    Cybercrime by illegal online loan desk collectors has become a serious problem, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study analyzes the role of the Sukabumi City Resort Police in overcoming this problem. The method used is empirical descriptive research, emphasizing data collection and analysis to provide a detailed picture of the phenomenon and its law enforcement. The results show that the police are making preventive efforts, such as socialization through social media about the risks of illegal online loans, as well as repressive efforts through investigations to uncover the truth of the law. However, obstacles such as difficulties in tracking suspects due to the lack of digital forensic tools and the challenge of educating the public about the dangers of illegal online loans still exist. This research emphasizes the importance of increasing police capacity in technology and public education to overcome rampant cybercrime

    Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) merupakan salah satu instrumen penting dalam mengukur kemampuan dasar siswa di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, termasuk Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). AKM bertujuan untuk mengukur kompetensi literasi membaca dan numerasi yang esensial bagi siswa. Oleh karena itu, penyusunan soal AKM yang baik dan benar sangat penting untuk memastikan hasil asesmen yang akurat dan bermanfaat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan penyusunan soal-soal AKM bagi guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Kecamatan Bula Kabupaten Seram Bagian Timur. Melalui  kegiatan ini para guru di kecamatan tersebut sangat terbantu dalam menyusun soal-soal berbasis literasi dan numerasi.     The IDX-listed manufacturing business PT. Indo Kordsa, Tbk was the site of this research.  Finding out how PT. Indo Kordsa Tbk\u27s Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover affected Net Profit Changes was the driving force behind this research.  This research employs an associative data format that encompasses all financial reports of PT. Indo Kordsa Tbk. The company has been listed on the IDX for 33 years, from 1990 to 2023.  The data utilized for this analysis comes from PT. Indo Kordsa, Tbk\u27s financial reports covering the years 2014–2023.  Purposive sampling was utilized to determine the sample in this investigation.  This research employs the following data analysis technique: (1).  Among the standard assumption tests are those for autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normalcy (2).  T- and F-tests for hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, and determination.  According to the study\u27s findings, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) both have a substantial impact on Changes in Net Profit at the same time, but neither of these variables has a partial effect on Changes in Net Profit

    Pengaruh Total Asset Turn Over dan Sales Growth Terhadap Return on Asset pada PT Fks Food Sejahtera Tbk

    The purpose of this research is to examine how increasing sales and total asset turnover (TATO) affect PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk\u27s return on assets (ROA). Associative research of this kind is quantitatively approached in this work. The financial statements of the corporation for the years 2014–2023, which are considered secondary data, are used. A combination of the t-test, F-test, and multiple linear regression with classical assumption testing is used for the study. According to the findings, ROA was unaffected by changes in Total Asset Turnover (TATO) or sales growth. Concurrently, ROA is unaffected by any of the two factors. According to these findings, the company\u27s overall profitability performance over the research period cannot be explained by effective use of assets or increase in sales. To provide a fuller picture of the elements influencing ROA, future studies should take into account other financial and non-financial aspects

    Corporate Social Responsibility is a corporate responsibility to the community, as stated in the Sukabumi Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2014. The purpose of this study is to review the responsibility of Star Energy Geothermal Salak (SEGS) to the community and the environment. As well as how the Sukabumi district government handled the case that occurred at Star Energy Geothermal Salak. This research method uses normative juridical, and the description used is descriptive. The results of the study show that the synergy and clarity of a regulation must be considered. Star Energy Geothermal has carried out Corporate Social Responsibility. However, the existence of obstacles and interference from the outside makes the programs carried out do not according to the wishes of the community, resulting in new demands and agreements according to the wishes of the community.

    Abstrak: komunikasi, baik secara verbal maupun tertulis, terlebih dalam ranah komunikasi digital yang semakin meluas penggunaannya di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis bentuk-bentuk kesalahan berbahasa dari sudut pandang sintaksis dan pragmatik dalam interaksi digital melalui pesan WhatsApp antara guru dan murid di SMA Budi Bakti 1 Naringgul. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi dan observasi tidak langsung terhadap percakapan digital yang menunjukkan gejala penyimpangan kebahasaan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kesalahan pada aspek sintaksis meliputi ketidaktepatan dalam struktur kalimat, seperti hilangnya unsur subjek atau predikat, penggunaan diksi yang tidak sesuai dengan kaidah baku, serta kekeliruan dalam penggunaan ejaan dan tanda baca. Sementara itu, kesalahan pada aspek pragmatik tampak dalam bentuk pelanggaran terhadap prinsip kesantunan dan kerja sama, yang tercermin melalui tidak adanya salam pembuka, sapaan, serta penyampaian maksud yang kurang sopan dalam relasi komunikasi vertikal. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi penguatan literasi linguistik digital, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap norma sintaktis dan pragmatis dalam komunikasi daring di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan pedagogi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang adaptif terhadap dinamika komunikasi digital di era kontemporer.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan, keterampilan, dan keterlibatan peserta didik Sekolah Dasar dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Kabupaten Boyolali. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods, penelitian ini menggabungkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai aspek teknis, kognitif, afektif, dan sosial peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan teknis peserta didik berada pada kategori cukup baik, terutama dalam penggunaan ponsel sebagai media pembelajaran, meskipun masih terdapat kesenjangan akses perangkat yang menimbulkan perbedaan keterampilan operasional. Dari aspek kognitif dan afektif, pemanfaatan TIK terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman, minat, dan motivasi belajar peserta didik, namun tantangan seperti distraksi digital dan gangguan teknis masih menghambat keberlanjutan proses belajar. Sementara itu, kesiapan sosial peserta didik mulai terbentuk melalui interaksi dan kolaborasi digital, meskipun masih diperlukan pembinaan intensif mengenai etika berkomunikasi di ruang daring. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kolaboratif guru, orang tua, dan sekolah dalam memastikan pemanfaatan TIK secara efektif, beretika, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran IPAS berbasis TIK yang lebih adaptif dan merata di lingkungan pendidikan dasar.This study aims to analyze the readiness, skills, and engagement of elementary school students in Technology and Information Communication (ICT)-based Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning in Boyolali Regency. Using a mixed methods approach, this study integrates quantitative and qualitative data to obtain a comprehensive overview of students’ technical, cognitive, affective, and social aspects. The findings indicate that students’ technical readiness is in the “adequate” category, particularly in the use of mobile phones as learning media, although gaps in device accessibility still create differences in operational skills. From cognitive and affective perspectives, the use of ICT has been shown to enhance students’ understanding, interest, and learning motivation; however, challenges such as digital distractions and technical issues continue to hinder learning consistency. Meanwhile, students’ social readiness has begun to develop through digital interaction and collaboration, although intensive guidance on online communication ethics is still required. These findings highlight the crucial collaborative roles of teachers, parents, and schools in ensuring effective, ethical, and sustainable use of ICT in learning. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more adaptive and equitable ICT-based IPAS learning strategies in elementary education settings

    Student Motivation in Biology Learning Using Augmented Reality and Comics

    Background: This study aims to analyze students\u27 learning motivation while they are involved in biology learning using comics and AR, taking into account gender factors. Method: Researchers conducted a survey of 86 high school students. Motivation was measured using a questionnaire based on the ARCS model. Learning motivation was analyzed based on the total motivation score, and the average for its four indicators, then a test for differences based on gender was conducted. Results:  In biology learning using comics and AR, high learning motivation dominated. The total score of students\u27 learning motivation was high (76.19), and the satisfaction indicator with an acquisition of 85.66 (very high). Meanwhile, confidence, relevance, and attention indicators showed a high level with an average of 72.04, 79.47, and 74.9, respectively. The learning motivation of male and female students showed a significant difference (Sig. = 0.043 < 0.05). Based on the indicators, the difference was only shown in the attention indicator (Sig. < 0.05). Conclusion:  Biology learning motivation during student involvement in learning using comics and AR is in the high category. Significant differences in male and female students are related to the total score of motivation and the attention indicator, while others do not show any differences in both genders.     Leverage, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan F&B di BEI (2020-2024)

    This study aims to examine the effect of Leverage, Profitability, Firm Size, and Intellectual Capital on Firm Value in manufacturing companies within the Food and Beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024. A quantitative method was employed using secondary data obtained from annual financial reports. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed, including classical assumption tests, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that simultaneously the four independent variables significantly influence firm value. Partially, Firm Size has a negative and significant effect, while Leverage, Profitability, and Intellectual Capital have no significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.095 indicates that the model explains only 9.5% of the variation in firm value, with the remaining 90.5% influenced by other factors. These findings highlight the importance of managing firm size and strategically utilizing intellectual capital to enhance firm value

    Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Interaktif Materi Peluang Dengan Pendekatan Multirepresentasi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar interaktif materi peluang dengan pendekatan multirefresentasi yang valid, praktis, dan eketif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengen model ADDIE (Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Nagrak. Data penelitian inidikumpulkan melalui angket validasi ahli, angket respon siswa dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukan tingkat kelayan dengan katregori valid dengan rata-rata skor 83%, sementara ahli media memperoleh skor valid dengan rata-rata skor 80% dan respon siswa melalui angket dengan skor rata-rata skor 80. Penerapan bahan ajar ini terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi peluang
