    Pengembangan E-Book Interaktif Berbasis Canva Pada Materi Sistem Pencernaan Manusia Untuk Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar

    His study aims to develop an interactive e-book based on Canva focused on the topic of the human digestive system, ensuring it is valid, practical, and effective as a learning medium for fifth-grade elementary school students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which includes five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were fifth-grade students at SDN 4 Simpang Katis during the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques involved expert validation, student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The validation results showed a high level of validity, with an average score of 94.44%. Student responses indicated a very high level of practicality, with an average score of 92.3%, while the effectiveness test showed an average score of 92%. The interactive ebook features content in visual formats such as text, images, and videos, which enhances students’ understanding and motivation to learn. Therefore, the interactive e-book based on Canva is considered appropriate for use as a learning tool for teaching the human digestive system in elementary school science classesPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menghasilkan e-book berbasis sistem sumber daya manusia yang sah, praktis dan efisien. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) model pengembangan ADDIE, yang memiliki lima tahapan yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi dan Evaluasi. Subjek penelitian  ini adalah siswa kelas V di SD N 4 Simpang Katis semester tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu validasi, respon topic serta rangkuman topik.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas e-book cukup baik, dengan skor sekitar 94,44%. Persentase skor kepraktisan setelah diemailkan kepada peserta tes menunjukkan kriteria sangat praktis, dengan skor sekitar 92,3%.     This study aims to improve the critical and creative thinking skills of elementary school students through the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The background of this research is the low level of students\u27 higher-order thinking skills, due to the dominance of conventional teaching methods that fail to actively involve students in the learning process. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, implemented in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The population in this study was fifth-grade students of an elementary school in Indonesia. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, involving one class of 28 students. The research was conducted over two months, from February to March 2025, at SD Negeri Kutai, Indonesia. Data collection techniques included tests of critical thinking, student activity observation sheets, and creativity questionnaires. The research instruments consisted of a critical thinking test, a student activity observation sheet, and a creativity questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive and comparative techniques between cycles to measure improvements in students’ thinking skills and learning activities. The results showed that the application of PBL significantly improved students’ critical and creative thinking abilities, as indicated by increased test scores, more active participation in learning activities, and higher creativity scores in each cycle. In addition, this model also supported the strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile values, such as collaboration, responsibility, and environmental awareness. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that Problem-Based Learning is an effective instructional method to foster students’ character development and 21st-century skills in elementary educationAbstrak (Times New Roman 10, Bold, spasi 1, spacing before 12 pt, after 2 pt)   Pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) telah teruji sebagai salah satu metode yang efektif dalam memperbaiki keahlian berpikir kritis siswa. Dalam konteks pendidikan di sekolah dasar, PBL menawarkan teknik yang menarik dan tepat sasaran dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kognitif siswa sejak dini. Pemecahan Masalah Nyata  PBL menghadirkan siswa dengan masalah yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, mendorong mereka untuk mencari solusi secara aktif. Proses ini melatih siswa untuk menganalisis situasi, mengumpulkan infomasi , dan mengevaluasi berbagai alternatif Solusi. Kolaborasi dan Komunikasi  PBL seringkali melibatkan kerja kelompok, yang mendorong siswa untuk berdiskusi, bertukar pikiran, dan mengkomunikasikan ide-ide mereka dengan jelas. Hal ini memberi pengaruh bagi kemajuan pengetahuan berpikir kritis yang komprehensif. Teori belajar kognitif adalah pendekatan dalam psikologi pendidikan yang menekankan pentingnya proses mental dalam pembelajaran. Teori ini berpusat pada bagaimana individu memproses, menyimpan dan mengambil informasi, serta bagaimana mereka memahami dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif bagi siswa di SDN 006 Sekolaq Darat, Kutai Barat. Teknik yang dipakai yaitu teknik kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam konteks pendidikan, berpikir kritis dan kreatif membentuk keterampilan penting sehingga mampu mencapai profil pelajar Pancasila yang seimbang. Riset ini menyoroti pentingnya lingkungan sebagai tema pembelajaran untuk menambah kesadaran siswa terhadap isu-isu lingkungan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis masalah tidak hanya meningkatkan kecakapan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa, tetapi meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses belajar. Sehingga melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan wawasan bagi guru mendesain kurikulum yang lebih efektif dan relevan.     Implementasi Seni Kuda Kincak Gresik sebagai Bahan Ajar IPS Berbasis Etnopedagogi di Sekolah Darar

    This research is an effort to implement Kuda Kincak Art as teaching material based on  ethnopedagogy to introduce and strengthen local wisdom values through social studies lessons. The goal is to benefit students by helping them understand and appreciate local cultural heritage while strengthening their social identity. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with source triangulation through observation and documentation, as well as method triangulation through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) conducted with 22 fourth-grade students at SDN 129 Gresik during social studies lessons. The data analysis method includes several stages: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification. The results of the study show that ethnopedagogy-based social studies learning through Kuda Kincak Art is effective in introducing local wisdom values to students. The learning implementation proved relevant in enhancing students\u27 understanding of cultural, social, and economic values in their community. In conclusion, to deepen knowledge that focuses not only on theory but also on practice, further development is needed through the creation of modules that integrate various learning approaches. Collaboration with the Kuda Kincak art studio and the application of Project-Based Learning (PBL) can help develop practical skills and strengthen students\u27 character in alignment with local wisdom valuesPenelitian ini merupakan upaya dalam mengimplementasikan Seni Kuda Kincak sebagai bahan ajar berbasis etnopedagogi untuk memperkenalkan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai kearifan lokal melalui pelajaran IPS. Tujuannya adalah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi siswa untuk memahami dan menghargai warisan budaya lokal serta memperkuat identitas sosial siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan triangulasi sumber melalui pengamatan dan dokumentasi serta triangulasi metode melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dilakukan pada 22 siswa kelas IV di SDN 129 Gresik pada saat berlangsungnya pembelajaran IPS. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPS berbasis etnopedagogi melalui Seni Kuda Kincak efektif dalam memperkenalkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pada siswa. Implementasi pembelajaran terbukti relevan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai budaya, sosial, dan ekonomi di lingkungan masyarakatnya. Kesimpulannya, untuk memperdalam pengetahuan yang tidak hanya berfokus pada teori tetapi juga pada praktik, diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut melalui pembuatan modul yang mengintegrasikan berbagai pendekatan pembelajaran. Kolaborasi dengan sanggar seni Kuda Kincak dan penerapan Project-Based Learning (PJBL) dapat membantu mengembangkan keterampilan praktis dan memperkuat karakter siswa yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal.   Kata Kunci: Implementasi Pembelajaran, Seni Kuda Kincak, Bahan Ajar IPS, Etnopedagog

    This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture, work involvement and perception of organizational support on employee job satisfaction at Permata Pamulang Hospital, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that is associative. The source of this research is using primary data and secondary data. The sample collection technique used saturated samples, with a total of 50 samples. The data collection technique is to use questionnaires that are distributed directly to employees. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 program and a significant influence rate of 5% (0.05). The conclusion in this study shows that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence of work involvement on job satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant influence of the perception of organizational support on job satisfaction. There was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture, work involvement, and perception of organizational support together on employee job satisfaction at Permata Pamulang Hospital, with an R Square value of 0.726 or 72.6% and the remaining 27.4% was influenced by other variables that were not observed in this study

    Optimalisasi Branding UMKM Khas Sukabumi Melalui Platform Digital Menuju Pengembangan Ekonomi dan Sosial Berbasis SDGs

    This research discusses the optimization of branding for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukabumi City through the use of digital platforms as an economic and social development strategy in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly goal 8: decent work and economic growth. With more than 53,000 units, Sukabumi\u27s MSMEs have great potential, but face challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and the absence of an integrated digital platform. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study explores MSME digitization strategies and presents a prototype website “UMKM Sukabumi Explorer” as a big data-based solution. Findings show that digital platforms can expand markets, improve competitiveness and strengthen local cultural identity. SWOT analysis identified product diversity, government support, and youth engagement as strengths and opportunities, while technological constraints and perceived digital skills were challenges. The research recommends human resource capacity building, official digital platform development, and cross-sector collaboration to create an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable digital MSME ecosystem

    Pengaruh Kebijakan Hutang Terhadap Efisiensi Kinerja Keuangan pada PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk

    This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy on financial performance efficiency at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk during the period 2014–2023. Debt policy is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while financial performance efficiency is measured using Return On Investment (ROI). This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company\u27s annual financial statements. The analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests (normality and autocorrelation tests), simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of the study indicate that debt policy has a negative effect on financial performance efficiency, but the effect is not statistically significant (significance value 0.081> 0.05 and t count -1.999 <t table 2.306). Thus, the hypothesis stating a significant effect is rejected. This study concludes that increasing DER does not significantly affect the company\u27s ROI, so PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk is advised to maintain an optimal capital structure to avoid financial risks in the future

    This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of human resource functions through management audits at the Population Control, Family Planning, and Women\u27s Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DP2KBP3A) of Sukabumi City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the audit process was conducted systematically by the Human Resources Development and Management Agency (BKPSDM). The implementation of human resource management functions has been carried out in accordance with regulations; however, issues such as inappropriate staff placement and work discipline were still identified. Follow-up actions include training for new employees and improving the supervision system; however, further refinement of policies and technology is still required. Overall, management audits play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of human resource management within the DP2KBP3A of Sukabumi City

    Systematic Literature Review: Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Peserta Didik dalam Pembelajaran Matematika

    The ability to solve mathematical problems is essential for students to develop into quality individuals. This study aims to describe the definition, indicators, and ways to improve problem-solving skills in students. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is the method applied in this article. There are 20 articles that have been reviewed, but only 12 articles in the last 5 years that match the criteria for study materials on students\u27 skills in solving mathematical problems. The results of this article explain that 1) mathematical problem-solving ability is an ability that relies on students\u27 intellectual abilities to be able to solve non-routine problems related to mathematics logically, carefully, critically, and in accordance with the stages that are in accordance with its rules; 2) indicators referred to in problem-solving ability come from Polya, Lynch and Wolcott, and John Dewey; and 3) how to strengthen problem-solving skills in mathematics by using appropriate learning models in this case are problem-based learning, creative-based learning, realistic mathematics education. In the continuation of the research, it is hoped that more theories can be found other than those referred to in this article from other researchers in the context of problem solving

    Peran Voucher Diskon, Gratis Ongkir, dan Penilaian Produk terhadap Pembelian Impulsif GoFood di Kota Tangerang

    This study aims to analyze the effect of discount vouchers, free shipping, and product ratings on impulse purchases of GoFood consumers, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques through the SPSS version 30 application. The research sample consisted of 130 respondents selected using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire distributed online. The results of the analysis show that the three independent variables, namely discount vouchers, free shipping, and product ratings, have a positive and significant influence on impulse purchases partially. Simultaneously, the three variables also show a significant influence on impulse buying behavior. These findings suggest that consumers tend to make unplanned purchases when they receive attractive offers and see positive product reviews. The implication of this study is the importance of promotion-based marketing strategies and product reputation in encouraging impulse buying

    Etika Kerja dan Kepuasan Pasien: Studi Empiris pada Rumah Sakit UNIMUS Semarang

    This study seeks to investigate the correlation between the work ethics of healthcare personnel and patient satisfaction at UNIMUS Hospital in Semarang, Indonesia. Data were gathered using a qualitative methodology through comprehensive interviews with ten informants, comprising five healthcare professionals and five outpatient patients. The results indicate that ethical principles, including empathy, honesty, fairness, and professional accountability, significantly influence patients\u27 favorable evaluations of healthcare services. Patients indicated increased satisfaction while receiving treatment characterized by respect, compassion, and transparent communication. Nonetheless, upholding ethical consistency poses a problem, particularly in the context of elevated workloads and administrative pressures. The research underscores the necessity for a cohesive ethical management framework that incorporates continuous training and performance assessment centered on ethical conduct. These findings advance the establishment of patient-centered healthcare practices rooted in professional ethics. In conclusion, work ethics should be regarded not merely as a moral duty but also as a strategic component in improving patient satisfaction and institutional trust in healthcare services
