    Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa SMP pada Materi Bilangan Bulat ditinjau dari Gaya Belajar Auditori

    ABSTRACT: This study aims to investigate students’ mathematical communication skills based on their learning styles. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects of this study were nine 7th-grade junior high school students, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included test instruments (a learning style questionnaire and mathematical communication skill test sheets) and non-test instruments (interviews). Based on the result and discussion, the findings of the study show that students with a visual learning style experience difficulties when the learning process relies solely on lecture-based methods. These students also tend to feel nervous when asked to explain or present their work, and their mathematical communication skills fall into the moderate category. Students with an auditory learning style tend to lose focus due to frequent noise during task completion. However, they are more confident when explaining or presenting the results of their work, placing them in the high category. Students with a kinesthetic learning style prefer hands-on activities using learning aids or studying outdoors. However, they often lack confidence and feel very nervous during presentations, resulting in their mathematical communication skills being classified in the low category.   ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pendekatan kualitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu   studi kasus. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 9 siswa SMP kelas VII dan teknik pengambilan subjek tersebut menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu instrumen tes (angket gaya belajar dan lembar soal kemampuan komunikasi matematis) dan instrumen non tes (wawancara). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah siswa dengan gaya belajar visual itu memiliki kesulitan disaat pembelajaran hanya menggunakan metode ceramah saja dan siswa tersebut merasa gugup saat melakukan penjelasan ulang dan siswa dengan gaya belajar visual berada di kategori sedang, siswa dengan gaya belajar auditori merasa kehilangan fokus karena selalu berisik pada saat mengerjakan soal dan siswa dengan gaya belajar auditori lebih percaya diri ketika melakukan penjelasan ulang atau presentasi hasil pengerjaannya sehingga gaya belajar auditori ada pada kategori tinggi, siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik yaitu siswa yang ketika belajar itu selalu ingin praktek menggunakan alat peraga atau belajar di luar ruangan namun ketika melakukan presentasi siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik merasa tidak percaya diri dan sangat gugup sehingga gaya belajar kinestetik ada pada kategori rendah

    Literasi Digital Islam Melalui E-Book Interaktif Pada Pembelajaran Matematik

    ABSTRACT: This study aims to develop an interactive e-book based on Islamic digital literacy in the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV). The media is designed to help students understand mathematical concepts in a contextual and meaningful way while integrating Islamic values into the learning process. The research method used is the ADDIE development model, focused up to the evaluation stage. The study was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah Langsa, Aceh, involving 30 students of grade VIII as research subjects and three expert validators consisting of specialists in mathematics education, educational technology, and Islamic education.Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques through expert validation scores and student response questionnaires. Expert validation and student responses indicate that the e-book is feasible and received very positive feedback. The expert validation results show an average score of 4.60 (very feasible), and student responses show a positive percentage of 95% across all assessment aspects. Aspects such as content quality, visual appearance, interactivity, Islamic values, and usability scored highly. The integration of knowledge and faith through digital media has proven effective in increasing student engagement and motivation. Therefore, this interactive e-book can serve as an alternative educational, spiritual, and relevant media for learning mathematics in the digital era. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran berupa e-book interaktif berbasis literasi digital Islam pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Media ini dirancang untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep matematika secara kontekstual dan bermakna, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai Islami dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan ADDIE dengan fokus hingga tahap evaluasi (evaluation). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah Langsa, Aceh, dengan melibatkan 30 siswa kelas VIII sebagai subjek uji coba dan tiga validator ahli yang terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli pendidikan agama Islam.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif berdasarkan skor validasi ahli dan angket respons siswa. Hasil validasi ahli dan tanggapan siswa menunjukkan bahwa e-book ini layak digunakan dan mendapat respons sangat baik. Hasil validasi ahli memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,60 (sangat layak), dan respons siswa menunjukkan persentase positif sebesar 95% pada seluruh aspek penilaian. Aspek seperti kualitas materi, tampilan visual, interaktivitas, nilai Islam, dan keterpakaian umum memperoleh skor rata-rata tinggi. Integrasi antara ilmu dan iman melalui media digital ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, e-book interaktif ini dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran matematika yang edukatif, religius, dan relevan di era digital

    Batubara merupakan salah satu sumber energi yang banyak digunakan di berbagai sektor industri, khususnya di Indonesia yang memiliki cadangan batubara melimpah. Namun, sebagian besar cadangan batubara di Indonesia berkualitas rendah (Low Rank Coal/LRC), yang memiliki kelemahan seperti kadar air tinggi dan nilai kalor yang rendah. Pengolahan batubara berkualitas rendah melalui berbagai teknologi upgrading menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Review ini membahas beberapa teknologi utama dalam peningkatan kualitas batubara, seperti coal blending, coal drying, coal cleaning, serta produksi briket batubara. Teknologi pencampuran batubara bertujuan untuk menciptakan campuran yang homogen dan meningkatkan kualitas pembakaran. Pengeringan batubara mengurangi kadar air, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi transportasi dan pembakaran. Pembersihan batubara, baik melalui metode kering maupun basah, menghilangkan kotoran dan meningkatkan nilai kalor. Selain itu, teknologi pembuatan briket batubara juga dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dan efisiensi penggunaan batubara. Dengan optimalisasi teknologi peningkatan kualitas ini, diharapkan pemanfaatan cadangan batubara LRC di Indonesia dapat lebih efisien, mendukung kebutuhan energi nasional, serta mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan sesuai program kementrian ESDM.

    Analisis Pengaruh Storytelling Marketing Terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran Melalui Brand Image: (Studi pada STKIP Modern Ngawi)

    The increasingly fierce competition between universities demands that higher education institutions adopt marketing strategies that are not only informative but also able to build emotional attachment and positive perceptions in the minds of prospective students. One relevant approach is storytelling marketing, which conveys marketing messages through meaningful and authentic narratives. This study aims to analyze the effect of storytelling marketing on marketing performance through brand image at STKIP Modern Ngawi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 140 high school/vocational high school/Islamic high school students in Ngawi and Sragen Regencies, where each school is represented by one respondent. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that storytelling marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image (CR = 6.649; p-value = 0.000). Furthermore, brand image has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance (CR = 3.675; p-value = 0.000). Furthermore, storytelling marketing also has a direct and significant impact on marketing performance (CR = 3.480; p-value = 0.001). This finding indicates that brand image plays a crucial role in strengthening the influence of storytelling marketing on marketing performance

    This study aims to evaluate the impact of village fund accountability and public information transparency on community participation in Sukanegara District. Using a quantitative approach and an explanatory research design, the study involved 170 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that village fund accountability has a positive and significant effect on community participation. This shows that the better the village government\u27s accountability in managing the budget, the higher the level of citizens’ participation in development. In addition, transparency of public information also has a proven positive and significant effect on community participation. Easy access to information about village programs and budgets is an important factor that encourages residents to take part in monitoring and implementing activities. Overall, these two variables are able to explain 88.4% of the variation in community participation, with a strong level of predictive validity for the model. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening transparent and accountable village governance to create a harmonious partnership between the government and the community for sustainable village development

    This study aims to analyze the influence of cultural capital-based creative economy on the economic adaptation of the community in Southern Cianjur, examining the mediating role of youth participation and the moderating effect of digital integration. Utilizing a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 105 respondents who are local creative economy actors. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings reveal that cultural capital has a positive and highly significant influence on driving youth participation. This indicates that local wisdom is an effective symbolic asset for fostering youth agency in rural areas. However, the results also show that neither cultural capital nor youth participation has a significant impact on actual community economic adaptation. Furthermore, digital integration has not been able to strengthen the relationship between these variables toward economic resilience. This discrepancy indicates a bottleneck in transforming the spirit of cultural preservation into structured economic independence. This study concludes that strengthening creative economy capacity in rural areas requires more integrative policies, focusing not only on cultural identity and technological support but also on restructuring supply chains and market innovation to achieve sustainable transformational adaptation

    Kelayakan Aplikasi Theoregama Bertema Pandhawa Lima Pada Materi SPLDV Untuk Memfasilitasi Pemahaman Konsep Siswa SMP

    ABSTRACT: This study aims to develop and assess the feasibility of the Theoregama application with the theme of Pandhawa Lima for SPLDV material. Development was carried out using the ADDIE model up to the expert validation stage, by combining React Native technology and local cultural elements to produce interactive and contextual learning. Validation involved three media experts and three material experts, using an assessment instrument that covered aspects of appearance, navigation, compatibility, technical stability, material suitability, conceptual accuracy, and clarity of presentation. The validation results from the media experts showed a feasibility percentage of 97% and the material experts 87.57%, both of which are categorized as very feasible. These findings confirm that Theoregama meets the standards for media quality and learning content. With the integration of local culture and the support of digital scaffolding, this application has the potential to improve understanding of SPLDV concepts. Further research in the form of field trials is needed to assess its practicality and effectiveness in learning. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menilai kelayakan Aplikasi Theoregama bertema Pandhawa Lima  untuk materi SPLDV. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan model ADDIE hingga tahap validasi ahli, dengan memadukan teknologi React Native dan unsur budaya lokal untuk menghasilkan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kontekstual. Validasi melibatkan tiga ahli media dan tiga ahli materi, menggunakan instrumen penilaian yang mencakup aspek tampilan, navigasi, kompatibilitas, stabilitas teknis, kesesuaian materi, keakuratan konsep, serta kejelasan penyajian. Hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan persentase kelayakan 97% dan ahli materi 87,57%, keduanya termasuk kategori sangat layak. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Theoregama memenuhi standar kualitas media dan isi pembelajaran. Dengan integrasi budaya lokal dan dukungan scaffolding digital, aplikasi ini berpotensi meningkatkan pemahaman konsep SPLDV. Penelitian lanjutan berupa uji coba lapangan diperlukan untuk menilai kepraktisan dan efektivitasnya dalam pembelajaran.

    The main objective of this study is to evaluate and redesign the layout of goods in warehouses whose efficiency is hampered by the ungrouped placement of products, where the WMS system determines locations based solely on the capacity of empty compartments, resulting in longer placement and retrieval times. This study uses the Class Based Storage method by applying ABC Frequency Classification, grouping goods into fast moving (A), medium moving (B), and slow moving (C), to design a more effective layout. The results show a significant improvement in operational performance, as evidenced by a 28% efficiency in Inbound handling time and a 30% efficiency in Outbound handling time. This reduction in time increased work productivity by 38% for inbound and 45% for outbound. In general, the layout improvement succeeded in speeding up the process and improving performance, but it was concluded that follow-up action was needed in the form of improving the location determination mechanism in the WMS system so that product placement consistently followed the ABC frequency classification and product type grouping

    Studi ini dirancang untuk menelaah hubungan yang terdapat antara keamanan digital dan keterbukaan platform terhadap niat pembelian, dengan kepercayaan online sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna TikTok Shop. Seiring meningkatnya pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana transaksi, aspek keamanan sistem dan transparansi informasi menjadi aktor penting dalam membentuk kepercayaan konsumen. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan Kuantitatif melalui metode survei yang melibatkan partisipasi Mahasiswa Universitas Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia Semarang sebagai responden, yaitu pengguna yang telah melakukan transaksi melalui Tiktok Shop. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, selanjutnya, data dianalisis melalui metode statistik untuk menilai pengaruh antar variabel, dan temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa keamanan digital dan transparansi platform menunjukkan pengaruh yang bersifat positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan online. Selain itu, kepercayaan online terbukti berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan niat pembelian. Temuan penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan online mampu memediasi pengaruh keamanan digital dan transparansi platform terhadap niat pembelian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya kajian akademik di bidang strategi pemasaran digital dan menyuguhkan konsekuensi praktis bagi pengelola platform e-commerce dalam merancang strategipeningkatan keyakinan konsumen dan minat mereka dalam melakukan pembelian

    Motivasi Petani Muda dalam Mengikuti Program Yess di Kecamatan Bojonggenteng Kabupaten Sukabumi

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi apa saja yang mendorong minat petani milenial mengikuti Program YESS. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan memunculkan hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata dan persentase dari variabel yang diteliti. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Bojoggenteng Kabupaten Sukabumi pada bulan Juni sampai Juli 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Motivasi Internal yang mendorong petani milenial mengikuti Program YESS mendapat respon positif dan berada pada kategori tinggi, dengan nilai observasi sebesar 2,414 dan persentase rata-rata sebesar 80,468%. Sedangkan, untuk Motivasi Eksternal mempunyai nilai rata-rata observasi sebesar 1,8 dan persentase nilai rata-rata observasi sebesar 60.00% Program YESS di Kecamatan Bojoggenteng berada pada kategori sedang dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 2,03, sedangkan untuk kategori tinggi ada pada indikator keterlibatan. Program YESS adalah proyek pengembangan kewirausahaan dan ketenagakerjaan generasi muda di sektor pertanian yang didanai oleh IFAD
