    Erderly Behavior Factors Affecting Compliance of Hypertension Patients at Mitra Medan Public Hospital

    The prevalence of hypertension continues to increase from year to year, especially in the elderly. The high number of cases of hypertension is thought to be due to a lack of compliance in complying with the recommendations of health workers such as carrying out routine checks (blood pressure control), taking medication regularly, adopting a low-salt diet, and doing regular exercise. The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavioral factors of the elderly that influenced hypertension patient compliance.The results showed that the factors that influenced the compliance of hypertensive patients at Mitra Medika General Hospital Medan were knowledge, motivation, insurance participation, and family support. Meanwhile, the variables that did not influence were age, gender, health facilities, distance, and support for health workers. The conclusion of this research is that knowledge, motivation, insurance participation and family support affect the compliance of hypertensive patients

    The Influence of Leaflet Media on Students 'Knowledge, Attitudes and Smoking Actions

    The smoking habit was chosen as one of the popular types of activities carried out to take advantage of free time for both men and women with a percentage of men dominating more than 64.80%. Data from SMA Negeri 1 Peulimbang Bireuen shows that the number of juvenile delinquents in the form of smoking reaches 4-6 people per day and they usually smoke during recess. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of media leaflets on students' knowledge, attitudes and actions about smoking in SMA Negeri 1 Peulimbang, Peulimbang Bireuen District in 2019. Pre-experimental type of research design with one group research design before after or pre-test and post-test group design. The population in this study were all male students in SMA Negeri 1 Peulimbang, Peulimbang Bireuen Subdistrict as many as 86 students. The sample uses total sampling. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Wilcoxon Test. The results of the Wilcoxon test found that the Asynp.Sig value (2 tailed) on knowledge was 0,024 with Mean ranks of 3.50 and sum of ranks of 21.00, Asynp.Sig value (2 tailed) on attitudes of 0.157 with Mean ranks of 1.50 and sum of ranks amounted to 3.00 and Asynp.Sig. (2 tailed) in actions amounted to 0.001 with Mean ranks of 6.00 and sum of ranks amounted to 66.00. The conclusion of this research is the opinion of the influence of media leaflets on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of smoking students

    Strategies to Increase Capital Market Inclusion in North Sulawesi and Gorontalo

    This study aims to identify possible problems in increasing financial inclusion and to find solutions and strategies to solve those problems. Theoretically, this research is expected to be able to add literature references on the capital market. Another benefit is that the study can be used as a material balance for a Self Regulatory Organization ( SRO) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as the Government to increase the level of literacy and financial inclusion, especially in eastern Indonesia. In accordance with the paradigm and problems chosen in this study, this study uses a qualitative approach. In qualitative research, data collection can be done by means of in-depth interviews,  observation and literacy studies. Researchers use this method to provide a wide space for the speakers to provide answers according to their frame of reference. Based on the results of interviews, it is concluded that there are several recommendations for strategies to increase inclusion, they are opening the Indonesia Stock Exchange Representative Office in Gorontalo, opening Securities Company Branch Offices more, introducing the Sharia Capital Market to the Community, prepare adequate resources for socialization and education and hold Events More Often in Crowded Places in North Sulawesi and Gorontalo

    The Effect of Motor Vehicle Tax on Regional Original Income (PAD) Bone Bolango District

    Tax is a source of state or regional income whose contribution is highly expected to finance development. One of the taxes that has the potential to become one of the sources to encourage local revenue is the Motor Vehicle Tax. This study aims to determine the effect of motorized vehicle tax on local revenue in Bone Bolango Regency. The results of the study show that the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) every year in the last 5 years (2015-2019) continues to increase in terms of realization achievement. Because it is able to make a real contribution to the PAD of Bone Bolango Regency. The results of the simple linear regression calculation and the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the motor vehicle tax has a significant effect on PAD revenue as indicated by the value of RSquare = 0.784 or 78.4 percent. While the remaining 21.6 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. The test results are significant in the Summary Model table Sig = 0.046 > criteria (0.05) thus the regression equation model based on the research data is significant, meaning that the linear regression model meets the linearity criteria

In disseminating information, the extension worker must carry out a reciprocal process, namely conveying information in the form of researchers' findings to farmers. Sustainable agricultural development really requires the support of strong agricultural technology and socio-economic research results. Without this, agricultural development will stagnate.
