Development of E-Module Based on Socio Scientific Issues Integrated with Islamic Values to Improve Critical Thinking Skills and Scientific Literacy in Biotechnology Material
Full text linkBackground: The weakness in students’ critical thinking skills is reflected in their tendency to passively accept information without considering broader aspects, such as scientific issues and religious values. Furthermore, the application of biotechnology often triggers controversy within society, highlighting the urgent need for strong scientific literacy skills. One contributing factor to this issue is the limited availability of teaching materials that integrate socio-scientific issues (SSI) with Islamic values, which continues to pose a challenge for educators. Methods: This study employed the ADDIE Research and Development (R&D) model, encompassing the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The effectiveness of the developed e-module was evaluated during the final stage by calculating the N-gain score. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS software. The findings revealed that the average N-gain score in the experimental class was 0.33, compared to 0.22 in the control class. Additionally, the scientific literacy score in the experimental class was 41.88, while the control class scored 30.67 Results: The results showed an average N-gain score for the experimental class of 0.33 while the control class was 0.22. And the acquisition of scientific literacy scores in the experimental class was 41.88 while the control class was 30.67. Conclusion: These results indicate that the SSI-based e-module integrated with Islamic values has a positive effect on enhancing students’ critical thinking skills and scientific literacy
The Effect of PjBL Assisted By Written Feedback Assessment on Students\u27 High-Level Thinking Abilities in Ecosystem Material
Full text linkBackground: This study is behind the difficulties of students in working on HOTS, so this study aims to find out the effect of project based learning assisted by assessment written feedback on students\u27 high-level thinking ability on ecosystem material. Methods: The method used is a method of pseudo-experimentation with a non-equivalent control group design. The subject of the study was a grade X MAN 1 student in Sukabumi City. The sampling technique using purposive sampling was 60 students, 30 in experimental class and 30 in control class. The instruments used are about high-level thinking ability tests and the response of students of Project Based Learning models to high-level thinking ability. Results: The research results stated that the pretest-posttest value with N-Gain calculations of 0.64 is in the medium category with the average pretest-posttest value difference of 83.23. N-gain results based on high level thinking ability indicators of 0.72 or in high category. the average student response rate in the use of project based learning models to high-level thinking abilities is 83 or in excellent categories. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is the use of project based learning models assisted by assessment written feedback affects students\u27 high-level thinking abilities
Strategi Struktur Organisasi Hybrid dan Dampaknya terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan, serta Kemampuan Beradaptasi dalam Transformasi Digital: Systematic Literature Review
Full text linkThis study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the context and theoretical foundations used in organizational structures that impact employee engagement and adaptability in digital transformation. This study uses the PRISMA systematic review method by analyzing 15 empirical articles on organizational structure, employee engagement, and adaptability in digital transformation from 2017 to 2024 and from various countries. A brief description and recommendations for future research agendas are also presented for each theory applied. Despite the breadth of the results of previous studies, this review shows that most studies investigate the formation of organizational structures by involving employees in them. Furthermore, the theories used, such as agile theory, transformational leadership theory, and resilience theory, highlight the importance of organizational agility, adaptive leadership, and organizational resilience. This research contributes to stakeholders and shareholders in formulating the right organizational structure for the sustainability of the Company, in addition to adding references for future researchers who will conduct literature studies related to organizational structure, employee involvement, and adaptability in digital transformation
Analysis of Environmental Litercy Skills Among Junior High School and Islamic Junior Hihg School Students in Adiwiyata and Non-Adiwiyata Schools in Batu City
Full text linkBackground: Environmental literacy is an important and interesting issue to explore considering the lack of literature discussing this issue.This study aims to analyze the environmental literacy skills of junior high school (SMP) and Islamic junior high school (MTs) students in Batu city. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, with data collected through a google-form-based questionare completed by 1,291 students from six purposively selected schools. The independent variabels in this study are school status (Adiwiyata and non-Adiwiyata) and students gender, while the dependent variabel is environmental literacy skills. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a normality test, and the non-parametric Mann-Whitney test. The results show taht, in general students environmental literacy levels fall into the “very high” category, with an average score of 112.69. There are significant differences in environmental literacy skills based on school type and gender. Female students tend to have higher environmental literacy scores than male students and non-Adiwiyata schools showed slightly higher scores compared to Adiwiyata schools. The findings indicate that both schools type and gender have an influence on students environmental literacy outcomes, and the responses provided by the students are generally categorized as “Excellent”

Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Pusri) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menjalankan perusahaan tersebut menggunakan bantuan dari teknologi informasi. Salah satu dari teknologinya yang digunakan adalah penggunaan ERP SAP dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Pusri). Demi membuktikan hal ini dilakukan studi literatur dengan mengkaji jurnal-jurnal dan data sekunder yang tersebar di Internet untuk mendukung dan membantu penulis dalam membuktikan bahwa penggunaaan ERP SAP dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. Banks have requirements for providing credit, one of which is to use collateral or guarantees. One of the guarantees applied to the banking world is fiduciary guarantees. In practice, banks are still unable to apply copyright as a guarantee for these activities. The method used is normative juridical by using a literature study approach and normative descriptive analysis to find out about copyright binding as a guarantee object. In addition, the research was complemented by interviews with banks in the city of Sukabumi. Data shows that there has been no implementation of copyright guarantees in Sukabumi City banks. The obstacles are found because there are still weaknesses in the law on copyright and the lack of socialization from the government, resulting in not all banks knowing that copyright can be used as an object of elegance
Persepsi Petani Terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian di Kecamatan Cimanggu Kabupaten Sukabumi
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi dalam kinerja penyuluh pertanian berdasarkan persepsi petani di Kecamatan Cimanggu Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian dengan survei terhadap responden menggunakan kuisioner. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey terhadap 60 orang responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposiv sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi petani terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kecamatan Cimanggu Kabupaten Sukabumi umumnya dinilai baik, dengan skor rata-rata kinerja sebesar 190,64 dan presentase kepuasan sebesar 63,54%. Dari sembilan indikator penyuluh pertanian persepsi responden paling tinggi ada pada indikator kinerja tersusunnya rencana kerja tahunan penyuluh pertanian. Hal ini karena rencana kerja sangat berkaitan erat dengan kegiatan kelompok tani, sehingga responden mengetahui dengan pasti apa yang akan dilaksanakan oleh penyuluh pertanian. Petani disarankan untuk aktif berkolaborasi dan mengikuti petunjuk dari penyuluh. Selain itu, pemerintah disarankan untuk menyediakan fasilitas dan menambah jumlah tenaga kerja penyuluh pertanian di Kecamatan Cimanggu. Adapun saran kepada petani adalah diharapkan petani terus semangat dalam mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan serta koperatif terhadap para penyuluh, lalu kepada penyuluh pertanian diharapkan terus memberikan informasi serta mendampingi para petani terlebih untuk mendapatkan modal pada dan bisa meningkatkan pendapatan usaha taninya, untuk pemerintah atau isntansi terkait diharapkan menambha jumlah tenaga penyuluh agak kinerja penyuluh lebih maksimal
Analisis Kebutuhan Guru Dalam Menggunakan AI Sebagai Pendukung Media Pembelajaran Matematika Tingkat MA
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the needs of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) teachers in Purworejo Regency in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) as a medium for learning mathematics. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with a data triangulation method to increase the validity and reliability of the study. Data were collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving 10 mathematics teachers with various age backgrounds, teaching experiences, and levels of knowledge about AI. The results showed that the majority of teachers (80%) were familiar with AI, while the rest were still less familiar. The most frequently used AI application was Geogebra (40%), followed by Canva and Quizizz (each 20%). The main obstacles faced by teachers were the lack of adequate facilities (70%), time constraints in learning AI (10%), limited school budget (10%), and low understanding of AI (20%). In addition, teachers need ongoing technical training, AI implementation guidance, and infrastructure support, such as internet access and hardware. This study concluded that intensive training, procurement of technology facilities, and collaboration between schools and the government are essential to optimize the use of AI in mathematics learning. Aplikasi AI yang paling sering digunakan adalah Geogebra (40%), diikuti Canva dan Quizizz (masing-masing 20%). Hambatan utama yang dihadapi guru adalah kurangnya fasilitas yang memadai (70%), kendala waktu dalam mempelajari AI (10%), keterbatasan anggaran sekolah (10%), dan rendahnya pemahaman tentang AI (20%). Selain itu, guru membutuhkan pelatihan teknis yang berkelanjutan, panduan implementasi AI, dan dukungan infrastruktur, seperti akses internet dan perangkat keras. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan intensif, pengadaan fasilitas teknologi, dan kolaborasi antara pihak sekolah dan pemerintah sangat diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan AI dalam pembelajaran matematika. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan berbasis teknologi untuk Madrasah Aliyah

Masyarakat di Kelurahan Ngestiharjo masih banyak yang belum memahami persoalan hukum yang terjadi di lingkungan mereka. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum masyarakat disana masih tergolong rendah. Selain itu masyarakat di Kelurahan Ngestiharjo juga masih banyak yang belum mengetahui adanya bantuan hukum cuma-cuma. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode penyuluhan hukum. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman hukum masyarakat di Kelurahan Ngestiharjo. Dalam kegiatan penyuluhan hukum ini materi yang disampaikan adalah peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum dan permasalahan hukum. Kemudian materi kedua berkaitan dengan layanan bantuan hukum yang dapat mereka akses apabila sedang berhadapan dengan permasalahan hukum. Kegiatan pengabdian ini ditutup dengan sesi diskusi dan konsultasi terkait permasalahan hukum yang sedang mereka hadapi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman hukum masyarakat di Kelurahan Ngestiharjo.Abstract
Many people in Ngestiharjo Village still do not understand the legal problems that occur in their environment. This is because the legal understanding and awareness of the people there is still relatively low. Apart from that, there are still many people in Ngestiharjo Village who don\u27t know about the existence of free legal aid. This service activity is carried out using the legal counseling method. The aim of this activity is to increase public awareness and understanding of law in Ngestiharjo Village. In this legal counseling activity, the material presented is to increase understanding and awareness of law and legal issues. Then the second material relates to legal aid services that they can access if they are faced with legal problems. This service activity closed with a discussion and consultation session regarding the legal problems they were facing. It is hoped that this service activity can be a solution to increase awareness and understanding of the legal community in Ngestiharjo Village

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion and service on purchasing decisions at Indomaret. The type of research used is quantitative explanatory research. The processed data are the results of distributing questionnaires via Google Form to Indomaret store consumers. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, the promotion (X1) and service (X2) variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at Indomaret
