29%. Sehingga peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penelitian dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran TPS berbantuan media Stick Multiplication ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah Matematika materi perkalian pada siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri Depok 1.
