This study investigates employee insights into corporate marketing strategies across selected industrial sectors in Gujarat, based on responses from 219 employees in departments such as marketing, sales, and operations. The survey instrument demonstrated high reliability with a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.864, confirming internal consistency. ANOVA analysis showed significant differences (p < 0.05) in 8 out of 10 key marketing dimensions, revealing that employee perceptions vary notably across sectors in areas such as adaptability to market changes, customer feedback integration, collaboration, innovation, digital presence, branding, customer-centricity, and contribution to company growth. However, perceptions related to the alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and the use of data analytics did not differ significantly between sectors, suggesting these are commonly practiced and uniformly understood. The study underscores the importance of incorporating employee perspectives to design marketing strategies that are both effective and responsive to industry-specific dynamics

Thinking Again in Educational Services at Private Universities in Gorontalo Province

This study aims to analyze the Thinking Again capability within the Dynamic Governance framework at Private Higher Education Institutions (PTS) in Gorontalo Province. Observations indicate that PTS face various obstacles in realizing higher education governance that is adaptive and responsive to change. The main problems identified include strategic decision-making that is still based on routines without the support of accurate and real-time data, a hierarchical organizational structure that hinders innovation, and limited human resource capacity due to high workloads. Furthermore, the integration of academic technology is not optimal, resulting in data and learning innovation not being systematically connected. The Thinking Again capability, which should be a mechanism for critical reflection in governance, has not been strongly internalized. The indicators analyzed cover three main aspects: (a) the decision-making process, (b) data use, and (c) openness to innovation. In practice, these three aspects have not optimally supported the transformation of educational services based on Dynamic Governance. Decision-making tends to be conventional, data use is limited, while openness to innovation is hampered by a stagnant mindset and a lack of clear operational standards. The results of the study conclude that there is a misalignment between the need for the implementation of Thinking Again and the institutional practices of PTS in Gorontalo. Achieving dynamic higher education governance requires strengthening data literacy, integrating technology, enhancing human resource competencies, and providing more intensive support from LLDIKTI and APTISI. Thus, Thinking Again can become a crucial foundation for sustainable higher education transformation

This study aims to examine the effect of price, facilities, and service quality on student satisfaction at the Muhammadiyah University of Pontianak. The method used is quantitative associative with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. Primary data were obtained through interviews with the Bureau of Financial Administration and Student Affairs (BAAK) and questionnaires distributed to 100 active students. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicate that all research instruments are valid and reliable. The classical assumption test shows that the data is normally distributed, there is no multicollinearity, and the relationship between variables is linear. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis produce the equation Y = 1.381 + 0.146X₁ + 0.301X₂ + 0.615X₃, with all three variables (price, facilities, and service quality) having a positive effect on student satisfaction. The simultaneous test (F Test) shows that price, facilities, and service quality together have a significant effect on satisfaction, and the partial test (T Test) shows that each variable also has a significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 42.1% indicates that the variables of price, facilities, and service quality can explain the variation in student satisfaction by 42.1%. This study provides an important contribution in identifying factors that influence student satisfaction in private universitie

Political and Humanitarian Commitment in the Poetry of Mahmoud Darwish

The research represents an endeavor to analyze "the literature of the Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish" concerning the themes of political and humanitarian commitment in his poetry. It explores how the poet grappled with the tragedy of the Palestinian issue, wherein entire lives were transformed into a resistance and struggle for existence and identity against a usurping and deadly enemy that sought to subvert facts and camouflage matters. Through literature, Mahmoud Darwish sought to depict the plight of the Palestinian individual, the suffering endured, and the aspirations tied to the liberation of a land unjustly stolen. Darwish endeavored to articulate the dreams of refugees and displaced individuals, emphasizing the longing to return to their homeland, Palestine. For him, this return represented a dream that must be realized, as it serves as a guarantee for the survival of Palestine and the preservation of Palestinian self, existence, and identity. In pursuit of this objective, Mahmoud Darwish employed a variety of literary styles, employing the most apt words and structures with exceptional skill. His proficiency allowed him to resist occupation, thereby securing Palestine for its people and maintaining it as a haven of peace

The Influence of E-Attendance Application (SIMPEG TVRI) on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Performance at LPP TVRI North Sulawesi

This study examines the impact of the mobile-based E-Attendance application (SIMPEG TVRI) on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance at LPP TVRI North Sulawesi. The research was motivated by frequent employee complaints regarding the application's technical performance and fairness, which were suspected to influence work outcomes. Using a quantitative approach and descriptive analysis, data were collected from 50 employees across various employment statuses and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 4.1.1. The results indicate that the E-Attendance system has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, it does not directly affect employee performance. Job satisfaction was found to significantly influence performance but did not significantly affect organizational commitment. Meanwhile, organizational commitment emerged as the strongest predictor of employee performance. These findings suggest that while digital attendance systems improve administrative efficiency, their effectiveness depends on how they are perceived and supported within the organizational culture. The study fills an important gap in the literature by showing that digital tools in public institutions must be integrated with human-centered management strategies to achieve optimal outcomes. Technology should not be viewed as a standalone solution but as part of a broader performance and engagement ecosystem. It is recommended that organizations like TVRI provide training, system support, and recognition to maximize the benefits of digital HR systems. These efforts will enhance not only system functionality but also employee motivation and institutional commitment

The Effect of Project-Based Learning Strategy (PJBL) and Learning Environment on Students' Learning Interests at SMKN 1 Boalemo n The Course of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK)

This study aims to analyze the effect of project-based learning strategies (PjBL) and learning environments on students' learning interests in Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Boalemo. The background of this study is based on the low interest in learning of students, which is indicated by the high level of absenteeism, low enthusiasm, and learning outcomes that have not met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), especially in the Computer and Network Engineering and Telecommunications departments. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The study population was all students in grades XI and XII with a sample of 77 students taken randomly (random sampling). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that simultaneously, project-based learning strategies (X1) and learning environments (X2) had a significant effect on students' learning interests (Y), with an Adjusted R² value of 0.984. This means that 98.4% of the variation in students' learning interest can be explained by these two variables. Partially, the learning environment has a more dominant influence with a contribution of 81% (β = 0.810), while the project-based learning strategy contributes 18.57% (β = 0.185). The regression equation obtained is: Ŷ = -94.361 + 0.365X₁ + 1.265X₂. Thus, it can be concluded that both the project-based learning strategy and the learning environment have an important role in increasing students' learning interest, with the learning environment as the most influential factor

The purpose of this study was to evaluate Employee Performance at the Kleak Village Office, located in Malalayang District, Manado City. Quality, quantity, punctuality, effectiveness, independence, and work commitment, according to Robbins (2006), are six performance measures that are the focus of the study. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach, which collected data through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The village head, village staff, and the local community were the research informants. The results of the study showed that employee performance mostly fulfilled their duties and responsibilities. However, there were several obstacles, such as lack of discipline, inaccurate service time, and administrative procedures that were considered complicated by the community. The study also found practices that were not in accordance with public service ethics, such as relying on bribes to speed up the administrative process. Although the quality of service was considered quite good, more professionalism and efficiency were still needed. The dynamics of the number of people who need services every day affect the quantity of work. In terms of punctuality, there were complaints about the length of the service process for several types of documents. In addition, work productivity still needs to be improved, especially in terms of the use of existing facilities and human resources. This study suggests improving employee discipline, simplifying administrative procedures, better training, and tighter supervision to stop unethical actions. With these actions, it is expected that the performance of Kleak Village Office employees can be improved to provide better services to the community
