    Analysis of Health Financing for Public Health Effort Programs in Labuhan Batu Regency

    One of the subsystems in national health is the health financing subsystem. Health financing itself is the amount of funds that must be provided to organize and or utilize various health efforts needed by individuals, families, groups, and the community. Health Law Number 36 Year 2009 states that health financing aims to provide sustainable health financing with sufficient amounts, allocated fairly, and utilized. This study aims to analyze the financing of the SME program by reviewing each activity for the last 5 years. This study uses data obtained from the Descriptive Profile of the Coal Health Office. Then an analysis of each data is carried out by grouping financing based on the source of the budget each year. The largest proportion of health financing or budget for Labuhanbatu Regency in 2020 comes from the Labuhanbatu Regency APBD of 72.88%. Meanwhile, APBN/DAK funds tend to fluctuate, where in 2016 it was Rp. 36,160,419,000, and increased dramatically in 2017 to Rp. 64,977,002,000, in 2018 it decreased to Rp. 45,929,334,000, in 2019 there was an increase to Rp. 61,823,095,600, in 2020 there was a decrease of 22,125,951,000

    Pain Evaluation and Treatment Techniques Designed Specially for Hospital Nurses in Order to Provide High-Quality Health Care Services

    The purpose of this research was to examine the pain evaluation and treatment procedures used by practicing nurses. The research is a descriptive cross-sectional research that was conducted on 146 nurses who were directly engaged in patient care, were not on leave throughout the data collecting period, and volunteered to participate in the research using the convenience sample methodology. The data collection instrument was a pretested self-structured questionnaire with a 0.9 reliability value. Sorting, coding, entering, and analyzing data were performed using the SPSS version 23.0 software program at a 5% level of significance. The majority of respondents, 136 (93.1 percent), were female, while just 10 (6.9 percent) were male. 48 (23.9 percent) of respondents were SNOs, 86 (58.9 percent) of respondents had 6–10 years of experience, 120 (82.2 percent) were married, and 140 (95.9 percent ) were Christians. Concerning respondents' degree of knowledge regarding pain assessment techniques, 28 (19.2 percent) had inadequate knowledge, 44 (30.1 percent) had acceptable knowledge, and 74 (50.7 percent) had enough information. Self-reported pain management strategies included patient positioning and movement, massage, breathing exercises, diversional therapy, the use of warm or hot compresses, encouraging rest and relaxation, the use of both weak and strong opioid analgesics, and the administration of non-opioid analgesics. Using chi-square analysis, it was shown that there is no statistically significant relationship between nurses' knowledge and use of pain assessment instruments (p-value =0.15)

    The aim of this research is to determine whether there are significant differences in abnormal return and trading volume activity in the time pre and post the national declaration of the first Coronavirus Disease-19 case in Indonesia announced by President Joko Widodo's on March 2, 2020. Secondary data was used to perform this study. The study's population consisted of all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020, with a purposive sample size of 327 companies. The time frame used in this analysis was 11 days, 5 days pre the first Coronavirus Disease-19 case was announced (t-5), the day of the declaration or t0, and 5 days post the first Coronavirus Disease-19 case was announced (t+5) and the estimation period used in this study is 10 days, from t-15 to t-5 pre the event date. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was used to analyze the data. Post the national declaration of the first Coronavirus Disease-19 case in Indonesia, there were discrepancies in abnormal returns and trading volume operation, according to the findings

    This research aims to provide empirical evidence in the effect of operating cash flow, leverage, and firm size on earnings persistence. The data used on this research is historical secondary data. The data used in this research were taken from website www.idx.co.id. A population in this research were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) sector food & beverage for the period 2015-2019. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method with a sample of 33 companies. The outcome of this research indicate that operating cash flow & firm size have a positive effect on earning persistence. Meanwhile, leverage  does not affect earning persistence

    The Influence of Coping Strategies in Nursing Care on the Psychological Response of Hiv-Aids Sufferers in the Cheek Room at RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar

    HIV-AIDS is a disease that is very disturbing for individuals affected by HIV-AIDS. Patients infected with HIV-AIDS will experience various psychological responses which can affect the patient's immune system. The patient cannot accept the fact that he is currently experiencing this deadly disease. So nurses are expected to be able to provide coping strategies to restore the quality of life of HIV-AIDS patients. This research tries to find out whether there is an influence of coping strategies on the psychological response of HIV-AIDS sufferers in the PIPI room at RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. The research design used was One Group Pre-Experimental, with a population of outpatients and inpatients. In selecting samples in this study, purposive sampling was used, where samples were taken only those who met the inclusion criteria, with a total sample of 2 people. The independent variable in this research is the provision of coping strategies and the dependent variable is the psychological response. Data was corrected using questionnaires and interviews. The data was then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significant value = 0.05. The results shown from the patient's psychological response are that there is an influence of coping strategies on the psychological response of HIV/AIDS patients in the denial response (p = 0.001), there is an influence of coping strategies on the psychological response of HIV/AIDS patients in the anger response (p= 0.003), there is no influence of coping strategies on the psychological response of HIV/AIDS patients on the bargaining response (p=0.000), there is no influence of coping strategies on the psychological response of HIV/AIDS patients on the depression response (p=0.218), and there is no the influence of coping strategies on the psychological response of HIV/AIDS patients in accepting responses (p = 0.785). Coping strategies can affect HIV-AIDS patients if they are carried out continuously and sustainably until the patient can truly overcome the stress that is within him
